Popular Post TheFalseDeity
#41 - Far Cry 5 We Always Had Faith In You Obtain all the Trophies. I had meant to buy and play Primal at some point after i finished 4 some time ago but 5 first i guess. Overall i enjoyed it more than 4 but the antagonist was a step down and the story was just stupid. Oh i can magic juju arrow you at anytime from anywhere and capture and imprison you afterwards but when i actually decide to kill you i am suddenly not an omnipotent force because reasons. The ending was ugh but ive always been a bit of an "extremist" for those matters. And while Pagan was a fun psychopath Joseph was just a psychopath with bad taste in music. John was more entertaining than him and John was a side guy ;_; Allied characters were better this time around though. Nothing remotely difficult about the plat. Less work than 4 even what with requiring only half the skills rather than all this time and just play a few missions co op rather than do stunts. Only thing of difficulty is finding a rabbit to kill because they arent where the map says they are. Literally on the other side of the map in fact.

Popular Post dmland12
#60 BioShock Infinite Platinum Columbia Acquire all other trophies Wonderful game and the best of the series in my opinion. I think it's a mile ahead of the first two and I really enjoyed them before playing this one! The gameplay was good, and required more tactical thinking than BioShock 1 or 2 on the toughest difficulties. That made things more interesting, but I suppose it really was the story and the setting that made the game for me. After BioShock 2, it looked like they had a basic formula established, but no! This one really knocked the series on the side, and I loved it.

Popular Post Honor_Hand
Platinum #79 - Bulletstorm (PS3) Rarity: 2.07% Started this game way back in September 2013 and the story details are kinda fuzzy for me. In my opinion, this game was all about the gameplay and all the glorified skillshots you can perform to decimate your enemies. Really liked how they tied all the skillshots to how you use your weapons, your kicks, the leash and the environment. There was always something you could stick the enemies into or just blown them part with in a variety of satisfying ways. Game ran smoothly for the most part and the combat was usually very intensive on the hard difficulty while you slide all over the place trying to dodge bullets and nail those skillshots on the enemies. While the setting in which everything takes place is somewhat interesting, the characters and their personalities are not, I really don't remember anything about the main character nor the cyborg dude that accompanied you. Never got invested into any of the characters. I wasn't able to do the online back then because, well, I finished everything and thought it'd be a pain to jump on the online right away. Bad choice because Gamespy pretty much closed next year and I was totally unaware of it at the moment. Got stuck with the unobtainable online trophies until now. Thanks to @NeM2k2 and his work on Gonespy, I was able to get the online trophies again. Many thanks to @RedRodriguez87 for assisting me in the sessions we were doing over the last couple of weeks to get the online trophies out of the way. The Anarchy mode was pretty fun and even though we had to reset the consoles every now and then to get them to connect properly (or rather to not freeze), we were able to have a fun time doing the team challenges and whatnot. Kinda funny to cooperate without a headset and guessing who starts and who finishes the skillshot ha ha ha. Overall, I had a great time. Popular Post Durandal
I finally managed to complete AC Brotherhood! The final Trophy I needed was quite annoying actually. I managed to get all trophies back in march but that last trophy always managed to slip through my fingers. Probably because I wasn't focused enough back then or something. Well the mission I was missing was "Flying Machine 2.0" And it requires not to get shot by an arrow while using the flying machine. Ironically this is very easy to avoid, the problem is that the controls are rather annoying. I spare you the details but I crashed that damn thing more then I care to admit. Also, I was spotted by guards a few times, which finishes the mission immediately. So I focused on a new game, and another and even a third, until I finally gave it another try yesterday. And lo and behold I finished that mission without a hitch but more importantly I didn't even had to retry the mission. So the moral of this little tale probably is; when things get too annoying, take a break and try again later! Popular Post Venocide
#135: God of War Father and Son Obtain all other trophies I didn't originally plan on getting this game, I've never played a God of War game in my life, they've never really appealed to me. I got sucked in to the hype once all the reviews came out that I decided to order it day one. I'm so glad I did, the combat is fun and so satisfying, little things like pressing triangle to return your axe feels so good, best use of the rumble feature as well in my opinion. Story was fantastic though I feel like a lot of references went over my head because I didn't play any of the previous games, something I plan to do in the future. I started the game on the default difficulty but it felt like it was on hard mode sometimes, some of those bosses gave me a challenge, the Valkyrie Queen especially (I beat her with less than an inch of health left, but I did have a ress stone still unused). Artious is a badass, especially in one of the boss fights later on. Playing God of War in 4K with HDR absolutely blew me away! It looked beautiful! It is the best looking game I've seen.

Popular Post Yrva
Platinum #37: A Way Out I wasn't expecting to enjoy this game as much as I did, honestly. The initial awful voice acting was quite off putting to say the least, but the game progressively got much better very quickly as the game progressed. The ending was fantastic too, I really couldn't be happier with how it ended up working out. A pleasant surprise, but I'm very happy to have gotten the chance to play this game with a partner. Popular Post DamagingRob
#312- Jazzpunk The End Now go outside Really weird game. Entertaining. But weird. Spoiler #313- Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom Platinum! You've acquired all the Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom™ trophies! This was a very pretty game. Graphics were very well done. Was also fairly fun. Not even sure how to describe it. Felt like a mix of 2008's Prince of Persia and a Team Ico game. Quite a bit of backtracking for collectibles, though. And an almost useless fast travel system. :/ But the Memory Fragments are my biggest complaint. Took me close to 20 hours to get through, all because of waiting for those to appear (they only show up at night). Popular Post I need more BIOSHOCK
Plat 363 Blooodborne Wow! What a stunning game and what a hell of a ride that plat was. Gameplay is truly immense and some of the sequences when the bosses appear for the first time are outstanding. I found this a real challenge in certain bits, the defiled chalice dungeon in particular and there was a few bosses that took a good dozen or so attempts, orphan of kos in the old hunter's dlc being one of the more annoying twats!! I was really surprised how easy the final boss and the secret final boss were I was dreading those but got them both on my first try! The one thing I fount more difficult than anything was getting lost, I lost count of the times I was lost lol. I missed out on the crow hunter badge in my first game forgetting to go to Eileen the crow, it wasn't to much of a hassle though as you can literally just run directly to her as soon as you start a ng+ and kill the bitch. It was so satisfying just mowing them down starting off in Central yarnham as opposed to when I first started the game with no decent weapons and stats dying an absolute shit tonne of times Overall an extremely fun, challenging and satisfying game to play and plat. And frustrating as hell on some of the many bosses! I'd highly recommend this. Enjoyment 9 Difficulty 6

Popular Post Meachamp-
#2 & 3 Time to Platinum: 16-20 hours | Difficulty: 2/10 | Enjoyment: 10/10 Wasn't planning on doing it back to back at all to be honest, I hadn't even planned on doing a stack either really but I enjoyed the game that much that I thought why not and decided to knock both out. Great game in my opinion, not hard at all and has a really good story. Gameplay is a little blocky in both versions but is improved on the PS4 overall. I really liked Ezio as a character and watching him grow through the game is really satisfying. You can even tell the effort in the voice acting from when he was young with a higher pitch and then as he got older he had a much deeper tone to his voice which was a nice touch. I definitely don't think I'm a writer or anything. I just try and give as much detail as possible as to why I liked the game and to help people who are unsure on giving it a go. Spoiler Overview I'm sure many people have played this game but if not you're broken out of the animus from the first game and taken to a remote location this time surrounded by assassin's to dive into another animus with a new ancestor much later in time that the first game. The game is basically a journey of a young rich party boy kind of person who goes through a dramatic family ordeal and has to basically grow up or be hunted down by the Templars. Through the sequences you gain new skills and learn of your heritage in a game that spans over 20 years. You meet new people and the sole purpose of each sequence is to eliminate certain people leading all the way to the leader to find the mysterious apple of eden. (Sorry, I kinda go full narrator on this stuff, I like trying to give people as much detail without spoiling it incase they are on the fence) Character & Level Design Most characters are memorable throughout the whole game, mainly the protagonist who honestly is such a likable person. He's brave, he's very tough, he's confident and he get's stuff done. Then there's the cast of friends that help them along the way, probably waaaaay too many to go into detail about each but I will say that Ezios best friend is someone you would always want in your life, someone reliable. He helps with absolutely everything, ways to help get targets, new blade designs, decoding codex and he never judges Ezio on anything and just be's his friend and he's enthusiastic. I think he was a great addition of the "best friend" type. Italy was very well designed. Florence, Tuscany, Venice all of it.. very well designed in my opinion and full of life. I'm not history expert or anything so I'm not sure how accurate it is but I think it's very well done. Most buildings could be a pain to climb etc but in the end they were all well constructed in my opinion and made the game a lot more fun with it's labyrinths of roofs and roof types honestly. It was really cool traversing all the cities on the roofs and yeah I enjoyed the architecture a lot in this game. Trophies Not that difficult really. A lot of misc trophies that could be completed really early in the game and a few that can only be done late game. Most trophies are just story related and "tomb" related trophies all in which are fairly simple to do. Other than the simplicity you have the collectibles which are in the form of Glyphs left behind by Subject 16 and feathers as a homage to Ezio's brother. They can be quite difficult to find without a map or something as they are rather bright and you have to be pretty close to see them. You could see them from further away but only in Eagle vision which I don't remember if you could move or not whilst using it. That's why the difficulty to this game is a 2 as some stuff you do have to put an effort into but nothing is really miss-able besides one trophy and that is when you use one of leanardo's flying machine. As it is story related but can be missed BUT can't go back to unless you play through the whole game again. PS3 vs PS4 There isn't a massive amount of difference between either version honestly besides a few obvious ones and whilst the PS3 version is cool it's probably better on the PS4 as it runs a lot smoother. Notable differences are Colours are a lot more brighter (on the PS3 it seems rather dull) It's a lot smoother when fighting, controlling Ezio during the free running etc. Faster loading times Scenary is a lot better, especially when in the country side. PS4 has added in DLC of Sequence 12 & 13 Conclussion Overall I loved the game and I can see why so many people have played it and basically said the same. It's the start of a trilogy I'm rather looking forward to playing. I know AC games get a lot of hate but this one was really good as even though it's the sequel it kind of kicked off the complete success the series has been accumulating over the years. I liked playing it on the PS4 a lot more than I did the PS3 as it just felt a lot quicker and natural to me not to mention it looked really good to. Obviously I have the others to play but so far there's questions I want answers to so I'm looking forward to playing the rest whenever that may be.

Popular Post ERICVOLTAGE
#142 Equally charming as it was annoying. Strength lies with the witty intertwining of everyone's favorite properties, while the weak-link is having to noodle around with the character pad every so often. There's a lot fun in there, nonetheless. It's just punctuated with reminders that the IRL stuff is a drag. Popular Post Asvinia
#29. Kingdom: New Lands May 1st 2018 Enjoyed this game when it was on PC so I picked it up on console too. A couple of things don't work like the ability to scroll through characters or set your own blazon/banner, but it doesn't affect the trophies at all. Also took the #1 spot for Fastest Achiever too, though it wouldn't be too hard to knock me off that spot seeing as you could probably complete the game in a day. #30. Slayaway Camp May 1st 2018 Another milestone hit with plat #30. I'd never heard of this game before but the title interested me so I looked it up. After seeing the adorable art and the slide-type puzzle game it was I just had to have it. Jaws is such a cute killer.
Popular Post RedRodriguez87
Dead Echo Not much else say about Bulletstorm that I didn't for the PS4 version; it was my absolute favorite fps when it first came out, and it still is even today. The talented People Can Fly did a fantastic job and adding thought and creativity to what would be a basic fps. Actually, I guess I could talk a bit about the story, which I had a chance to revisit in full with out the Duke Nukem DLC to distract. It certainly was an odd experience, though not for any real intent on the writers' part that I could tell. To keep it simple, the story itself is kinda out of sync with what you do as a player; I'm not sure a somber and bittersweet narrative about betrayal and redemption, loss and sacrifice gels that great with a game that has such kill names as "Drill-do" and "Ejaculate". Special shout-out to @Honor_Hand for helping me for the PS3 and @lucky0ne16 who I forgot to mention helped with the PS4 version! Also thanks to @NeM2k2 whose work is what made this even possible! Fate has smiled down upon me, and had given me another chance at a platinum that I thought I lost the chance for years ago, and I wouldn't have gotten it if it weren't for these individuals. "Jeez Red, calm down. It's just a game."
Popular Post SlimSanta94
Platinum #164 - Friday The 13th: The Game 18th Platinum under 1% rarity I was a huge fan of the Friday The 13th films as a teenager, I honestly didn't plan on getting this game when it first came out but a friend of mine constantly nagged me to buy it to boost it with him so in the end I did to shut him up. This friend didn't even finish the game with me by the way, he got bored halfway through and gave up I had a lot of fun with it to begin with, the atmosphere was really tense, it was fun playing as Jason on the rare occasion when the game gave you Jason to play with and I got the most enjoyment out of just spectating everyone else after dying, because it is pretty much just like watching one of the movies. The novelty of it wore off pretty quickly, as the gameplay is pretty barebones and quite repetitive after a while. I'd argue that this is easily one of the most grindy platinum trophies out there today, if not the most grindy. After everything else had been completed it took me around 3 months of boosting every single day just to complete 1,000 Jason matches and finally the extra 300 kills and the platinum took another month to complete. If it weren't for the seemingly endless amount of bugs and glitches this game has, this would've been an extremely boring experience for me and it would've been very likely that I wouldn't have completed it at all. I was going to start trying to platinum DragonBall FighterZ (i'm still going to play it) but after this game and Monster Hunter which I also finished this week I don't think I want to do anything that involves grinding for insane amounts of time for quite a while.
