Popular Post Kurorac
#41: Final Fantasy VII Gaia's Guardian - 24,18% Uncommon I finally played through FFVII. I tried it as a kid when it came out on the PS1, but couldn't get into it. Now as a grown kid I sadly still couldn't get into it. It's really great gameplay wise, but I could not care less for the (overly cliched) characters and the story. I know it's pretty old, but I already thought so as a kid. I tried it and I guess that's what counts. Because of the great gameplay the road to platinum was enjoyable enough

Popular Post GarciaFever
#178 Skylanders SuperChargers (PS4) Activision can go shove these Skylanders up their ass! The game is decent, but what pisses me off the most is that I had to go out of my way to spend more of my fucking money on certain Skylander vehicles just to get the damn platinum! My local EB Games doesn't have anything, and neither did Toys R' Us, so then I had to search up a small video game store that, thankfully, sells some stuff that none of the stores will ever carry (by this I mean stuff from the SEGA Genesis Era, all the way up to PS4 stuff). I'm surprised that, not only is the Nightmare difficulty unlocked from the start, but the final boss didn't give me as hard of a time as Kaos did in Skylanders Imaginators. Took me roughly 6 Skylanders to kill Kaos and "The Darkness" (which, to me, sounds like the nickname that Rick James gave to Charlie Murphy lol). And with that, I have finished all of the Skylanders games. Activision: DON'T MAKE ANY MORE OF THIS SHIT!!!

Froopy the Temmie
[#24] Accounting+ - ATROPHY You are so good. You are so special. Loved this game, though it was short. Justin Roiland had a hand in this and he did pretty good with it. Some of the trophies were kinda annoying to get, but overall, a pretty funny game to just screw around with. @Pickle Rick, have fun with this one, man. Popular Post PooPooBlast
#91 Sherlock Holmes The Devil's Daughter Well that was super quick. I think even shorter than the order 1886. The game was a really good Sherlock game but I felt that crimes and punishments was better in terms of memorable cases. Mission 3 though was really good and was hilarious at times XD. One thing I love about the series is that all of the cases are somehow tied in or at least loosely connected to a main plot. Overall a fun game but only pick it up if it's cheap
Popular Post Mesopithecus
#90. Psycho Pass: Mandatory Happiness Difficulty: 3/10 (mainly due to the minigame) Enjoyment: 6/10 I didn't really enjoy this as much as other Visual Novels I've played, feel as though maybe I would have followed it more had I watched the anime. I did like the styling of it though. The mini game was a boring to do and I was stuck on level 6-2 for quite a while, once I figured it out though I breezed through the rest.
Popular Post Inuty
#82 Yakuza 5 (PS3) Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficulty: 6 Trophy: 5000 Time: 141 hours Puh again this was a hell of a ride. Finally finished Yakuza 5, one of my all time favourite series. Really love this part of the Yakuza univers and wow there is a lot to do in this game. Like in Yakuza 4 you have four different characters with differnt playstyles. Everyone starts in his own town until the climax again in Kamurocho. I would say that this game is the easiest one regarding the difficulty of the series but the time consuming game so far. The climax battler are really a walk in the park if you done them in the other games. The minigames are like in every Yakuza game just time consuming and the colliseum is just a pain to Play because you Need to be in the top 4 places with every character. The new character Shinada is gameplaywise a pain because he makes at least damage of all which can be taff on some parts for the 100%. You Need a lot of dedication for the 100% and you should Play other games as well for a break. Only games left in the series are now Yakuza Kiwami 2, Yakuza 6 and Dead Souls to finish all Yakuza games
FMWWant
Platinum #28: Mecho Tales Another platinum I've decided to get and man, this is a great looking game but falls flat when it comes to gameplay, which reminds me of Metal Slug but without the fun gameplay I remember from Metal Slug. The artstyle of the game is fantastic but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, no matter how simple the platinum is.

It's even more awesome that most of the characters in this are from the first Life is Strange game, The story got me hooked and it's definitely the best thing about this game. Oh yeah this platinum trophy was earned during the first day of 2018, so Happy New Year to all you PSNP people! " Oh look David! That man is slapping his own buttcheeks without gloves. Popular Post JaM
#220 I Am Setsuna A Tale from a Land of Snow Obtained all trophies. A game with gameplay of Chrono Trigger... with story/characters of Final Fantasy... and with design/art of Bravely Default... Now... tell me... how could I dislike this game? I've been wanting to play this game for a long time now but after reading that is not that long compared to other JRPG game, I have decided to not buy the game at full price. So, when I saw it on holiday sale, I finally had reason to buy and play it. It is not a great game but I dunno... it has some charms that make me really like it. And I really miss old school FF. Worth buying at full price? err... Unfortunately, IMO - no. Would recommend it if you want Chrono Trigger's gameplay and with FF-like characters and story (Setsuna? more like, SetYuna amirite ) ... and if it is on sale. Lost Sphear(nope, not typo) Hype? hmmm... maybe... On the side note.. for some strange reason, I somehow want to play Chrono Cross again :3 Edited January 4, 2018 by JaM

Finished in 102 hours (maybe add an hour or so for the bonus boss that beat me a couple of times because I was level 20 with a not-so-perfect Yoshitsune, had them within 1 attack of winning then missed one of them because sometimes life isn't fair). Popular Post monkeydluffy512
#241 If you've played a Borderlands game you should know what to expect. You shoot stuff get new, better guns. Then you shoot more stuff, and try to enjoy the story along the way. It's definitely fun if you are into this sort of game, and more so if you have a friend or two to play with. Huge thank you to @predator086siren for jumping in, kicking butt and covering my back while I ran in guns blazing to knock down this Platinum.

All I can say is that mistakes were made and I wanted to stop so many times. But i was already in too deep and I was stubborn to finish this game. The feeling of achieving this plat was just so amazing. I would recommend not to go for this since its just so time consuming, but if you really want to have a platinum with less than 1% at the time of this post, then i say go for it. Just find yourself a good boosting group. Very very nice is Friday the 13th the same as that other game on the store dead by daylight because they look so similar to me? But nice job seeing as I hate online trophies you have done a great job buddy. Also heard it's a grind and very tedious after a few hours.? Popular Post TheActualMeg4cy
#21 - Uncharted: Golden Abyss I don't have too much to say about Uncharted: Golden Abyss. The story is quite weak compared to even the 1st game. That said, throughout the whole experience, as a big fan of the series... it blew my mind away that there was a game of this capability available on the Vita. The Vita may be dead in terms of 1st party support, but this title here is proof that Console Quality games could be translated to the portable region without too much compromise. If you're interested in Uncharted, be sure to pick it up on the cheap and play through it at the very least. Just be warned that there is a number of issues with the game, such as the weird, forced need to use the touch-screen constantly on minor things alongside potentially frustrating boss battles on Crushing.
Popular Post snakebit10
#236 The Assembly The Director What started out as a VR only game received a patch so that it can be played without VR. I got it in the recent holiday sales and it wasn't to bad a game. It is fairly easy to platinum and no missable trophies. The story is alright and the gameplay does some good things. It does lack in depth as it is a fairly short game to play through.
Popular Post Mesopithecus
#91. Forma.8 Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 Picked this up on PS+ and thought I'd give it a try, found I enjoyed it way more than I expected, it reminded me a lot of Pixeljunk Shooter Ultimate. The puzzle element was pretty good and finding all of the power ups to progress through the game was fun. I played on the Vita and did experience a couple of issues, such as significant slowdowns in the performance when moving between screens and also some freezing during the loading screens, I wonder if it would perform better on PS4? Definitely glad I gave this a try though, it's pretty short and I somehow managed to get into the top 50 fastest achievers list without really trying.
Popular Post Undead Wolf
#182 - Dead Rising Platinum Trophy Collect all Dead Rising Trophies This game is awesome! Definitely my favourite in the series. It has the quirky but lovable characters like Frank West (he's covered wars, you know?), the hilariously over the top psychopaths, and a plot that almost take itself seriously until you realise how ridiculous everything is. I love it! My only complaint really is that the gameplay feels a little dated. You'll dodge roll when you don't want to, and the survivors you have to escort around the mall are as dumb as a brick. This makes things a lot more frustrating than they should be, but the game itself is just so fun to play that I can forgive its faults. For the most part, the trophies themselves aren't anything crazy. I had some trouble rescuing 50 survivors due to the aforementioned lack of brain cells they possess. There's also very little room for error, so when they run off and get themselves killed, I feel like flipping a table or something. Then of course there's the infamous '7 Day Survivor' trophy requiring you to spend 14 hours in real time playing the game without quitting. Not only that, but your health constantly drains, healing items are limited, and there's people all over the mall trying to kill you. Does that sound stressful? Because it is. With a good guide, though, it's all very manageable. The biggest problem with this trophy is finding the time to do it. I had a blast with this game, and that makes it all the more depressing to see what Capcom's done with the series as of late. This is the true Dead Rising experience right here. Popular Post MeteorHawk
#93- RESIDENT EVIL (PS4) Platinum Splattin' 'Em! Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 5/10 Rarity: 5.89% Very Rare (PSN Profiles)/ 0.9% Ultra Rare (PSN) My first Plat of 2018!!! I've been a huge fan of the Resident Evil series since the PlayStation 1 days. However, I had never gotten around to the REmake version of the original game which was released on the Gamecube in 2002. This is the HD Remaster port of that game. This is absolutely gorgeous, despite the horror aesthetic. This was a love letter to fans of the first game as well as the series as a whole. The terrible dialogue of the original has been replaced with... well, still not great dialogue but the beautiful rebuild of the Spencer Mansion more than makes up for it. The mansion itself has been greatly expanded so it added a lot more for me to do and think about, so it fits into the lore of the series better than the original version did. Although I know that things have been improved in this port, I find it hard to believe that the Gamecube could run a game like this. In HD, the graphics hold up today very, very well. I was actually terrified playing this, more so than many of the more recent releases (still haven't played 7 yet). The Real Survival run was tough but not as tough as I thought it would be; I had already played the game four times in quick succession before then so I knew the enemy layouts and where best to store stuff I would need later. The Invisible Enemies run was a cinch, but pretty cool. Probably going to be my last platinum for a while because I have a LOT of work to do... will hopefully come out of it a fully qualified teacher though so yay to that, hopefully won't take more than 4- 5 months!
