Popular Post Kurorac
#40: Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea All Trophies Obtained - 22,81% Uncommon Another beautiful game in the series, but I'm really happy the next games have only one main character. Nothing else to say about this game. Except for Jurie being the most beautiful character in the whole series.
Popular Post MeteorHawk
#92- KINGDOM HEARTS: BIRTH BY SLEEP (PS3) Birth By Sleep Master Enjoyment: 9/10 (single playthrough) 6/10 (platinum run) Difficulty: 4/10 Time Taken: 2 Years, 5 Months, 3 Weeks (and 150+ hours) I keep thinking "That's it, I'm done for 2017!" but then I just keep getting more platinums! At long last, I have done what seemed like a monumental task not so long ago- I have gotten every Kingdom Hearts platinum trophy on PlayStation 3. I can now retire my II.5 HD ReMix disc now as well. May it sit sit proudly alongside my i.5 HD ReMix. Of course, I have pledged to achieve every platinum trophy on PlayStation 4 as well before Kingdom Hearts III comes out, whether I get there or not is another matter entirely given the workload I have for the next six months. Anyways, Birth By Sleep was a prequel to the entire KH series at the time of release and it is a damn good game, probably the best non-numbered title. In fact, it's probably even better than the first game especially when the limitations of the platform are taken into consideration. Sure, some things were sacrificed but the gameplay was excellent on the PlayStation Portable (I bought the system just to play the game, in fact). This remastering, though excellent, is probably the worst job of the KH re-releases. The optimisation just isn't very good. I found Terra and Ventus' campaigns particularly laggy. However, it didn't bother me too much and what's here is ace. Three stories that play off each other to form a full experience. Playing it in ther order of Terra --> Ventus --> Aqua made the most cohesive sense. And that's about where the sense stops as the story has been thrown completely out of whack for the series at this point. But KH fans don't care about that so I don't mark the game down too much for this. Given the limitations of the PSP, the characters handle more like Sora in KH1 than KH2 with some improvements. This was also the first time I played the Secret Episode though it didn't do a whole lot more, just set up 0.2 A Fragmentary Passage in the II.8 Final Chapter Prologue package. As for the run for the platinum, again no surprise it took me so long. All those minigames (FUCK the Ice-cream mode in Disney Town especially), command boards and Arena battles caused major burnout and that was just on one character- you have to do it on all three. Critical mode was surprisingly a cakewalk- I just did one campagin per day ove rthe last three days and finished it up. Very little trouble here at all in terms of combat difficulty. Once you get the Surge commands, Once More and Second Chance abilities and master dodging then there's very little to it. Overall, another great game and a proud platinum. I doubt I'll earn another in 2017 now though because my next target is the Resident Evil ReMake on PS4!

Popular Post Redgrave
#118: The End - Jazzpunk Bit of an odd and quirky game but I got a few laughs out of it. Definitely worth getting when it's on a discounted price though. #119: Don't You Have Anything Better To Do? - Undertale This was one of those games I saw a let's play of when it first came out and was hoping it would have eventually got a console port and I'm glad it did since it's a pretty fun and funny game (depending on your playthrough anyway) that does a good job playing on RPG tropes and I feel deserves the credit it gets. Even at the full price it's originally at I say it's worth a buy.
Popular Post Undead Wolf
#180 - Volume The Platinum Arrow Gain all trophies in Volume The best way I can describe this game is that it's pretty much Metal Gear Solid VR missions with some good ol' British humour injected in there. A pretty good combination if I do say so myself. I quite enjoyed figuring out how to complete each level as you're forced to be creative on many occasions. The story was pretty interesting too. I really liked the game and it was quick and easy plat too, so you can't go wrong with that.
Cave Johnson
英雄伝説 零の軌跡 Evolution 『零』を極めし者 全てのトロフィーを取得した。 Finally... I loved this game, but I ran into quite a few problems, mostly with the trophies. I could've finished this sooner, but it seems that the game itself was opposed to me getting the platinum. I never had any problems with the other Kiseki Evo games, but this one... First of all, it froze quite often. I'd say it froze about 10 times throughout my three playthroughs, usually during battles. The absolute worst time was when I had nearly beat the final boss, and it froze. I'm not quite sure that's the best way to describe it, though. After using an art, the sound effects became completely muted. Not only that, but every action was severely delayed after the sound effects stopped working. For example, if I used an attack, nothing would happen for about two minutes, then the attack would happen. I went on trying to win under these bullshit conditions, but eventually the game couldn't take it anymore and froze completely. Needless to say, I had to fight the final boss all over again. And to top it all off, the only reason I needed to beat the final boss again was due to a trophy not unlocking when it should have. When I beat the game on nightmare, I only got the trophy for clearing the game on nightmare. It should have unlocked the hard trophy as well, but it didn't. Here are some screenshots of when I had the points for clearing nightmare, but not hard: Spoiler
Popular Post Lilseb93
#101 Final Fantasy X-2 Difficulty: 9/10 Easily in my top 3 proudest plats. I would say it's my 2nd hardest platinum after Silent Hill 2. Getting 100% takes so much time and effort. By the time you finish everything in Final Fantasy X-2, Last Mission is another 20-30 hours and it wasn't that enjoyable. Enjoyment: 8/10 I had fun, but after a while I was getting very fatigued with this game. I like this game but it's full of fluff. A lot of things could have been left out. Some mini games feel like they are just to extend the playing time. There's some really cheesy moments too.

Nihiris-
#81 - ICEY Hastur Earn all trophies Really fun little game, first Chinese developed game I've played on consoles if I remember correctly. Plays like a really tight action platformer but there's a metagame to it as well. I really enjoyed this take on the genre, think Bastion but instead of listening to the narrator hinting at what you're supposed to do, you're deliberately going against his wishes in ICEY. Some parts were really goofy where the narrator would make fun of certain issues in the game industry and even make fun of you collecting trophies Edited December 28, 2017 by Death_Ninja
SoapMacTavish222
#284 Assassin's Creed III Liberation for PS Vita. This game took me forever to finish, because I hated it. I have enjoyed most Assassin's Creed games but this one was awful. The story was boring, the voice acting was awful, the 100% synch requirements on a couple levels were annoying, and the multi-player was grindy and boring. Would not recommend this game to anyone. Even if you enjoy the Assassin's Creed franchise, you can skip this one.

markcavan
#176 - Farming Simulator for PlayStation Vita (53rd plat of 2017) - 23.14% COMMON This is a very easy yet grindy game which was actually perfect for the busy holiday period. The game does an awful job of explaining how to play as there is no tutorial but I found this link online http://www.pocketgamer.co.uk/feature.asp?c=43736 which is great for giving you what you need to know to play. Worst trophy for me was the drive 1,000km as I'd completed every other trophy just short of 800km and needed to grind the 200km by just driving around. Overall 4/10 enjoyment and 2/10 difficultly

Popular Post TazDevilz1986
Black Mirror #253 Every Trophy accomplished Accomplish all Trophies and complete the game This game is very fun to play if you like Sherlock Holmes but it is very short. The loading times are better before but still annoying. If you go through every door it will gonna late for 10 sec everytime. But overal an very easy and short game that will take you around 6 hours to plat. The Sexy Brutale #254 Totale Brutale You have unlocked every trick, secret and note that the mansion has to offer. A quik easy and fun game to play. You playing as a priester and you most safe people before they die. Takes around 3 to 6 hours with a guide. You can go easily lost (way to many doors in the game lol). Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 #255 I Am More Unlock all Trophies ALLRIGHT this game is totally a mess, it haves so MANY bugs and glitches that you will go cry and say WHY did i buy this game? It took me 5 playtroughts to get the plat (normally you only get the plat in 1 playtrough if you got lucky). Enemies will dissapear, the aiming is not right when you shoot + tons of more glitches and bugs. Even the loading times are still terrible. First playtrough i done everything right, and did finished the game and cleaned up some chapter select trophies, and got all the collectibles and finished the Side Missions, and was working on the Most Wanted targets and guess what? 4 Most Wanted targets glitched out, also my Trooper, and Sharpshooter trophy got glitched when i got all the guns! (Gunslinger trophy popped up fine, but this one also can glitch and if it does simply restart/die in the game, that also works for the Trooper trophy, but not for the Sharpshooter trophy. ? I was really pist off but than someone on pstrophies.org suggested me to start the game WITHOUT THE PATCH. I did it and it was even MORE difficult to play as the game was 50% finished back than. (I got the disc version). So i played it again and luckily all Most Wanted targets did show up in mid game, and i got my trophy. I progressed and AGAIN Trooper, Sharpshooter did glitch again. I was so pissed off, but i started another playtrough glitched again, AND another 1 and finally Sharpshooter "Own all secondary weapons" trophy unlocked. I was really happy and i could feel i was lucky this time but than i opened my last 4 Sniper Rifles to get the Sharpshooter Trophy and sadly it didn't unlocked again, and theres no fix either as you MOST play a new game again. ? Than another playtrough and it did glitch again, i was so tired of this game that i almost broke it. But than playtrough 5, i finally did it. THIS time i used my same Sniper Rifle (the one i started fom the beginning) and the ones i unlocked i didn't buy them but leave them as soon when i was going for the 4 hidden ones in the world the ones in the crates. When i was right at the point having 4 Snipers left, i bought all of them, and got the last 4 ones and my trophy did pop and so my Platinum! Dedication is your friend and never give up is the best thing if you playing games like this. Don't let the game BEAT you especially this game but BEAT him, cus it will laugh at you and so CI Games as well. It was a really frustrating game for me as it comes to glitches and bugs, and i was unlucky others might got luck with 1 playtrough but i see many people having problems and missing trophies even when they do things right to unlock the trophies they don't unlock. Don't buy this game it is not worth it play it if it's free. The worst game i played for this year and yeah, it was a real piece of shit... Overall really happy that i done it, you can beat the story in about 9 hours. The plat can be around 15 to 20 hours (it took me 70 hours). So overally pretty easy plat if you unlock everything in 1 playtrough.
Popular Post marvelboy10
#88- Back To The Future: The Game (PS3) Platinum Trophy Earn all trophies in: "Back to the Future: The Game" Before we commence, I'd like to provide you with some Back To The Future fun facts 1. The Delorean (time machine) requires 1.21 gigawatts of electricity in order to time travel. 2. Michael J. Fox was originally not going to portray Marty Mcfly. 3. Einstein (Doc's pet dog) was originally going to be a chimpanzee. 4. In the early stages of Back To The Future, the time machine was made out of an old refrigerator. However, this idea was scrapped and was used by Spielberg in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. (imagine time traveling in this) 5. When Marty McFly was 13 or 14, he snuck into Doc's lab and ended up getting a part-time job. Great Scott! Can it be? Has marvelboy10 returned to the world of trophy hunting after being gone for approximately 3 months and 2 days? Yes, I am finally back after so long. I was occupied with my school assignments and my extracurricular activities, but I'm back and better than ever. I figured, what better way to make up the time you lost then by playing Back To The Future: The Game (PS3). Good old Back To The Future, such a classic franchise that's loved by an innumerable amount of people. Marty and Doc (voiced by Christopher Lloyd) return once again and are faced with another time conundrum, and it's up to them to get the problem fixed and restore the space time continuum. I had a great time diving back into this game. I played the episodes individually a couple of years ago, and I recalled somethings from each one. This made the full game a tad bit faster to complete. The puzzles, like every Telltale game, weren't difficult at all. The only real challenge was trying to obtain the trophy "Fuelamaster". That took me only two attempts because I messed up at the last round on my first try. So here's what your supposed to do. So when you meet up with Emmett you'll be in his lab in his basement, he'll inform and introduce you to 4 specific objects. They are "release fire, sprinkle bacteria food, release gaseous pressure, and turn electrical crank". These objects are what you'll need to interact with to progress through the story. While there he'll go engage in an argument with his father. While he is arguing he'll provide intimations on what item you're supposed to use. For example to release gaseous pressure he'll say something along the lines of "You're PRESSURING me to be something I'm not". The capitalized word, pressure, let's you know that that's what you have to interact with. He does this with the other 3 objects as well, so I strongly recommend that you play this mini-game with subtitles on to ensure you succeed. The mini game is divided into 4 rounds. You'll know when each round is finished when Emmett comes down to check your progress when you reach 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. It's actually easy, but starts to speed up each round and you have to act fast. If you're not fast enough, then you'll eventually mess up and have to restart from the beginning. All the other episodes were very easy and required minimal effort to complete. I enjoyed the story very much and I'm glad that I could replay such an awesome game. I made the game my 88th plat. If you're a fan of the franchise, then you'll know why I did that. I'm still contemplating on whether or not I should purchase the PS4 version since it received a lot of backlash for being comprised of numerous glitches and bugs. Fortunately, I didn't experience any glitches with the PS3 version. Overall, the game was amazing and I'm glad I added it's platinum to my collection. I highly recommend any fan of Back To The Future to purchase this game and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I'm currently the 3rd fastest achiever and the 4th person in the world/history to complete it in under 4 hours. https://psnprofiles.com/100-club/1142-back-to-the-future-the-game Until next time, have a great day! SpellbladeKnight
A bit late with this Plat overview, but here it is: PLATINUM #28: STEAMWORLD HEIST Difficulty: [4] -- Enjoyment: [7] I honestly can't complain about this game since I got over 70 hours out of it. But that's also a cause for concern: 70 hours of simply bumbing up the difficulty and chasing ineffectual hats. The game could have used some variety (gunslinger minigames, anyone?). The dlc should have also been part of the main game. Still had fun. PLATINUM #29: BASTION Difficulty: [5] -- Enjoyment: [6] I know many love this game; I thought it kinda good. For an Indie game, it's well done. Just didn't click with me in all directions. While the narration was smooth, after a while I wanted to hear other characters speak. But full and singular voice narration is better than no voice narration. Decent game. PLATINUM #30: SHOVEL KNIGHT: TREASURE TROVE Difficulty: [6] -- Enjoyment [8.5] This game was a lot of fun. I had actually been worried about my Platforming skills, but I stuck with the game and enjoyed it. Memorizing all the stages and boss patterns was a good work out. Plague Knight gave me hell at first cause his movements were wild, frenzied and seemingly random; figured him out though. The lesson I learned with the game is that with the Phase Locket, all things are possible. I'll say this though, I'm unsure if I'll go for 100%. The Dlc just doesn't draw me. I'm guessing it's like 6 extra playthroughs but for a total of 2 bronze and 2 silver trophies. Maybe I'll revisit it down the line. But generally speaking, the game was pretty satisfactory. Popular Post JaM
#207 - 209 Danganronpa 1・2 Reload Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony Well... One despair is not enough.. so why not play 4 Dangan games back to back. Can I be the Ultimate Sidekick now? Hmmm... to whom I can request to change the Trophy card for Killing Harmony? I would love to see this as Trophy card instead of Kibo(liked him tho) I enjoyed replaying THH and Another Eposide and I do still dislike most of the cast of Danganronpa 2. And then there's Killing Harmony. I am not really that excited when Dangan V3 was announced and released (still bitter with how they end the Dangan Hope). So I thought replaying the previous games would give me a bit of hype for V3... and after playing the Demo, I knew I will enjoy playing this game... and I was right(?) anyway... let's talk about Killing Harmony The Trial Changes First of all, loved the changes they made with Class Trial. My fave part is definitely Debate Scrum. DAT OST. DAT idea. Love it. I am also glad that they replaced Logic Dive with Psyche Taxi. I am also so grateful that they changed Hangman's Gambit. Lying in Nonstop debate is also a nice addition... and lastly, thank goodness for Closing Argument is no longer a guessing/trial&error game. The Cases And next, the cases... Gotta love these Ace Attorney level of cases and trials. The demo has finally answered my prayer(though it was only temp and for a while). Case 1 was glorious... and the Final chapter... *speechless* The Ultimates? Next up.. characters... ok, when I saw the announcement and trailer of this game, one of the reason my hype died immediately is these Ultimates o.O Not going to specify why cause it will definitely be long but luckily I didn't paid much attention on those while playing cause surprisingly, I liked most of the characters. Obviously my fave this time is Shirogane-san(ofc I didn't used Kayayday dub) and Gonta. Well... It's only the prologue and already you are talking about Doraemon? is this love at first sight? First Doraemon and next chapter a Slam Dunk reference? Looks like I found my Dangan waifu :3 The Mini-games.. The Grind... and The RNG You feel that the previous game is short? One Mini-game is not enough? well... good news... this game still has School Mode... mini-games... board game and Dungeon Crawler!!! yay~ Remember the times when people hated the RNG based Mini-game... it is not back but it has more evil replacement... it's name is TREASURE HUNTER! MONOLITH. Til now I really don't know how I did it. Spent hours just trying to get S on this one and I guess my mind went blank and numb again and RNG finally had mercy on me. And if that is not enough RNG for you, here.. have RNG-based collectibles... woohoo! The Dungeon Crawler part was actually fun... I had been wanting to play old school DQ and luckily this game has it! Got somehow bored though around 70+ floors... hurrah for FOG! And lastly the board game... That OST... Winter? Spring? Summer? Fall? They got it covered. Unfortunately it is grindy tho... but in the end of the day.. I really didn't mind. I finally got time to listen to some podcast thanks to it. The End? Overall, great game. I am actually torn what I love more: THH or Killing Harmony. Would definitely recommend this one if you have played the previous games. And if not, I would still recommend it... but better play the previous games first to avoid spoiler... Lastly.. is this the final game? Hopefully not... they better not tease me just for nothing... Jesaya815
#239 Claire (PSVita Version) Completionist Acquire all trophies. What a nice little indie horror game, right out of Silent Hill's playbook. The sounds are similar, Claire looks like good old Heather Mason, and the story could easily fit into the world of Silent Hill too. I really enjoyed my blind run on normal difficulty. It's always exciting to explore the different areas for the first time and check every room for collectibles or usable items. However Nightmare difficulty had so many bugs that I stopped counting. Every time i died, the brightness went from 100 back to 5. The controls changed randomly as well, which made it tougher than it otherwise would've been. Thankfully the game can be beaten in around 30 minutes to an hour, so retrying the sections from the last save to the next isn't much of a challenge, even if the game decides to mess with you again.
Popular Post MissShake
#24: Guardians of the Galaxy A Little Help From My Friends Completed Guardians of the Galaxy I'm not sure how I feel after finishing this one... The soundtrack was great and some of the choices in this one were pretty rough, but... The humor felt pretty forced to me? Like I liked the movies and I adored the last comedic story Telltale did (Tales from the Borderlands, of course) but this one didn't flow quite as nicely as those in my opinion. I feel like every character in this game was totally unlikable in comparison to their counterparts in the movies... Is this what they're like in the comics? If so I'm gonna pass. And at this point in Telltale's career we STILL have performance issues? Really? Stuttering framerate and clunky transitions STILL? I'm sorry but they've had time to fix stuff like that. As it stands I think that this may be one of the weaker attempts from Telltale, and I think from now on I'll just be waiting until PS Plus offers their games up for free.
