Issues with PS Plus free games

I am a Playstation Plus membership holder and I am looking to take advantage of the free games this month. However, I am having a bit of an issue... None of the free games this month are showing up on my consoles in the Playstation Store. None will show up for PS3 or PS4 and they are still advertising the same free games since last month. I am extremely confused.

 

People have been telling me that they had gotten these games for free and are already enjoying them. Stick it to the Man! isn't even showing up in my PSN Store at all. Not at all.

I am not sure why it is not appearing in your PSN store... did you tried searching the game instead to know if they are showing as free or not?

Second, yes, I searched each game individually and none of them appeared to be free on PSN Plus

I'm not sure how to help you with the console issue since I have not had that happen. Try using https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/#!/en-us/home/main on your pc to see if you can get to the ps+ games. You can add them to your account list from there. Also you can set it to download to your ps3 and then sign into you console to have it start an auto-download.

 

edit: just saw the updated post. I would try calling sony support then.

hmmm... strange... maybe the store is not updated yet...I haven't heard of this problem even in ps blog...

Call PSN Customer support im pretty sure they will be glad to help iv had stuff happen to me on my PS3 and PS4 and they allways fix the issue 

 

*if its for the PS4 the reason is probally doing that is because theres only like 3 games out for it so far

Do what I did when I had a similar problem delete the PS store from the menu (triangle button then delete) then go into the store again it should download a 32-35mb update and fix the issue if still having trouble phone customer support
