Tear of the Dragon how to obtain??

Any tips how to find Tear of the Dragon.

 

I still need 2 to craft Ebisu Eboshi(headband) including an antidote seal which should only be possible to get from this item.

 

I checked out the battle dungeons but can't seem to find a drop and online there isn't much to find either when it comes to merchants :/

When you are selecting a dungeon you can also take a look at the possible drops before beginning the mission.
