In every guide that I read said that this trophie is a story related and can't be missed. Well... I finished the first run and the trophie didnt poped up.. any one knows why? You'll also find more coins/chests if you look around in the spider level's, it's easy enough IF you actually try to walk/run everywhere to see if there is a path, or not, that goes somewhere you wouldn't have naturally gone into.
