Popular Post Beyondthegrave07
#39 Infamous Difficulty: 3/10 Fun: 8/10 Recommend?: Yes I played through this before I had online and on a previous PS3, and I absolutely loved this game. The comic book style is really cool, and the story, to say the least, will blow your mind. The game still has its slew of issues that I experienced when I first played the game like randomly failing a mission, falling through a building, floor, and the occasional lampost. However, I still found myself enjoying this game quite a bit. I mean, electric powers are the sh!t. I still wish Suckerpunch would restart this series and have a sly cooper-ish game where you play as 3 conduits trying to rob treasure. Only one can dream I suppose. 2017 Platinum Goal: 8/12 platinums!!!! (I'm on fire!)
Popular Post Dragon-Archon
#153: Severed Somehow you and your family have been transported to another dimension that's filled with monsters and it's up to you to find them and escape. The story in this game isn't that great or detailed, but that's not the reason to play it. It's the game mechanics. This is one of the very few Vita games that makes good use of the touch screen. Interacting with objects and fighting are all done with touch controls and I had a lot of fun attacking, parrying, and slicing enemies. Each enemy type has a unique attack and parry style, which adds to the variety, though later in the game stronger versions are introduced and those usually have the same patterns. Defeating bosses also grants the player new powers that can be used to solve dungeons and during fights. When the fury bar is filled, killing an enemy starts a QTE with the possibility to sever certain parts from monsters. These parts are used to upgrade powers, which is a great incentive to sever as many parts as possible during every fight. In fact, I severed so many parts that all powers where fully upgraded before reaching the farming spot at the end of the game. Finding all secrets in the game wasn't so hard as the map marks rooms with secrets and unexplored paths are marked in grey. The game is very short (I platted it in 6 hours and 23 minutes while taking my time and dying a few times), though it was a very fun ride. If you have a Vita, definitely check this game out. Popular Post ahmedelebiary
#96 Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City Fun 9/10 Diff 6/10 First of all, a huge shout out to my buddies DeathByDespair, harrisonr1, Pred-Alien_94 and freaky_45 for the coop/online help. wowser, what a well earned plat ? while not the best RE game out there but i would still recommend it for the franchise fans and veterans..it was hella fun on coop. trophy list is pretty straight forward.. Campaign wise : you will need to finish all seven missions on professional difficulty while getting S+ ranks.. a bunch of kills related and misc. trophies and 7 collectibles to get. you will also need to farm a lot of xp for getting all weapons and upgrades. for the S+ ranks i highly recommend doing it solo on professional as this is your best option. i used Spectre as he has the ability to view collectibles on the mini map.. but used Bertha on the last mission because of her medic upgrades and abilities as you will need to farm more than 150 kills and you might die easily as you will be attacked by shitloads of zombies acting like headless chickens ? i also used Powerpyx`s video guides and Playstationtrophies.org tips they were very handy. Multiplayer wise : its IMPOSSIBLE without boosting. you will need a group of five boosters including yourself to boost the two hardest MP trophies also you will need to farm 98 versus games ( lame right? ) ? .. one last thing..the platinum image looks fucking badass , doesnt it ?

Popular Post backslash240
Final Words Thank you for playing. NieR: Automata, well there goes the number 100 and it´s one of the best games i have played! I won´t go into details because of spoliers, but i gotta say this game is a very heavy contender for game of the year and even more lol. And yeah i experienced some some framerate drops, but who cares the game is awesome! That´s just a small issue in a great piece of work. Highly highly recommend it! Anyway this year has still a lot of great games and i still need to finish a lot of stuff, so gotta keep going!

Popular Post Juzota
#76 - Battlefield 1 World War One Hero Obtain all trophies I'm not the biggest fan of first person shooters but this game was alright. Campaign was okay and multiplayer was fun at times. Trophies were pretty easy, only thing that gave some trouble was the Airbourne Cannon codex. I was expecting worse because people claims it's harder with latest patches, but I got that in under 20 tries on my digital copy of the game so nothing too difficult here. Do I get the DLC? Maybe, maybe not. We'll see. Difficulty: 4 Enjoyment: 7 Edited April 18, 2017 by Juzota
peppi_wayne
#22 - WRC 5 (PS4) I'm so stupid I could get the plat nearly two months ago but for some reasons I thought that I need a second controller for the local multiplayer trophy. So over the last two months I had no access to a second one and once I got a second I realised that you don't race simutaneously in local multiplayer. Anyway, now I have the plat. WRC 5 is a mediocre rally game but since racing is one of my favourite genres and the game isn't too lengthy I enjoyed it.

Popular Post TheFalseDeity
#19 NieR Automata Final Words Thank you for playing. And i thought i hated credits before >_> I dont know what that type of gameplay is but i suck at it. The end aside though its a great game. Great characters and voice acting with decent gameplay and story. Fast travel opened up too late given what side content your allowed to do before it and the best weapons came at the cost of not having good looking weapons but ah well. Loved how 9S turned out and its a shame the third MC wasnt playable til the 3rd run. Can be played on the easiest difficulty, game even has a mode that will do 100% of the combat for you, and to top it all off you can buy all non story trophies with in game money which you will amass more than enough for all of them if it suits you. You might be in the wrong form of entertainment if you go with that middle option but just to reinforce that this is an extremely easy plat. Also a sub 20 hour one if focused.

Popular Post MesopithecusUK
#37. Pixeljunk Shooter Ultimate Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 6/10 The boss battles are really what makes this game, they are pretty fun and unique. Whilst the main level designs are pretty cool too, they overstay their welcome a little due to the repetitive nature of saving scientists and finding gems. The online I solo boosted, which made it significantly easier as the online is completely dead. I have to say though - I love the trophy names as they are all pop culture references (my favorite being "Smoke me a Kipper, I'll be back for breakfast " from Red Dwarf) Will be happy though to play something new...thinking Deponia might be up next.

Borderlands Borderland Defender Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 I have always really enjoyed Borderlands. I originally played it on my 360, but when I got a PS3 I had to get it again (plus I have never played any of the dlc except the Island of Dr. Ned.) I think this is the best borderlands there is, I know a lot of people think 2 is better, but it doesn't really appeal to me the same way. I didn't think the game was too hard (especially using the merchant of death exploit, I just spent a few hours powerleveling and the rest of the game was super easy. Now eventually I will have to take on the dlc (not really looking forward to Moxxi's Underdome with the bad weapons I have). Good luck with Moxxies Underdome Riot I was bored out of my mind days on end doing that DLC...

Captain America The First Avenger Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 2/10 This game was really enjoyable at least for me. It was like an easier, shorter, more accessible Batman (and I use that comparison lightly). It is probably the best movie tie-in game I have ever played. Plus it helps I like Captain America.

Popular Post Dragon-Archon
#154: Super Time Force Ultra In the 80's Earth is invaded by a robot army just as one professor unlocks the secrets of time travelling. What follows is the creation of the Super Time Force, whose goal is to make Earth a better place for everyone by fixing stuff throughout time. This game is filled with humour, that alone makes it worth to play it. For example saving the dinosaurs from becoming extinct causes them to live in the present and they eat humans. Definitely making life better for everyone . In the game the objective is to beat the level within the allotted time (like the old Mario games). However, it's possible to rewind time when dying or screwing something up and do it again. During levels there are also time shards that slows down everything except the player for a few seconds and glorbs that add extra rewinds. An optional thing are speedruns and completing them all adds a very OP character to the team, but that isn't required for the plat. Other characters are added after rescuing them in levels, collecting all time shards + glorbs, and completing the game. Each character has unique attacks and abilities. For example a guy with a lightsaber can throw it and also use it to reflect bullets. It's also possible to save a dying party member and acquire their charged attack. One character can get up to 2 other charged attacks, so there are lots of combinations possible. A favourite one mine was a barrier that repels almost every attack with a rocket launcher and a gun that fires through objects and enemies. When needing to do some crowd controls, I'd go for a rapid fire machine gun with homing scarfs from the character from Journey and the arc rifle from Sir Galahad from The Order 1886. Besides the story mode there are also 50 Helladeck levels. These are basically challenges to collect all glorbs with restrictions, such as time limit, limited rewinds, and limit characters to choose from. Some of these are easy, others are very challenging and requires perfect timing. Completing all of them adds a powerful character to the team and he comes in handy during Super Hardcore Mode, where characters stay dead for the entire level when killed, unless they're saved. When completing a level, they're available again, so it's not really perma-death.
Popular Post madbuk
#190 - Severed Made Whole This game is extremely overrated, imo. It's not bad, it's just remarkably average. The combat is extremely repetitive, even with the late-game mechanics like buffs and the time limit you have when fighting on clouds. It's basically just the same thing over and over and over. I'm really glad that the game was as short as it was. The puzzles were okay though I guess, honestly I think the game would've been better if they dropped the combat and just focused entirely on dungeon crawling and puzzle solving - that was repetitive too, but it wasn't nearly as tedious as combat.
