It is possible to beat every quest on the first try, without replaying a single song

So, I became kinda obsessed with this game. After the plat I started the whole game again, with the intention to do a full run with zero "grinding" and it turns out that this is actually possible. I also got close to 1000 collectacards passively doing this, as well as a bunch of spare stat boosting items and growth eggs. This means that the plat is achieveable with almost no grinding at all. The only thing you'd have to replay songs for is to get one character to star level 9 I guess.

As long as you know what you are doing you don't even have to repeat a son for the 9 star.you get too many eggs to get to it while playing the easy quests.

 

However doing 10 critical charts without replaying a song is... out of my league

Yeah the 10 critical charts would be a bit of a pain, but not that bad if you just did them on basic or something and played with the overlay that informs you when you miss a critical. I should clarify, when I say I did it with no "replays", I most definitely quit out of songs part way through if it looked like the quest wasn't going to complete.

There are enough universal builds where you can 1st try every quest and anything remotely hard you can just swap in a few spare side characters, like for Yiazmiat. Unless there's a new way I think you still need to gravity cheese him but I wouldnt call leveling up some other characters you will use once 'grinding'.

 

I thought collectacards I would need more by the end but I had some to spare after completing every quest. Critical charts aren't hard at all when just doing it on Basic, just replaying some of the shorter songs even after doing them once should be more than enough. Maybe never replaying a single song once is a bit much but after really getting into the game I think that's pretty doable.
