Popular Post Starrk_01
Plat #107: Tekken 7 Fun game to play though (and I say this every time) the trophy list for each of these Tekken games are getting easier with each new installment. The hardest trophy for me was the extra fight after you beat the story, but that only took a few extra attempts. Anyways, this will be my last platinum of 2017, so onwards to 2018!

Popular Post Carol
I earned several platinums since the last time I posted here. So, my last platinums of the year were: #115 XBlaze Lost: Memories Omnipotent Obtained all of the trophies in the game I usually read visual novels, but I admit I didn't read this one, so I can't say much about it. It didn't seem that great or original anyway, so I probably didn't lose much. I just couldn't refuse an easy PS Plus plat. #116 Forma.8 formed Adventurer Unlock all other trophies This is another PS Plus game and this one was actually good. It has a very nice atmosphere and the gameplay is fun. The main problem that I had with it was the amount of time that I spent completely lost. The game doesn´t give you objectives and the map isn't very clear about where you should go next either. I actually felt that I spent more time looking for something new to do than actually playing. I ended up having to watch a video walkthrough to figure out that I had missed a boss somewhere in the map. It's still a good game and I recommend it. The platinum is also easy. #117 Guardians of the Galaxy A Little Help From My Friends Completed Guardians of the Galaxy This a fun and entertaining Telltale game. There are other Telltale games that I like more than this one, but "Guardians of the Galaxy" is definitely worth trying if you like these types of games. I didn't find it amazing, but I thought it was good, interesting and definitely better than the third season of "The Walking Dead", that wasn't that great. #118 Life is Strange: Before the Storm Bring on the Storm Complete all other trophies I wasn't a fan of the original "Life is Strange" (I thought it was ok, but not that amazing). However, I really liked this prequel. I loved how deep the characters, their stories and feelings are. The first episode is amazing and the atmosphere of the game is great. I agree that the last episode felt a bit rushed, but it was still good. In the end, I really felt that I took the right decision. I just didn't want Rachel to suffer more, especially knowing how things end up for her. She is a great character, with a very sad story. "Life is Strange:Before the Storm" was probably one of the best games I played this year. I totally recommend it, if you like good stories with deep characters. #119 Wanted Corp. Legendary hunter All trophies have been unlocked Finally, my last platinum of the year is from another PS Plus game. This game is ok. It's short and reasonably fun. We play has a team of bounty hunters, with the task of capturing fugitives. The trophies are easy, although the "Group rate" trophy (kill tree fugitives with a single grenade) was definitely annoying.
Popular Post Rick_Sanchez
Call of Duty: Black Ops III Platinum #219 Fun: 9/10 Difficulty: Realistic Difficulty/10 Oh joy, Call of Duty and this time it is actually difficult to do. Not only does accolades return with each level which range from killing enemies in a short amount of time in a specific spot to the classic don't die on veteran it ups the ante with realistic difficulty which is brutally difficult if you're by yourself. Luckily there's online 4 player co-op which is a godsend to do the campaign with, find people, you'll need them to revive you and revive them. The multiplayer trophies are tedious but doable with luck. The zombie mode returns and is quite fun with gobble gum perks and is not too difficult and can be done solo. There's also a tedious grind where you have to unlock all the weapon camo's in the single player which involves thousands of kills with each weapon. Overall, a lot of effort and co-op is required for Black Ops 3, I'm not sugar coating this. This game will brutally kill you at every chance it gets on realistic. Popular Post zadorvp
#357: Life is Strange: Before the Storm Bring on the Storm Complete all other trophies Overall I enjoyed this Chloe prequel, but it's not as good or fun as the original LiS was. That's partially since Chloe as a character was never all that interesting to me and getting to hear her inner thoughts on this one didn't help much. I liked most of the new characters they introduced in these three episodes, the optional tabletop gaming was a fun distraction (too bad the choices shown at the end don't calculate the percentage correctly for that choice in episode 3 - it's 0% even on Steam), episode 3's plant choice was a fun callback, the voice actor changes were noticeable at times but not too distracting, and Rachel's story felt like it needed to be told (I also approve of giving more backstory to David, Frank, and Nathan even if none of that obviously can show up in the original game). The game is more preachy and SJW-like than the original was, but fortunately that part can only last for 3 episodes Looking forward to the Farewell episode.

TheActualMeg4cy
#20 - Sly 1 (PS Vita) Very Fun Game. I enjoyed playing through this on the Vita, the only problem with the 1st game (according to most reviewers and now myself after playing it) is that the developers that ported over all 3 games from the PS2 series onto the Vita didn't change anything from the original. The cutscenes (animated ones in particular) sound and look quite rough when compared to other titles on the console and the audio quality was quite poor too. I have heard this is significantly improved in the 2nd and 3rd vita ports, though. I highly recommend you consider Sly 1 on the Vita, though if you have the PS3, skip it on the Vita and proceed the play the PS3 version of Sly 1 instead.
Popular Post ArtisticGeek
Yakuza 0 Platinum #75 Fun: 9/10 Difficulty: 8/10 After seeing a friend of mine play this game for the first time I got hooked and wanted a chance at it myself and I loved the ride, the side stories are goofy and have variety while also having very heartwarming moments which is a great balance to the emotional roller coaster that is the main story. There is tons of content to get into while the maps may not be as open as a regular open world game there was so much to do in the city that I didn’t miss the open environment. I’m mainly giving this an 8 for the time it will take to get the platinum mainly with the 100% completion requirement and that some of the mini games have a learning curve, mahjong being first to memory but I got into it once I learned it. The game does have instances of RNG with the Catfight mini game and with some instances in the Climax battles but I’ve found giving the game time and learning the fights helps a good bit though it doesn’t hurt to be lucky. All in all I really loved this game and will be moving onto the others in the series and I encourage anyone who has the time to give this game a play. RedRodriguez87
Sequin Land Hero So I finally played a Shantae game since the game GBC, and yeah, its alot of fun. I wonder if this is a remake of the GBC, cause alot of it feels familiar. Course, there was two things running through my head the entire time I was playing this, so I made a vid to celebrate! Happy (belated) New Years Eve, everyone! Hope you are enjoying, or have enjoyed, your day! Lets see if we can't kick 2018's ass. 14 hours ago, x410xDragon said: I've not seen such bravery!Complete all Trophies in Gauntlet Fun game to play with a group of friends or even solo. Popular Post itachi-destroyer
ASSASSIN'S CREED 3 Master Assassin Get every trophy. Difficulty : 2/10 Enjoyment : 7/10 Since I'm not able to play with my PS4 at the moment and I don't know when I'll be able to, I decided that I should try to clear some of my PS3 backlog. I never thought I'll come back to this game but I couldn't resist when I saw the gold edition for just 5€ As far as the game is concerned, I appreciated it way more than a few years ago surprisingly enough. I love the setting of this game with the Amerindians and America's story and there is also the fact that the Kenway family is the most interesting thing for me in Assassin's Creed. I was really surprised to see how huge this game is when I restarted it and the game still looks really good so that's a huge plus, unfortunately even though the game is a big open world it still felt quite empty. The sidequests were boring (but it isn't really a surprise considering it's a ubisoft game) and the game has a lot of glitches, but the most annoying thing in the game were the patrols because you can't even walk in the street without alerting someone for no reason. Apart from those points, I enjoyed the game as a gamer and as a trophy hunter because it is a really easy platinum that is still easily obtainable without boosting and the DLCs of this game added some easy trophies with a really unique way to enjoy Assassin's Creed with the animals power. So despite not being able to enjoy my PS4 and my new PS VR I'm still proud of my first Platinum and 100% of 2018 ! Super Turbo Championship Edition December 29, 2017 Recommend: YES Platinum #2: "Who are you?" Platinum #200: "I'm you, but stronger" #201, Trophy #10,002: 36 Fragments of Midnight (PS4, NA) December 29, 2017 Recommend: NO For some reason I found this more enjoyable the second time around. "More" is a relative term, as it's still not any good. #202, Trophy #10,004: Demetrios (PS4, NA) December 29, 2017 Recommend: meh A decent enough point-and-click that's not as funny as it thinks it is. No idea what language it was originally in, but the translation is spotty in places. #203, Trophy #10,029: Jazzpunk (NA) December 30, 2017 Recommend: YES It's like a mainstream Frog Fractions #204, Trophy #10,041: Mecho Tales (PS4) December 31, 2017 Recommend: NO A great example of why a bold, distinctive artstyle isn't always a good thing. Another strong contender for the worst game I've played on PS4. #205, Trophy #10,053: Mecho Tales (Vita) December 31, 2017 Recommend: NO So I played it twice, as is tradition

Popular Post FMWWant
Platinum #27: 36 Fragments of Midnight This is actually my first post here ever on PSNProfiles so hello everyone! For a couple of years now, I've been using this site to keep an eye on my trophy collection and I've decided that it's a new year, might as well start off with being way more active here on the site! So, 36 Fragments of Midnight is one of those games that's simple to learn and takes some time to really get used to. While indeed the platinum is easy to get, it took me some time to actually get it and I'm very happy that my first platinum of 2018 is this game!
Popular Post Kristycism
#26 - Dishonored: Death of the Outsider Truest Self I've...uh...never actually played a Dishonored game before...which is weird, shame on me. So a side story probably isn't the best entry into the series, but the game actually did a good job of explaining what was going on so that I never felt lost despite having no prior experience with the series. There were probably references through the game that went way over my head, but if anyone was thinking of getting it without having played the other two games in the series, you'll be just fine! As for the game itself, I really enjoyed it. It's short, but that's to be expected with the lower price tag. And the two playthroughs to get the Plat felt totally different from each other - one was a case of "dammit, caught again, need to start paying more attention", and the other more of a "I'm invincible! I can totally handle these 30 guys! No wait, I'm dead. Dammit." But uh...that's more my fault than the game itself, since I don't think you're meant to jolly around on a stealth playthrough or go all Leroy Jenkins on a non-stealth playthrough just because it doesn't matter if you get caught...so I fully blame myself for getting caught/dying all those times... I did really enjoy both playthroughs though, and would fully recommend the game to anyone, whether you've played another game in the series or not. It's a fairly easy Plat as well, for anyone who likes games that'll add to their trophy list. It took me about 15-20 hours, but that time could be cut down a lot if you weren't an idiot that runs in to situations without thinking...
Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#232 - Kona This was quite the letdown. Heard several people speak highly of this and the gameplay seemed alright from what I had seen. Problem is, that this game on PS4 runs like absolute crap. The game constantly stops, displaying a loading circle (as if a video was buffering) in the center of the screen for good 30 seconds at a time. Any possible smooth gameplay went out of the window thanks to that poor optimization. The game as a whole is also generally uninteresting, which for a mystery adventure is kind of a problem. Anyway game's is just meh. Enjoyment: 5 Difficulty: 2.5
Froopy the Temmie
[#22] - Platinum Trophy Earn all trophies in: "Back to the Future: The Game" Came in expecting a game with crashy glitchy horrors as described by several people around here. I only had the game glitch once (couldn't get it to reproduce). Overall, this is a really great game and I feel like it did the trilogy a great service making the story as compelling as the first three movies were. This could be a fourth movie in its own right. I'd sure as hell pay to watch it. All and all, a definite must for Back to the Future fans. Don't forget to chat up that cactus. ... I really should finish Before the Storm.. Popular Post JaM
New Year, New Round of PRD done #210 - 219 I had lots of fun playing Tales of Xillia, my only gripe (well, same with graces f) is it has no Dual audio(I want Saorin & Sugita ). Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force is a NepNep game with different characters and plot. Which means... I had lots of fun. I was somehow regretting buying PaRappa the Rapper Remastered at full price - it is very short I don't still get why a chicken is teaching you to crack an egg to a bowl I've already seen... like 3 Let's Play of Until Dawn... didn't really helped me to be less scared Arcade Game Series: Galaga gave me nostalgic feels, could remember that I could not pass level 10 while I was young... Also, obviously... thanks Backup save. I still enjoyed being called Kami by these adorable creatures in Patapon Remastered. Had fun playing it in PSP, still had fun playing it again. Will definitely get Patapon 2 and 3 (if it will be released). South Park: The Stick of Truth is one of those games that I really don't mind playing over and over again even with repetitive gameplay. Jew-Jitsu is still my fave I almost (just almost) like Broken Sword 5: The Serpent's Curse, but I really just can't like murder turned supernatural mystery game. Well, James is the reason why I played Psychonauts - wished I had more fun of it. Disliked the collectibles and the controls sometimes... well, hopefully I will enjoy the sequel more. I dunno why people not really liking it, but I actually had fun playing the Mah-jong mini-game in Nightmares from the Deep: The Cursed Heart. I guess that is because it reminds me of a NES game I've played years ago. Well... I will admit... lots of "easy" plat this round... At this point I am really used to holding off popping plats

Popular Post Bumperklever
#59 Kingdom Hearts 2 (PS4) KINGDOM HEARTS II Master Date Achieved: 1 January 2018Rarity: Rare (11-12%)Enjoyment: 8.5/10 So the first plat in 2018 is already achieved and it's a remastered game from my childhood. I played the original KH and KH2 for like 250+ hours when I was younger so I really have good memories of it. The fast pace combat and characters/world in this game is what I liked the most. Never played the final mix version though, but it is atleast nice to play the extra content. So, Critical mode was easy only that damn roxas fight was a pain. I loved the replica data fights and lingering will. (even though the last one was also a pain). The gummy ships missions were OK. A doughnut ship for most stages enough to achieve everything. Only the broken highway was annoying. I liked the mushrooms XIII too. Mushroom VIII however gave the challenge. Overall I loved to get back into this game and now the wait begins for KH3.
