NG+ Rebel Camp Champions Tokens glitch?

So I've completed everything except collecting the champions tokens to buy all dlc items. I started a 2nd NG+ on story mode to clean up, but for some reason clearing rebel camps aren't giving me any champions tokens. I'm making sure to grab the name tags off the leaders, and it does trigger a 'competed' banner, but no rewards. I'm about half way through the story again and have defeated Regala's invasion at the arena. Any ideas?

The small Rebel camps where you just kill a few people and take the leader's tag don't reward Champion Tokens, only the large camps do. If you look in your quest log it will tell you if an activity rewards Champion Tokens in NG+ or not. Your best source is story missions, cauldrons, side quests, tallnecks, and relic ruins (among others).
