Popular Post madbuk
#221 - Tales of Berseria Tales of Berseria is amazing. A lot of people didn't like Xillia because of the linear fields and progression, and those people will probably take issue with that here too. But I don't mind that at all because it keeps the story progressing, and story/characters are why I play Tales for the most part; the great gameplay is just icing on the cake. And the characters in this game were fantastic, they all developed as the story progresses and their interactions during the skits are great, the group dynamic works very well in this game. Magilou is fantastic, probably the best Tales character I've experienced so far (I've done Xillia and Graces f and some of Symphonia so far.) Seemingly like every JRPG ever, this game does get bogged down by a tedious post-game grind for the last few trophies unfortunately. The grind is much shorter than Graces f though, so it has that going for it I guess. Also the dungeons in this game could be better, but the dungeons haven't been that great in any Tales game that I've played unfortunately, so I guess that's just something I'll have to get used to. I can't wait to see what the next Tales game will be, but in the meantime I have plenty of other older Tales games to get on with lol.
Popular Post Lightin_August
# 33: Oxenfree I really liked this game, I think the character Ren summed the whole experience up best with what I think is a Mark Twain quote. "When I was younger, I could remember anything whether it happened or not. But soon, I shall be so I can not remember any, but the things that never happened." # 34: Final Fantasy XIII Picked it up at launch in 2010, glad I found the motivaton to go back and complete everything. That being said the post game grind was one of the most brutal slogs I've ever done (I'm looking at you treasure hunter).
Popular Post Rick_Sanchez
Platinum # 211 Fun: 8/10 for songs and a 2/10 for diva room Difficulty: 3/10 for songs and Cuckoo Clock grind /10 for diva room This will be split up into two parts for a very good reason. The main game where you'll spend a good amount of time is a rhythm game where you press buttons according to whats flying around on screen when they get to the location on screen to press them. I mainly find where they will end up and press the button when the on screen arrow is almost at the top of the button. Sometimes there will be an arrow and button (down and X for example) that you have to press together but you can buffer the arrow before pressing the button. You also have stars that you have to flick the control sticks for and there are large stars that takes flicking both sticks to hit them. Each song as a set of challenges which range from using a challenge item, to beating the song using a specific costume, earning a total score between all playthroughs, etc. Now the Diva room grind, OH GOD THE DIVA ROOM GRIND. This is where I spent the entire last few weeks at with this game. You have to max out the affection of each of the 6 characters, give them items to check off a list of things to do, as you give items and increase their affection you unlock more items. Occasionally they will want to play a game or make a request to change something about the room, always say yet as you need to do this 78 times to unlock the Cuckoo Clock item needed for the accessorize trophy. There are other things to buy such as room decals, furniture, etc and you do need to buy everything. You can manipulate it to a point with PS+ by buying everything on one thing and pop the trophy and reload your save so you can keep the points spent on it. To have the character make a request you have to rub their head 10 times which at max you can rub it 5 times without having the heart bust. It takes 15 minutes before you can rub their head again once. I ended up leaving my PS3 on and play other games while I let the time run up so I can rub their heads more which is required for unlocking more items and filling out the event organizer list.
Popular Post marvelboy10
#87- Infamous Second Son (My birthday platinum ) Enjoy Your Powers Collect all trophies First off I would like to say that I had a blast playing Infamous Second Son. This was my very first installment in the franchise and it didn't disappoint. I heard good things about this franchise and I knew that when it was announced as one of the PS Plus games for this month, I would be a fool to not take the opportunity that was given to me. I enjoyed the gameplay, story, and its trophies. The developers (Sucker Punch) did a fantastic job at making sure that this story connects to its predecessors. I also enjoyed the Easter eggs to one of it's other installments titled "Sly Cooper: Thieves In Time, another fantastic game developed by Sucker Punch, and references to other video games. Now on to the review. When it comes to the gameplay it's practically perfect. There are no glitches or bugs, at least not for me. Everything runs smoothly. It's captivating, exhilarating, and invigorating all in one. The powers are very very cool. In the game you're granted the ability to use a total of 4 different powers. These 4 powers are Smoke, Neon, Video, and Concrete. You start the game with Smoke and in order to unlock the remaining 3 you must complete the campaign. You'll acquire Neon and Video by completing campaign missions but Concrete can only be obtained/used after you defeat the final boss. Which is very easy to do because there is a little exploit that the player can use to their advantage. If the player hides in the left corner of the boss fight then the boss cannot hurt you and you'll be safe. You can hit them but they can't hit you. This makes the boss fight 2x easier even on Expert difficulty. My favorite power wad Neon because you can run very fast which helped my speedrun. I mean, based on my experience, the game is all pros and no cons. The graphics look astonishing and captivating. They did a great job at applying as much detail in both character design and open world design as possible. These details range from facial features, to building signs, to cars, to enemies, etc. The list is endless. When it comes to the open world aspect of the game it's almost surreal. Everything ranging from the dialogue to the citizens to the designs of the buildings are epic. The way they implemented all this in the game is both flabbergasting and astonishing. There is so much to say about this game that It's very difficult for me to sum it up. It has so much to offer that it's not even funny. Now on to the trophy aspect of the game. When it comes to the trophies they are very easy. They're tedious but they're easy. They are fairly simple trophies, such as complete this particular campaign mission, collect all of these specific items, beat or help 10 people, complete the game on expert, etc. You know, the usual. When it comes to collectables I actually enjoyed them. Usually when it comes to collecting specific things I grow tired of the game. But Infamous Second Son is an exception. There is no tracker for the collectables but the game makes up for this by giving the exact location for each level in all 13 districts of the game. The only way to unlock each location is by destroying the enemy (D.U.P) command center(s). They are the red zone that takes up a good portion of the map. After destroying the base all the collectables locations will be revealed. Making the trophies a less of a hassle to obtain. The expert difficulty of the game was a cake walk for the most part. The only real significant difference was that the enemies do a little bit more damage. My advice is to tread carefully and snipe your enemies from afar to ensure you die the least amount of times as possible. Other then that it's not that different from easy and normal difficulty. The boss fights were also easy. My favorite was Eugene because it actually felt like a challenge as opposed to the final boss fight. Plus Eugene's "He Who Dwells" form had an awesome character design. For me the only real irritating trophies were "Spin-off" and "Everybody's a critic". These were my last few trophies to obtain and I spent over an hour trying to earn them. Why are the two easiest trophies in the game irritating you ask? Well, let's just say that they didn't unlock when prompted to. I killed countless amounts of Sign Spinners and Musicians and got nothing. I tried all these methods from guides and they proved to be of no avail. Until I finally found the solution and it worked. I thought I wasn't going to obtain this platinum but I did. I decided to make this my birthday platinum and I don't regret it. Overall Infamous Second Son is a must play whether you're a trophy hunter or not. I'm currently the 19th fastest achiever for the game and the 19th person to platinum it in less than 24 hours. https://psnprofiles.com/100-club/2481-infamous-second-son. Until next time, have a great day! Edited September 24, 2017 by marvelboy10
Popular Post markcavan
#160 - Back to the Future: The Game on PS4 (37th plat of 2017) - 47.92% UNCOMMON OMG, this game was excellent on the PS3 and thought it would be just as good if not better on the PS4 after they remastered it but boy was I wrong. Every time (and yes I mean EVERY TIME) the game tried to auto save or switch between scenes it crashed sending you back to the last time it auto saved which could be anything up to 30 minutes earlier. It was just awful by the end and I was sick to death of it. Anyhow, done with it now so moving on ... Overall 1/10 enjoyment with a 5/10 for difficultly for pure frustration Edited September 24, 2017 by markcavan

Popular Post Satoshi Ookami
How I Spent My Summer Vacation Obtained all trophies. How I spent it? Well, technically it's past Summer Vacation but I did play it on my vacation so...it works? However... I don't know what to say, it felt too much like Shinovi Versus without any noticeable changes. Sure, it was still Senran so pure Life and Hometown fun but... for some reason I couldn't get fully into it. New characters were... so-so. Apart from Kafuru-tan, no one really ranked high on best girls rating =D But it was interesting seeing old Senran grannies =D All in all, it's Senran in its pure Senraness =D Ryona-chan too OP
Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#212 - MXGP 2 This experience was pretty meh. The career mode gets boring rather quickly, and for some reason the devs put qualifying races with a 39 min timer into this game. They all start from a straight line so what on earth do I need to qualify for? Anyway, after turning that nonsense off (thank fuck for that option btw), there's still the racing the same track twice in a row bollocks you have to deal with. The online was at least quick to deal with and thankfully there is an option to turn rider collision off. That didn't seem to be a thing in single player, where the AI are just massive dicks trying to knock you off your bike whenever they get the chance. Truck Racer Would not have played this had it not been free on PS+ and competing in an event on this site. Overall, it's a pretty easy game mainly due to rubbish AI and physics, a couple of time trials are kind of a pain, but easy to get through with a bit of repetition and learning the track. #68. Super Exploding Zoo Enjoyed playing this one, was a bit of easy and lighthearted fun. Nothing too difficult and the online is straightforward to boost, especially as there is next to no one else playing. #69. The Order 1886 This game had a lot of potential but is too short and felt like one giant cut-scene/collectathon Does truck driver have mp trophies mate? Also congrats? Popular Post Beyondthegrave07
#57 Game of Thrones (PS3) Difficulty 0/10 Enjoyment 6/10 Recommend?: Play the PS4 version. I really enjoyed the PS4 version and picked different choices this time to see how it would end up and found some cool differences this time around. Though, ultimately the game ended the same but with different characters. I was really disappointed in the PS3 version though. Particularly with the smoothness and graphics. The game's backgrounds and textures were honestly probably at a PS1 or PS2 level and the game crashed a lot on me. In particular, the game became very difficult to play in the final episode in the second to last scene. I understand that there is a lot going on at once during that scene, but I had no sound, movements were choppy, constant freezes, etc. You name it, it probably happened. The PS4 version was much more polished than this one and would recommend skipping the PS3 version and encourage the PS4 version instead. Great game, just poor execution on a technical standpoint. Though, I am looking forward to a season 2 if it ever comes out. I highly doubt it'll make it's way on to the PS3 which is why I picked some really awful decisions this time around to see how it affected the game.
Popular Post Alternatewarning
#21: Hakuoki: Kyoto Winds Does This Mean I Can Go Outside Now...? This game. I've been waiting for this game since I played Stories of the Shinsengumi and I was not disappointed. I am sad that it's only the first half of the story and I have to wait for the rest but oh well. I was very pleased with most of the new routes and some of the other changes. I really think the new animations made everything look very nice and professional even if I noticed a few translation errors. I loved delving into some of the "old" characters with new routes: Sannan, Shimpatchi and Yamazaki. It really fleshed out their characters some and I liked it. The only route I wasn't a huge fan of was Sakamoto's. I liked the character but I felt Chizuru's personality changed a little too much in his to make it work. But overall, I loved it.

SirEricLPer
Star Wars Battlefront Platinum #35 Achieved 24-09-2017 Rarity: 2.66 % Damn.... This took me waaaaaaay longer than expected. I had already done most of the things including Survival and so on a while back, but couldn't motivate myself to buy the Season Pass to unlock new content so the grind to level 50 would be more enjoyable. But then I picked up the Season Pass for a fair price and started my journey once again. Also now that the Season Pass is free there are many people playing the DLC maps and modes, so that I am currently grinding out the map and mode specific trophies from the DLC's. Good thing is - I'm almost done with that, which means that I can continue to grind towards level 100. While going for the level 100 I will hopefully finish up Destiny 2

Popular Post Inuty
#70 Mass Effect Andromeda (PS4) Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 4 Time: 55 hours I loved the Mass Effect triology and I want to make my own opinion about the game regarding the bad Reviews everywhere. I played it with patch 1.10 and I Need to say that I really enjoyed this game! There are some weird animations and a few bugs in the game but in my old days we thought that some bugs are kind of funny at it doesn´t destroy the experience of the game. If it´s not a game breaking bug I don´t mind. But to be honest I needed some time to get into the game. After the first planet EOS I really was hyped about the next planets and wanted to explore them. The Story is good but not as great as the previous Mass Effect games. After I get used to the new Crew I really have a lot of moments who where really funny. Another pro are the trophies. I hate multiplayer trophies but in Andromeda you have the choice if you want to do a single Player condition or the multiplayer condition. More games should have that :) Furthermore the difficulty on insanity was really challenging at the beginning of the game but it wasn´t so hard at the end anymore. One more contra in the game is that I feel like my decision doesn´t really matter because there where nearly no consequences out of the decision and even if some parties doesn´t agree with me in the decisions they kind of love me anyway All in all I would say that Mass Effect Andromeda is a really good game but not a really good Mass Effect. Nevertheless I would buy a new Mass Effect if they develope a new one in the future.

It took me around 175-200h if i had a ps 3 safe from wo3 i could spare 50h around . 80 gauntlet tasks getting for around 140-150 chars mystic weapons without the dungeon pack take time to get. And few tasks in gauntlet r anoying like repel 500 escape ninjas/supply troops to appear on levels.

Popular Post TheActualMeg4cy
#11 - Star Wars Battlefront I'm fairly certain most people will know about this title, either because they're in love with Star Wars and want to play/watch/read everything involved in the IP or because they're aware of the issues with it at launch. Star Wars Battlefront is NOT connected to the previous titles. This is a fresh-start on the series by DICE, creators of the 'Battlefield' series. DICE has taken the beloved franchise and using their gorgeous engine, they've crafted something that looks truly remarkable. The graphics are no joke in this game, from the lush forests of Endor to the ice-cold peaks in Hoth, your eyes are in for some sweet eye-candy. Game-play is fairly decent, too. I will admit; there are some modes/maps/weapons/perks [star cards] that appear somewhat unbalanced and probably could have done with some more fixing but alas, the game is no longer going to receive updates with the next title on the way this year. All in All, very fun game and if you're patient with the idea of having to use exploits on master difficulty in survival because of the stupid unbalanced AI, then you're not going to have much issues with the game and getting the platinum in it. It should be noted though, however, that the player-base for this title is possibly going to drop quite heavily upon release of Star Wars Battlefront 2. Enjoyment Level = 8/10 Difficulty Level = 7/10 (could be lower/higher dependent on skill + luck)
IntroPhenom
Coffin Dodgers, Retirement. Platinum trophy #21. Part of my ongoing backlog clearing of quick plats. Racing games aren't my favorite, and I initially struggled with the controls on this one, but ultimately patience paid off, because once you unlock the Grim Reaper, races become easier. A few hours and a few clean up trophies and you're home.
