Time and Difficulty to Platinum for new comer

I am new to this series, so my skill is very poor.

What is the Time and Difficulty to Platinum this game?

Depending on what you going to tackle first is very easy since the game gets updates the Specialist has been reworked to the traditional class system if you played previous games in the series. 

 

It takes somewhat a long time some trophies can be done by boosting with bots. But the Hazard mode will take time to do and Depending on how many people since the Dice no longer updating this mode better find a squad. 

 

Recommendation focus on the Multiplayer Trophies there's a guide for some of the achievements for the Specialist like accumulated repair or heal points. Then focus on the Hazard since it will consist of collecting data tapes and leaving with them and another which I got recently called "Clean Exit" which requires to have you and your team not die during that mode to avoid trolls at all costs. Also no single player only Mutiplayer.

Most of the multiplayer trophies can be done against bots fairly easily.

There are a few grindy multiplayer trophies that can't be done against bots where you need to get T1 badges with a Specialist, Vehicle, Weapon and Gadget - The vehicle one (Wheeled Warrior) will be the most difficult if you are not that good at the game but these can be boosted. These will take time and you will get better as you go if you do them without boosting.

 

The most difficult trophies are definitely the Hazard Zone trophies (Clean Exit & Escape Artist) for a few reasons:

- If you are not very skilled you will be relying on other players to carry you wins a lot. It's difficult to find good players in public lobbys. I consider myself a decent player and these trophies took quite a bit of time.

- It is a dead mode and it's difficult to find games at all never mind with good teammates.

-The trophies can be buggy and not pop - Thankfully mine worked fine.

 

My recommendation would be to work on the T1 badges first before Hazard Zone to build your skill level and find a decent group to play Hazard Zone with later.

If only Dice would be kind enough to change the Hazard Zone trophies to something else since it's been abandoned. But I guess that's asking too much ?.

Hazard Zone is not abandoned at all. Lots of players. You can find matches 24/7. It is a fun mode. You do not have to team up to get the trophies. The platinum is around 100-110 hours and a 3/10 difficulty in my opinion.

Well they there only focus on reworking the essential modes only and Hazard been broken who knows if they change achievements just for that mode and last time I saw a change in trophies was rainbow six siege before it was lot less harder just mode nobody play now its easy to get the platinum on that game.

Hazard zone is the only difficult trophy..because of the time you spend with people who don't know what they are doing.

 

And for some reason the last week i played I'm only placed in the Russian team over and over again while I need to be on the American team for a vehicle to max out.

 

The rest is easy and fun.

 

I would give it an 5 because of hazard zone.

There is one trophy that requires more skills and a decent team since it cannot be boosted against AI --> Clean Exit.

All other trophies are a grind but not difficult.

 

I think that for someone with good FPS skills, it's a 4/10.

For someone with very poor FPS skills it's more of a 8/10.

 

100 hours is a fair estimate for most players.

@TheVengeance1231 Note that the players who are responding do not have trophy cards, so take what is said with a grain of salt. Trust but verify.

 

@LucienNL What region are you playing in? And do you have Crossplay On? In NA with Crossplay Off, I have not found a single player in a Hazard Zone lobby. Every time I've tried to join it has been completely empty. Are you confusing Hazard Zone with another game mode? TDM is still active, but other than that, I've only seen 5/64 players in Conquest. The largest non-TDM match I've seen has been 20/128 on a Portal XP grinder. 

 

The problem with Crossplay is going up against PC users. This makes Clean Exit harder. Even without cheats, a mouse and keyboard will usually beat a Dualshock in a showdown of speed. 

 

Getting Dozer, Boris, or Falk's trophies in regular TDM matches is not a 3/10. With how buggy Portal is atm, I'm not sure those trophies unlock on matches with AI. Dozer's trophy hasn't. The trophy for Falk is ridiculous.

Thanks. That makes more sense. After BF V, I won't do crossplay PvP. Too many cheaters ruined the experience.

Its not hard at all if you are a decent player.  I finished all legit in less than 40 hours.

I've platted both the PS4 and PS5 version. Both crossplay, although only the PS5 version have PC players as well. I didn't encounter any cheaters except for one instance and there was no big skill gap with PC players. The hazard zones were all populated and I didn't have to wait for longer than 1 minute to find a match during off hours. I was able to complete everything with atleast 2 randoms. All other game modes are still hugely populated and I can still find full servers in conquest, rush, breakthrough and TDM. I'm playing in the EU region, though. 

You can pretty much use bots for all the random trophies and a good chunk of the T1 trophies. After that there are a bunch of farm servers specifically designed to get to T1 with your weapons, vehicles, etc. The hardest trophy is the "clean exit" one. Other than that the vehicle T1 trophy will probably be the grindiest.

Yes i played it untill about April 2nd.  Basically just playing HZ with some friends.  I can usually extract 90% of the times since the lobbies aren't full

Taking into account that you can:

• do most random trophies in portal mode (portal code AAKM37)
• boost T1 vehicle in some portal servers (especially for LATV4 and LCAA)
• pick Casper for specialist T1 and go spot ALOT of people on regular Breakthrough matches
• use Falck to hang back and heal 3000 IAR on regular breakthrough
• fly near the objective on solo/coop breakthrough with the condor and repair it with Boris for 1000 IAR
• boost all of your badges to T3 in solo/coop breakthough (helps to get the weapon attachments fast)
• pick your favourite gun combined with the IBA armor plate for the other two T1 (i play alot of TDM for these)
• play HZ with your favourite gun and IBA armor plate (yes, killing NPC in HZ counts towards T1)
• extracting clean needs some luck with randoms but is doable by the time you get to 25 extractions

I would say it will take you between 80-100 hours

 

On a side note, i played quite alot of HZ, even after getting the trophies. Before the game was free on PS+ i was struggling to find games with crossplay enabled (without it enabled, i couldnt find any games at all). Now, i dont know if it is because of the old class system being introduced again, or the game being on PS+ but i have no problems finding games anymore. Half the lobby (sometimes even 3/4) are high level PC players though.
