Popular Post DEsIx_KaerO
#127 Birth by Sleep Master Obtain all trophies. Hell yea! Today was a great day, finished Mirage Arena + Unversed Missions + Vanitas LS + Completed Command Collection. And most importantly beat MF Had to do it in 10 or so tries, i really hate his Dash move, at one moment there's a pause when i'm in the air, and that equals insta-death. Not to mention when his clones are ganging up on you, sometimes they hit you up and somehow negates Once More/Second Chance, which luckily did not happen on my last try. He only had like 2-3 millimeters of health left, one move and he's dead and he had Clones comboing the hell out of me, they bumped me up twice, but lucky for me i didn't die there. My thumb was already going numb from mashing the Square button at that point, not to mention my heart was racing like crazy. I lost count how many times he went invisible in one fight and how many Dooms i evaded. So. After 3 years and 3 Months , finally i have platinum for this game! Will i do it again on PS4? Most likely i will at some point. Overall playtime: Ventus: 32:43 hours Terra: 41:55 hours Aqua: 37:15 hours

Popular Post markcavan
#212 - RiME on PS4 (#36 of 2018) I loved this game. Visually beautiful, wonderful story, gorgeous music and a truly emotional ending. Its however, not perfect. The camera is wonky in parts and puzzles while fun, mostly have only a single layer solution to them. In addition after completing some puzzles I was unclear what do next which took some time to figure out. But overall that's about all I could complain about, I would truly recommend experiencing this game for anyone who has not played. I'll also add that there are a number of collectibles and missable trophies so reference a guide for those. Overall 8/10 enjoyment and 3/10 difficultly

Popular Post pyrotempestwing
Platinum #15 Xblaze Lost: Memories - Omnipotent - 63.76% I’ve never played a game like this before. Got it off PS+ late last year though. When you’re 95% story, it’s got to be enjoyable. And I was very pleased with Xblaze Lost: Memories. Easy , yes, but I enjoyed it so I have no regrets. Popular Post X_Wizi_X
#84 Silent Hill Downpour Here we are again. This time with the last installment in the Silent Hill video game series. Silent Hill Downpour has a nice plot and atmosphere, even if it's not the scariest, it's the only SH where I've had the worst technical performance. I: if you play this title being signed in to PSN, you will have a bad, bad experience. Why? Because there will be a micro, but constant lag during the whole game. You run? Lag. Enemies spawn? Lag (ruining the surprise effect). Auto-saving? Lag. Trophy pops-up? big lag/almost freeze -_-. However there's a workaround to fix this s**t: playing the game offline. Things should be better. II: cutscenes are not skippable. That's ok on first playthrough for sure (damn, you're playing a game where almost everything is based on story after all! But this thing has to be played at least 3 times and cutscenes are not like 15 seconds. III: one trophy is glitched/bugged. Take a look here how to do it easily https://www.playstationtrophies.org/forum/silent-hill-downpour/184649-easy-pinata-party-trophy-10-weeping-bats.html As I said story is ok, the Orphanage has creepy moments and, most of all, the E ending is a big LOL Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficulty: 4.5/10 Edited April 13, 2018 by X_Wizi_X
WickleWummy
Got platinum on Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, super proud of my platinum on my visual novel game. The satisfaction of all that hard gameplay of reading the text box and clicking the x button at the right time after I have finished reading said text box was really soul crushing. The only one I can say even compared in difficulty is Danganronpa Another Episode. Might be a wild Barry and go for platinum on Danganronpa 2 next since if the other 2 games have anything to say about it, it's probably gonna be another very challenging platinum. Very challenging indeed. Im really bored don't judge me too harshly. But yeah. Trigger Happy Havoc, really good story and characters, gameplay even on hardest difficulty is fairly easy and not the greatest, though nobody really plays it for the gameplay.. Probably.
Popular Post Justin__Harris
Platinum #47: Downwell (VITA) Game Score: 7.5/10 Platinum Difficulty: 9/10 This was an incredibly fun game. It's easy to learn, but seemingly impossible to master. The addictive quality of getting slowly down the well and dying -- over and over again -- is fun, but miserable all the same. It's a very difficult game, but you do get better as time goes on. It takes a lot of practice and patience, but you can eventually master the game... to a point. Here's where my gripes come in: It's a very difficult game in general, but this difficulty, especially in Hard Mode, is exacerbated by the imprecise controls, intentional frame rate drops, and a hit collision box that is inconsistent and doesn't often make sense. Enemies only have to get kind of close to you and you'll get hit. And all too often, I would precisely aim my jumps to land on an enemy, just to receive a hit because apparently I'm a single pixel to the left or right which is impossible to calculate. Then you would have near-perfect runs, only for the controls to lock up in parts and cause you to get hit my a plethora of enemies you can't avoid and there goes all your HP despite your previous efforts in a matter of seconds. Anger will be had playing this game in pursuit of the Platinum, that is for damn sure. But it's fucking fun as hell. The ending is cute, but one last gripe -- You get the same ending on Hard Mode? Total bullshit.
Popular Post DuckSwimmer
57th & 58th Platinum Midnight Deluxe (PS4 & Vita) Platinum Midnight Unlock all the trophies. It's been in my backlog for a few weeks now and I figured I would get it out of the way considering it's a pretty easy platinum. Some levels on the vita were kinda wonky, but the game was still interesting.

Icebrand1270
23. Metropolis: Lux Obscura (PS4) 4/9/2018 24. Metropolis: Lux Obscura (Vita) 4/12/2018 I continue to rebuild my standing as OohYeah127 with a most unusual puzzle game. I say unusual because it mixes Match-3 puzzle action with a gritty mature hardboiled comic book plot, focusing on an ex-con's search for revenge. Somehow it works, a surprise given that the developer and publisher, Sometimes You, is known for some easy yet horrible games such as Energy Cycle, Energy Balance and Energy Invasion. I came into this game after looking at a trailer and hearing from a couple of friends who played this, usually a mistake for me as my views on games do not coincide with... well, anyone. I enjoyed this game's blend of gritty plot, puzzle combat and difficulty. However, not all of this was a good time. Hoping for the right selection of 4 random powerups out of a pool of 12 to pop up (one of which is required for a trophy) can be frustrating. Almost all powerups are good in this game, mind you. Just some, like Amok, Paranoid and Potty Mouthed, are significantly better than others. The biggest problem, at least in the NA versions (there are EU versions as well, apparently) are every trophy hunter's nightmare: TROPHY GLITCHES! Mostly concerning the various endings of the game, no less. Though there are others to be aware of. This is something to keep in mind before you buy either version (it's not a cross-buy either, if you're curious). From what I hear, the NA versions are far more glitchy than the EU version. Just something to be aware of. On the up side, it looks like I made 1ST 50 TO PLATINUM on both PS4 and Vita versions of the NA regions! This marks a first since having to start over as OohYeah127. A good feeling, to be sure. All in all, a different game and an interesting time. The trophy glitches did take away from my enjoyment (I lost count of how many time I had to reintsall both versions... especially the Vita version) and made me happy to move on. Now to decide what I want for Plat 25 on this new account!

Popular Post Zach
#74 God of War II Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 4/10 Time: 12hrs I liked this game slightly better than the first. Loads of boss battles in this one compared to the previous 4 titles (Ascension, Chains of Olympus, 1, and Ghost of Sparta). I love how they went all out in the one. It was an epic build-up for the 3rd game. The challenges were still a lot easier than the first title, but still no walk in the park. You will be annoyed by them. With just one week left until the new God of War game, I think I did pretty well in my chronological journey to platinum all the God of War games before the new one comes out. I just have one left: God of War III. Wish me luck! Chronological mission: Ascension: Finished Chains of Olympus: Finished God of War 1: Finished Ghost of Sparta: Finished God of War II: Finished God of War III: Up next!
Popular Post TwilightSpira
PLATINUM 176 - RATCHET & CLANK Date of Achievement : April 11 , 2018 Enjoyment : 8,5 Difficult : 3,0Hardest Trophy : Faster than a Speeding Amoeboid Ratchet & Clank is a 2016 re-imagining os the original game that was also based on the movie of the same name, yeah I know a game based on a movie based on a game. Even trough the presentation sounds mouthful, The game plays and feels just like those before it while upgrading to new heights the presentation. Ratchet & Clank never looked so beautiful and at the times it feels like we're controlling the CGI characters from the movie, really impressive. Don't let the awesomeness of the Plat pic fool you, the game isn't a blurry mess Apart from the visuals upgrades, expect the same thrilling and intergalactic experience, Ratchet will be your main protagonist here, while his robotic sidekick is controlled in some portions of story, together they deliver a different platformer experience every time they switch up. Being a galactic ranger isn't easy and Ratchet will learn from the best, Captain Bulging Pectoral will be there to ensure this happens smoothly trough, so be prepared to follow his motto wholeheartedly, loyalty to the cause. Racthet & Clank is a fantastic re-imagine and reboot for the series, one that really at some degree rekindled the platformer resurge on the PS4. Crash and Yooka Laylee came after it and really delivered on nostalgia, looking ahead we'll have our favorite purple dragon Spyro, here hoping Insomniac delivers s sequel after Spider man.
Popular Post Property_Damage
Friday the 13th, 2018 platinum! ? Trine : Enchanted edition (ps4) (platinum #213) this was my very 1st platinum all the ways back in 2012 on ps3. Ahh, the memories! but i gottabe honest, other than the tower of sarek, trine 1 wasnt as memorable as trine 2, which by the way, better than developers seemed alot easier this time around, i remember spending a few hours trying to nail that run back in the day, now its a walk in the park, (did you see what i did there, walk in the park?) Pun intended lol...any-who, i love the game series and the genre, they are very enjoyable games to play, i did at one point think of making the ps4 port my 100th platinum but it also seemed repetitive to have the same game for 2 different milestones, so i decided not to.

Popular Post Justin__Harris
Platinum #48: Day of the Tentacle Remastered (PS4) Game Score: 6/10 Platinum Difficulty: 2/10 Another game from my PS+ Backlog off the list. I had wanted to play this game because I remember playing the original way back when, and liking it just okay. I was more into Maniac Mansion, which you get to totally play in part of the game, and it's fucking awesome. I played the original the whole-way through. So coming to this game, I'd switch back and forth from the original retro aesthetic to modern looks, but mostly kept to the latter so it felt like a new experience. It's a funny and humorous story that I recommend checking out, even in suit of an easy Platinum. Although I remembered a lot of what you needed to do from playing the original, there were a few things here and there that I didn't know about, that I'm glad to have read a guide for, such as the "Music Appreciation Award" trophy which totally sucked to have to do. Not at all a difficult Platinum. You can get it over the course of a few days to enjoy it and try out everything you need to, or there's even some quick 2-hour guide videos I saw on YouTube where you can cut the bullshit. But I really recommend listening to the story, as it's pretty funny. It's still just an okay point-and-click adventure for me. I'm still more into Maniac Mansion. But overall, good times.
Popular Post Katt
Perfection Produced! You got all the trophies. Nice. Who was the genius who thought it was a great idea put percentages to track all the events in the game? God... thanks to that, I was not able to enjoy this game to its fullest. I was just mad the whole time because I didn't knew which event was missing.

Kingdom Hearts 2 Difficulty: 5/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 Feel like this platinum has been a long time coming I enjoyed playing through this, the game play was pretty strong however I think I enjoyed the story of KH1 more. The optional bosses added a nice challenge - especially Lingering Will and some of the data battles. Pretty proud of this platinum Just 3 more games in the KH series to complete (well until Kingdom Hearts 3 is released) Will be taking a break from the series though before I decide to tackle Birth by Sleep.

Popular Post Sergen
Injustice 2: Platinum Trophy #106 Difficulty: 2/10 Time Taken: 109 hours This game is the absolute definition of the trophy list ruining the game. This was a very visually appealing and well made fighting game, however when you work on the trophies you can simply let AI do all the work for you in the multiverse and you can boost the online trophies. The only thing I truly actively did on this game was the story mode and some of the trophies for winning with a specific character's ability, which I grinded with a 2nd controller and my online matches/wins. You really miss out on a lot with this game when you go for the trophies. I would say overall, I probably only spent around 12 hours playing this game actively, the other time was spent turboing multiverse events to get motherboxes and so on. The platinum is incredibly easy and the only reason this platinum remains ultra rare to this day is because of the "Cat Fight" trophy. You can do two routes for Cat Call, the luck based way, or the grind method and I personally went with the grind method in the end, because I was not getting lucky after opening 1192 motherboxes and playing hundreds of multiverse events. The grind method consists of simply fulfilling Catwoman's Legendary Multiverse challenges, this consists of requirements such as: Win 1000 matches with Catwoman, play with Catwoman for 3000 minutes and so on, at least in the end it did guarantee that I got Cat Call. A turbo controller is essential to get this platinum, unless you want to actively watch your AI fight against opponents all day. Because you now lose your save file if you delete the patch and try to play on an older version of Injustice 2, plenty of methods suggested in trophy guides for this game are obsolete, such as both methods that are mentioned in the guides for trying to get Cat Call. Unless you start this game without updating it at all, you can't delete the patch without losing your save file. I'd say I recommend this game to anyone who is a fan of the DC comics and characters, it has a great story with all the essential DC characters you may have come to enjoy. Aside from that, I'd say for a platinum it probably isn't really worth it when all you get is 3 ultra rare trophies for 100+ hours of grinding. I am the fastest achiever for the platinum currently, but that's mainly because the game only recently got DLC trophies added to it, I won't be the fastest achiever forever because other people will be luckier than I was with Cat Call, not many other people will likely have to do the Legendary Multiverse, which was my last resort for the Cat Call ability.
