Popular Post monkeydluffy512
#224 formed Adventurer Forma.8 Picked up this game from PS+ not thinking much of it other than it should be a quick and easy Platinum. Even though it is an easy Plat this game turned out to be pretty fun and addictive. I couldn't put it down after I started. There isn't much to this game, but the metroidvania exploration style, the various abilities, and puzzles made this a really enjoyable experience. This is one of the reasons I like having PS+, because without it I doubt I ever would have noticed this little gem. Popular Post TwilightSpira
PLATINUM 159 - FAR CRY 3 Date of achievement : December, 11, 2017 Enjoyment : 8,0 Difficult: 5,0 Hardest Trophy: Getting Even/COOP Missions Far Cry 3 is a open world action adventure FPS game, it is set on a tropical island between the Indian and Pacific Ocean. The protagonist Jason Brody is on a vacation with some friends celebrating his younger brother pilot license. However as we all may expect, during a sky dive, they accidentally land on a pirate infested island which is ruled by the pirate lord Vaas. While incarcerated and waiting to be one of many selected for slavery labour, Jason manages to escape with the help from his older brother, amidst all the chaos, something life changing happens, leading Jason off shore and into the hands of Dennis, a adopted member of the local tribe. After witnessing Jason's potential, the locals recognize his worth and entrusts him with Tatau, the tattoos which will be the main source of recognition and power in the Island. Fearless and ready to take back what was lost, Jason embarks on a quest to defeat the pirate lord and receive the bless of the tribe's superiors. As a open world experience expect the game to offer tons to do and explore. The game has a huge open world map filled with side quests, collectibles, outposts and animals to hunt, PETA don't come at me, it's a Jungle after all, we must fight for survival. Far Cry 3 really surprised me with his intriguing story and likeable characters, both main and antagonist. Even trough my list of FPS games are short, Vaas for example was one of the best villains I ever encountered on a FPS game. Lastly and not so fortunate was the COOP mode, the only weak part in my opinion. The mode was really glitchy for me and not to mention way to repetitive, I'm sure most will get dragged into this just for the plat. in hindsight, props to Ubisoft for creating a FPS open world experience with heart, not all of then has that.

Popular Post FarSideOfSaturn
#21 Everything Everything is Everything Well that was surreal. The game doesn't have a lot owners so let me describe it a little. In the most basic terms, Everything is a simulation of the universe, and you, the player is able to control almost everything in that universe, from an entire galaxy to matter on the sub-atomic level, carbon for instance. You're able to move around, and although you're limited in what you can do, you can interact with objects around you. That's gameplay covered! It's kinda fun to play as a rolling cow (there's no walking animation so creatures roll instead of walk) or a slice of pizza, maybe a cigarette butt, but after a while that novelty wears off. Luckily, every few minutes we're treated to a lecture from philosopher Alan Watts to keep us entertained. His commentary on humanity and the natural environment helps bring through the games theme. The way I interpret it, by forcing us to play as everything from plants to planets it gives us the perspective of nature. It shows us how the natural world works together, and how we, as humans can learn from the natural world to improve our own lives and appreciate being alive. You could say the player character is nature itself. I think it's obvious at this point that this game isn't going to appeal to everyone, in fact I don't think it'd appeal to the majority of players. These types of games, it takes a certain mindset to enjoy them. If you're after an easy platinum however, go for it. Given how vague the trophy descriptions are I expected to be playing a lot longer than the 16 hours it took me. Definitely wait until it's on sale though or shows up on PS Plus at some point, it's not worth paying full price for. My one major complaint is the lack of variety in gameplay, there really isn't a lot to do other than jump object to object and fuck around for a while. Overall, while it won't be for everyone, I enjoyed it just enough to look favourably on it, I like it when a game makes me think and it's certainly a unique experience if nothing else. Popular Post Ac3NiNjA9
#17 Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition "A Survivor is Born" Second time to 100%, 4th play-through of the story. The Tomb Raider series will always hold a special place in my heart; I've played most of them (including 1996), I just wish the older ones that have trophies were playable on PS4. I would really like to earn all possible plats for TR but I can only get my hands on a PS3 for a short time once in a while so that's a bummer. Rise of the TR will be up next when I get my hands on it. It's a fairly easy plat, there's just one MP trophy to grind for (max level, can be boosted solo or with a partner - I personally did not find it annoying to grind). There's also a few other MP trophies that require 2+ players but they're quick and easy. I did not run into any bugged trophies/crashes however it is possible and can apparently corrupt your save file (depending on when you crashed) so if you're going for this plat, I strongly advise you to give this a quick read.

Popular Post BG_painter
✴️ Platinum #75 The Last Guardian ✴️ By far the hardest and most HANDFUL platinum i ever got. The controls and camera angles are not fixed and is very similar to SoftC and ICO. The story was wonderful, and i wonder if Fumito Ueda makes.... *ehem*... trashy trophy lists to his games because he would rather want us gamers to appreciate the story and be discouraged from the hunt. But these are all my personal opinions. Got the plat in my third run, i was not expecting it. I really think this was my greatest achievement of all time,as a gamer. Merry Christmas alright! After something so great what am i going to do now? lol ?

Popular Post MissShake
#21: Zero Time Dilemma Zero Escape Collect all trophies. It's been a little too long since I posted in here last, but damn college has been taking up all my time and motivation... Anyway, I'd played ZTD before on my 3DS and I had just as much fun with it as I did the other games in the Zero Escape series. Coming back, though... I still enjoyed the game, but I think that ultimately it isn't quite on the same level as its predecessors. For one, the puzzles are definitely much easier than previous games. And for two, the story is just not as great as the other games. (Especially 999, one of my favorite games of all time.) Still, ZTD is a great game, and if you haven't played the Zero Escape games... Well, you really should. Spoiler Q Team best team, and Eric did nothing wrong.

Popular Post Ala-Arska
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game of the Year Edition The Limits of the Possible Collect all trophies After the failure of the latest Peanuts movie, Pig-Pen moved to Ard Skellig and got slain by Geralt. The End. Yes, the rumours are true: The Witcher 3 is pretty f**king awesome! It's sort of a one man's Dragon Age: Inquisition, with equally beautiful landscapes and larger than life story lines. But, at the same time, it's got some unique features that elevates it above most of the action-RPGs. Combat is more challenging and satisfying than usual. There's no ranged weapons or magic to help you cheese through, no sirree. Focus is on hand-to-hand fights, where fast reflexes keep you from being worm food. Especially on "Death March" difficulty That's the least fun I had with Witcher 3, btw: plowing through the hardest mode. Dying constantly + infinite loading times = xxxtreme frustration Getting killed over and over again and not progressing takes away a huge chunk of the immersion, and 1+ minute loading screens are just shameful Other than that boner kill, I've no complaints about anything in this masterful saga of Geralt: The Porn Adventures (yes, he gets laid A LOT). Exploring is super duper fun and addictive, collecting better armor and swords even more so. It's a piece of Heaven, Bryan Adams style. Even Gwent is brilliant. Yup, a side game of cards similar to ones in FF VIII, FFIX and Skylanders. It deserves a Plattable game of its own (I'd buy it)! The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is at least as good as DA: Inquisition, Fallout series and Skyrim in my book. For some, even better. Play it and love it (Two DLC's for this still await. Thankfully, because Gwent is love, Gwent is life. All hail Gwent!)
Popular Post DamagingRob
#278- Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls Pragmatism's Last Reward Earned every other trophy in the game. This one is probably worth playing for the story alone, but that's about it. The entire game felt like a slog, with such an awful control scheme.. And I really wish I had played on Easy, as that may have alleviated some of my frustration. As it was, I played on Normal, and it kinda sucked. I could only fail two Arcade challenges and/or continue two times, before I would lose my A rank. So, I had to reload and repeat quite a bit, every time things didn't go my way.
Popular Post Z-Yux
Platinum #31: Gaia's Guardian from Final Fantasy VII. I've always wanted to play this game and it surely did not disappoint. It was a blast to go through and I really enjoyed the story and characters. I wouldn't have gotten this platinum as quickly as I did if it weren't for the "modifiers" that this port of the game comes with. With that said, yes, I did use "God Mode" for the Emerald / Ruby weapons for Emerald Eviscerator and Ruby Render respectively. As a side note: this game has the best pun for a trophy name that I've ran into: Shuriken Join Us. Platinum Difficulty: With use of modifiers - 2/10. Without use of modifiers - 5/10 Estimated Time To Platinum: With use of modifiers - 25 hours. Without use of modifiers - 50-60 hours. Enjoyment: 8/10 Edited December 12, 2017 by ARB1992 Added trophy icons.
Popular Post Juzota
#93 - Cat Quest Le Platinum Trophy MEOW! This game was actually quite much fun. Too bad that after finishing the main story it got bit repetitive to clear out remaining caves and unlocking golden chests. It also took bit grinding to get to level 99. Still, fun game. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys light rpg's and cats. You definitely need to like cats. Meow! Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 3/10

Popular Post Undead Wolf
#175 - Tales of Symphonia Symphonia Master You have obtained all trophies. You have mastered Symphonia! It feels really good to finally get this done! I'm sure this has to be my longest plat so far, coming in at 225 in-game hours. I had a lot of fun getting to know this game better, and I definitely see why it's considered to be the best Tales game by many. It's probably my favourite too. A lot of things had to be done for the platinum. Not only did I have to do 4 playthroughs, but also open all the treasure chests, get every item, complete the monster list, and much more. There was also the casino trophy where I spent hours using the slot machine hoping to get lucky, which was probably the the worst part of the platinum for me. Trying to complete like 3/4 of the game underleveled for a title was pretty nerve-wracking. But anyway, I'm happy I stuck it through, because this is one of my proudest platinums to date. #176 - The Order: 1886 The Grail Collect all Trophies I remember this game getting a beating back when it came out. I understand the criticisms, but since I went in with tempered expectations and didn't pay very much for the game, I actually really enjoyed myself. It's by no means a great game, at least when it comes to the gameplay, but I really liked the story, setting, and characters. The graphics are really pretty too of course. It's unlikely, but I would like so see a sequel to this game that focuses much more on the gameplay and is longer. It would be a shame not to build upon the world established in this game.
Popular Post MeteorHawk
#88- SLY 3: HONOR AMONG THIEVES (PS Vita) Master Thief Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 4/10 About six years ago, I platinumed this game on PS3 and got around to the other games on the Vita again. I never played these games on the PS2 so I was delighted to have them remastered so I could play some of that era's most acclaimed platformers that I missed out on. As I replayed on Vita, I fondly remembered the characters and story of the first two games. However, the third game was almost a complete blank. I remembered some of the basic points but a lot of it I seemed to have deleted from my brain. And for good reason because this was the weakest game in the series for me. The missions outstayed their welcome, the bosses were more frustrating than challenging and I just didn't really enjoy the overall arc. The constant switching of control schemes was infuriating. The game tried to do too much at once. Though still enjoyable, I can't say I rate this one too highly at all. We'll see where it stands when I get around the the fourth installment sometime next year.
Popular Post Omar
#122 - The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt The Limits of the Possible - Collect all Trophies Achieved: December 12th, 2017 PSNP's RS: Very Rare Difficulty: 4 Enjoyment: 8 For a total of over 2 years, I have been hearing people screaming at me that I was missing out on The Witcher 3, and I actually bought it a long time ago, but didn't get into it until only recently. While I think the gaming media were extremely overpraising in reviews and features, I can see the brilliance of the game. I had (and continue to have) a blast with it. Combat is not really that good but playing on Death March makes it challenging and I went out of my way to use oils, potions and whatnot even though smashing and with occasional inputs of and get you through combat without much trouble. The world is expansive, characters are fleshed out and the quality of the script is undeniable. I had a few crashes on my PS4 Pro but that didn't really dampen my experience. I am overall really happy with how the game went and will now proceed to finish both DLC expansions!
Popular Post MeteorHawk
#89- HELLBLADE: SENUA'S SACRIFICE (PS4) Done Enjoyment: 8.5/10 Difficulty: 2.5/10 The second of my platinums on my latest double-plat day. This "AAA Indie" from Ninja Theory was an absolutely astonishing experience. Knowing someone suffering from psychosis really made it hit home. This brief but satisfying run through Senua's journey was terrifying and disconcerting and I'll remember it for a long time to come. The combat was simple and honestly got a bit repetitive by the end and the final boss sequence was underwhelming but the journey to get there was phenomenal. Gradually getting to know Senua and becoming so invested in the journey is something I haven't experienced with a game character in this way for a long time. It was great that it wasn't drawn out as I would have become uninterested had it been any longer. Very little to say as I don't want to spoil anything, this is a journey I advise everyone who owns a PS4 to undergo (PS4 Pro in particular as the game looks even better in 60 Hz mode).
