Glitched escape trophies?

So since I have platinum on this game, my friend who just needs 1 trophy for this game decided to help my brother who just needs level 100 and 3 escapes trophies for platinum. Well we get 2 of the 3 escapes, do what needs to be done for the trophies, yet he didn't get either of these trophies. And we know we did what it took for them too unlock we me and my friend have both of those trophies. This is the digital version of the game, so has anyone else had any troubles with glitched trophies on esacpes, and have any potential fixes?
