Popular Post Carol
#134 Cat Quest Le Platinum Trophy MEOW! After spending almost the entire month of June working on "God of War", I felt like playing something shorter. I heard "Cat Quest" was fun and it was on sale for just 5€, so I decided to give it a try. It is indeed a fun and entertaining game. The story is really short, but we have lots of side quests to complete and dungeons to explore. Dragons were my favourite type of enemies, since they were really fun to beat. The platinum is also very easy and pleasant to do. If you have the best equipment, there's nothing particularly challenging about this game, but it never stops being fun. In conclusion, if you are a cat lover and if you are looking for an easy and short platinum, this fun little game is waiting for you!
Popular Post zeldagate13
#111: The Evil Within 2 Game Rating: 7/10 Difficulty: 8/10 Time: 50-55 hours Classic mode is obviously the hardest task to do in order to get the platinum. The fact that you have to play through same parts of the game (some of which are very tough) over and over again makes this mode an incredibly tedious experience, so I am glad that it's finally over. As for the game itself, I believe that it was decent but inferior to the first Evil Within.

Popular Post Mystical_Heaven
#2 - Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 + Dlc If the first game has been renamed Castlevania: Gods of Shadow of the Colussus, the second release can easily be called Lords of Cutscenes. Jeez man, every 30 steps there are (at least) 2 cutscenes. Too many and too close all together. The game loses its dynamism in this way. I saw that playstatiotrophies.org gave a 7 as estimated trophy difficulty score: I disagree. If I have to consider the Plat as a whole (Trials included), I found that the first LoS was harder. And I still consider Lords of Shadow better than LoS2 from all points of view: music, story (yes, story), combat system and its epicness. P.s. Whoever thought, but mostly allowed the publication of Kleidos: The Madness of Sir Gerard, Infection: Fourth Seal, The Battle of Niflhel and Infection: Seventh Seal could have some mental sadism. Popular Post Elvick_
Platinum #141 Sir Eatsalot Defender of Gluttington Achieve all other trophies This was pretty fun, a bit annoying in it's reliance on gimmicks. Specifically the need of the rear camera and light for some sections of the game.It works well, just doesn't lend well to comfortable play. Felt some of the touch screen inputs didn't register as well as they should, particularly when moving. But overall it was a fun game. Gameplay is a bit slow, so people may be put off (gameplay is accurate for it's speed) and combat is basic. Graphics are the highlight, it's got really nice art and pretty solid animation. Only thing that really outright disappointed me was the trophy icons. Such cute designs in monsters, characters, and we get a bunch of cakes. And a lot of reused ones too. Waste of neat art. The fast travel around is pretty god awful though, particularly where they put one in the mines. It's so out of the way that it's just obnoxious. I thought quick travelling was supposed to be convenient. The game could've used a map of some kind as well. Had fun with it though.

Popular Post JavaNext
#66 - Lego Marvel Super Heores 2 Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficulty: 2/10 The last Lego game I played before this was Lego Stars Wars on PS2 and so I was curious about how they evolved over the years, and they are pretty much the same. It isn't a bad game per se but seeing as it is fairly simple I don't understand how it can be so buggy... I got stuck on levels a bunch of times, got some glitched minigames among other things, which really hurtmy overall enjoyment. It was a nice detour from what I usually play but I wont touch another Lego game. #67 - Resident Evil 7: Biohazard Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 9/10 (100% rating) I'm going to be honest, I never played a Resident Evil game before so I can't say if a fan of the previous titles would enjoy this, having said that I freaking loved it. I really loved the Baker Family, they are creepy, weird and I liked how each of them had their own "gimmick", Mia had the double personality, Jack was the invencible one, Marguerite had her insects (and was scary as sh!t haha), Lucas was the "Saw" type and of course Eveline had the whole "The Ring" thing going on. The controls felt very responsive, it has great sound and level design and it looks really good (even if some textures look muddy up close) the only part I didn't quite enjoy was the Boat sequence, it dragged on too much. The DLCs range from great to not so great... I enjoyed the story stuff and Ethan Must Die but Jack's 55th Birthday and Nightmare were a bit iffy to me.
thefourfoldroot
Dungeon Travellers 2 Platinum Difficulty 3/10 Enjoyment 5/10 A fantastic dungeon crawler ruined by a massive final grind to get 20,000 kills. No missable trophies, with most coming simply as a result of playing the game, and you can adjust difficulty by grinding earlier rather than later. Such a shame about the final trophy as I was enjoying the whole thing massively before I hit that wall. As a result its not as highly recommended as the Criminal Girls games if you want that final trophy. Popular Post Terra
142 KINGDOM HEARTS II MASTER Obtain All Trophies The Kingdom Hearts series continues to wow me with each entry I play. I liked the first game's story and combat but disliked the platforming. Chain of Memories had another great story but the card system and RNG card collecting was boring and repetitive. However, with Kingdom Hearts II, those problems were gone. While the story got a bit more complicated to follow, even with prior knowledge of the previous two games along with 358/2 days, I could still follow it. The combat is a massive improvement over the first game. Sora controls a lot better and with the inclusion of Drive Form, performing different combos and leveling the forms up was both a treat and challenge to earn. While I disliked the platforming in I, I appreciated the worlds for how open they were. I missed that feature in II with the linear and somewhat small levels. However, the detail in them was great for it's time, especially Port Royal and Timeless River. I originally thought of not doing the platinum but I found collecting all the journal entries, doing the optional bosses, and completing Critical Mode to be enjoyable, so much I pushed to get it. This is without a doubt my favorite Kingdom Hearts game thus far unless III, Birth by Sleep, or Dream Drop Distance change my mind. 143 Obtain All Trophies The "sequel" to Black Butterfly that I'm sure many of you haven't even played yet. I would recommend playing that one first before this one because of the Spoiler canonical ending that ties that story to this one. Let me start off by saying the protagonist (default name Jed) is one of the strongest yet compared to other Visual Novels. Short summary is that Jed is a witch that has to hide his true nature by disguising himself as a man to get by in life. That's the premise but I can't really reveal the rest of the story without introducing major spoilers. He (or I should say she) is a hard-working but still selfish and impulsive MC that is willing to do whatever it takes to fulfill her goals. The whole game revolves around her nature. However, I wouldn't really call this an otome game. The romance is minimal and only comes in through the character route endings, not the canonical. However, all of the male leads were great. No boring stereotypes or one-notes and no wasted potential. The flowchart system is back from Black Butterfly but much easier to follow. However, the new Map system can get confusing and having to talk to the boring townspeople can get irritating in Chapter 2, the longest and in my opinion, the most boring out of all them. Don't read all the short episodes because it bogs down the main story. Fortunately, besides a later chapter, the majority of the map crap is isolated to Chapter 2. A blind playthrough is highly recommended for a first run. That being said, this is a mystery well worth reading. It's not that long and I found all the endings to be enjoyable, hard to do in a visual novel in my opinion. So far, this game hasn't even clocked in at 20 owners. I would recommend this game to anyone trying to get in otome's as their is less romance and more mystery and mature themes to be found here.
Popular Post Cave Johnson
Bloodborne Bloodborne All trophies acquired. Hats off! I'm glad that's over. Don't get me wrong, I liked the main game and most of the DLC. Going for the platinum, however, felt like the opposite of fun at times. This is entirely due to the awful chalice dungeons. Not only are they incredibly boring and repetitive, but the last one has what I think are two of the worst bosses in the game. Pthumerian Descendant and Bloodletting Beast are second only to Laurence, the First ♥ in being the worst. But enough complaining, I'd rather talk about what I liked. My favorite weapon was the threaded cane. The whip form is really good, but I used the initial form just as much. I beat Amygdala in the defiled chalice on my third try because of this weapon. I don't normally like playing defensively, but being very careful while using the whip form made that fight relatively easy. I also used Ludwig's Holy Blade a lot in NG+ and the chalice dungeons. I love using greatswords (two-handed) in Souls games, so the greatsword form of that weapon felt really familiar to me. I didn't use it until the very end, but the Holy Moonlight Sword is yet another awesome weapon. I had to level up nine times to use it, as my arcane stat was only six. It was the only way I was able to beat Laurence in the DLC. I always feel like I have a lot to say, but then I go to type it and nothing comes to mind. I really should write some of this when I first finish the game. I started Bloodborne three months ago, so a lot of my first playthrough has been forgotten at this point. Well, whatever. There are probably like two people who even bother reading past the first sentence of my pointless rambling anyway.

I'm really glad they released this game. Is it just me or did this game have a slight graphical downgrade? Different Developer right? Who's Deck Nine? Graphics don't really matter to me though. I came into this game looking for a good ass story and funny dialogue, And. IT. DELIVERED. Sad how short it was compared to the original. The game goes on sale quite often so pick it up!
Popular Post MakotoKaCun
Platinum # 58 Okami HD Top Dog Finally completed the game that I really like during the ps2 generation. The story is something that drawn my attention to keep continued playing. The only sad thing is the Original credit song "Reset" is absent during the credit. I remember i used to like this credit song. Have a big impact to me during that time. Still really enjoy the game. I also wish I can skip some of the dialog that i see before.

Popular Post MeteorHawk
#95- UNCHARTED 2: AMONG THIEVES (PS4) Platinum Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 10/10 Rarity: 2.1% Ultra Rare (PSN) / 20.41% Common (PSN Profiles) Time Taken: 2 years, 8 months, 3 days, 20 hours, 58 minutes When I bought my PlayStation 3 a day after my 18th birthday, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves came bundled with it. I bought it at the urging of my friends, who already had it and insisted that it was a definitive title for the system. Given the mounds of critical acclaim I soon heard for it, I was itching to play it. I did so without playing Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, but I still came to like the characters and the story of the game. It stands to this day as my favourite PS3 game, so of course I was eager to dive into the PS4 collection, with the original trilogy lovingly remastered and upped to 60 fps. Despite being nine years old, Nathan Drake's second adventure still holds up. Sure, it's not at the cutting edge of visuals or gameplay anymore but it isn't dated to the point where enjoyment is noticeably impacted. In spite of having the platinum for a second time (this being at least my sixth playthrough of the game across the different versions), I still think I will come back to this several more times down the line. A true classic. The platinum is straightforward enough. With a guide, the treasures are a cinch to find. The only really tricky one is beating the game on Crushing difficulty, which is actually quite a challenge doing it legit. I admit that I cheesed the final fight with Lazarevic because on higher difficulties it really is a cheap fight. The multiplayer- and with it, the simple trophies- of the PS3 version has been removed and in its place is a speedrun challenge, with three trophies in the base list dependent on beating three different levels under a certain time. If you know the layout, mastered the shoot-then-punch tactic and play on Easy then these trophies are a cakewalk. They also took out the annoying 200 Kills with the Gau-19 trophy as well. Popular Post Jelloycat
Platinum #55 - Mitsurugi Kamui Hikae It definitely took some practice to get the timing down for some of the Inferno Difficulty bosses. Once you get the timing down though the game isn't too bad. Can't say too much for the story since there really wasn't much of one, but it was an alright hack n slash.

Popular Post Lars
#144: Far Cry 3 Classic Edition Couldn't wait for this one when i heard about it. Great game again, i also love the trophy list from this. The only one that should've been on is a 100% completion of the side missions because the trophy list should include a 100% completion of some sort. And the side missions aren't boring or so, very fun actually. And the open world is still as beautiful, of course the graphics aren't as good as the current gen but it is still as good as the PS3 version. Of course there are less good things about this game. For example the animals are fun, but you get every upgrade early in the game and then the animals just get annoying. Same goes for the outposts, they are fun but i always find the final half of a Far Cry game a bit boring because then the upgrading and crafting part of the game isn't used anymore because then you have your weapons and craftable goods. But in general the game is soo much fun, every enemy encounter is it's own challenge and going stealth is always a fun option. I'm so bad at that though because i always get discovered. The story is still as fun and Vaas is a great antagonist. Jason is a great protagonist, of course the story isn't that believable but it is very fun to experience and there is a good cast of characters which are all very well written. Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 9/10 #145: Driveclub I loved this game, especially the graphics and the massive variety in cars was awesome. Good locations with ok tracks. That is in general what makes racing games so much fun. Also the ability to quickly switch between events. Of course there are issues, the weather effects while impressive are also very annoying. The rain drops on a screen really cause a headache after a while, and the snow made it even worse. Especially in the DLC, in which more then 50% are rainy events this can get very annoying. I don't remember the main campaign that well because it is a long time ago. I have the 100% for this one as well, the DLC was more difficult though then the main campaign, especially some of the time trials are difficult, but they are all doable. I am proud of this one though, although the endgame grind was annoying, i mean i did all the DLC events and wasn't even close to the final trophy of the main game. Luckily i had to do a grind on Driveclub bikes as well and you can combine these two. Another thing i really disliked though was the rubberbanding from the AI, i never could maintain a big gap no mather how clean and fast i was driving, i could drive 8,5 clean and quick laps straight, one little moment of oversteer in the final corner and i would be overtaken immediately. I could drive horrible for the same amount of time, one good final lap and i could still win. For those who still want to try this, there are some time trials that may seem impossible, the Venom one and GT3 Mercedes one in the rain spring to mind. They are both very doable and if i remember correctly both require a good 2nd sector, that's where the final time will be decided. I got the Venom one after 30 minutes of trying and i found the Mercedes one more difficult because it required 2 clean sectors. Furthermore there isn't much to tell because this game hasn't got a story or any characters. Just fun racing in exotic locations with great looking cars. Difficulty: 3/10 (DLC 5/10) Enjoyment: 9/10 #146: Driveclub: Bikes Fun expansion for this already fun game and probably the most fun i had in a bike racing game. I don't understand the trophy for upgrading all the bikes to max level. This required such a big grind that i decided to buy a 2x reputation pack to speed it all up a bit . The DLC was also fun and required just the right amount of challenge. Like i said, fun racing with bikes, normally i don't really like bike racing but this game was an exception to that because the handling felt better and more fun then in games like MotoGP. Except for this the game is exactly the same as the main game, i also got the 100% in this one so in total that is loads of trophies which are fun to get. Difficulty: 3/10 (DLC 4/10) Enjoyment: 8/10
