Popular Post madbuk
#235 - Steins;Gate 0 This game, like it's predecessor, is an actual masterpiece. While it's not a story that urgently needed telling, it was fascinating to go from the upbeat, cheery Steins;Gate that was littered with dark, somber moments, to Steins;Gate 0, which was the exact opposite from the very start. The more mature tone gripped me instantly, and I found Okabe even more interesting in this than the original, you could really feel that the events of the first game have drastically affected his character, the character development was fantastic throughout this duology. Maho is a great new character as well and didn't just feel like a replacement for a certain other character; speaking of which, Amadeus is a very interesting concept, and I'm glad this wasn't just another game about time travel and a retread. And one of the scenes in this game I don't think I'm ever forgetting. It was powerful. The scene actually made my eyes water a bit, something I don't recall ever happening with TV/Books/Games/Movies. They're just stories afterall. But something about that scene really got to me. Can't really go into details because spoilers, but yeah. Wow. The outstanding OST helped elevate the emotion even more than the stellar writing alone would, too. The story is gripping from start to end, and it saddens me that people actually go out and buy this game just to rob themselves of the experience to get an easy platinum. I would love to see some of the smaller spin-off stuff get localized, but that's not a very realistic hope it seems. I wonder if I'll play any other VNs that can even come close to the quality of these two games. I actually kind of want to stack the original game and re-read everything, because with the knowledge I have now of the series I think it'd be interesting to see all the characters grow again, knowing their full journey.
Popular Post Cyan
Undertale This is a very easy plat, 1-2/10 in difficulty. 9/10 in enjoyment. I had heard a lot of people praising this game, and I thought it looked like another generic indie. Well, I'm an open-minded fellow and decided to give it a shot anyway 'cause it's on discount and stuff. The game exceeded all my (not that high) expectations. I burst into laughter (not just a small nose exhale) few times, so you know, the humour is excellent in this game. You also get your money's worth with this game. After the first run you can do 2 other runs (different paths). I just watched the critical points of the secondary playthroughs on youtube. The game is a good example of "don't judge a book by its cover". Edited January 2, 2018 by ID-69
Popular Post snakebit10
#235 Xblaze Lost: Memories My first platinum of 2018. It is my first time playing one of these types of games. Thanks to PS plus. I don't think I would of bought this. Really not much to do. Make sure you collect the collectibles and then watch the story. I actually did follow the story and didn't just press X fast to get a quick plat. It was somewhat interesting but some of the longer segments of the story I caught myself dozing off. I hope 2018 will be another good year gamng.

Popular Post IntroPhenom
Platinum #25: A New Frontier, from The Walking Dead: A New Frontier Love this series, but feel this is the weakest of the three. Still enjoyable, but after a superb first chapter, the story becomes a little too predictable. Platinum #26: I never made decisions. Things always came up and made them for me., from Virginia Loved this little gem. The lack of dialogue really leaves the meaning of the story open to interpretation. I was glad to play it twice to achieve the platinum trophy. Platinum # 27: We Had Fun, Didn't We?, from Tales from the Borderlands Certainly the funniest TellTale game I've played so far, and with a good story to boot. The final fight is a hoot, too.
Popular Post Thoazol
#36: Full Moon - The Wolf Among Us So.. Today's full moon. Or at least close enough to it. And the plat is called "Full Moon". Get it? Other than that, it's a good game minus the issues with it being the PS3 version.
Popular Post Mesopithecus
#89. Demetrios Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 1/10 Not a bad little point and click, it is optimized well for the Vita. I sadly missed one of the trophies so had to go back and run through the game from chapter 4 again but it's pretty quick and simple once you have gotten all the deaths and all the cookies done.

Popular Post PooPooBlast
#90 Dishonored 2 The game was as good as dishonored can get imo. Everything was fine tuned from the first and improved upon. Where it falls flat is the story. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME FOR THE STORY. Ok I'll remove the caps now :p. No seriously, it's very similar to the first one with little differences and the worst part is that it was very weak with a villain who has a motivation that almost makes no sense. It just felt as an excuse to make another dishonored game which hey, I don't mind at all because the gameplay is its saving grace. I never in my life skipped cutscenes in a game during my first playthrough but I guess there's always a first. Well 10 more to go till 100 Edited January 3, 2018 by PooPooBlast
Popular Post Masamune
Just another day at the office Earn all available trophies for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered. Difficulty: 5.5/10 Enjoyment: 7.5/10 Time Played: Unknown (1 day, 22 hours, 53 seconds) Screenshot: Spoiler Here's my first plat of 2018! It's also my 80th, which is slightly special because that's what my last account's plat count was at, so now I can finally start surpassing it! ...well in terms of Platinums anyways, my PSN Lv was still a bit higher since I had quite a few un-platted games on there (current Lv:22, old Lv:26). This was always one of my favorites, & the PS4 version is even better (I can finally customize the split-screen weapons ). Really, I probably should've pre-ordered Infinite Warfare just to get this, it would've been worth it (although I am glad I waited for the physical edition). Now if they'll just do the same with World at War (my favorite CoD game), I'll be very happy (as long as there's no online trophies).

Popular Post Terra
#113 - The Sims 4 Ultimate Sim Guru Earn all trophies Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 5.5/10 I started out really enjoying this but once I switched over to the PC version, I lost interest in this. I know that it's simply a direct port of the PC version but the controls are hard to use and the frame rate lags if you play for too long and use the max speed option. The problem I have with this is one simple trophy, Triple Play. It's completely random whether or not your Sim will get triplets and you have to constantly use the Try for Baby option until you get lucky. There is NOTHING that you can do to increase the chance besides the fertility trait but it only slightly increases the chance. You are more likely to get twins instead. The game is one big long grind but even with a few exploits the platinum is obtainable. However, if you have access to a good PC, I would highly recommend going for that. The trophies in this game are in the PC version as achievements and you can also mod the game. If you don't have that option, I would only buy this if you are a die-ard Sims fan

Popular Post ahmedelebiary
#100 Crysis 2 fun 9/10 difficulty 4/10 FUCKING FINALLY ! 100 plats.. first plat of 2018.. and what a game to make this great milestone... Crysis 2 is one of my favorite games.. singleplayer was hella fun, supersoldier difficulty was pretty easy. nothing too hard.what is difficulty about Crysis 2 (1.81% UR) is obviously the multiplayer portion. takes a long time to boost (provided that you have a solid reliable group and good communication and coordination *we used Discord*) also there are a couple of glitched trophies. fortunately Tooled Up didnt glitch on me, but Dedication did . but i waited til 2018 (any new year) to pop it using that trick and thankfully it worked like a charm ! farewell Crysis 2.. i love you from my bottom of my heart but i dont think i am gonna see you again anytime soon ?? #101 Handball 2016 fun 5/10difficulty 2/10had the plat at the ready until i got my #100 plat. got this game for free from ps+ .. i love Handball as a sport but this game was boring as hell. basically score a goal or two, take the lead and idle the rest of the game. nothing hard about this just time consuming (playing 4 seasons of career mode) and if you know the rules and have two controllers it will make your life much easier. but another easy Very Rare plat.. i`ll take that ?

Collect all the Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back trophies. Man... some of those time trials were really frustrating, nowhere near as bad as Crash 1 at least. Popular Post locutus442
Platinum #33: South Park The Stick of Truth (Ps3) South Park™: The Stick of Truth™ Platinum Trophy Collected all South Park™: The Stick of Truth™ trophies. Originally got this when someone mistakenly put the digital version of the Ps3 version at $4.99 (it was supposed to be put on sale then at $14.99). Played it for a while until I realized that I missed a few missables, then lost interest and moved on to other games. Fast forward about 2 1/2 years later. Having got the platinum for the Ps4 version and the location of the missables fresh in my mind, I decided to go back and do a playthrough of the Ps3 version and this time made sure I didn't miss any of the missables. I'll probably be moving on to The Fractured But Whole next, at least until Secret of Mana comes out on Ps4.

Popular Post Undead Wolf
#181 - Gravity Rush Remastered It's all Relative Collected every trophy. Congratulations! This was one of the earliest games I played on Vita back in the day and I fell in love with it. Playing it again on the PS4 made me remember why. It's an absolute joy to play and there's nothing else quite like it. The story is really interesting, it has a great setting, and Kat is one of my favourite female characters. I look forward to playing Gravity Rush 2 for the first time soon!
