Popular Post Donkrieg1011
Plat #63: Destroy All Humans! This game is so much fun, even better with cheats! The writing is funny as hell, making going the game so much more enjoyable. Some of the missions were annoying and buggy, forcing me to go through it multiple times. Never played it on the PS2 so I was surprised by how much destruction I could cause to the environment. Overall, it is a solid sandbox game that I think is even better than the GTA games from the PS2 era .

Popular Post Icebrand1270
Platinum 117 Nightmares from the Deep 2: The Siren's Call (PS4) 4/29/2017 After earning 3 Plats in the first 9 days of this month, I had a significant slowdown due to a significant case of "trophy burnout". Now, I'm back! *evil laugh* Anyway, i did the first one, so I figured I would do the second. I've done Artifex Mundi's games before: Clockwork Tales, which I have Platinum for, and Enigmatis, which gave me a "game-breaking bug" that forced me to start over. The museum curator from the Caribbean, Jessica Black returns. This time, she is called upon to save a town trapped in a curse by rescuing a siren. Apparently, news of her skill at breaking curses from the first game have gotten around, perhaps more than she would like. The graphics resemble a painting and the game is a mere 10 dollars (USD). Like the first game, you need a minimum of 2 Playthroughs. Plus a bonus chapter (I assume these were add-ons for the PC versions which these Artifex Mundi games originally were). 1 playthrough is dedicated to hidden object scenes while the other replaces them with Mah-Jong puzzles. In addition to plot-related trophies (I particularly like the one about preparing a "spiked coffee"), there are trophies for finishing hidden object scenes fast, finishing hidden object scenes with few mistakes, finishing minigame puzzles fast and finishing Mah-Jong puzzles fast. Unlike the first game, there are 3 types of collectibles to find that are (naturally) well-hidden: golden octopi, silver parrots and brass seahorses. Even with a guide, finding the parrots was rough, as they disappear and reappear at irregular intervals (the game uses the term "morph"). For this reason, I found the game to be a little bit tougher than the first one. That all said, another point-and-click Platinum under my belt. Where will my hunt for trophies take me next? No clue, as always! Still, the fun for me is finding out!

Popular Post marvelboy10
#75- Day Of The Tentacle Remastered OCD Get all other trophies in the game First I would like to say thank you Lucas Arts for bringing us such a magnificent masterpiece that is Day Of The Tentacle Remastered. I really enjoyed this game and how unique the puzzles were. The puzzles weren't to difficult which is good in my opinion. You play as the three main protagonists, Bernard, Hoagie, and Laverne, and your goal is to stop the purple tentacle ( antagonist) from taking over the world. You will be aided by Dr. Fred, the creator of the Chron-o-John, on your quest to stop the tentacle. The three must use his Chron-O-John to time travel back to the past to turn off his Sludge-o-Matic machine. But unfortunately the machine malfunctions do to a false power source and the three main characters end up in 3 different time periods. Hoagie ends up 200 years in the past, Laverne ends up 200 years in the future, and Bernard remains in the present. Together they must use their resources to escape from their time periods and get back to the present, at least for Hoagie and Laverne. I will admit, for a remaster this was very and I mean very good. The graphics were sharp and I didn't experience any lag, game crashes, or any input lag. Now I played this on the PS4 so I'm not quite sure if it plays differently on the Vita. I like how you can some what alter history when your in Hoagie's timeline. Like for ex. the creation of the first vacuum that was created to aid Laverne in the future. But I have just one question. Why did we have to microwave a hamster to death? I mean that's animal cruelty but hey if that's how they operate well that's them. They could have at least put a disclaimer at the end of the credits that says "No hamsters were harmed in the making of this game" . I made this game my 75th platinum milestone and I don't regret it. This also means promotion time for the Point and Click PP. I'm currently the 12th fastest achiever for the game. https://psnprofiles.com/100-club/4456-day-of-the-tentacle-remastered Could have gotten faster if it wasn't for Hoagie not eating his Hoagie fast enough . Until next time, have a great day! Edited April 30, 2017 by marvelboy10

Popular Post Dark Layla
#95 - Mass Effect: AndromedaA month later the much desired platinum has finally arrived Single player brings new things to previous games such as "fast travel" through "forward stations" which makes things a bit easier. Many and varied side quests (in my opinion less annoying than those from ffxv)New enemies, new characters and several planets to discover (you get the feeling that they could deploy more planets to discover (we're talking about a game from a different generation)About the multiplayer i just have to say that it's a mistake every time someone rage quit the game go back to the multiplayer menu (it becomes frustrating)But nobody needs to play multiplayer to have 100% ,just lose a few hours to send strike teams to the missions! (For now it reminded me a little dragon age inquisition) Although a lot of people choose to play insanity mode at first, I don't advise doing it, first because there are 3 very complicated and long battle-level moments in the game, and second because there is no need to do everything at once. Story mode can be finished in a few hours with all upgrades. To finish i must say that despite all the criticism, it was worth it to have played! Isn't the best ME up to date but has some interesting new things!I must say that although I don't care much about this kind of music, I totally loved the launch trailer song ! I spent several hours singing human while i played

Popular Post Sprunky123
Master Assassin Assassin's Creed II (PS3) The game isn't really difficult so the plat isn't that special. However I'm really glad to finally get it after having experienced trophy glitches on the last 2 story trophies that I needed to get the platinum. I finally got the trophies and then the platinum glitched on me as well. Thanks to some helpful fellow trophies hunters, I got the plat eventually though. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed the story and the collectibles were easy to find and not too many. I plan on doing AC Unity in the near future and that will require a lot more time than this one. Popular Post continuum67
#12 - Murdered: Soul Suspect Moving On Collected every trophy in the game A quick and easy plat, I quite enjoyed playing through the story the first time. I wanted to experience the game and story before I cleaned up all the collectables for the platinum, but the second play through really was a chore (despite how quick it was). I like the style and premise of the game, but the lack of replay value and the quick nature of the game (5-6 gameplay hours for plat in 2 run-throughs ) means I probably should have waited for a sale. Alas, it is already being returned/on its way back to Amazon in what looks to be a $5 2-day rental which isn't too shabby.
