Doomsday Heist CMM4 Act 2 Finale bug

Hey guys. Me and a team of 3 others are currently doing the CMM4 run and something weird happened last night. We had to quit out of the game because we took too much damage to the plane (we are doing elitist at the same time) and everyone closed application and rebooted the game. Unfortunately, upon returning, the game acted as if i never paid for any of the heists (im the host) but everyones CMM4 progress was intact mine included thus forcing us to restart over from the very beginning.

 

Any idea if this is a bug or how to avoid it in the future?

I don't know about that glitch but the glitches for CMM are a lot like the one when it reset the challenge because you start the mission nonetheless after doing the challenge 7 times or so I found the best way to prevent glitches after close the game is to clear cash (I hope I write it right) which is holding R1+L1 after the woman picture disappeared

This happened to me once, all for players progress were fine, I had no choice ,and I paid for the Act 3 again and the missions loaded again. I've done this challenge 3 times already.
