Quickest way to get Holy Oil and Divine Oil?

I have already completed the weekly mission of crafting equipments. I want to avoid having to do the 3rd storyline in order to get access to the sieges for the current rotation.

 

How can I get holy oils and divine oil in the quickest way possible? Please? Thank you in advance.
