Popular Post MeteorHawk
#83- DARKSIDERS: WARMASTERED EDITION (PS4) BFA Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 9/10 Six years to the day I got the plat on the original version of the game on PS3, I now have the remastered edition in my coffers as well! One of my favourite surprises on PS3, it was awesome to relive it all again at 60fps and get another plat out of it! What can I say about Darksiders that nobody else has? A hugely underappreciated series that is finally seeing a revival after THQ went under a few years back, Darksiders is a fun action-adventure game based on Judeo-Christian mythology, playing as the badass Horseman of the Apocalypse War. Featuring excellent voice acting from the legendary likes of Liam O' Brien, Mark Hamill and Troy Baker, Darksiders is gripping and addictive to play. The only truly awful part was grinding out the Weapon Experience. Some of the collectibles were also tricky enough to find- in fact, I think I ballsed up finding the very same final Wrath Core as I did on PS3! With Darksiders III finally en route, hopefully the series can continue on the course it deserves. I will be sure to get the platinum for Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition as well before III is released next year. Anyone who has yet to play these games, now is as good a time as any to get in there!
Popular Post Lady Blanc
Platinum #50 NieR: Automata Final Words Thank you for playing. Another fun game completed, granted that I did use the in-game feature to purchase some of the trophies (but got a vast majority of them the proper way). Definitely a fun game if you've liked Platinum Games' other titles, the story is very well done too, even though I found 9S to be an irritating, obnoxious character (kind of like Hope from Final Fantasy XIII). I'll be keeping it on my PS4 to play from time to time, plus I still need to buy the DLC.

Popular Post Ala-Arska
Mad Max Halls of Valhalla Earn all Trophies No, you're not taking the Hobbits to Isengard...oops, wrong camp. Max Rockatansky has been mad and awesome since 1979. Less so now, because aliens glitches. About first half of the game was surprisingly bug free. Minor, random, hiccups here and there, but overall a blast to play. For some reason, technical problems started to accumulate fast. Like in Skyrim, when a save file exceeds a certain threshold, shit hits the fan Missing/extra graphics in cutscenes, losing audio, no vehicles spawning at all, enemies disappearing in the middle of the fight...and so on. Sometimes things cleared up when turning Internet connection OFF and restarting, sometimes not. Oh what a day, what a lovely day! To make matters worse, I decided to complete a huge junk of the challenges post game. All camps cleared, all villains dead. What was I thinking Aside from the technical issues (no Plat-breaking glitches for me, thankfully), I enjoyed Mad Max just as much as I hoped I would. It's a huge sandbox to play with, the Wasteland is filled to the brim with locations to loot and scavenge. All for my ride, the Magnum Opus Upgrading said car is satisfying as hell. From a rust bucket to a goddamn tank from Hell, it's thrilling to see it evolve. Driving it is pure joy as well. The vast, post-apocalyptic scenery makes a perfect setting for putting the pedal to the metal. And it all looks beautiful. As pure and joyful it is behind the wheel, the hand-to-hand combat falls a bit behind from the likes of Batman: Arkham titles. I still got plenty of kicks from crushing my enemies, seeing them driven before me and hearing the lamentations of their women If not for the glitches, I'd recommend Mad Max with a 9/10, hands down. Now it's a bit risky business. Do you really need another hero?

Popular Post Golden Devil Gamer
#65 - Bioshock (PS3) I had this game on hold for so damn long. Playing the game on Survivor without using Vita-Chambers sounded challenging at first, but then I realized that it was a big joke really. I played almost the entire game using just the wrench as my weapon. Using SpeedBoost (swing wrench faster), Wrench Jockey (more wrench damage), and Bloodlust (earn health back by using a wrench) made things a lot easier. And since I almost always had max money, I had no trouble buying ammo and health/eve whenever needed. As for the Big Daddy, the Hypnotize Big Daddy got me through half of the game. Once I got the crossbow, I used trap bolts to beat a Big Daddy. 10 traps + a round of armor-piercing machine-gun bullets were enough to beat a Big Daddy. And the final boss was really easy. All of his attacks are easy to dodge it doesn't take long to kill him. The most annoying part about the Platinum was getting all the damn collectibles. There's way too many audio logs and some are quite redundant. Anyways, great game though. Playing on Survivor made the game feel a lot better since it felt more like System Shock for some reason.
Popular Post Nauticus87
#111 - Tearaway I finished Tearaway Unfolded last year and enjoyed it so got this when it was on sale. It was a lot less hassle - smaller levels, no gopher carrying through the levels and no flying around for hard to find confetti.

Popular Post MeteorHawk
TWO PLATS IN ONE DAY!!! Never thought I'd achieve this but hey, I had the time! Also realised that the trophy names are both three-letter acronyms! Made me chuckle. #83- DARKSIDERS: WARMASTERED EDITION (PS4) BFA Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 9/10 Six years to the day I got the plat on the original version of the game on PS3, I now have the remastered edition in my coffers as well! Very funny with some neat puzzles and hilarious dialogue. Not a whole lot to say about it other than that but cool to experience this great game and to get a second platinum trophy in a single day out of it.

Popular Post TheActualMeg4cy
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Remastered - #1 I enjoyed playing through this on the PS4. I feel like anyone that was turned away from the game on the PS3 back then should definitely have considered giving it 1 more shot on the PS4, considering the upgraded control schemes. Overall Difficulty - 3/10 (if you have played it before) 5/10 (if you're playing it for the first-time) Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Remastered - #2 Similar to the above. I enjoyed playing through this on the PS4 but it felt somewhat more tedious and difficult compared to how it was back on the PS3. I am not sure if my ability/patience has lowered since then but it definitely felt a tad bit annoying at parts where is usually is not. That said, this could be tied to playing it on crushing straight off the bat. Overall Difficulty - 4/10 (if you have played it before) 6/10 (if you're playing it for the first-time) Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception Remastered - #3 The least of the 3 to have been enjoyed. While UC3 still holds up to this day as a benchmark and true demonstration of what the PS3 was able to handle back in the 2011, the game is definitely considered, in my opinion at least, the weakest of the 3 back on the console. Overall Difficulty - 4/10 (if you have played it before) 6/10 (if you're playing it for the first-time) Next Up? Popular Post MesopithecusUK
#42. Adventures of Mana Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 2/10 Started this one up quite some time ago and then dropped it in favor of other games, finally got the opportunity to go back to it and enjoyed it a lot (apart from killing elephants for a few hours to level up) Nice story with easy bosses, only thing is the map can sometimes get a bit confusing.

Cave Johnson
伝説 空の軌跡 THE 3RD EVOLUTION THE LEGEND OF HEROES 全てのトロフィーを獲得した。 Somehow, I managed to platinum this game in two playthroughs. In every other Kiseki game, I had to do a third playthrough due to me forgetting to scan at least one enemy... Overall, I'd say it was much easier than FC and SC. The biggest difference is probably that there are very few missables, unlike the previous games. As for the game itself, I'm not really sure what to say. It was even better than I thought it would be, which is saying a lot, since I had expected it to be great. The ending is perfect; I don't think Falcom could have possibly ended the Sora trilogy any better.

Popular Post Yami
#66 The Talos Principle. I've been off trophy hunting for way too long, but alas, I'm back ! TTP is one of the best mind bender games out there imo. Played it on PC before, loved it, played it on PS4 now, loved it just as much. And yes, I do admit having to search some youtube videos for some of those Gehenna puzzles. Edit: Also just unlocked: #67 Mass Effect: Andromeda I have too much to say about this game that I'm not going to do the short review I usually do. Anyhow, Mass Effect is my favourite game series and Andromeda doesn't change that. Edited June 4, 2017 by Yami
