LeeMcD-
Just wondering if trophy guides will make an appearance on the site?
Sly Ripper
Not sure, I was going to do a system where people could post tips on trophies they've earned and other users could thumbs up/down to make sure the best ones go to the top.
LeeMcD-
Oh I like that idea. What about people who plagiarise tips from trophy guides on other sites? Will you delete the tip or will you leave it to the community to vote it down?

BobbbyLight
I would like to feature trophy guides at some point after launch and if we can tie it into Sly's idea all the better. If any content is stolen from somewhere else and it's easily proved, that stuff is coming down.
Elliot
I like this idea, it's all the good points of a wiki system without most of the negatives.
parker-94
I like this idea a lot, as long as I don't have to view the guide for each trophy individually on the trophy's dedicated page - I want to be able to toggle the guide from the game's main page. IzzyJohnno
I also agree with said idea
SamECSGO
Could we not transfer our own stuffs too?
BobbbyLight
Could we not transfer our own stuffs too? Yeah. If you wrote it, it's your content to take wherever you want.
SitusKiss
While we are brainstorming... If you do incorporate a Trophy Guide System, could you add the ability to show/hide earned trophies (maybe a button at the top to toggle "show/hide")? This way you don't have to wade through all the trophy info on trophies you already have. It totally depends on how the guide(s) are set up if this is even possible or not. Can transfer mine across from .com (BF1943, both Waw Cod Packs)
SitusKiss
So basically like .com It could be similar to the current Wiki format guides on .com, yes. However, if this is being done from "ground up" it could be made much better. For example, the Show/Hide Toggle button could be at the top of the guide. When you click on it, it could retrieve the trophies you currently have earned on your account and hide them completely from the guide (or mark them completed in some way). This will probably require a much more advanced "Template" so i'm not sure if this is even practical.
Elliot
So basically like .com You mean like .org, but otherwise yes. Can transfer mine across from .com (BF1943, both Waw Cod Packs) You wrote them? I didn't know that.

Platisfaction
I have 5 guides I could bring over here... but if we really want to start from scratch with trophy guides we'll need A LOT of guide writers to catch up to the others
Connie
would you consider this a trophies website though?
sundrew
lol i don't mind helping with that though, would you consider this a trophies website though? I have this question too - this website's interface is clean and I'm sure it's going to become a great community in the years to come as it establishes its identity. But is this really a community/discussion website or one that helps people keep track of and earn more trophies? Both ideas certainly have merit, but it certainly depends on what you initially envisioned for the site, Sly.

Elliot
Why can't it be both? Quite, integrating the two together seamlessly seems like the best idea.

Mio
So i could take my guides of PS3T if i wanted them on this site then? cause trophy guides would be a great idea.
LeeMcD-
For those who are thinking of porting their guide from .com, I'm almost certain that there will be some issues. Over at .com the TGT and Admins don't want the guides on the site to be on other sites so that they'll have some exclusivity for the good guides there. I think if ports are to be made you'd first have to consult the TGT / Admins on .com
