Popular Post PooPooBlast
#74 and 100% Saints Row IV Re-elected What an amazing game where you can just relax and kickass. The voice cast is phenomenal with a good selection to choose from along with the game having humorous dialogues and encounters. This was my second time platting it and i sure as heck enjoyed every moment. Surprisingly the Christmas dlc along with the Enter the Dominatrix dlc were the best part of the game for reasons you'd know why if you played it before ;). I'm actually excited for Agents of Mayhem though I fear it may not live up to the quirkiness of the Saints Row franchise and characters but who knows...
Popular Post MissShake
#15: Odin Sphere Leifthrasir Odin Sphere Obtained all trophies! Didn't expect to be posting again so soon, yet here I am with the shiny Odin Sphere plat! I was going through the backlog for a new RPG to try out, and Odin Sphere seemed pretty easy so here we are. I've never been very good at beat em ups, so there was a little bit of nervousness even with the large percentage of plats this game had, but Odin Sphere is a pretty easy game if you fight everyone on a map. It's nice not needing to level grind all that much, you may need to for the boss rush and getting all the abilities but it's not so bad with the food system giving all that EXP. I adore how different every character plays, they're all so different that you're sure to have at least one favorite moveset. If you wanna play an RPG and also want an easy plat that shouldn't take you more than thirty or forty hours, then Odin Sphere Leifthrasir is a great choice.
Popular Post kimmokissa
#33 Bridge Constructor You're a Bridge Constructor (46,92%) | Difficulty: 7/10 | Score: 1/10 | Some of my friends suggested this to me as easy and fun platinum trophy... yeah, sure.. I wont be recommending this to anyone, it was frustrating and boring. Also, many of the guides for certain bridges did not even work. #34 Final Fantasy XV The World Wanderer (32,32%) | Difficulty: 5/10 | Score: 9/10 | FF XV is my first touch to the series, and i quite liked it. The world was beautiful, and the story good, tho felt like some parts of the story was rushed a bit. I did not like the aim/target selection, it was jumping like crazy between targets even tho i wanted to only aim for single target at times. Overall, despite some of its bugs & flaws, I say its one of the best games I've played this year so far.

TazDevilz1986
10 hours ago, Lars said: Went back to my PS3 for a day to finish up 2 games, one i was already very close to platinum, the other one i still had to start but was very short and easy #104: Superstars V8 Racing This is a very basic racing game from the early days of the playstation 3. Platinum wise it is very easy although it takes a while, about 20 hours is my assumption. You feel that it is an old game. From the graphics to the gameplay, it feels old and a bit clunky, but not bad or unenjoyable. If you like racing games than this will be a game that will have it's enjoyable moments. There is one very big point that i have though. This game sometimes freezes for a couple of seconds like a buffer moment in a youtube video. The only problem is, the game continues, so when the buffering is done you can find yourself in the gravel next to the track which is very annoying. Especially in the last corner when you have an opponent close behind you. If you want an easy platinum you can buy this one, i believe in the us it is often on sale for very low prices. Beware though that the game is very old and you'll notice that. Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 6/10 #105: Mayhem A demolition derby racing game with very strange graphics. Just black and white. Handling is very bad but the game is still fun. Just crashing into other cars is loads of fun and the game is also very easy apart from some late game events. Platinuming the game takes only 5 hours or one evening for me. It was fun, but it shouldn't take longer because the bad handling was getting very annoying late in the game. Especially in the races. AI is very cheap though and the rubberbanding is horrible in the races. Those were also the least fun events. Random trophies were very easy, had all of them before chapter 4 i believe. Difficulty: 2/10 Enjoyment: 6/10 Still looking for Mayhem 3D.
Popular Post PooPooBlast
#75 Life Is Strange Man! What an emotional ride that was. Thank you PS plus for letting me experience this game as otherwise I wouldn't have even tried it. I knew from the first episode that this will be my 75th as I've been looking recently into a lot of games to select my milestone. I loved the mini puzzles that actually made sense and the effort put by the devs to reward eploration as you engage in conversations with others or just pick up clues as the player yourself rather than the game forcing you to go to point A to learn more. Also, I'm in the minority but I disliked Chloe at first simply because she acted like a jerk all of the time.. However she slowly grew on me as I got to understand her some more when more events began unfolding, without going into spoilers here. Also good lord this game reminded a lot of: Spoiler Alice Madness Returns but only because of the ending! Man! Something about perverts or paedophiles as the antagonist makes me feel uncomfortable, something that many devs have a hard time doing. The twist was really great IMO in the end but I couldn't help but feel that Mr. J's motivation was weak. Also not to mention the game's pacing and captivity felt slightly off at the last chapter as things started dragging and the game suffered subsequently. The ending also felt slightly rushed but not too bad as I've seen worse. Well boys, this has been one, "hella" of a ride Edited July 10, 2017 by PooPooBlast
Popular Post Omar
#117 - Crash Bandicoot 2 - Cortex Strikes Back The N. Credible Crash Bandicoot! - Collect all the Crash Bandicoot 2 - Cortex Strikes Back trophies. .Achieved: July 9th, 2017 .PSNP's RS: Ultra Rare .Difficulty: 4 .Enjoyment: 8 After acing the first Crash Bandicoot game with decent challenge and a very satisfying learning curve, I came into this one with no pause whatsoever and I must say the difficulty dropped down big time! Crash 2 obviously came out later and it has more polish to it than the first game. Gameplay is more refined and the learning curve is actually a curve and not a series of spikes. Relic runs were pushy because the running boots call for more demanding times and longer levels mean more hazards and more things to overcome without dying but it was all the same good fun that I remember from my childhood. I am more and more glad these games came back and I have saved for last my absolute fondest Crash game, so imagine how giddy I am HOWEVER, Final Fantasy XII - The Zodiac Age is coming out tomorrow and my soul shall be ABSORBED by it so my run of Crash 3 Warped will have to wait a bit!
whoadreader
Two more platinums taking my total to 6 platinums in 5 days.. #192 - Bound By Flame This game gets a lot of flak and I feel it's not really deserved. Sure it doesn't compare to the high budget AAA games but for what it's trying to achieve I feel it does pretty well. The story is good, albeit a little short, there's branching missions depending on what option you choose and I enjoyed playing it quite a lot. As for downsides, the combat takes a bit of getting used to and without the right build (or weapon choice) it can be very difficult as enemies take forever to kill. Near the end of the game you end up fighting a bunch of bosses, however they're all almost identical fights, leaving you to do the same fight almost 5 times which gets a bit annoying. #193 - Energy Balance Not much to say about this game really. The last hardcore level was pretty tough so I had to run a code to finish that but all the other levels seemed easily doable.

Popular Post Terra
#85 - HITMAN GO Difficulty: 2/10 Enjoyment: 6/10 Completion Time: 1 day Not much to say about Hitman GO because I'm not much of a Hitman fan and this is pretty much a complex puzzle game. It was a good time waster but I got bored after 2 straight hours of playing so there was that. Not something I would play again.
Popular Post Dead Weight
#175 Yakuza 0 Really enjoyed it. I really liked the revamped combat system since both characters now had access to multiple fighting styles. The story was good, filled with Yakuza drama, intrigue, betrayals, and sillyness; It's a great starting point for new players, especially with Kiwami coming out soon. The amount of side content is also quite impressive. 2 business side quests, 100 substories, multiple mini-games, there is always something to do, especially when going for all the trophies.
Jesaya815
#173 Blackwood Crossing Interesting little game with a good story, if it only weren't so short. Could've been even more memorable with a slower pace, were you could explore a few extra places and make more use of the powers you have.

Caldor2K2
- #101 - Back to the Future: The Game (PS4) i played the old version of the game years ago, and when the 30th anniversary edition came out being the BttF fan I am I had to grab it. Then it sat in my backlog for quite some time like many other games. I enjoyed the game, and thought it was well written and fits in perfectly with the movies. Its a nice continuation from a group of people who are fans of the movies, so its not a disgrace to the them. Telltale also took the unusual step of having one of the co-creators get involved in the story creation as well.If you're a fan of Back to the Future I'd check this out if you haven't already done so. Sadly its just a generic platinum trophy icon, but seeing as how the original PSN version didn't have a platinum its not a real shocker. Being one of the first Telltale games, the mechanics of the game aren't refined as well as the later games. There are a lot of missable trophies and no rewind option. If you're not going to use a walkthrough or a guide I recommend making use of all the save slots to avoid having to start episodes from the beginning again. A lot of reports coming from the forums stated that the PS4 version was buggy. I had no issues with the game personally, save for times when the BGM was louder than the voices and sometimes they even seemed to cut out completely.

Popular Post madbuk
#208 - Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition Hong Kong Legend This is easily one of the best GTA style games I've played. Far better than GTA itself. The story was good, the characters were interesting, and there was a good amount of variety in the missions. Also, you're able to actually drive around without the cops hounding you all the time like they do in GTA, so you can drive to your next mission instead of having to tediously run all the way there like you would in GTA. However, despite this, and despite the fact I enjoyed myself while playing it, I found it hard to push myself to actually load up the game, which is why it took over a year to platinum this. Also, the Tran delivery missions were very dull and there were far too many. The random events is also a stupid concept, but luckily I got 27/28 while doing everything else, and the one I was missing was the first one in the video guide. Definitely going to stack this at some point, already picked up the EU version when it was on sale for about £3, but probably not for a while.

Popular Post Boomshanks
( 40) LittleBigPlanet 2 100% Complete Story Enjoyment: 10/10 Online Enjoyment: 4/10 Difficulty: 4/10 So unfortunately I didn't manage to get a plat in June, because of reasons. However, I did finally get my 40th plat now and it happens to be for one of my favorite games . LittleBigPlanet 2 is one of those rare games that takes everything that works from the original and manages to improve on it. The story mode in this game is phenomenal. Extra additions such as the bounce pads and items such as the Grabinator open up whole new possibilities for gameplay and allow for some amazing new levels. Level design has always been Media Molecule's strong suit and it definitely shows here. The worlds are varied with a nice overarching theme and each level feels unique. In one level you're shooting cupcakes from your helmet to navigate a moving train, in another you'll be riding all different sorts of animals through a series of tests and tubes. My favorite level has to be 'Fireflies When You're Having Fun' in which you'll need to stay near the light of the fireflies to make it through the level. I first completed the game on my own back in 2011 and didn't immediately fall in love with it. Then, a few years later I completely rediscovered it when playing it with my girlfriend. We had so much fun playing through all of the levels, collecting the prize bubbles, and most of all acing the levels together, which was challenging but never felt impossible. I think we played through the campaign more than four times. Getting the final trophy together was a nice way to finish that journey The platforming in the game is good, though it still feels a bit floaty which can make it difficult to land on very small ledges. The online portion has a lot of promise, but fails to deliver in certain aspects. Sure, it's possible to create amazing levels, but learning all the mechanics in Create alone would take a huge amount of time which I'd rather spend on other games. It also becomes extremely difficult to find great levels to play online because there isn't a good search function to sort the rad from the rubble. There are some truly creative levels out there, but they can be very difficult to find. As for the trophies, the ones from story mode are great and offer up a nice challenge, especially the Acing ones. The rest focus mainly on creating levels and playing levels online. Because of this, 90% of the levels online are simple 1 second levels used to get the trophies . I'm glad they did away with most of the online trophies for LBP3 which will hopefully lead to less cluttering. Since I wasn't interested in creating levels, those trophies were a pain. Thankfully, I had a Turbo controller to get the 24 active hours in Create mode trophy and most other trophies can be gotten relatively fast. All in all, LBP2 is one of my favorite games of all times and I would recommend it to everybody. Edited July 11, 2017 by Boomshanks

Popular Post BrutalLooter
Platinum #114: Battlefied 1 That was so good after years of "modern and futuristic battle" trend. Multiplayer is satisfying, graphics are good and singleplayer wasnt that bad. Through the blood and mud story gave me some trouble but the rest was fine. I guess this game will change the fps gaming tendency to World War 1 and 2 for a few years. Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 5/10
