Popular Post jaehyun1009
#116: God of War 3 Remastered King of the Hill Unlock all trophies Difficulty 3/10 Score 8/10 This being this month's free PS Plus offering has afforded me the opportunity to try this series out. Gameplay wasn't anything special but the game was very cinematic and the story was pretty epic. Would definitely recommend trying out if you have ps plus right now. The platinum and ultimately the game itself isn't that difficult but some of the challenges can be a bit frustrating. Not that this game exactly change my mind nor is it too relevant but I will probably also try the new GOW soon.
NorbR338055
#18 - Playroom VR Difficulty: 2/10 Enjoyment: 7/10 Another really pleasant surprise, I didn't expect much from this as the free 'demo' game that comes with PS VR, but it's actually quite fun. I was grinning like an idiot for my entire first run of Monster Escape, and Robot Rescue is the best form of platforming for VR, too bad it's so short, I'd play this for hours if I could. The platinum is very easy, and completely feasible on your own with a bit of peaking under the VR helmet, though at least for the games I've played coop (Wanted and Ghost House) it's much more fun with another player. Still, this has me thinking about other platform games in VR that I might enjoy. I think I'll give Moss a try soon.

Popular Post DamagingRob
#350- Grand Theft Auto V Los Santos Legend Congratulations! You're Vinewood's biggest star! Really should have bought this much sooner, but I stubbornly waited for it to hit $20. After choosing not to get it for $25 the day I bought my PS4, that is.. Who would have thought the price would not go that low (or lower) for 3+ years? Been kicking myself since. The single player is still a phenomenal experience, though. I was a little disappointed with IV. Seemed like such a downgrade from the massive world in San Andreas. And there was no army, so no tanks. And those needy friends that wanted you to do something with them every day drove me nuts. But this game fixed all of that, and was a massive improvement. Any single player complaints I have are very minor. Multiplayer... wasn't that fun with randoms. But with a good group of people to party up with, the co-op can be a lot of fun. And of course getting to Rank 100 sucked. :/ Rockstar pretty much patched any quick ways to rank up, so it takes forever.. So yeah, couldn't think of a much better milestone than a game I thoroughly enjoyed and spent so much time with, so I held off finishing it for a couple weeks. Over 220 hours.. Next thing you know, I'll be going for Star Ocean 4 or White Knight Chronicles 2 or some shit. Haha... ha.. *screams internally* Spoiler Below image is what I wish my Platinum screenshot was.. The one base game trophy to get an ugly screenshot is the Plat. Ugh.. And right after Valley's all black sreenshot, too. :/ Edited September 24, 2018 by DamagingRob
Popular Post BlueC3029
#43 - Marvel's Spider-Man Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 9/10 Time to Platinum: 30 Hours Wow, games like these make me proud to own a Playstation 4. I had so much fun swinging around New York, that I actually forgot I was playing a game at times. Spider-Man is a fantastic Playstation exclusive and I can praise it on so many things, but, of course it is not without flaws. There are some couple of bugs and issues (enemies getting stuck in buildings ect.) but nothing major or anything that affected my gameplay. The story, cutscrenes, voice acting were all amazing, but the reason why my enjoyment was only a 9/10 was because of the side content. No, not because the amount of it, I don't mind a lot of side content, what I didn't like was that everything felt the same. The four types of crime, basicly all the same. The Fisk Hideouts, Prisoner Camps and Demon Wharehouses basicly all the same. It made it really boring and tedious to go through all that. That being said, it is the only complaint I have about the game. Overall it is such a great game and worth everyone's time. I would like the DLC to come out uh NOW, and a sequal uh TOMORROW ?.

cr1s
#381 - Tumble VR Platinum Get all trophies Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 4/10 This might've been an okay game if it weren't for the incredibly annoying A.I. companion that tries too hard to be Wheatley from Portal (it even looks almost identical to Wheatley, too) but fails miserably at it, and it just won't... shut... up, not to mention the voice acting is godawful. But wait, there's more! The icing on the cake: "These are called sticky blocks because they stick... duh!" Yep, you can expect this game to be littered with such cringeworthy explanations from Wannabe Wheatley. I bought this thinking it'd be a nice PSVR puzzle game, but that A.I. companion killed 90% of the enjoyment I might've had with this game... What the fuck, Sony? This game doesn't even need a Wheatley to begin with. But enough of that. If you're thinking of buying this game, my personal opinion would be to avoid it at all costs. Popular Post Bullstomp
Let's Sing 2016 Rarity 12.64% Platinum #230 Difficulty: Varies, how is your vibrato?? Fun Factor: 7 Let me start off by saying I was not a big fan of the track list. At first. I really ended up enjoying most of the songs at the end, though I would've liked more of a mix of old and new music (instead of a majority of new music). That being said I really like the Voxpoint system. You don't have to master shitty songs for the plat. You can earn Voxpoints singing what you like then use those points to purchase unlockables for the shitty songs! You will have to sing all 35 songs once but thats much more manageable than mastering the Lady Gaga track "Applause"? Very fun but a bit grindy, would've loved to be able to purchase different songs. Still, I would recommend it to music game fans.
Popular Post diskdocx
Platinum #594 - Omnipotence Tesla vs Lovecraft Absolutely loved this game. Didn't go in expecting much and this one really delivered a lot more than I anticipated. Pretty sure it is on sale still this week, so definitely worth checking out. A twin stick shooter at it's core, but with some rogue-lite elements to it. I'll try to post a guide this week, but basically it is just a play it through to the end and you'll get everything along the way list. Last few levels on the Eldritch Plane are frenetic, but nothing overly frustrating. 4/10 difficulty, 10 hour plat. Now, I need a solid recommendation for plat #600.....
Popular Post rex_raptor1
Platinum#11: Spider-Man Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 10/10 Earned Date: September, 21st. Spider-Man for me so far was the best PS4 game released this year and one of my favourite games of this year as well. I have always been a big Spidey fan since I was a kid and when Insomniac released this game I was blown away by the mechanics and graphics of this game. The platinum in my opinion was too easy for a triple-A title, it could of been more of a challenge to complete. But overall I really enjoyed obtaining this platinum. I enjoyed completing all of the bases, side missions, challenges etc. It took me 2 weeks to get the platinum, because you know life and family have their priorities first. But to anyone who has not purchased this yet I recommend you do as it's the best Spider-Man game made. I am looking forward to the DLC.

Popular Post Resident4evil05
169 Watch_Dogs 2 Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficultly: 4/10 Putting this game up against the first one, this one is way better. Story is more goofy and not too serious. Characters are super fun way better than Hat guy from one haha (Aiden). Only thing I didn’t like is the online, having random people just actually walk around in your open world causing havoc had stopped me plenty of times when I just wanted to start a story mission. Glad I played it though, not really interested in the DLC so I’m now selling it, it’s time for Spider-Man ?

Popular Post Lars
#156: Doom A platinum image that doesn't require a genius to figure out which game it is from. And that game is Doom, a extremely fast paced shooter that requires you to cause havoc and shoot demons. The story tells that some weird lady of which i forgot the name opened a portal to hell and that it has to be closed. Unfortunately the portal lead already to a invasion of demons on Mars. The enemies you have to fight are all demons, so no "human" enemies on Mars which makes sense. You start of with a simple shotgun and you can find new weapons in the world and upgrade these with weapon mods that are hidden in the world. This game though isn't made around a strong narrative or a good story. This game is all about the gameplay and the shooting. Everything is fast, the enemies move fast and are always close. You can move fast around, pick-ups are fast and don't require any button prompt. Just run close to a ammo or health box and doomguy will pick it up. You lose health and armor very quick but because of the glory kill system it is also really easy to regain health. A g(l)ory kill isn't just a regular kill but a nice animated kill that you can use when you shoot an enemy enough to make it stagger which leads to a gory animation of you ripping an enemy apart. This gives you loads of health and sometimes ammo. The weapons are well varied and nice to use, some are powerful and some are a lot weaker but you learn which weapons suit you and which don't. Good shooting isn't everything though, it also needs nice levels, for me this is not a 10/10. The levels themselves are great and the combat areas give loads of options and variety to the combat. You can camp a bit although that is dangerous, you can also run and gun and jump around but this has the disadvantage that it is easy to lose track of enemies and this will get you surprised a couple of times. The problem i have with the game is that the environments aren't varied, there are 3 for: Mars exterior, Mars interior and Hell. That's it basically. Of course the levels aren't the same but they feel very similar and for me the game could have improved this. That is my only minus point for the world. The levels have a good length and reward exploration. The collectibles are really well hidden though, as in impossible to find sometimes without a guide. That is something that i see often in Bethesda shooters, Wolfenstein also has some very cleverly hidden rooms and collectibles. They are even difficult to find when you have the map upgrades which show them on the map, i still needed a guide to find some of them. Oh, and the dlc trick is disgusting, i bought all the dlc but didn't install it and then without any warning the content i bought was behind a grind wall again. That was a dirty trick on which is was really pissed. This means i will never 100% this game. Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 9/10 6 I consider DOOM my favourite game on current gen, but I felt for newcomers to the game after 6.66 which reset everyones progress whether or not they had bought the DLC. It doubles the length of the 100% if you're into DLC. I played this on Xbox, and got the base game 100% and every DLC 100% within around 40 hours, and that was with 2 playthroughs as some collectible achievements glitched out. For people who did what I did, the base game was 3 or 4/10 as you stipulate, and the DLC's were an absolute joke, each completed within 2 hours (so 6 - 8 total) as even if you aren't good, getting 10 kills with X demon isn't hard, just focus on 3-4 at a time and get the rune 3 times etc. For anyone starting now, the difficulty is technically the same, but it will probably take in excess of 80 hours. Simple things like earning certain armor types or taunts, which you could literally do upon loading your first MP game if you like, now require prestiging several times. It's significantly quicker to prestige in DOOM than other games, but is still a royal pain in the ass for trophies that literally require you to have a certain taunt to press a button on the d-pad, or a piece of leg armour... Yeah i know, the thing is though i just bought the DLC packs when they released with the idea in mind to play them when i got to the main game. So i paid €45 for stuff that were my belongings, and then they took it away and made it a requirement to grind around 50 hours of mp to get to them. That is just unfair imo. Popular Post daftprophet
108 - Aug 28, 2018 Grand Theft Auto V Los Santos Legend Congratulations! You're Vinewood's biggest star! Great game throughout and I really enjoyed the story. I bought this on release, but took a long break from it for some reason. I'm glad I came back to it though. Being an open world game, there's tons of stuff to do and isn't mundane at all. Be prepared for a long online grind if you're aiming for the platinum. The biggest bummer was leaving it for so long that I wasn't able to transfer my character over to the PS4 version, which is probably the ideal version to play. 109 - Sep 18, 2018 Quantum Theory Destruction Incarnate Obtain all trophies Bought this on a whim to play with a group of friends and while the online grind/boost wasn't all too terrible, you literally could not do it without a group of people. The servers for the game have been dead on arrival. The game itself isn't too terrible if you can get past the bad platforming and awful controls/aiming. I actually was not a fan on first play through but glad I was persistent enough to finish. I feel the game play was more tolerable after some time getting used to it. It's surprisingly short and is tough in some spots of the single player campaign, but overall not difficult. You're honestly fighting against the terrible controls more than the enemies most of the time. I wouldn't recommend this to most people but it's definitely one I'm glad to have played.
