Popular Post Buje-Boy
#38: HEAVY RAIN (For PS+ Members: it's free for July) -------------------------------------------------------------------- HEAVY RAIN™ Master: Unlock all trophies. Difficulty: 3.5/10 Fun/Excitement: 9/10 Rare: 14.50% Includes 57 Trophies [1,230 Points] 1x...2x...4x...50x I already played this game in March 2013 on my PS3. In a nine hour session I completed HEAVY RAIN and was thrilled because I had never played such a game before. At that time I wasn't a Trophy Hunter, just a casual gamer. I really enjoyed the story and it's for me a masterpiece. Every small decision counts and the results are serious. I just enjoyed the story, was blown away by those graphics and character designs. I even felt sorry for some of them. You are always excited and hope for the best (or worst). After more than five years I saw the PS4 version for free. I just couldn't resist that. I already knew most of the story so I could play HEAVY RAIN with a 10 hour All Trophy Speedrun Guide. It's unbelievable how the game punishes you for every little "mistake". As I already mentioned: Every small decision counts. I recommend it to anyone who likes games like "Until Dawn" and "Beyond: Two Souls". Popular Post Karl-Kai
Hotel Transylvania 3: Monsters Overboard Bleh, bleh, bleh! I like Hotel Transylvania movies, so when this game came out I grabbed it without really knowing what kind of content it had. I'm glad for that spontaneous plunge, because it turned out to be a really nice game! While not lavish or intricate, it was fun. Simply put, your job is to find friends and objects while fighting enemies on the islands that work as the only environment of the game. The way how battles and puzzles are tackled is built around collecting different kinds of little minions called Impas and ordering them around. I have not played any games with such a system before, and I must say that I liked it. Good game.
Popular Post RedRodriguez87
Pawlatinum! Yep, cat puns aplenty in this trophy list. Not a whole lot to say about this one. You take control of various, who for a variety of silly 1st-world reasons, want to cause a mess of destruction in your home. And... that's pretty much all you do; take 1st-person control of a cat, and knock over as many items as you can before the time runs out. Why there is time limit I have no idea, but whatevs. It's a cute premise, but it gets old really quickly, and as easy and short as the trophy list is, i had more than my fill of this game by the time I was done. Funny thing is, I got this confused with ANOTHER PS4 cat-based game that someone recommended. Ah well, a $2-buck plat is fine.

The game is the perfect example of how a game should be made for the PS Vita to compliment the PS4 version. The game itself understands the hardware limitations of the PS Vita and really pushes the graphics and gameplay to the Vita's absolute limits the cut-scence are fantastic beautifully animated high resolution video just makes going through Nightmare Mode on your second play-though all the more worth it dispite some of its annoyingly unfair boss-fights (looking at you Le-Kyanos you bastard) Gameplay on the Vita is fairly simple mainly button mashing to start with but then when you start to collect the skills and start using them properly further in the game and combining them with the Flash-Guards and Flash-Moves you realise there is slightly more depth but this is really felt in your Nightmare Playthough as during your inital easy/normal you can pretty much avoid doing this. I must thank @Dragon-Archon for his excellent PS Vita guide and putting up with my messages with finding out tips on how to beat Le-Kyanos on Nightmare mode that was defiantly for me the hardest boss in the game harder than the final boss's for sure. All-in-all a fantastic experience which has led me to buy Ys Celceta which i will start after i play something that does not require me to be glued to a guide for a bit! I'm already out of likes for today, so you'll get one on Monday. Unsure if I mentioned this before, but Celceta will feel like a step back compared to Dana, especially the story. Treasure chests and harvest points aren't tracked by the game either, both of these need to be 100% for some trophies.
Popular Post Meachamp-
~Root Letter (Vita) #21 ~ Rarity: 56.14% Time to Platinum: 10 hours | Difficulty: 1/10 | Enjoyment: 9/10 No long post needed, simple VN really. The game starts off simple enough all the way up to chapter 8. Then the story line endings just burst out of nowhere and make it so random. There's hints through out the game that was going to happen but it just happens so randomly after it being so calm. Three weird endings and two normal endings I would say with the actual final playthrough being the best ending and I'm glad it happened. Most characters are okay, some more annoying than others. Looking at you "Four eyes" especially the lead "Max" he seems to be a bit of a idiot to be honest. Some of his methods for getting information were a little unorthodox if you ask me. Speaking of nicknames. The ones in this game are just so random and most of them are insulting. There's Four eyes, Bitch, Shorty, Snappy, Monkey and Bestie. Some are fine sure but it just felt so out of place whenever Max was using them. Like there's a scene where Max meets "fatty's" wife in a shop and he's like "How's Fatty doing" like wtf you barely know these people. Everything is just simple really, you just make use of your menu throughout the game and you go on a good adventure. I really enjoyed it at least.
markcavan
#226 - Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series on PS4 (#50 of 2018) Wow, I normally really enjoy telltale and their story based games but this one was a real chore. The story is all over the place from episode to episode, the voice acting is dreadful, script is boring and visually Gamora & Drax look like plastic action figures. Second worst game from telltale (Game of Thrones is by far the worst). Overall 3/10 enjoyment and 1/10 difficultly
Popular Post TheFalseDeity
#48 - God of War Father and Son Obtain all other trophies A good game definitely better than 3. Am disappointed with how few of the gods you fight but oh well. Apparently Egypt might be on the list for future entries and would definitely like to see that. Can be played on easy and thus the plat is easy unless you just totally neglect upgrading and try to take on the Valkyries at level 2 or something just because you stumble upon one and get literally stomped >_>

Looking forward to seeing more of it at gamescom.. now to freely enjoy God of War & Sonic Mania Plus ?

Popular Post Redgrave
#133: Conqueror of the New World - Monster Hunter: World I've never played the previous Monster Hunter games so I wasn't really sure what to expect with this one but it's safe to say Capcom really earned the praise with this game. This is definitely an ideal game to play with friends and it has so much content and replayability that it would be hard to put down for long. I really hope Capcom manages to outdo themselves with this series and continue what they have been doing lately since they have made quite a big turnaround from a few years ago. The trophies themselves aren't really that bad, but the biggest hurdle is going to be the Crowns but thankfully they do Events to get most of them save for the Elder Dragons (at least yet but who knows if they will really do that) a bit easier. And if not there's investigations which while takes longer, gives you a better chance. It also helps to have friends that can help along the way (I can't thank @Undead Wolfenough for playing with me and sticking out as long as we did ) and keeping track of your investigations. But don't be intimidated by them, since eventually you will just start to get them over time even if it's one by one. Overall a great game that first-time players like me and veterans can play. It's pretty neat how Capcom managed to find a middle-ground for that sort of thing. Definitely get it if you have friends to play with
Popular Post Desmuria
#87 - Heavy Rain HEAVY RAIN™ Master Unlock all trophies Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficulty: 4/10 This game was everything I hoped it would be and more. I recently played Detroit Become Human and I have a certain taste for this kind of game now. I remember watching PewDiePie do a Let's Play of this when it came out and, thankfully, I forgot most of what happened so it was nice to experience it for myself. The four main characters are great and all really exciting to play. Unlike Detroit, I didn't favour one over the other as I found Ethan, Madison, Scott and Jayden's stories all compelling. The trophies are all pretty simple to pick up, except the Kamikaze trophy (which you obtain during the first trial). You have to enter a sequence of actions/controls without messing up. It took me a few tries to memorise and perfect it, but if I can do it - you most certainly can! There are some really decent guides around if you want to shorten your time on the game, but I recommend you do a blind playthrough first and experience it for yourself. It's free with PS+ right now, so you literally have NOTHING to lose by giving this a shot. It's worth it. Popular Post kaluna1
#22 Burnout Paradise Remastered. 2nd time after Stick of Truth I platinum'd a game I didn't on PS3, redemption if you will. I got SoT for free and this pretty cheap (probably for cheaper than the DLC for the PS3 game alone would have costed), and it was nice to have even more of a reason to return to these 2 games I really liked. Really like Big Surf Island and the DLC cars, especially the boost ones. Also 2nd plat in a row after Rocket League where I might not get all DLC trophies for them. Both games I still enjoy playing after plat but they have some annoying online ones that don't really come "naturally". Certified item stuff for RL and really all non freeburn online ones for Burnout (since that's what people are generally doing by default). Could potentially boost them but I like to avoid that where I can, don't even like using a mic online really. Might consider it in the future but for now base plat is fine.
killivincent
#123 Omnipotent Obtained all of the trophies in the game. XBlaze Lost: Memories is okayish visual novel in my opinion, as it was free from PS Plus, can't really complain much.
