Do you need to get gold for all shooting and race challenges for this trophy? I am terrible with the shooting challenges. I barely managed to get bronze with gyro aim enabled.

Yes.

 

For shooting, aim only little targets which have high values and don't forget the objects (bottles and other things)

 

For races, no secret, just run or fly or navigate. When running, remember to use slide in slopes. For me, flying with bird is the most difficult but doable.

I was the same when I started the game, left the shooting ranges for last and it went much better then.

I also made a video of my shooting range attempts (and another for the diving boards), winning gold, I will leave it here in case it helps:

You can even shoot the targets when they are turned sideways. Start with the high ones like 25, they will respawn again.

Let me tell you a secret, you can throw explosives and you earn points as well, it counts towards it.

For the shooting range challenges.
