Popular Post PooPooBlast
#109 and my 6000th Trophy God of War! Phenomenal game without a doubt. Had an amazing time playing this. Went into this hyped and still managed to be thoroughly impressed by what it had to offer! I made a BOI count while playing after hearing Kratos say the word in the first sentence of the game . 233 BOI were said by Kratos from a combination of random dialogues (143) and Cutscenes (90). While 36 came from other characters including: (some may consider revealing the cast as spoilers so I put a spoiler tag) Spoiler Mimir (9), a wayward spirit (1), the BOI ( Atreus 9), Brok (8), Magni (1), Freya (5), and Baldur (3) for a total of 269. Oh and Kratos has a knack for saying I DO NOT KNOW which came out as a total of 10 times. Managed to capture a few photos along the way as well which I think would be cool to share! Spoiler My favourite Family Photo This one's an actual story spoiler so feel free to skip. Spoiler Edited July 22, 2018 by PooPooBlast

Popular Post ThatMuttGuy
Rayman Origins Sweet Dreams Difficulty: 6/10 Fun: 9/10 Rayman Origins was such a great game. I played it way back in the day on the 360 but decided to go for the plat since I had the PS3 version laying around. It's a bit tougher than Legends, but ultimately way less frustrating because you just have to 100% the game and not grind for a couple of months. Fingers crossed for another Rayman game!
Popular Post DaRe
# 37: One More for the Road - Project CARS I actually got this trophy some days ago, but I was actually surprised I managed to do it. I paced this trophy over the course of a couple years; the first time I played this game was back in Leap Year 2016, and I found the learning curve of this game pretty adaptive to the game's difficulty. Once I learned how to keep my car from spinning out as much (mind you, I played most of the game without most assists), going through the seasons wasn't very difficult. What was difficult, mostly, was getting myself to tune in to the community events, knowing I wouldn't have all the time in the world to do 20 different events. Thankfully, I managed to get it only recently, and the 500 fans took a while to get as well. Some of these trophies are a pain, especially the one where you needed to go through a long road going no faster than 50 km/h. There was also the 24 hour thing too... pretty sure I slept through most of it thanks to the bot doing the race for me. Overall, I'm pretty content with adding this to my platinum collection. I unlocked the online podium trophy by accident when I got lucky and found someone willing to join a lobby I joined (initially for a boosting session, but it didn't go through), and that one race was what I needed to unlock the trophy and the platinum. I actually had to double-take to make sure I wasn't daydreaming. ?
Dragon-Archon
19 hours ago, madbuk said: This game has side quests, optional dungeons, large, barren hub areas and really just none of it is interesting or worth engaging in outside of the trophies involved with doing them. The optional dungeons were all incredibly short anyway and lacked any interesting puzzles or rewarding loot so why bother? The story wasn't very interesting at all, and largely felt unnecessary. Darksiders 1 ends on a cliffhanger and then they release this which essentially feels like filler. I worry Darksiders 3 will also feel like filler as it also takes place during (or before?) Darksiders 1, but maybe they'll surprise us. I felt the same way about Darksiders 2, didn't like how it basically going through a dungeon, backtrack all the way, then be sent to another dungeon, and repeat until the story finally progresses. As for the story: Spoiler I think there will be 4 games that show what each of the 4 horsemen were doing, which run parallel to each other, and it'll end by them dying, then being revived and summoned to Earth when the final seal was broken at the end of Darksiders 1. Then there will be a 5th game that will finally continue the story.

Popular Post snakebit10
#249 Claire I thought it was a decent game. I can't remember a lot of it because I first played it through last year and I just sped through it to collect all the butterflies this time for the platinum. If you see it cheap or got it when it was free it is worth a go. Now onto number 250 which is going to be Battlefield 1.
Popular Post cr1s
#370 - Assassin's Creed III Master Assassin Get every trophy. Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 7.5/10 I expected this game to be a mediocre installment in the Assassin's Creed series à la Liberation, but what I got was more than that. It's a good entry in the series and, although not quite as memorable as ACII and Brotherhood, it still delivers an interesting story set in an intriguing time period with the same ol' AC gameplay we've come to know and get used to... and then some. You play as Raton- fuck that, let's just call him Connor. The story's central theme is the American Revolution, where you get to meet historical figures such as George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, Samuel Adams, etc. in a bid to prevent the Templars from gaining control of the colonies. I'm not big on history, but that particular time period has always piqued my interest, so it was pretty nice to see that in an AC game. New locations are featured: New York, Boston, the Frontier, and the Homestead, the latter of which serves as your "home" - you will get to expand it into a community by recruiting workers who will help you with crafting key materials. The gameplay is what you'd expect compared to previous AC titles: more of the same. There are a couple of nice additions, though: Naval missions: be it chasing an enemy ship across the sea, escorting/protecting allied ships, or defending a certain position, these are a lot of fun and a very welcome addition to the game that goes in line with its time period. Black Flag is looking very promising if it's based on that! Wolfpack mode: a new co-op mode that can easily be completed solo. Your objective is to find and kill enemy NPCs within the time limit over 25 sequences. You start off with 1 minute and gain additional time by moving to the next sequence, which happens by getting kills and completing optional objectives. This mode is very easy provided you keep going for the optional objectives. Most of them are simple tasks like performing Hidden/Focus/Aerial Kills etc. You have to complete a Wolfpack match on a DLC map for one of the trophies. I chose Saint Pierre and got it done on my first try with 3 minutes left. While this mode is enjoyable, some of the enemy placements and optional objectives are the same, so you kinda know what to expect after a while. I would've preferred it to be entirely random. Everything else is either the same or slightly altered with some minor additions here and there. The combat system is a bit more simplified this time, with you only having to counter and then break defense (for the stronger enemies) and/or attack. You don't need to lock on to enemies, as the combat pretty much involves countering whoever is attacking you and then finishing them off. Spamming attacks won't do you a lot of good when there are a lot of enemies, so you gotta wait it out. Gameplay additions include snow and a Winter season, escaping pursuers by going through buildings, lock picking chests, hunting animals in the wilderness, petting animals just because you can, and so on. One of this game's noticeable flaws is that it lacks polish. Like, a lot. From texture pop-ins to graphical glitches to framerate drops, you can and should expect to see that quite often. However, the good thing (to me at least) is that it doesn't detract too much from the experience. It mostly happens when a new area is loading or after a cutscene, so the gameplay isn't heavily affected. Once everything is loaded then it's more or less stable. The platinum is your standard AC fare: you have a bunch of story-related trophies with that one gold trophy for finishing the game, a bunch of multiplayer trophies that are akin to Revelation's in that they're not time-consuming and you only have to casually play the multiplayer, as well as collectible and kill-related and miscellaneous trophies. Much like Brotherhood, you will have to get 100% in-game completion, which requires you to go through almost everything the game has to offer. There's more content to be experienced this time that is all required for the platinum, ranging from side missions and challenges to minigames and fetch quests. The platinum's difficulty is pretty standard with only some bits that will have you retry a few times until you come up with a good strategy. All in all, despite its technical shortcomings, I thought it was a good AC game. The naval missions made me even more excited to start Black Flag now, and for a game that features them prominently, I can only hope it will deliver a solid experience. Ratonhn- I give up. Popular Post RedRodriguez87
Master of The Inferno So I've decided I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna go back and reclaim all my lost platinums before service for the PS3 ceases. And what better way to start off than with the so obvious so blatant God of War rip off! And to those wondering if this was ever true, yes. yes yes yes. This is easily the most shameless cash-in on Santa Monica's franchise I have ever SEEN. Of course, EA wouldn't be content to carry the same tone and level of restraint GoW had. Oh no, everything is taken up to 11! More violence, more gore, more disgusting imagery, more unnecessary nudity (Beatrice: Oh Dante *nippled tits pop out" how could you forsaken me hmmm yes touch me there again Lucifer oooohhhhh), moar OMAGERD SO BADAZZ DON'T FUCK WITH DANTE MAYN!! It's the very definition of absurd. Never will you see a more try-hard attempt than this game, and in many ways, it's easy to see why this attempted series never took off. (Side note for anyone curious, that does mean this game is in name only and has little connection to the actual Divine Comedy story. IE Dante isn't Dante, Beatrice isn't Beatrice, etc) And that's a shame, but laughable teen edginess aside, the game itself is fun. Yeah, really. Other GoW clones try to be a bit more subtle about their influence in terms of aesthetics, but always ALWAYS have clunky sluggish unintuitive combat plus one gimmick. But Dante's Inferno, plays real smooth, combat flows real nice, never does it feel like a chore from beginning of the game to the end. Though I will say they kinda blow their load (oooo, that's risque, ain't it EA?) early on, and after a certain point we stop getting anything new, and instead set pieces and enemies get recycled all the way to end game. So, consider this a recommendation. If you absolutely need your GoW fix, and this game has stayed off your radar, give it a go. TROPHY HUNTERS BEWARE THOUGH, it certain regions, a piece of DLC has been delisted, making a a handful of trophies unobtainable (barring some miracle where they sell everything as a bundle later on down the line), and thus 100% impossible.
Popular Post Satoshi Ookami
Brilliant Etoile Congratulations! You collected all trophies. And the Platinum says it all. The game is brilliant. The game is a gem. The game is an insane hit into all my favorite things Great battle system, amazing cast, ALL THE YURI and GODLY CUTE characters without any sign of a male! I don't think I've enjoyed a game that much for a long, long time. I just loved absolutely everything about this game. Yuri is just the best base for a game. And most importantly... you are a Japanese JK! The most relatable character in the whole world I won't say all the girls were absolutely perfect but there were many waifu material ones Not to mention all the screenshots I've made Probably the most in any game on PS4 All dem panty shots, nudes, lewds, yuri moments And most importantly... Hina-chan. Hina-chan is one of the cutest characters I've ever encountered. And because of her cuteness, the overall story had an even bigger impact. Every battle, every social link, everything... leading to a climax no one could expect. If there is a cute JRPG that is a must play, it's this one. And this game... made me realize something I didn't know I would want, but now... I WANT IT EVERY TIME! WET SHIRTS IN RAIN O M G YES, GUST, YES!

I had a lot of fun with this and I thought it was very good value for money for the price I paid. The second platinum on PS4 was a lot quicker and easier due to the Dual Shock 4 sticks feeling a lot more precise than the Vita thumbsticks. £3.99 well spent!
Popular Post Bullstomp
Stormrise Rarity - 1.11% Difficulty - 7 Fun Factor - 7 Stormrise was also my 225 platinum and 11, 000th trophy overall? Stormrise had some great concepts for a RTS game. However the implementation left much to be desired. The "quick whip" to move from unit to unit was a great idea but was not nearly as accurate as it should be. The story was meh. The online was fun but you would need to get a partner for it because the servers are dead. If you are a RTS fan or an ultra rare platinum hunter I would highly recommend this game. If not, I would recommend trying it on an alt account first.
