Popular Post zizimonster
#47 Deponia Rufus, a dumb-looking-but-smart-as-hell individual, is the character you play as. This man isn't happy. He tries to escape into Elysium, a sky city where rich people live their happy lives. He finds an opportunity to live there when a cute lady falls from the sky. Finally! This game implicitly states that it is proletarians-versus-capitalists in its DNA, in which the low-class people are unable to do much with their lives, but the capitalist society above can do anything they want. As I enjoyed the story so much, I didn't skip any dialogues and cutscenes. I recommend this game to everyone who enjoys Day of the Tentacle, Broken Sword 5: The Serpent's Curse, Dead Synchronicity, The Little Acre and so on. You're in for a nice ride. With the platinum journey for the (first) game done, I guess I'm going to jump into the sequel Chaos on Deponia soon. And I hope the rest of the games (Goodbye Deponia, Deponia Doomsday) will be ported to PS4 in the near future. Well, ♫♩ Rufus ♪♬ I'm coming~
Popular Post DeathNyx
Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy (PS4) Platinum N°69: Top of the Heap You have mastered the game and collected all there is to collect! Enjoyment: 7 Difficulty: 2 Comment: Jak and Daxter is a great series but the first title is probably the one i like less unlike the sequels (which are very much better imo), i never played it on PS2 back then so i don't have memories about it. This platinum is now my fastest one, replacing God of War: Chains of Olympus.
Popular Post eigen-space
Platinum #51 Hyperdimension Neptunia: Producing Perfection Perfection Produced! - You got all the trophies. Nice. Difficulty: 2.5/10 Enjoyment: 6.5/10 Current Rarity: 12.73% This was my first Neptunia game and my first idol game. Not quite sure what to think about Idol games after this as I'm not sure how true it is to the genre, but I do really like the characters so I'm excited to play true Neptunia games. If anyone decides to play this game, I'd highly suggest creating a spreadsheet to tally up all the the various events that you've seen. There's a somewhat decent guide on PST that you can use to create a spreadsheet with all the events, but I don't think it's completely accurate. There are a couple areas where it said I needed 3-4 more scenes than I actually did, but I guess it's better to overstate than understate I really like games where you get to play dress-up with your characters, so it was fun to have all the outfits and accessories. Probably spent a little too much time playing with all of that. Dressing up the stage was also pretty fun too in Concert Mode.

Popular Post Satoshi Ookami
Some fillings I used to get Zero Escape as a level up trophy as well as pushing Vita trophy count higher Heroine Achieve all possible trophies. Now, this was surprisingly interesting, I originally started it since I got it for free due to store glitch. But damn, it did surprise me. It was like a perfectly done indie RPG. Set of interesting characters, proper battle system, interesting abilities and a not so shabby storyline. (Well, if it wasn't for the goddamn frequent crashing and due to the lack of the auto-save, sometimes pretty frustrating loss of progress) Maybe the only annoying feature was the maps. I was quite often lost as I didn't know where to go because there was no indication of places... Other than that, perfectly crafted little RPG. Now I'm kinda sad I didn't get it physical from LRG. Because this game would definitely deserve it. Definitely a pleasant surprise. Would recommend it to anyone who got it for free, it's worth the money so if you got it for free you have no reason to not play it And after a while, something where I'm on fastest achievers again =D Reborn Acquired all trophies. Well... hmm... okay? That was pretty... short? Pretty much expected and not really explained? I guess I shouldn't have expected much. Oh well, I guess it satisfied the condition of being an easy Plat? But... I would still kinda want to see where the story went after the 'ending'... SQUAREBOY VS BULLIES DEFEAT ALL THE BULLIES Ugh... that was a big torture... Glitching, crappy controls... I was fighting the goddamn controls more than actual enemies... Ranged enemies were absolutely broken, with ideal timing between shots so when game allowed you to stand up, you got hit again... Attacks from behind the screen... (at least that was abusable a bit) Damned locks... enemies catch you and you are sol because the uppercut takes ages to actually be invoked... And that level 13... Jesus... what a goddamn rage inducing piece of BS. Well, that was a waste of possibly good game. My Name is Mayo! Unlock all the trophies! #JustMayo
Jelloycat
Platinum #54 - ねこあつめ VR / Neko Atsume VR This one took quite a while to get. It didn't help that Tubbs / Manzoku-san hated coming to my garden. (Or that I kind of ignored the game the past week or so.) As a big fan of the mobile game though I had to finish this one. Hope they end up adding more cats to the game in later patches.
Popular Post Desmuria
#83 - Detroit: Become Human DETROIT MASTER Collected all trophies! Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficulty: 2/10 WOOOOWWW!! This game. I don't even know where to begin... I absolutely loved it from start to finish. I couldn't stop playing. Quantic Dream have really outdone themselves here. I would say that this game is better than Heavy Rain. I was enthralled and invested in all the characters from start to finish, especially Connor. He was my favourite and I wish he had more screen-time. I found Kara's parts to be mundane in comparison and Markus' parts were really predictable, not that it took away from the experience. Bryan Dechart who did the motion capture of Connor did a fantastic job! You really do believe he is an android and you love/hate him for how cold and callous he is. Don't even get me started on Chloe, the android on the main menu. Without even entering the game, you're completely immersed into the universe of Detroit. I didn't want to let her go, but I felt awful keeping her trapped in my TV. My main menu was empty and bleak without her and it made me really sad. I GOT THE FEELS: is what I'm trying to say. Start to finish. This game was an emotional rollercoaster and my head is spinning with what I've just experienced. SPOILER ALERT: Spoiler My only niggle with the game is that they don't explain what rA9 is. My guess is that rA9 is like the android equivalent to "God" and are saying that all sentient beings believe in something bigger than themselves? Very thought-provoking! I would definitely recommend this game. When you get the chance/money, pick this up. You won't regret it, even if you don't go for the platinum and just play it once.

Popular Post TheFalseDeity
#46 - Nights of Azure 2 Conqueror of The Land Without Night Acquire all trophies. Gameplay was a step down but everything else improved from the original. Is still nothing all that special though. Did really like human Muveil's outfit though still looks decent as a demon but a shame you couldnt get her as a human. Plat is about as easy as they come since you can play on easy for everything. And easy means the guard and dodge commands exist for no reason because not even the final boss will make you need them. Due to their random decision to suddenly plummet the amount of AP you get in the later levels 3 playthroughs are required to max Aluche though.
Popular Post Redgrave
#132: Dragon's Crown - Dragon's Crown For some reason I thought this game was originally a 2D turn-based JRPG so I didn't pay much attention to it. But after being told it was like a side-scrolling beat'em up with co-op elements I was interested Pretty fun game especially to play with friends and I really love the Dungeons and Dragons style of narration since it made it feel more like you were playing a session with a group of friends. The artstyle is also very pretty especially with the backgrounds in most areas that are wallpaper material. Overall the game is great and I don't really have anything bad to say about it. It's really fun once you get used to your preferred class and know how to work along with the other ones. Plus it has a boss that's a Monty Python reference, so that should be more than enough reason to play it alone And of course thanks to @Undead Wolffor playing with me! There will never truly be enough dragons to slay
SoapMacTavish222
Oh man, it's been awhile since I have updated this considering the last one I posted was #295 so instead of updating all of them I will just go with the most recent one for #304 Far Cry 3 Classic for PS4. The season pass for Far Cry 5 was worth it alone just for this game. If you have not played any of the Far Cry series, I would definitely start with 3 because it is currently my favorite (still haven't finished 5 yet). It's your typical first person shooter but the story is excellent. You skydive onto an island that is controlled by drug running pirates and basically you spend your time killing bad guys and hunting animals for various upgrades. It is also available on PS3 if you haven't made the jump to PS4 yet.
Popular Post minh2t
Platinum #162: Far Cry 3: Classic Edition Got the game for free as part of the Far Cry 5 season pass. Having never played FC3 before, I kinda went in expecting an old game with not as smooth gameplay as FC5, but I was surprised by how fun this game is. The game is short and sweet and the trophies weren't a pain to get, only 60 out of 120 relics are needed and the PS4 version doesn't even the multiplayer part to do. Fun game. Play it if you liked FC5!

Popular Post Brawler
Platinum Trophy #86: Eternal Light (Final Fantasy XIII: Lightning Returns) Talk about a game full of ups and owns. At times there were things about this game that just had me wanting to finish it but to say it was totally unbearable would be misleading. After watching the opening cutscene and watching how things went I was genuinely confused by where the game would go story-wise but it made sense towards the end (or at least as much sense as these games could make). As far as the combat is concerned I'd say I enjoyed this one the least. It was snappy and felt more like an action-RPG which was cool at first but one of my favorite things about JRPGs is having a party of characters and that's missing in this game aside from a few moments here and there. Trophy-wise this was the quickest completion but felt more tedious at times as I relied more on guides this time around. If I had to rate them I'd say I liked XIII the most, XIII-2 just a bit less and this one the least. Enjoyment: 5/10 Difficulty: 4/10
Popular Post ShonenCat
Platinum #28 - Devil May Cry (PS4) Difficulty Rating 8/10 Enjoyment Rating 10/10 Very Rare - 8.61% It's been well over fifteen years since the very first Devil May Cry released on PS2. Within that time, I have never played it up till now in the recently released HD Collection on PS4. As a matter of fact, I haven't played many games at all that fit the character action genre. I do know however that Devil May Cry is pretty much the grandfather of that said genre and believe me, there was no better way to introduce me to this style of gameplay that I would soon learn to love so much! You play as Dante, a demon hunter who ventures to Mallet Island to destroy the demon lord Mundus. You slash and shoot your way through waves of enemies and bosses progressing chapter by chapter of increasing difficulty. Upgrading health and devil trigger bars as well as buying new moves for your weapons is key to survival all whilst studying enemy patterns and encouraging you to become versatile in any given situation. Dante being a well respected character in all of gaming for being badass as much as he is passionate, rounding him into a well defined character that players would soon continue to follow sequel by sequel. This game for me was a true godsend. Amongst today's corrupt gaming industry, I took a journey to the past with a game that started something fresh for it's time with no anti consumer practices hidden behind the curtains. My quest with Dante was a delightful one and upon conquering all three difficulties, I felt a sense of accomplishment different from many. By overcoming the game's brutal challenges and subtle yet captive enough storytelling, I was able to experience one of gaming's best classics as it kicked this gamer's fiery spirit back into full gear. I was sad when the journey finally ended with Devil May Cry and was left with only wanting more. However, over the course of those years I've only heard horror stories about Devil May Cry 2 and I don't dare ruin the closure I feel and the perfect relationship I have with the first game, it means far too much to me. Should I decide to play it's sequel someday, it won't be anytime soon. I'm still basking in the goodness that is the first game. Some may say it's too clunky, but that's okay because I play Ocarina of Time like 20 times a year Now I wish to go experience more games in the character action genre, titles such as Bayonetta & Ninja Gaiden seem like worthy candidates to me. To those suffering from modern game fatigue may find happiness just like I did waiting for them in Devil May Cry. Let's rock, baby!

Difficulty: 1/10Enjoyment: 8/10 As I am a fan of South Park I knew what kind of jokes were coming, but F*** this game was funny. The South Park team did it again. I LOL'd a few times. For example when I visited the abortion clinic (IN THE GAME ?).. It took several minutes to get myself back to the game thanks to laughing my ass off ?. I even needed to wipe some tears. I really recommend the game to anyone who can laugh with South Park. It is a fun plat and not hard at all. Maybe a lot of missables but the game isn't that long. Most trophies are fun and easy enough to obtain, though there are a few sticking points. Grinding to 10,000 kills is frankly ridiculous (You can easily master all abilities and max out all levels with far fewer battles). The Skipping Rope trophy also seems arbitrarily high. You'll need a script for these to preserve your sanity.
