If I import a save file from decade duels from another account into my PS3, can I still get the cards from Decade?

Like my question said, if I upload a save file to my PS3 with all the cards already unlocked in Decade duels (sans the DLCs maybe), and load up Millenium Duels on my PS3, can I get those cards already unlocked on the previous game so I can start Millenium Duels with a deck much more to my liking? The game doesn't release for a few days in the US so I'm asking if someone have tried this from Europe or Asia.
