It wasn't the most fastest movement ever but at least it was way better than in Everybody's Gone To The Rapture. Yeah it was faster than in Everybody's Gone To The Rapute but it was still slow lol I had to replay a chapter because I missed a memory and it took a long time to get there ! With a normal game would have been much faster ? Edited April 24, 2017 by BaB3y-DoOllz_
Juzota
Really? To me it felt significantly faster than in EGTTR. Strange.

It takes the best part of previous Personas and even finally shows SMT feeling. Popular Post markcavan
#135 - Her Majesty's SPIFFING on PS4 (12th plat of 2017) - 93.53% COMMON Loved this game, my only gripe is that its short. Would have loved if this was double the length but I guess the the trophy for completing the game really says it all 'That's all we could afford'. Full of British humor which I found hilarious. Its a point and click adventure which has a couple of missable trophies which can be solved by using a guide to save at appropriate times but do take the time to enjoy the dialogue. I would highly recommend this super easy, fun and quick platinum. A follow-up would be really nice which was kinda hinted at the end! Overall 8/10 enjoyment with a 2/10 for difficultly taking a couple of hours to complete.

scarishbal
#106 Minecraft Story Mode Long story short, I love TellTale games. I will admit it I cry every time I play them (and even when I repeat them with the exception of playing Michonne the second time). The base game was fantastic. I really enjoyed playing through it! There was enough of humor and serious moments to keep things interesting. But god dammit, the extra episodes were so pointless! Especially with episode 6. Never in my entire life (while playing Telltale games) have I ever sought out to kill as many characters as I could in my first playthrough. I really wanted my body count high. Going through the extra episodes reminded me of the first time I watched Suicide Squad (which was during a 14 hour flight). I was getting so bored that I had to stop and take a nap in the middle of an episode. #107 Disney Infinity 2.0 This game was a hoot to play. Not the biggest fan of Marvel but I picked this up with 3.0 and Skylanders beginner bundle. I have always wanted to try toys to life and I understand the appeal. I much prefer 3.0 since I'm more of a Star Wars fan but the toy box was fun to play even alone but of course the feats took a long time especially with trying to figure out half of them. The survival mode took three straight hours to complete but once you get into a rhythm it gets easier. Even thought the servers are offline, I still like the toys and will display them next to the Lego Dimensions ones. But I highly doubt I will ever revisit this game.

Popular Post PooPooBlast
#65 Metro 2033 Redux Really fun game and a good job on the remaster! The story was not bad but couldve been better. I feel that the story though is very similar to Everybody's Gone to the rapture or the other way around i suppose since this came out first. Spoiler Both had aliens attempting to communicate with people but accidentally causing harm when doing so. The only annoying this was going for enlightened trophy which is highly missale if you're not following a guide.
Popular Post madbuk
#191 - Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood Ace of Spades This game was... okay. The multiplayer was fun for the first few matches before becoming very repetitive, and the main story's plot wasn't really anything special. The single player gameplay was fairly enjoyable, although FPS is hardly one of my favourite genres so it would've taken quite a lot for me to end up enjoying this all the way through - it sure did have its moments of bullshit, like chapter 1, 14 and 15. Fuck those chapters on very hard, waves and waves of enemies and, especially in certain parts of 1, no decent cover to use. Felt like it came down to luck whether you lived or died, really. Having acknowledged my general dislike of FPS games, I will say that if you are a fan of FPS games it may be worth at least giving this a shot, because while I did find it average, I have a bias that a FPS gamer wouldn't suffer from. Shout outs to @re_panos for convincing me to start this after the server closure (lol) was announced, @ahmedelebiary for reminding me I should get back to this after I abandoned it upon finishing the MP and @FFHannibal for some of their tips since they were running through it alongside me.
Popular Post RedRodriguez87
A True Star King Oh, I played this a decade ago, and remember stopping at the final planet because of bland I remembered it. So I decided at the very least, I can see it through to the end now. And yeah, its just as bland as I remember it. Its a shame, because this games concept just SCREAMS Epic, be it story/storytelling, world visiting or combat, but instead every single one of these things are just so... basic, samey, safe, uninteresting. "Oh Red, wtf are you on about? This game is jam packed with things to do!!" And thats true, this game is almost an activity book for rpg players. Mix weapons, build factories, play in insect games, hunt special bosses, explore extra dungeons, unlock character outfits, learn new abilities, etc etc. And yeah, a few of those things are fun, but the core gameplay is just too safe and simple. There are a few times it does try and switch it up, with bosses and enemies that require different approaches, but all it does is slow down and pad out fights as you pause the battle, go into your menu, then submenu, select the item, back out, USE the item ONCE, and repeat all the steps to bring your better weapon out again. No healing, so buy lots of items. No real combos outside of mashing attack. A Useless throw move, a flashy but equally useless "special" attack. And it also doesn't help that defense doesn't seem to factor in at all, as if the enemies/bosses have pre-determined stats that levelling up does little to help with. If you read up on the dungeons in this game, let me confirm that yes, all worlds and places size and lengths are artificially extended by copy-pasting-flipping segments one after another. This makes travelling an absolute chore, as you cross familiar territory with nothing new to see. And then we have the story. The story itself is a explore and save the universe, with each chapter presenting the same old cliches. Mysterious figure that helps out at the beginning and might as well have a "I am your father" sign on his back for how subtle his dialogue his? Check. Backwater village with cliched spear wielding tribesmen too afraid of progress (and make up almost the entirety of dark-colored people in the game, I shit you not)? Check. WAR? Check. Macguffin hunt? Check. Hidden tragic pasts? CHEEEEECCCCKK. It isn't that its story is constructed entirely out of JRPG plots and cliches, but rather its constructed entirely out of the PAYOFFS of those plots and cliches. Its like, 90% of the story content is comprised of revelations and plot twists that have next to no starting point or build-up. If moments don't play out like this: Game: OMG, this character has a secret lineage that was never even hinted at before but plays a major part at this exact moment in the storyline! It plays out like this: Game: Aw, turns out these people did all these bad things/betrayed us because they were trying to bring back a loved one. Remember that from that unsubtle single line of exposition so blatant that we might as well have been facing the audience when we dropped it? But hey, cliched stories can still be fun if the characters are done well, right? Ohhhh booooy, did the writers drop the ball on this one. This group plays their archetypes out to the letter. No interesting diversions whatsoever. Couple this with the aformentioned "no buildup only payoff" storytelling, these characters seem almost schizophrenic. I am gonna SPOILER/summarize a character arc for you, because they go almost exactly like this. Deego: Angela, where are you going? Angela: I have to leave this planet, for both of our sake. You have to move on from your past, which I am apart of. Deego: Angela, please, don't go. Stay here with me. I need you. Angela: Ok. For you, I will stay on this planet. *scene ends. next scene begins* Deego: Well, I'm off to find myself by joining these pirates. Bye. The game is chock full of these stupid moments, but the worst definitely has to be the ending. I won't spoil it, but damn. They just HAD to have a "bitersweet" ending, EVERY SINGLE THING LEADING UP TO IT BE DAMNED. I tell you, this entire game could've been a spectacular parody/satire of JRPGs. But still? I do recommend it, if only so you can sit back and laugh at how forced and predictable it all is. The gameplay itself is pretty blah, but thankfully there a some disc one nukes to get you through.
Oobedoob S Benubi
@RedRodriguez87 I have never played the game so I don't actually have an opinion on it but I do love a good textwall and yours made me laugh. If you want to laugh at an RPG where it's intended that you laugh, I suggest you check out the Mario RPG for the SNES (Legend Of The Seven Stars). It's a great parody/deconstruction of the genre. At least, I think it is a parody/deconstruction, it never was that clear since it's a full RPG in its own right (like how Shaun Of The Dead is both a zombie movie parody and an actually good zombie movie). I do know that they're constantly being weird and meta about their own rules though.

Pros: +A new attempt to create open world style monster hunting this time. All onis (except story related) are optional. +Even when playing alone, you may still meet ghosts of other players that you can add them as NPCs. +Trophies are less grindy than last time - No need to craft all weapons, no need to complete all quests, Mitama drop rate is quite decent. +No more crazy trophies like defeat someone without wearing armor. Neutral: Western style onis are included in this game. Hopefully developers aren't out of ideas or something. Cons: -Not sure how it goes in other platforms, but frame rate not smooth at vita for me.
Popular Post Abbey97
Platinum #63: Master of Simology Unlock all other trophies. The Sims will always have a very special place in my game collection as it was one of the first games that I played on the PS2 and I absolutely love it. I went through 5 generations of my family and I loved making them special in their own way as I made an insane scientist, a flirty journalist and a loner criminal, among others. The fact that you can make each Sim completely different is the best aspect of Sims and you have just as much fun with all of them and it also adds onto the replay ability of it. I'm now going to look into getting The Sims 3: Pets as I still want more Sims!
Popular Post Ala-Arska
Back to the Future: The Game (PS4) Platinum Trophy Earn all trophies in: "Back to the Future: The Game" Even Marty is ashamed of that Platinum image (and description). Even though clunky, wonky, glitchy and donky, it's still Back to the Future. More or less. There's a lot (and I mean a LOT) that could've been improved for this 30th anniversary PS4 version. But no, devs took the easy way Graphically it's not the queen of the prom. It's below PS3 standards, let alone the newest generation. Plus sprites appear and disappear randomly. Soundtrack is narrowed down to the main theme and Huey Lewis and the News. Huey rocks though, it's the power of LOVE! Voice acting I do approve. A mix between original cast and stand-ins, two thumbs up. Except Edna, she's a nosy old bitch. I love Back to the Future movies to death, but The Game is a bit of a let-down. For fans and "casual" strollers, this one
