Popular Post Caldor2K2
- #102 - Alpha Protocol Finally sat down and got the platinum after nearly 6 years (Aug. 13, 2011) after I first started the game. I'm not really sure why it took so long to get around to it, maybe because back then I wasn't a real trophy hunter. I only had about 700 trophies, but also still spent a lot of time on my Wii, DS and PSP too. I recall I really didn't like the game when I first started and was just glad when I finished it the first time. I tried it again briefly back in 2014 but gave up again because of a glitchy trophy. The game itself isn't too bad so long as you remember that its a RPG first and everything else second. There are lots of options for how to proceed through the game, but sadly many do nothing, such as conversation choices. There are some exceptions to this as you can make your enemy your friend, but it just seems odd to offend someone earlier and they act as if it never happened. This isn't an easy platinum to get, and you'll have to go through the game twice, not only because of Hard difficulty but one path requires you to kill everyone you encounter and another you can't kill anyone and make them your allies. You'll certainly want to use a guide/walkthrough for the game, as one mess up will require another playthrough unless you catch it before advancing too far and have an older save to roll back to. Thankfully Hard difficulty wasn't that bad, except you have to rely on your EMP charges more than lower difficulties. The mini games (in the later levels) are almost unwinnable, with about half the time allowed than before to complete them. Unfortunately, Obsidian being Obsidian the game tends to be a bit buggy at times. There were multiple crashes that required the PS3 to be turned off, to simple glitches in the game that required a reload of the save file to proceed. For example the game said to hit X to use a zip-line but the character wouldn't use it. You'll have to watch out for these if you're going to attempt this game.
SoapMacTavish222
#263 and #264 are Jak 3 for PS Vita and Gem Smashers for PS Vita. Now I loved Jak and Dexter on PS2 but the Vita's utilization of the back touch screen made the game very annoying and difficult to control at times. You would have to hit the back touch screen almost perfectly every time in order to use it. If your finger slightly moves, you are pulling up your stats instead of your dark powers, a fun game but the controls are a pain in the ass. Gem smashers was just me being a trophy whore, very easy game.

Popular Post xMissFantasy
150 The N. Vincible Crash Bandicoot! The big 150! I had to make it memorable so naturally I chose Crash. What better way to celebrate a milestone than with a childhood favourite.
Popular Post MissShake
#17: Pyre Herald of the Scribes Earn all other available trophies in Pyre. It's quite nice to have another Supergiant game, Bastion and Transistor are both amazing, and Pyre is just as quality. The way the game is laid out means that each playthrough can be vastly different from another person's, so replays are interesting and not static. Playing the Rites with a controller did take a little bit of an adjustment period and they'd probably be much easier with a mouse and keyboard, but it's quite fun to play once you get used to it. The trophy list was much easier than the other Supergiant games, but the game is very much worth it! (And if you've beaten it please talk to me cuz I have so many feelings and don't wanna spoil the game in this thread D;)

I fell in love with the system, the locations, the music, the atmosphere, basically everything minus the game's plot, which I even got to forget with the years. So how do you like the story now? I hated it back on the PS2 and was really disappointed when playing this after FFX, which I thought had a great story. Also how was the Yiazmat fight? Popular Post tpepper1985
# 150 Persona 4: Golden Rating 10/10 I purchased this game almost three years ago and it has been in my backlog all that time. I had heard it was great but I had a kid 2 years ago and playing 100 hour games is not something I undertake that often anymore. I started Mass Effect 2 for my #150 platinum and for some reason in the same period I finally clicked that Persona 4: Golden icon on my Vita one evening in bed, after it had been sitting there for three years. I started it played for an hour or two and didn't really get what the fuss was about. Over the next few nights I played it a bit more to give it a chance and before I knew it I understood why everyone loves this game. About half way through Mass Effect 2 I changed my mind and decided to make Persona 4: Golden my 150th, I had heard it was a bit of a pain to platinum but after getting Hardcore Risette fan out of the way on my first playthrough I had to do it. It took me two months and 110 hours of playtime. I don't generally get an emotional connection with games that often anymore but this one was different, I loved the whole cast and the journey. I felt sad at the rough moments of the story, I laughed at some of the more silly scenes and by the end of it I wished I had friends like Yu has in this game even if it is fantasy. By the time the credits rolled I was sad it was over, and did something I never normally do ... I started new game plus straight away. For me this is a masterpiece of a game, it was also my first Persona game and now I am for sure going to play Persona 5 in the future! Less than half an hour to get both of the Platinums if you choose to make use of the glitch. #159 Murdered: Soul Suspect I previously platted this on PS4 and decided to do it all over again as I spotted it in a sale a while ago. For me, this is a very underrated game and I believe it's a much better game than the mediocre reviews would suggest. I enjoyed the story that it told. I found it pretty gripping. There are negatives of course. There are too many collectibles plus the demon encounters are annoying rather than scary. They ruin the flow of the game and you need to pull off QTE's to defeat them. The graphics on PS3 weren't particularly great either in comparison to PS4. All in all though like I said, a far better game than the reviews would suggest and I was happy to stack the PS3 version. You could probably stack the other vita set if you make use of the account switcher. But what all is Energy Cycle? I've seen it mentioned as one of the easy plats, alongside top rated and mayo, but dunno much about it.

Is it boostable or can it even be done solo? The game is boostable yes you would need one other person to help you with the "Spangled" (Recover after being tranquillised by a enemy in Multiplayer") this you need the M2 tranquilliser which nobody uses in MP and the other one is "Get your filthy hands off" (Kill an enemy while they are interrogating a teammate in Multiplayer) which is another one that rarely happens just stay close to somebody and wait for a interigation but this can also be done in Botzone (Private MP) but that is down to luck if it happens. I still have the game installed so if you wish to add me DarkSoleride i still have the game installed. All other MP trophies can be earnt in private games

It's a puzzle game where you have to change the colour of cells by clicking on them but there is currently a glitch where you only have to complete the first puzzle in Time Attack and Infinite Play modes. You can then just mash the X button after the first puzzle of each mode and then the rest of the trophies in those modes unlock.

Yiazmat was so bearable compared to my fight against him on PS2, which happened over several days LMAO took me 1 hour at 2x speed on TZA, much much easier! KaKrackle
Ok, so its not a platinum, but I just got 'is there anything yo can't do' in Trials Fusion. It's just a silver but it's worth about 10 platinums ? How do I add attachments to my posts btw. I can't seem to do it anymore. I will only add existing attachments.

Popular Post Meacham
#216 - Ark: Survival Evolved (PS4) | Enjoyment: 8 (Online with friends) 4 doing the trophies in single player | Difficulty: 2/10 | 8/8/17 | Recommendable | This came up on my list after Apotheon so decided to look into it properly. I played it a little bit on Xbox before it jumped over. I had a friend who was constantly on it and did find it intriguing and that was practically vanilla version. This game has soooo much in it since then and is actually really fun. I've only played a little bit with friends online but it's fun. Build your own house. Tame Dinosaur's yup, you heard right dino-freaking-saurs. In terms of trophies. They are very easy if you do them in single player and just do the commands which is highly recommended if you want this platinum. If you fancy a challenge do everything online then hates of to you but be prepared to sink hours. I used the commands and it still takes a while on some trophies because the commands are sooo long to input. Going for all the note's from every person. Typing in co-ordinates is a real pain in the ass. There's around 200+ collectibles where you're inputting co-ordiantes and man does it drag. There isn't much of a soundtrack in game so if you go for it. Put something on your computer or just listen to some songs because it's quite tedious. The trophy list has turned into a bit of a mess. The developers have added in another trophy requirement for platinum trophy. So the platinum is sat at around 3.36% UR while one of it's requirements trophies is sat at a silly low of 0.60% which infact actually makes it into my rarest section. No doubt they'll add more into it. It's a fun game overall. No story. DLC constantly being released as free so there's enough content. As mentioned, this game is at it's best when you have a tribe of mates flying around, riding around whatever you fancy on the game. Trophy wise it's best you do it in a single player game where you can pause and have the commands to make everything a little simpler. My platinum image wasn't all that special as I was taming my list Dinosaur so I made sure to get a picture of my two closest tames. CHEEEEESE!

Popular Post RuNNinG-sCaRe_D
#82 - Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter Life of a Consulting Detective An easy Platinum-Trophy. I like the deduction-system, most of the riddles are easy - but with 1-2 i had my problems. The cases you solve, are ok. I'm more a fan of "1 thrilling story with a longer length" than 4-6 short cases (about 2-3h each). I enjoyed it. I think, i'll also play "The Testament of Sherlock Holmes" when i can get it cheap. Popular Post Sylan Vos
#31- Soulcalibur II HD The Soul series ranks among my favourite fighting series. I can't tell the amount of time I've played Soulcalibur 3 with my group of friends. Soulcalibur II is a great game, with a variety of modes, characters and weapons to unlock. Anyone who knows this series will surely recognise all its quality and trademarks in this game as well. This is a must both for average players and trophy hunters, as it's not a difficult platinum. Still, while many people rank this as the best game of the series, for me the third takes that distincton... the league system was great for having a group of people play matches among them I can only hope for an HD remaster of SC3.

Popular Post madbuk
#214 - Until Dawn A Symphony of Horror Trophies This game was okay. I enjoyed it the first time (I went into it without a guide, and it stayed that way for the most part, but I couldn't help myself from looking up some key decision outcomes. I didn't want to mess up ;-;) but the second playthrough to get all the collectibles was so tedious. I get it, you can't skip dialogue or cutscenes because you're supposed to experience the story. But I have experienced the story. They should let you skip stuff on second playthroughs like visual novels do, and this should be a requirement for every game imo. A run button would've also been very appreciated, you move ridiculously slow in the game even when holding down the "walk ever so slightly faster" button. Controls were also a bit wonky, especially when the camera keeps moving as you walk. As a PS+ game, I enjoyed this a lot, but I'm glad I didn't pay for it due to the little annoyances that help bog down an otherwise fun experience.
