blu3st4rdust305
Seasons After Fall - PS4 (#122) Simple, little platformer. Straight-forward puzzles, repetitive gameplay, and nonsensical story. It is pretty to look at and the manipulations of the seasons was an interesting take on environment changes.

Popular Post Cave Johnson
Castlevania Requiem: Symphony of the Night & Rondo of Blood A Miserable Little Pile of Secrets Unlock all trophies for Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and Castlevania: Rondo of Blood. "Word of warning though, that Platinum will be tough to get." - PS Blog Well, shit. They couldn't have been more wrong. This isn't an easy platinum, but it sure as hell isn't a hard one either. With these games there could have been much more difficult trophies, like some good old speedrun trophies — I know everyone just loves those. Instead, there is a trophy for eating a peanut... and that's only the beginning of the dumb miscellaneous trophies for Symphony of the Night. Anyway, I had a great time going through these games again. I know I never shut up about it, but I'll always prefer the older linear Castlevania games. I, III, IV, and Rondo of Blood are my favorites. Because of this, I have mixed feelings about Symphony of the Night. Playing it again somehow made me appreciate it more, though. Maybe I'll even try out some of the other games now. Edited November 3, 2018 by Cave_Johnson_

Popular Post GraniteSnake
#68: Crash Bandicoot + 100% Everything was going smoothly until I tried to get the relic for Stormy Ascent.. took me nearly a week of playing a bit every day but I finally managed to beat it! Hardest level in the game by far.. Gathering all the gem’s was easier than I thought it would be, and the relic hunt went by quickly until I reached the level ‘Fumbling in the Dark’. Definitely the second hardest level for me. Great to be able to play these games again looking their best.

Popular Post Alantor32
#34 A Miserable Little Pile of Secrets I have fun playing two well known classics in HD. Although, I wish RIchter Mode has a leveling system. And the grinding to get the duplicator was mind inducing. @_@ But Requiem stays true to the classic Castlevania games and I get to play Rondo of Blood for the first time in years. And I love the reworked script and voice acting despite fans missing the original voice acting of the PS1 Symphony of the Night. I give Castlevania Requiem a 8.5 in Enjoyment and 7.0 in difficulty. And I highly recommend this game for Castlevania fans.
Popular Post snakebit10
#258 World War One Hero 8.71% This is my 3rd Battlefield platinum. First off for a game known for its Multiplayer the base games MP trophies are really easy. Just have to play as each of the 4 classes for a little bit to get all the mp trophies. Secondly the campaign had a interesting twist with the inclusion of war stories. At first I really didn't like the idea of different war stories but after getting through them they were a lot of fun. My favorite was The Runner and Nothing is written. Beating the campaign on hard was pretty easy except a few parts. Then you have to do all the challenges to unlock the codex entries. Most of them were simple enough to do. Only one that really posed any kind of challenge was the Airborne Cannons one. Shoot down 10 planes in 30 seconds with the stationary gun. Overall I enjoyed it and glad I finally got around to it.

Popular Post Jelloycat
Platinum #64 - Senran Kagura Burst Re:Newal Really nice addition to the series, and easily one of the more serious games so far. (Ironically as this is the one to get censored. ) The final bosses of both story lines were really cool to fight. I thought the Hanzo Storyline was fun, but then I played Hebijo Story and enjoyed that one even more. I'll have to play the 3DS version sometime soon to see how it compares.

Popular Post madbuk
#281 - Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd It turns out that the PS Webstore has completely stopped advertising PS3 sales and Vita sales that aren't cross-buy. After finishing DIVA F, I manually searched for this game and it turns out it's on sale, despite being completely absent from the price drop section in the store. It was still a bit expensive for an old PS3 game, but I was actually craving some more DIVA after finishing F and who knows when it'll go on sale again since it's a PS3 game, so I decided to jump right into it despite expecting not to play it for a while. I liked this one more than the first game. There were more songs, the notes were in logical places in all the songs (Negaposi in particular in F just felt like a mess), and there were some new mechanics thrown in like double stars and star chains which were neat. You can't just spam the sticks whenever stars appear now, you actually have to time them. Despite that, this game felt much, much, much easier than the original. Maybe I'm just getting better, but the timing for good/cool felt more lenient and only one of the songs was absurdly fast (Kagerou Daze.) Negaposi in F took me 150+ attempts, I don't think any song in this took more than about 10 at most (outside of Kagerou which was probably more like 20.) It was more of a grind though, as you need to play every song multiple times for the unlock list. But I didn't mind that too much, since the game is fun to play. This game also had the same issue as F in regards to the song choices though - way too much Miku, barely any Kaito/Meiko. Len and Rin still got a fair amount of screentime (though nowhere near as much as Miku) but Meiko only had 2 songs I think, and there were 40 in this game (F had 32, and also only had 2 Meiko songs.) It felt like Luka got more time to shine though which was nice. Hopefully future games have a better balance between characters. They somehow managed to make Diva rooms even worse this time around, which is unfortunate. Unlike in F, you have a limit to how much you can interact with the divas in this game, so you have to wait for your interactions to recharge. This means it takes forever to complete and you have to remember to check up on them mid-game to minimize the grind later. And there was also a new minigame to play - Patty Cake. It felt unhealthy to my controller playing that, because it gets to a point where you're practically spamming L3 + R3 and the controller doesn't feel like it was built to do that. I'm glad I'm done with it just so I know my controller is safe lol. I think my next DIVA game will be Future Tone. Seems much easier than X, and it has 200+ songs. I'm hoping that by the time I finish it, I'll be ready to tackle X which is supposedly the hardest plat in the franchise. I'm actually pretty surprised at how much I've enjoyed these two games.

Popular Post ObsceneSociopath
#74 Chalice of Torment Shadow of the Tomb Raider I should of had this much sooner but like many others I got hit by the Completionist glitch that caused your total completion to glitch out & collectables not to register. Popular Post ex10097
Platinum #74 Over 9000 (DBZ Battle of Z) Difficulty 8/10 (Team Trophies) Enjoyment 3/10 (Game would have been more fun if it weren't for all the multiplayer crap) Finally managed to get all those retarded team trophies and that damn 50 hours of mission time. I swear needing 7-8 players for 5 trophies is something I hope to never do again. Trying to get everyone from different timezones playing together is not my idea of fun and took weeks before we successfully pulled it off now with only 4 players lol. Thank you randoms!
Popular Post Sigma999
#42 - Steins;Gate 0 To the Promised Place 100% Completed Steins;Gate 0 It was a great VN experience overall , always wanting to know more about the story and on the edge most of the time although the true ending could have been done much better with all the things that happened before and some things i felt were rushed and not well developed and clarified . Not as good as the first S;G but it was a pretty good one at least . Now next up , i'll watch the anime adaptation ?
Popular Post WayfarerFox
#29 - Gravity Rush It's all Relative Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 Took a little while to get used to the controls but I got there in the end. Very nice game honestly, can't believe I hadn't played it sooner. Nothing to challenging about the game really. Mastering movement is probably one of the biggest challenges besides the challenges themselves. Nothing, worrying about it at all really platinum wise. DLC was nothing too difficult either. The challenges were a little more troublesome but nothing a bit of practice couldn't sort out. I like the trophy images as well for the DLC as it makes a picture which I thought was pretty unique. Oh I really liked the platinum name also, so I made it one of my milestones which is my 1337 trophy. Onto platinum 30 which will be Assassin's Creed II. I really like the platinum name "Master Assassin" which is relevant to my PSN name which is based off of Gray Fox from the Metal Gear series! Popular Post GTA_Darren
#198 - Farming Simulator 17 - PS4 Being a fan of Farming Simulator series, I must say I am a little bit disappoint on 17. I don't like the game focus too much on side missions. The trophy list is pretty easy this time. Breeding trophies are the one which will cost you most of the time(mainly waiting). Due to those side missions, you don't even need to spend too much time on your own farm to get plat. Anyway, Farming Simulator is still one of the best choices in the market if you are looking to play this type game.
Popular Post Falken-N7
Shadow of the Tomb Raider #19 - Chalice of Torment Earn all Trophies Finally made it through, the Deadly Obsession playthrough was driving me nuts, with all those constant climbing fails at the Cenote, all those deaths at the San Juan combat part, which always led to a restart far back in the progress. Final boss took me three times and was actually quite fun, honestly. Overall a very nice gaming experience, I'd give this game an 8/10 (only because the completion glitch didn't hit me).
