Popular Post Starrk_01
Plat #84: Tales of the Borderlands (PS4) Already got the platinum on the PS3, but since it was a PS+ game how could I turn this down? Just as fun as the first time I played it!
Popular Post TheFinalEmblem
Platinum #80- Dark Souls 3 Good lord, this was both an amazing and aggravating game, but that's Dark Souls for you, I guess. I admit, I probably would've never gotten the game had I not been watching Beard Bros. play it. From beginning to end, I had a lot of fun exploring every single square inch of this game, getting into fights with big monsters and tough people... and also dying a lot. Collecting everything required of me was quite a task, but still a manageable one. Having to grind to 10 or 30, usually 30, of a specific item to turn into a Covenant kinda sucked, but it wasn't all that bad overall. The last two playthroughs went by pretty quick since I didn't need to do everything and I already knew where to go to get what I needed. Maybe I'll play another DS game in the future, or more than likely, Bloodborne, since I was eyeing that before this even. Platinum Screenshot... Fascinating.
Popular Post ROBOCRIPPLE_
#33: Yooka-Laylee A pretty challenging game, especially at the mini-games and boss fights. I picked it up because I wanted to play 3D platformers again! I was struggling so much at the final boss fight with Capital B, I gave up trying to figure it out on my own and looked it up, and, surprisingly, somebody actually did a video guide! I followed IGN's guide, as well. Yup, IGN still writes guides for games even to this day! (before, I looked up guides on GameFAQs and Youtube for games older than a few months, Ratchet & Clank and Uncharted 4 being recent examples)
Popular Post TheMCofWumbology
Platinum #12 Tales from the Borderlands We Had Fun, Didn't We? Complete Tales From The Borderlands When this game got announced as one of the front-runners for the May PlayStation Plus games, I was stoked. I'm a big fan of the Telltale games and Borderlands series. In the Telltale games, I just love the storytelling in how they invoke you into the story and how they make you shape up the story in the way you want it to be told and done through critical story decisions as well as in how you want the main protagonists' behavior to be in which that will be the factor in how the other characters throughout the game will view them as. Either make them to be benevolent or malevolent to others and make them either love you or hate you, the choice is yours. Besides, Telltale games are the absolute easiest games for trophy hunting and collecting. Meanwhile, in the Borderlands series, I love the whole looting aspect and the overall humor is just plain hilarious with its eccentric cast of characters. Going into this game, I had a blast playing it from beginning to end. The humor, just like in the Borderlands series, was absolutely funny and I laughed a lot throughout this game, especially that the game makes a lot of references to various popular media. Overall, this is one of my favorite Telltale games of all time, as I rank it 2nd to The Walking Dead, just for emotional impact's sake. If you're a fan of the Telltale games and/or a fan of the Borderlands series, give this game a shot: you'll love it.
Popular Post FeralTurtle
#26: Persona 5 What can I say... An amazing experience. Platted at ~166 hours. You could expect nothing less from Atlus, especially when it comes to the Persona games, P4 was a big step up from P3, but with this they even take a super large leap in improvement from the previous entry. I wonder if there will be some sort of P5R (Persona 5 Red) like there was a P4G, or some sort of spin off. Anyways, if I were to complain about this game then it would be me wanting more.
Popular Post Nauticus87
#103 - Color Guardians Easy enough. Only real issues were the final boss and having to murder myself a few hundred times after everything else was done.
Rodow_
#18 - Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution An easy platinum, but a little boring... so much fight, so less "story mode"... Popular Post Lars
#97: La Cops This game wasn't enjoyable at all, game at first was a bit fun because it gives you a lot of trophies by completing the first level. After that it becomes a lot less enjoyable because the game feels very cheap, and very unfair as well. Luckily the AI feels unfair but the other way around you can utilise some features as well which makes the game easier in some places. But the AI is just stupid, it feels sometimes that they can shoot through walls, every shot always hits you and takes a huge amount of health, even with a pistol which for you as a player takes so many shots to kill a target. On the higher difficulty it is difficult because all the one hit kills you concede, on lower difficulties it is difficult because a shortage on ammo. And like i said, game isn't hard but really unfair, which makes it more difficult and less enjoyable Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 4/10
Popular Post markcavan
#140 - Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed on PSVita (17th plat of 2017) - 1.21% ULTRA RARE Well I have finally got this platinum after over 3 years and giving up twice previously thinking I would never get it. This was one of the 1st games I ever picked up on my PSVita and still today I love it. For a racing game its almost perfect IMO and plays very well on PSVita. The first 50% of trophies are easy enough and can be got within a few hours of playing but after that the game get very hard and you really need to master every track and get a bit of luck from time to time. The AI can be crazy on some of those expert star races and grand prix tournaments. This will be one game I still go back to play and will stay on my PSVita memory card for some time yet. Overall 9/10 enjoyment with a 9/10 for difficultly Edited May 8, 2017 by markcavan

Popular Post Tondt
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (PS4) - #35 Platinum Second time around playing this and was just as fun as the last if not better. The game is overall better than the PS3 version with it's improved graphics, reduced loading times, quicksave option (a personal favourite), less frequent crashing and mod compatibility (to an extent). I would strongly recommend this to any fans of the RPG genre. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare - #36 Platinum I have a mixed opinion about this game. The campaign I found was pretty good, the jackal flight missions and side missions were enjoyable. The zombies portion of the game wasn't too bad, it was sort of identical to Treyarch zombies in terms of gameplay. The main easter egg in Zombies in Spaceland kept me from getting the platinum (Simon says step and boss fight ). I managed to beat the easter egg after many attempts. Finally there is the multiplayer which I found to not be very enjoyable at all. The thrust jumping and the supply drops along with a very short TTK (time to kill) made the experience a lot worse. In terms of overall enjoyment, I would give this game a 5/10.

Popular Post Zeitgeist-9
Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 (The game was easy, but the 100M Credits trophy was annoying, I could have unlocked the platinum years ago, but that Credits trophy was too long, fortunately I could find the Gain Credits Up Plan, War Chip and unlock the Millenium Laberynth's Clione the last week, in that way, I could get the enough credits and raise all the characters level to 399 in a week, now I will try the Lily Ranks from Hyperdevotion to get my next Platinum)
Popular Post cronocyde
#110: Tales From The Borderlands (Playstation 4) Completed in 1 month, 1 week, 3 days Platinum rarity: 49.99% Platinum difficulty: 1/10 Personal rating: 9/10 Such an awesome game. I was expecting a great game due to all the praises this game received when released and I was not disappointed. The game is so funny and unique. It's at the same time funny, sad and exciting. It's rare that you see that in a game. One of the best from Telltales :-) Can't wait for season 2!

Popular Post SirDave1988
# 70 - Jak and Daxter : The Precursor Legacy (PS Vita) Top of the Heap You have mastered the game and collected all there is to collect! Well, that was way more difficult than I remember it being on the PS3 for some reason. Much like the original God of War on the Vita, the slightly worse controls and slightly nerfed port of this PS2 classic turn this platinum from slightly to very difficult indeed. While the game is still pretty enjoyable, this is in my opinion, the worse Vita port of a PS2 HD remaster I've played yet, with a noticeably reduced frame rate making for trickier controls. I was intending to do the whole trilogy of this series again on the Vita. However, after this experience and hearing that the next 2 entries in this trilogy are EVEN worse ports in terms of frame rate and controls, I might hold off.

Enjoyed it a lot. though some of the puzzles are a little ridiculous, nothing unmanageable. Had it since it was a free game. I would suggest playing it if you got it then and just have not got around to it. Edited May 8, 2017 by FLCLcrim2

Popular Post yellowwindow7
Sequin Land Hero / Shantae: Half-Genie Hero ( PS4 ) guess i'm the only person here who was complaining and wanting a shantae game on the ps3 so much back then after hearing how good and fun this series is, and for an odd reason Wayforward have released the previous shantae games on almost all platforms but still refuse to put them on ps3 and i believe the 360 too? then we reach the half-genie hero entery to the series, where i really got SOOOOOOO PISSED of Wayforward even more that after the announcement of their kickstarter of this game they FINALLY said this game is coming to ps4, PS3, Vita, XBONE, 360, PC and Wii U.... though, before the release of half-genie hero they came up announcing the cancellation of the ps3 and the 360 versions due to less people have funded those version............ don't wanna go in details of how frustrated i was with that news so...... now i have a ps4 of course i refused to pay the original full price of this game and waited for a price drop, funny how the discount have happened faster than i thought and i pick it up from the EU digital discount for $16. and finally played a shantae game, i only saw a 100% play through of the older games and i never played them myself so i can't rate how good this game is compared to the two games that already came on ps4, vita before it. but from what i played, this game is really good, cute, funny and it can be sexy if you want it to be ( SO much jiggly boobs and fan service in this game that it can even put a game like dead or alive to shame lol! ) and that giant queen mermaid boss fight though, i see that this boss have easily became a fan favorite, you can do a search on any part of the internet for shantae half-genie hero and a screenshot or a thumbnail will appear to you containing a picture of this boss among your search, i believe it's the most memorable boss in the entire game .... anyhow the game really deliver to what i heard from the people who played this series. the trophies are easy, the only trophy that can gives you some trouble is the Quick Collector, where you beat the game under four hours 100%. though, there's this cute looking snake woman that you find her inside a pot in some levels i think she called tuki or something? you have to purchase all the items she have in her store, also trade with her the two item she have then trade your original stuff back again, if you didn't do this and finish the game while collecting everything you'll get only 98%, make sure that you got 99% before going to the final area in the game. the game unfortunately is kinda going on the short side, my final playtime of the 100% speedrun was 02:28:27, i heard about a time freeze trick but i don't know if it's still working though, i will get the other games soon in a future discounts, especially the pirate curse as i really liked that game from the let's play video i watched.
