No, the extra content shop does not disable trophies for any of the games, except for the trophies in RE2 and (I believe) RE3 both called, Minimalist, which is to complete the game without opening the item box. This is because to access your weapons in both games you will need to access the item box to retrieve your infinite weapons. That being said you do not have to buy 2 of the 3 extra vouchers if you want to save money, as it is possible to earn the infinite weapons in RE3 and RE Village easily.
