Popular Post Fire
#120 - Thief Man of Steal (3.83% Ultra Rare) The True Master Thief Started this game almost 2 yrs ago, but after my first playthrough while getting the collectibles, game glitched. My character just fell through the floor and save was broken I was so frustrated with it, so i gave up for awhile. After i continued with the game, i experienced couple of more glitches, but nothing like the first time. Game had a good concept, but adding supernatural element was kinda lame. Also map is so ridiculous and useless in most parts. Trophy wise, even tho plat is ultra rare, i didn't find it too difficult. I found master diff (with no kills and no alerts) to be easier then normal one. And in the whole game, no kills and no alerts run is the only enjoyable part. The "hardest" and most annoying trophy was Finders Keepers for getting all secret areas, only because there's no in-game counter. Completed in 1 year, 11 months 1 day Difficulty 4/10 Enjoyment 6/10

Popular Post Rick_Sanchez
Platinum # 197 Difficulty: 6/10 Fun: 8/10 Not only do I recommend just going for the plat, but boosting the online is almost required if you want to get this platinum fast. The longest grind for the trophy comes from the level 45 trophy. Aside from that you also need a good co-op partner and hopefully one of you is good at flying a helicopter. Outside of online play, the campaign is pretty simple and straight forward with some ridiculous trophies that are better to be done on easy. The story is there but not rather interesting, and rather forgettable. Edited May 4, 2017 by Qu1ck57r1k3

Popular Post Brawler
Platinum #66 : Snow Pirate Dominator (Lost Planet 2) Difficulty: 9/10 (higher now that somebody beat my world record, I'd say) Enjoyment: 7/10 Thank goodness that is over. My favorite part is by far the training courses, the rest of the grind to platinum wore on me towards the end. The game is solid your first time through but having done it once before it definitely took its toll by the time I earned my last nom. It's a solid co-op experience but it tends to drag a bit when you're playing solo, which I did for a good chunk of the time. I'd recommend giving it a try if you aren't too bothered about the completion. Couldn't have managed to do this one without Aela, PRTM and Meepy as they helped with a good portion of the stuff that required more than 2 players.

Popular Post MStalker58
#145 Axiom Verge It doesn't take long to notice that Axiom Verge is influenced by Metroid and other old school classics. Hell, the Justin Bailey code (which famously gave Samus a bathing suit outfit) is included in the game as a nod to the series. If Shovel Knight is a love letter to games like Mega Man and DuckTales, then Axiom Verge is a love letter to the Metroid franchise. Considering that Super Metroid is arguably my favorite game of all-time, it shouldn't be surprising that I loved Axiom Verge. I won't try comparing this game to that classic because that would probably be unfair. However, I will say that it captures the feeling of those old games and is the best Metroid-like game that I've played in a long time. I'm amazed that the entire game was developed by one person. That blows my mind. At the same time, it kind of makes me sad because one person has created such an awesome Metroid game while Nintendo has left the franchise to die. Thanks to Thomas Happ for giving me my Metroid fix, something that Nintendo hasn't done in years. The plat isn't very hard and is fairly typical for the Metroidvania genre. There are the usual trophies for obtaining 100% of the collectibles, filling in the entire map, beating the game without dying, beating it with a Low%, and a speedrun. Thankfully, the time limit given for the speedrun is 4 hours which is very generous. There are videos of experts beating the game within 30-40 minutes but even an average person like me can finish within 1-2 hours without much trouble. Some of the game mechanics (like the Drone teleport) are actually designed perfectly for speedrunning and make flying through areas a ton of fun. Overall a great game and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who is a fan of the genre. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like this game deserves more love than it seems to get. Personally, I'd rank it up there with the likes of Rogue Legacy and Shovel Knight when it comes to my favorite old school inspired platformers.
Popular Post ResidentScrub
#69: Watch_Dogs 2 This seemed more like a spin off than a direct sequel....maybe "Watch_Dogs: San_Francisco"? Not that it's a bad game because it isn't....it's really enjoyable and I had a lot of fun playing it, it just has a very different feel from the first game (which I love btw). The overall tone is really lighthearted....the characters have, well, character...I enjoyed their interactions and the banter between them. It has some absolutely awesome parts....such as running amok around the a giant mechanical spider....hacking satellites orbiting the Earth (great view)....the Ubisoft side quest which I thought was a really clever way of teasing a new game, if that's what it actually was. I also liked how this one felt like it relied a lot less on AC's gameplay mechanics than the first one so I wasn't just playing a reskinned version of AC. The MP's not too bad either and I had fun going for those trophies. However, for all that it was a fun game to play I didn't think the actual story was particularly great....it kinda just felt like a bunch of objectives / missions strung together...it didn't feel as focussed as the first game. There were a few times where I craved more action from the story, an over-the-top car chase through the city (although they didn't fix the driving-on-ice feel), or just a bit of drama. I also thought that, although the Jumper and the Drone, were sweet little gadgets they completely nerfed the difficulty and took away any challenge. I know, WD wasn't really a difficult game overall but there were definitely a few head scratcher moments where you thought "How the fuck am I going to reach the place to hack the thing?" or "I hope there aren't any untagged enemies in there, because I missed a camera, that might unsuspectingly shoot me in the back of the head while I'm sneaking about".....instead you can just send in the landbot to scout the area or the skybot which will tag enemies / objectives all at once and even through the walls.....towards the end of the game you can pretty much clear out a full area from across the street without any direct enemy contact. I'm probably in the minority in saying this but I think I did prefer the first game overall....however, I'd give this one a 7 out of 10.

Popular Post Donkrieg1011
Plat #64: Destroy All Humans! 2 The funny writing from the first game has been replaced with constant sex jokes which made the game kind of a slog to go through. I didn't like the first half very much, mainly because Crypto starts out very weak, luckily this time around the game provides a detector for finding all the collectibles. You can actually finish this game without a guide because the list is pretty straightforward and the process of finding collectibles is less annoying thanks to the small map and the detector. The gameplay is easier because they got rid of the energy bar and the holobob ability. Still a pretty enjoyable game, even though it lacks the story elements that made the first game so interesting and funny .

Popular Post Masamune
UNDER DEFEAT MEISTER Unlock all trophies That's gotta be one of my most common plats in my collection now (you know, besides Walking Dead ), I'm going to assume most people just let it sit for the 16 hours (8 in both modes) to unlock infinite credits, because I think it would be fairly difficult without that (I was even using a second controller with a rubber band for some extra firepower). Difficulty: 2/10 (only if you're kinda cheap about it like I mentioned above) Enjoyment: 7/10 (but playing the same 5 stages over 6 time does start to get old) Time Played: Unknown (3 days, 8 hours, 37 minutes... & that was just playing it in my free time while waiting for my Vita to charge)
Popular Post xMissFantasy
132 100% Clear This is the platinum trophy and is unlocked automatically when all the trophies have been unlocked I really didn't want to get this for PS4 due to the insane grinding of player kills (and the fact I have it on Xbox already.) One of my friends begged me to get it to play with him and a few of our other friends, so I gave in and did. A week later, he and a couple of them ditched me for Ark.? I actually got pretty pissed off and decided I'd get the platinum by myself. It took me just over a month, not to mention three days of pre-patch split screen with 2.5k pipe bombs to get my player kills. I will still occasionally play this because I love anything zombie related and I like building.? Do yourself a favour though and don't let anyone peer pressure you into getting a game (or anything else) because they want you to. You do what feels best for you! I also want to say I am pretty damn proud I did this by myself and have another UR plat in my collection!?

Popular Post Arceus130
#116: Cosmic Star Heroine This was a great indie title. There were a few glitches, but nothing completely game-breaking for me (it helped that I could save anywhere and had four save slots to use). There are quite a few missable trophies spread throughout this game, but, so long as you talk to all of the NPCs (which is not tough if you like exploring), you shouldn't have any issues without a guide. Trophies and glitches aside, the combat is a lot of fun if you're a fan of turn-based. The only screen transitions happen when you switch areas, so the game itself feels quite fast. The game is not particularly difficult, especially by the end, and the story is pretty standard imo. That all said, this was definitely worth $15 for me.
Popular Post TwilightSpira
PLATINUM 136 - PERSONA 5 Date of achievement : May,5th, 2017 Enjoyment : Difficult: 3,0 Hardest Trophy: Beyond Rehabilitation/Great Phantom Thieves Convene "I am Thou, Thou Art I, We the Phantom Thieves, shall take your distorted desires and expose your true nature to the world" . As this echoes throughout our minds, we are introduced to the wonderful world of Persona 5, the latest installment from this incredible JRPG franchise. In Persona 5, we take the role as silent protagonist, a not so ordinary young men falsely charged of attempted assault. Needless to say, his failed heroic attempt of justice led him into Probation, resulting in expulsion from his school and ultimately his home town. As a attempt of clearing his criminal record, he is transferred to a foster home for a year, in hopes of proving his innocence. Soon upon his arrival, he is "welcomed" by a eerie app. Unaware of his current situation, he tries to get of it, only to be followed by a ghastly apparition that softly whispers I Am Thou, Thou Art I. Come Arsene! Persona 5 plays just like his predecessors, we as the silent protagonist, must form social links, here confidants, in hopes of wakening their true strengths. Besides the social aspects, we must travel across Palaces, uncover the truth, and steal the treasures within, leading the corrupted to a change of heart. As a RPG, all the fun is here. the game is full of discoveries, things to do and sights to see. In the end Persona 5 truly captured everything that made Persona 4 such a remarkable game and truly perfected it. By the end of my 145 hours for the plat, not a single "meh" thought crossed through my mind, matter of fact, it made me sad the game actually came to a end. Yeah is this good
Popular Post Jak
#116 Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves Master Thief Unlock all trophies for Sly Cooper's final outing. . . final? Really? This wraps up the trilogy. This is my probably my favorite game in the trilogy, as the gameplay refinements (including mini games) and replay-value are much better in Sly 3 than Sly 2. All 3 games are some fine classics, and the twist with the stealth genre makes the games unique from its two brothers series. Secondly, it is very blatant how much these games inspired Sucker Punch's successor series, inFAMOUS. For anyone who played through the inFAMOUS games should immediately spot the similarities beginning with Sly 2: Band of Thieves (the utilization of the rails and ropes via climbing/walking and the open environments/open-world with both games. Cole MacGrath practically even has the Ninja Spire Jump technique in his core moveset). Was very interesting to notice these things on the spot naturally and quickly. I went the extra mile by actually completing all of the optional Time Trials in Sly Cooper and The Thievius Raccoonus, thus achieving the true 100% completion. Sly 2 (optionally) required collecting all the bottles and then opening the singular vaults in each of the 8 Hub Worlds to obtain the 100%, which I didn't bother with because there are no actual speed run or combat related challenge, the challenge itself was just finding all 30 Bottles (collectibles) per hub. There's 8 episodes total, I did it for 4/8, so that should leave me with a 99.6/99.96% with Sly 2. Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves however, has the platinum tied to the 100% completion, so I technically obtained 100% for Sly 3 and 1. Additionally, I watched all the special bonus videos: commentary behind the scene videos, the animated shorts, the commercials, etc. There's one animated short for Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, which I will be watching next. Lastly, I am definitely a fan of the franchise now. I even read the #2 Comic before starting Sly 3, as the developers wanted back in the day. I'm going to look into buying the #1 and #2 Comics in physical form, the statue, and original PS2 games, especially to get that mini Thievius Raccoonus (Manuel). (Someone should really make a life-size version of this, perhaps it fulfilling the role as The Art of Sly Cooper in addition.) Popular Post ratchetdude231
Platinum#20: Ratchet and Clank Full Frontal Assault difficulty: 5/10 Fun: 6/10 Uh where to begin with this game. As much as I despised this game when I first played it, I honestly don't think it's as bad as I remember. Don't get me wrong it's far from a great game let alone a great Ratchet and Clank game, but I would be lying if I didn't say I had some fun with the game. The open ended levels are neat, and the focus on combat and tower defense is pretty fun. My biggest issue with the single player was that it was too short, and there really wasn't a whole lot of story. I think part of the reason this game really disappointed me at the time was because this was the big 10 anniversary game they released to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the franchise and unfortunately it just didn't feel like a game worthy of that if that makes any sense whatsoever. Another issue I found with this game was that something about how the game feels felt off. Playing as Ratchet just felt off in this game. I don't really know what it is, but I think the engine the game was made on might have had something to do with it. Back then I blamed the fact that the game was running at 30 fps, but I'm not sure that's the case now given that the PS4 game runs at 30 fps and the game felt perfect. It's a small thing I doubt most people will recognize, but for me it definitely felt like something was off. I also had the same issue with Into the Nexus. Overall it's definitely not a bad game. Also need to keep in mind that this was only 15 or 20 bucks when it came out which I think is rather fair given the amount of content here. This is easily a game you can expect to get 5 to 7 hours from if you plan on doing the speed runs, and maxing out weapons which is pretty good. My favorite part of the game when it came out was probably the multiplayer. Just so much fun, and I wish Insomniac would bring the multiplayer back and turn it into a free to play game on PS4. I would probably play the living hell out of that. Edited May 6, 2017 by Ratchet
