amebapiko
I think you need to back up your save and then delete the game, unless you can delete patches in data management now, not too certain on it.

Be sure to back up your save before you delete the game.
griffthedragoon
and make sure you dont download the patch the vita does it automatically.
MatCauthon
I'm pretty sure that the patch will download automatically when you reinstall the game. There is no way, from my experience, to download the game again without the patch. At least, it didn't work for me. I ended up playing the pre-patch version on the PS3 with my save cloud-transferred over.
Goro
If you don't have PS Plus to back up your save then you can't.
Kavatus
When you redownload Hotline miami, there is 2 download bars in notification section (upper right bubble), just cancel one which is upper. Lower file usually is main game and upper one patch.
zafira1290
does those a+ scores stay if you redownload it? how i backup my save? i have ps plus
Kavatus
your scores stays only if you backup your save and get it back after redownloading game. You can backup your saves by pressing Hotline Miami game bubble and in upper section you should see couple buttons (refresh, www-search and ps plus for example). Press that ps plus looking button, it should take you to screen where you can send and receive your save files to that game.
