Complete edition includes the tourist edition bonuses, but does not seem to enable the free upgrade …

Yeah I can't seem to find anything out. I've emailed the Devs but I suppose they are busy with all the issues. 

 

I find it a bit annoying how we get shafted when we buy physical. I pre-ordered 2 physically and that's coming next month haha. So pay more and get it a month late.

Publishers hate physical as they get lent out and, worse, traded in.

Yeah or for collectors like me who bought the game on release then 6 months later on physical, they get my money twice haha

It does, but you have to "add to library" for free before it is available to download from your library. The option became available earlier today when the PSN store got updated for me.

I do not got the option to add to library, even with disc inserted.
