Popular Post JaM
#181 Everybody's Gone To The Rapture This Pattern is Mine You got them all. You got them all. "In the wake of the human beings death, what survives is a set of afterglows, some brighter and some dimmer in the collective brains of those dearest to them. There is in those who remain in a collective corona that still glows. -Douglas Hofstadter" Not a fan of Proteus and walking is also not my thing so I am quite skeptical at first before playing this game. Then I thought "well, I finished Ether One" so why not give this a shot... That and the fact that I need to free some space to my poor PS4 is the main reason I started this game It's quite hard to describe it tbh... I find this game strange yet very satisfying. There are some point in the plot that I am quite confused and I need to google to somehow understand it but overall, I liked it a lot. The graphics looks sooo realistic (that walking speed though ), The Music is sooo *insert here some words that is to describe something that is quite hard to describe*, and the characters and story... oh boy... I really thought I will dislike Wendy very much... also, I actually liked the fact that they don't show you what the characters look like, like it leaves it to your imagination Even the game crashed on me while I am in the middle of doing Radio Enthusiast and I had to do another run for Backtracker because it glitched on me, I would still recommend it to anyone... once again, thanks PS+ IGC for making me experience this game

Popular Post FarSideOfSaturn
#16 - Fallout 4 Platinum Trophy Collect all other 50 trophies for this trophy When I was still level 5, I took a walk down to Corvega Assembly Plant to kill raiders who had been harassing a settlement. They were a higher level than me, I had no decent weapons or armour and I ended up getting my ass beat before retreating with my tail firmly between my legs. The platinum seemed a million miles away at that point. "Welcome home" indeed. It was probably the best thing that could've happened, because unlike Skyrim where I could tank my way through everything even at a low level, it made me realize I'm going to have to play to my strengths this time round. Which is where Fallout's levelling system comes in. Skyrim was worthless for building a character in the long run, this is a massive improvement. Rather than eventually having to reset your perks if you wanted to level up in Skyrim, Fallout levels up instantly. Upgrades come in two forms. First is the SPECIAL stats, unlocking these leads to more perks, each with multiple ranks to increase how effective they are. It's a great system, which I used to my advantage to create a near undetectable stealth character so I could pick off the Raiders back at the plant one by one. The levelling system is probably the best thing to come out of Fallout 4. While there's a story there, it feels incredibly rushed and what side content there is can be repetitive. The world itself is immense with plenty to explore but I've already lost count of the amount of times I've headed for an old ruin hoping I'd find another quest only to walk away empty handed. I'll excuse the graphics which make the world look ridiculous from high vantage points. On the other hand Boston is now ground zero for a nuclear detonation so I can forgive it for looking like shit in certain conditions and it's not often you'll find yourself on high ground anyway. As for the platinum, it wasn't too difficult at all. I enjoyed ending the game with each faction and without the bobbleheads trophy I probably would've missed out on seeing some really cool locations. Saying that, I think Fallout would be best enjoyed without going for the platinum. Along with the levelling system, I think It's greatest strength lies with the world we're given to explore, just create a character and hit the road, see where it takes you. That's how I think this game was meant to be played. Game Rating: 8/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 8/10

Popular Post Galactic Hyper Balls
Platinum # 106 Dark Souls II -Ps4 Holy shit this game was a blast, so much dying and many kick ass co-op battle's This game was sitting on my shelf for far to long, I had the urge to play Bloodborne to get my fix. But In the distant I see the sun bro's raising there hands? , So I decided to follow there path in DSII 100 plus hours and 2+ play-throughs later I made a funny song against the dark lurker, for some reason this one battle was tough for me so I had to make a video -enjoy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ti4qkpq4unk Edited July 9, 2017 by Galactic Balls
Popular Post Caldor2K2
- #100 - Dragon Quest Heroes II Well I finally managed to get this one out of the way. It took way longer than I was expecting. My final game clock showed slightly over 200 hours, but how much of that time accounted for me falling asleep in my chair, or getting annoyed and just leaving the game run I'll never know. The game itself is very straight forward, just play the game start to finish, with very little post game things to do. The majority of the annoyance coming from the endless grinding, made even worse by a good portion of it falling to the mercy of the RNG, which one has no control over. Overall, it wasn't exactly a difficult platinum to obtain, but if you're going to attempt it be prepared to allot a good amount of time for the grinding required to earn it.
continuum67
#17 - Killing Floor 2 Platinum Obtain all other trophies, and be an all around Zed slaying machine I really enjoyed this game from beginning all the way (...almost) to the end. Leveling to 25 was not the most fun thing I've ever done in my life, but playing it with at least one of my friends (and sometimes up to 5 of us) really made this less of a chore than a lot of people have made it out to be. Not sure I would have bothered leveling this one by myself, the gameplay really did get stale at the end. I'll look back on this one with positive memories though. Popular Post Abbey97
Platinum #69 Plague Inc: Evolved Fully Evolved Unlock all other trophies. This game has fond memories for me as it always takes me back to when I used to sit in the common room at school at break and dinner times and play this . This is soooo addicting to play as you always want to try out new combos or new ways of infecting and then killing the humans before they discover you and make the cure. I loved getting all the trophies on this as they provide a decent enough challenge without making you want to throw your controller out the window and I found some really interesting ways to win games and it never seemed repetitive at all. I'd recommend this game to everyone who loves building a strategy and also a good challenge
Popular Post SirDave1988
# 74 - Crash Bandicoot (PS4) The N. Trepid Crash Bandicoot! Collect all the Crash Bandicoot Trophies. I went into this one expecting a minor challenge but nothing terribly taxing. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG! ? As a veteran of the Crash Bandicoot series for the better part of 20 years, I was really looking forward to this, like a childhood dream game come true. Then, I start dying and struggling an awful lot on the 1st night of playing. Confused, and thinking it was my lack of skill, I then saw other comments and videos of people mentioning it's difficulty. They weren't lying, this is insanely hard, never have I been so frustrated with a challenge in a game until The High Road's time trial. So thankful now that the hardest of this trilogy is out of the way. The game is still mega good though, probably one of the best value for money games I've ever played, Vicarious Visions have done a near flawless job recreating these classics.
Popular Post Alternatewarning
Odin Sphere Leifthrasir Glad I finished this game since my broken controller was giving me some issues. Overall I really enjoyed it. It wasn't too hard, in fact it was a little on the easy side, and I liked the story. I really liked how each character actually played a little differently yet I could play all of them. I liked Velvet the best, but that's just my own personal skill. Or lack there of maybe. I am glad I played it on PS3, though, I feel like it would be a bit harder on the smaller vita screen. As good as this game was, I"m still super attached to my turn-based games.

Popular Post brokenteethxx
Most recent platinum time baby! #58 - Criminal Girls: Invite Only This platinum was a bit frustrating, just when you think the game is over another post dungeon is available with more sub-bosses to conquer! All in all though a fun game that gets your classic dungeon crawl RPG fix. #57 - Persona 5Speaking of RPG's, this beautifully done masterpiece deserves a platinum status through and through! A highly recommended game, on par or even better than P4G! Those are big shoes to fill and P5 does it with it's lovable characters, stylish game play mechanics, and gorgeous interface that makes this bad boy sit on the top of the throne! *One of my favorite game series*#56 - Nier: AutomataSince we are on the topic of RPG's this one is yet another fantastic game spoiled by exceptional story telling. Perfect blend of JRPG and Western RPG, throw in a bit of platforming, side scrolling/top down shooter and you've got this well done piece of entertainment. The platinum, albeit easy with the "secret shop", is well achieved and recommended! #55 - Mass Effect Andromeda Still riding that RPG train are we? Alright then - Mass Effect! One of the greatest Sci-Fi RPG's of all time. Although the candle light is dwindling on the series with this new entry, I personal really enjoyed the game! I believe people were a little too harsh with it, though I understand with how long it took to come out and then once released was plagued by bugs (and audio sync issues) - which pretty much sealed it's fate with fans and critics alike. But it still retains Mass Effect at it's core, a 3rd person Sci-Fi RPG Shooter, forging intergalactic alliances and trying to get that sex scene with that hot alien/female lead! While of course, kicking ass and having an abrupt ending Though there are negatives, one being that side missions are overly used with not much gain in terms of story/decision making - gets to be a choir after awhile. And the choices absolutely do not matter in any of these side quests which was a let down, on top of that there were far less important decisions to be made in this entry. Unfortunately - If they treated side quests with importance like the Witcher, this would be a gem!#54 - Senran Kagura Shinovi VersusWhat can I say? You have to have at least ONE Senran platinum don't you...? Okay you caught me, I did it for the boobs ? Though in all seriousness, It is a well done, ecchi fighting game that just never gets old! Keep em' coming!#53 - The Order 1886I am a bit late to the party with this games platinum, but I thoroughly enjoyed it! Another that got hit hard with critics, but I must say it is a beautiful and fun game.#52 - Horizon Zero DawnLast but not least is Horizon Zero Dawn, one of my favorite games to come out this year. Simply put it is a masterpiece. Nothing short of amazing. It is the most impressive looking game I have ever bared witness too, it even rivals heavy hitting PC games. Other than the obvious gorgeous graphics, this game excels in just about EVERYTHING! Bad ass and RESPECTABLE main character? Check. Tear jerking, thought provoking story? Check. Smooth and fluid combat that blends strategy and just pure epicness? Check. Stealth? Check. Fucking robot dinosaurs in a post apocalyptic era? CHECK. ?Checkmate!?

Popular Post Ala-Arska
I am Setsuna. A Tale from a Land of Snow Obtained all trophies ...and on the 70th level he rested. Winter is coming! Damn, I am Setsuna. (yes, there is a dot in that name) has more snow than Frozen. Luckily, the cold never bothered me anyway This clearly has Square Enix written all over it. Mostly borrowing from Chrono Trigger (even the image above is a remainder), it's familiar from the get-go. Most of the item and skill names are brought back from the SNES classic (Frog Squash, yay!), and some time travelling will be involved It's thanks to the beginning that I knew I was gonna love this title. It's pretty much a copy of FFVI's intro, and a good one. No Biggs and Wedge, though And then there's that snow...it's literally everywhere, from the overworld map to towns and dungeons. Some call it boring, I liked sticking to one setting. Since it's always winter no matter where you are, the overall mood is melancholic and somewhat nostalgic. This adds to the already touching story (and ending). Gameplay is as stated above, turn based combat in style of CT (and Secret of Evermore etc.). I've said it before, but I just can't get enough of this genre What really shines in Setsuna is the music. It's nothing but piano melodies through and through, but they're excellently made and easy to listen to. Ten points! I've seen this has had a mixed bag of reviews (screw them anyway, what do they know), but personally I enjoyed this game a lot. 8,5/10 would be sufficient Another great reminder of the olden but golden JRPG's, I am Setsuna. offers beautiful scenery, a sad tale and superb soundtrack. Highly recommended
Popular Post Lars
Went back to my PS3 for a day to finish up 2 games, one i was already very close to platinum, the other one i still had to start but was very short and easy #104: Superstars V8 Racing This is a very basic racing game from the early days of the playstation 3. Platinum wise it is very easy although it takes a while, about 20 hours is my assumption. You feel that it is an old game. From the graphics to the gameplay, it feels old and a bit clunky, but not bad or unenjoyable. If you like racing games than this will be a game that will have it's enjoyable moments. There is one very big point that i have though. This game sometimes freezes for a couple of seconds like a buffer moment in a youtube video. The only problem is, the game continues, so when the buffering is done you can find yourself in the gravel next to the track which is very annoying. Especially in the last corner when you have an opponent close behind you. If you want an easy platinum you can buy this one, i believe in the us it is often on sale for very low prices. Beware though that the game is very old and you'll notice that. Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 6/10 #105: Mayhem A demolition derby racing game with very strange graphics. Just black and white. Handling is very bad but the game is still fun. Just crashing into other cars is loads of fun and the game is also very easy apart from some late game events. Platinuming the game takes only 5 hours or one evening for me. It was fun, but it shouldn't take longer because the bad handling was getting very annoying late in the game. Especially in the races. AI is very cheap though and the rubberbanding is horrible in the races. Those were also the least fun events. Random trophies were very easy, had all of them before chapter 4 i believe. Difficulty: 2/10 Enjoyment: 6/10

Popular Post TwilightSpira
PLATINUM 141 - CRASH BANDICOOT Date of achievement : July,9, 2017 Enjoyment : Difficult: 6,0 Hardest Trophy: Practice Makes Perfect ! Crash Bandicoot is the first remaster/remake game from the original classic series. This time around, the developers took everything that made the original Naughty Dog games the classics they are today into something I never expected it would happen, a game that manages to deliver the same thrills while looking sexier than ever. As a on the run Bandicoot, the same that managed to be ejected from the evil experiments of Dr Cortex, we are introduced to a vast number of levels and challenges. Our goal as most of platformer games are simple, progress through the stages, defeat the bosses along the way so you can have your revenge and rescue your banging lass. As the original game as it's source, expect the game to deliver the same adrenaline as before, some stages will make you go n'sane and demand precise jumps and luck, so be a authentic bandicoot and learn from your mistakes. The Platinum run is a satisfying one that manages to blend all the mechanics of the game with some challenges, even trough the core game can be challenging at times, the developers decided not to demand your full potential, for the plat only the gold relics are needed, lowering a possible 8 rating game to a 6. I mean wouldn't be great if all of us had to put these stunts to survive? Regardless of how show off you decide to be on your journey, Crash Bandicoot N 'sane Trilogy delivers one of the best compilations in recent memory. Packed with not only one but three amazing games for a steal price of 40 and a great selection of trophies, this N'sane package is one you just can't miss. Not to mention showing Activision that the world is more than just FPS's. Edited July 10, 2017 by Mah2c
