Popular Post Karl-Kai
Detroit: Become Human DETROIT MASTER I think Detroit Become Human is an amazing game. I had so much fun playing it. It feels like it did everything right: it has interesting story and characters, beautiful music and design, and the flowchart structure is just incredibly detailed. The way how the story branches off due to the smallest decision during gameplay is just unbelievable; it really feels like you are crafting your own story in there. I've played the whole story through 3 times now and on top of that I've spent a ton of time replaying the individual chapters just to see what will happen if I do something differently. My favourite characters in the game are Connor and Hank. Their investigation parts were the most intriguing to play in addition to the fact that they just were the coolest people in the bunch.
Popular Post FOOTBALLNUT
#110 Heavy Rain Remastered HEAVY RAIN™ Master Unlock all trophies Platinum on 9 February 2019 (1 months, 4 weeks, 2 days) **********My Personal Gaming Enjoyment Experience********** I heard lot of good things about "Heavy Rain" before that I always thought "Beyond: Two Souls" is the best Interactive Drama game I had ever played but I was so wrong after I experience the roller-coaster-drama in "Heavy Rain" then I realized I shouldn't have say "It's the Best" without even playing this pioneers masterpiece cause so far I have only played three Interactive Drama games so I guess I have limited my choices. The storyline is definitely better than "Beyond: Two Souls" and this time I wasn't confused by the chapters in "Beyond: Two Souls" instead in first few chapters I don't actually quite understand what is happening not until the first trial I begin to know and understood what is going on and what I should do but there is still one questions mark hanging my head. Why is some chapters have a "inch" numbers below the date & time in the beginning of the chapters and "what the heck" does it mean? Meanwhile I continue my playthough and still bother by that "inch" and also wondering why it keep raining in the game then I begin a chapter with two little boy playing around in construction site and at the end of chapter there was an unfortunate tragedy. Seriously!? It took me almost halfway through the story to know both answers and just when I start to care about every characters the story took a nosedive in an unexpected twist which I didn't even saw it coming. This is the most challenging and intensity "Quick-Time-Event" I have ever played...I...I mean so far. Unlike "Heavy Rain", "Beyond; Two Souls" have gorgeous time to response to the action and it was even assisted by slow motion in lower difficulty not sure about higher difficulty but in "Heavy Rain" the QTE is much quicker which is suck consider my reaction timing is always half a second late and to make matter worst it also have more buttons to press. The only downside for me is the way controlling the characters walking it's so wonky and clunky when holding down the R2 button. As for graphics animation and soundtrack it is not as good as "Beyond: Two Souls" cause there are few odd awkward facial expressions and lip syncing is a bit off in some scenes. And the music in "Heavy Rain" will sometimes lower suddenly or cut off although I didn't play the 2010 version on PlayStation 3 but I believe it still hold up in today standard even without Remastered and I don't think it make too much difference as in "Beyond: Two Souls" Remastered. The infamous "Kamikaze" trophy really tested my patience and screw this f#@k A#@ H@#e S@#t bronze trophy cause I don't know how many times I have to watch the un-skipper-able-cut-scenes. Eventually I still manage to got it after 5 hours of countless retrying that split over 2 days at least I enjoying getting the rest of the trophy and I don't need to do two full playthough like "Beyond: Two Souls" but nevertheless I still do as most of the chapters is pretty short unlike "Beyond: Two Souls" that is long in some chapters and it feel like a drag when going through those level especially the last chapter after playing more than dozens times. Overall, I'm glad that PlayStation Plus give me a chance to play this masterpiece and I absolutely enjoyed the emotional story that I may not forget any time soon. I definitely looking forward "Quantic Dream" latest title "Detroit: Become Human" in near future. Heavy Rain Remastered Platinum Video

Popular Post Matrim_Drasgen
I am posting several (8 to be exact) Platinums because I have been without a computer for some time and trying to do this on my phone was not easy for me. I know it is quite a bit but I just want to get caught up and post so I can keep up with the forum as my Plats come in to my Trophy Case. Hoping to be making several posts this year about my Platinum earnings as I have a couple of Trophy goals (Mat's Trophy Goals) this year centered around Platinums. My last Platinum I will be posting in this reply is the only one I have earned towards my goal so far. I am getting a little behind but I can still catch-up and accomplish them! 24th Platinum - Hardware Rivals Hardwearing Get all the trophies. #1,900 29th Aug 2018 5:34:10 PM 3,857 ACHIEVERS 18,836 OWNERS 3.25% ULTRA RARE Overall Enjoyment: 5/10 Plat Enjoyment: 4/10 Play Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficultly: 3/10 The game was fun but a couple of long grinds with total kills, wins, and getting kills with weapons that pull you out of playing the game. The trophies do have you experience all of the game, so that is a plus. Game is easy to trophy boost and back in August community was still decently active but from time to time matches were slow to get into or low player count. 25th Platinum - Helldivers The epitome of Super Earth Complete all Trophies. #1,955 29th Sep 2018 4:28:59 PM 4,271 ACHIEVERS 227,891 OWNERS 1.87% ULTRA RARE Overall Enjoyment: 7/10 Plat Enjoyment: 6/10 Play Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficultly: 5/10 Helldivers is enjoyable but difficult at times and long grinds with kills and research sample collecting. Impossible to complete alone, super fun game to play with friends and listen to the character dialogue. Some trophies are in-line with the game playing and others require very specific criteria to be met. The game can be unforgiving at times and that can cause resentment and make the game less fun but at the same time the difficulty can make the game fun as you adapt your strategy to overcome the mission and liberate a planet. 26th Platinum - Marvel's Spider-Man Be Greater Collect all Trophies #1,960 30th Sep 2018 4:40:16 AM 66,651 ACHIEVERS 129,890 OWNERS 51.31% COMMON Overall Enjoyment: 2/10 Plat Enjoyment: 1/10 Play Enjoyment: 2/10 Difficultly: 4/10 I am one of the few that did NOT enjoy this game. I liked the story, it looked great, and it was fun swinging through NYC. However, I felt some of the mechanics were clunky and that the combat was poorly designed. 27th Platinum - Styx: Shards of Darkness Gobelin Master Unlock all trophies #2,000 28th Oct 2018 1:02:40 AM 558 ACHIEVERS 3,787 OWNERS 14.73% RARE Overall Enjoyment: 7/10 Plat Enjoyment: 6/10 Play Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficultly: 4/10 Not my traditional style of game as it forces me to go slow, sneak, and not just commit blood-crazed murder on everyone. Though I do like going blood-crazed murder on everyone. Traditionally you play every stage two times to acquire every insignia but as more than likely you will play the stages differently each time through, it eliminates getting bored or drained from the repeat play. Styx is funny and Shards of Darkness is a sequel that brings back a lot of the great elements that made the series so enjoyable. It is different to sneak around, steal items, and play as a goblin. 28th Platinum - God of War: Norse Life Father and Son Obtain all other trophies #2,047 18th Nov 2018 7:24:00 AM 68,377 ACHIEVERS 214,891 OWNERS 31.82% UNCOMMON Overall Enjoyment: 10/10 Plat Enjoyment: 10/10 Play Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficultly: 4/10 For me, this game was THE game of 2018, greatest game for the PS4, and in my Top Five favorite games of all time. The amazing story and setting for one of the most straightforward, complex characters in not only gaming history but any story were perfectly balanced. The dialogue, action, emotions. The entire game is a masterpiece. Gameplay is smooth, well designed, and fun. It was great to play as Kratos again and to do it in a different mythology, was wonderful. I enjoyed the game and trophy hunting with a passion I haven't felt in a game since Dragon Age: Inquisition. I like the trophy art and think that the list is a good balance between trophies that will come naturally and ones that you have to go out of your way to get. The game has great puzzles, intense bosses, and very dramatic moments. Plus, Christopher Judge as the voice of Kratos is quite a pleasure. Indeed. 29th Platinum - Final Fantasy XV The World Wanderer Collected all trophies #2,124 18th Dec 2018 12:05:10 AM 29,038 ACHIEVERS 123,240 OWNERS 23.56% UNCOMMON Overall Enjoyment: 2/10 Plat Enjoyment: 5/10 Play Enjoyment: 2/10 Difficultly: 3/10 My least favorite Final Fantasy game in the entire damn series. Worse then VIII. The Platinum list is pretty darn quick and fits with the game, one of the easiest Plats to get for a Final Fantasy game. Playing the game itself was not enjoyable. It had great visual and the story was decent, but how you leveled, travelling, and fighting mechanics didn't mesh well for me. 30th Platinum - Dungeons II It doesn't get more evil than this! Congratulations, you have scored all Dungeons 2 trophies! By that we mean you snagged them all, not that you carved notches in all of them. Erm, and by “snagged”, we mean you earned them, not that you grabbed them using a fishing rod. Oh whatever, it's a good thing that nobody ever reads these messages. #2,146 25th Dec 2018 2:41:48 AM 922 ACHIEVERS 4,413 OWNERS 20.89% UNCOMMON Overall Enjoyment: 7/10 Plat Enjoyment: 7/10 Play Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficultly: 3/10 I remember one time, my best friend from college told me this idea for a D&D campaign. We play as Kobolds or Goblins and instead of playing as adventures raiding, fighting evil forces, or the usual way MOST D&D campaigns go, we start off just living in a cave or some place and our home gets invaded. We defend it, level and make our home more secure after we dealt with the burglars and murderous scum. Problem is, now others come to get back their stuff or take revenge, etc. We never got around to playing it but it always seemed so cool to try. So when I heard about Dungeons II being along those lines, I knew I had to try it out. It wasn't the same as my friend's idea but the game was still fun nonetheless. The narrator can be a bit annoying at times when he wants you to progress the story and you are building up forces or grinding out gold/mana for the trophies, but still an enjoyable game. I also got to write the Trophy Guide for it (Dungeons II) so that is cool little addition. I haven't checked out Dungeons III yet but it is on my list. 31st Platinum - Dragon Sinker Descendants of Legend Obtained all trophies #2,1949th Jan 2019 10:23:18 PM 288 ACHIEVERS 730 OWNERS 39.45% UNCOMMON Overall Enjoyment: 6/10 Plat Enjoyment:5/10 Play Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficultly: 3/10 A quick, fun little game and Platinum. The game has a lot of classic RPG elements to it and brings back a lot of nostalgia. I personally didn't care for the 8-bit visual look of the game but know a lot of players do like it because of how the game plays and how it makes them feel. To me, it would have been a far better game and probably sold more if it had modern graphics. For the most part though, the game is very enjoyable, decent story and the trophies aren't out of sync with the natural gameplay. There are a couple you need to keep an eye out for if you don't want to re-play everything but still a fun, simple game.
Popular Post DesmaBR
Platinum #93 ONRUSH Obtain all trophies in ONRUSH™ This is probably one of the most misguided games I've ever played. I get that they wanted to make a team-based racing game, but at its current state, it really feels like it's just luck that defines if you're winning or not. Also, you can only progress through the single-player campaign if you're online. Which is gross. Was hoping for a substitute for Burnout, but this wasn't it.

Popular Post blu3st4rdust305
God of War II - PS3 (#178) "Trophy of Gaia" Having just completed the first one for #175, this one felt like a good continuation. The story borders on nonsense, but it manages to tie the events of the first two events and attempts to give Kratos more purpose and gravitas. The game starts with an epic confrontation, which gives players a taste of the powers and weapons from the first game. The game then finds an excuse to wipe all of the powers away, locking them in a blade which Zeus takes away and you spend the bulk of your time chasing. This opens the game to give you new (very, very similar powers) from other parts of Greek lore. I appreciated the additions of this lore much more than in the first, it felt like it was more purposeful. Perseus, Prometheus, the Pegasus, etc. The secondary weapons were also very creative and changes the dynamic of your fighting style. I found the hammer to be an abuse of power and critical to some of the Challenges. The final sequence of bosses was nice and epic, in true hack and slash fashion. Overall, the platinum was actually easier than the first game due to no speed run and the Challenges of the Titans being 1) shorter and 2) not one sequence. The ability to save and quit between challenge was a major QOL improvement, even if these were easier than the first. On to #3 (Remastered).
Popular Post sephiroth4424
#144 God of War Father and Son Enjoyment: 11/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Game of the Year for me and easily one of the best i played on ps4. I loved the new gameplay, the story was great and the storytelling even greater. Kratos and Boi had one of the best relationships/chemistry i've seen in a game. Every sidequest was used as a lesson for Boi so that made the ''errands'' and grinding very entertaining and not boring as they are in most games. I also prefered the cynical one-liner Kratos instead of the angry Kratos we've seen so far. The script was also very good and in the end i figured that the ''stranger'' never realized who he was messing with. I spent much time rowing around the lake so i can hear every dialogue and i found all characters interesting. I hope this game gets a trilogy
Popular Post Conor
#22- UNCHARTED 2: AMONG THIEVES (PS3) Platinum Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Time Taken: 1 week, 4 days, 18 hours, 8 minutes, 59 seconds (about 20 hours in-game) Rarity: 2.6% Ultra Rare (PSN) / 17.09% Rare (PSNProfiles) Hardest Trophy: Charted!- Crushing (Gold)- Finish the game in Crushing Mode I'm sweatin' like a hooker in church... Since I never had a PS3 in my teenage years, the Uncharted series passed me by while I was blasting my way through the likes of Gears of War and Halo. However, having played and completed this game for the first time, I can honestly say that this could very well be my favourite game of the 7th Generation. Why is that? Well, although the gameplay isn't exactly unique or special especially given how a decade has elapsed since this game's release, the story and characters have a lot of heart and charm that is just missing from many action games, and indeed others as well. Not to say the gameplay isn't fun, in fact it is fantastic and exciting if unoriginal. But when looking at this game in the context of the time of release, this was pretty excellent indeed, a stellar release. I liked the first game but it didn't exactly blow me away. This one, however, blew it right out of the water in every which way. Definitely something I really wish I had played in its time, but amazingly it still holds up very well. The scenery is still beautiful to look at, the environments a joy to explore and the gunplay riveting and tense on higher difficulties. Not to mention the superb acting and chemistry between the characters, this is cinematic gaming at its best. I hear a few complaining about the game's length but really in my opinion this kind of game lends itself to brevity, in fact it is one of the game's strong points- a tight, cohesive narrative with a definitive beginning, middle and ending that does not overstay its welcome. My one real complaint is that there wasn't enough Sully, a great character who really should have been around more. As well as the cheapness of some of the sections on Crushing- which wasn't as difficult as the first game, however- I have nothing really more to complain about. The length is a non-issue, in my books. By virtue of being so good, it is very replayable. I will certainly look to do so again on the PS4 remaster. The online mode is dead but honestly I don't think it really needed one. I remember some of my friends who liked it when it came out but then abandoned it after a few weeks. Thankfully, only two trophies require online and they're very easy to get provided you can find a partner. But of course, they added DLC multiplayer trophies which are a definite no-go for me so I consider this game totally done on PS3. Popular Post Dauersack
Destroy All Humans. #21. Ruler of Earth Got this game and it's sequel dirt cheap so I thought why not, something that is fun and not too stressful for a change. I played this game on the PS2 way back and had a blast doing it, that has not changed. The game was as fun as I remember, good gameplay and basically one big dark comedy swing against the USA. The game was not difficult and with the exception of one trophy that required a bit of grinding, none of the trophies were of any annoyance. For some reason, the game was way buggier than I remembered though, which normally would piss me off considering it is kind of an achievement to make a game worse after such a long time, but since it is an old game I am way more forgiving with these kinds of things. I will play the sequel that I did not really got to play on the PS2 at some point for sure, but not immediately because I want to switch things up a bit more.

Popular Post AJ_Radio
Platinum #181: Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One (February 3rd, 2019) Difficulty: 4/10 Excitement Rating: 7/10 Estimated Time to Platinum: 25 - 30 Hours Hardest Trophy: A Moment of Reflection (Use only Reflectors to destroy the generators in Phonica Moon's security tunnels. (2P +)) I am happy to say that with this game, I have all of the Ratchet and Clank franchise complete. And this game did not disappoint. The story however, was a bit forgettable. Somehow Ratchet, Clank, Captain Qwark and Dr Nefarious all team up, or should I say captured. A young girl named Susie rescues them and they're on their way to adventure and glory. That was basically all I can remember from the story. The gameplay makes up for this game's shortcomings, but not in the traditional Ratchet and Clank format. This is the first and only time Insomniac Games designed a Ratchet game with the idea of co-op. You can easily play couch co-op or play together online with friends. Thankfully you don't need an actual co-op partner to get all of the trophies. Controls are easy to get to, as they are in any other Ratchet and Clank game. The weapons are your standard Ratchet fare, with a few being unique to each of the four characters. None of the enemies posed any real challenge, I mean, it's a Ratchet and Clank game for crying out loud. What was interesting to me was co-op overload, which you and/or your AI partner use the same weapon to deal damage to a bigger enemy. I found this amusing but at the same time a little unnecessary. Insomniac Games did not forget it's sense of humor. Ratchet is still a lombax ready for adventure, Clank is the brainiac in love with science and knowledge, Qwark is the wisecracking superhero, and Dr Nefarious is still trying to find a way to dominate the galaxy. This comic relief helps the game, and Ratchet and Clank is one of the few video game franchises where the gameplay and sense of humor are on point. There's not a lot I can say that hasn't already been said about this series. Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One is seen by many to be the black sheep because of it's co-op nature and it's departure from the formula that made Ratchet and Clank a smash hit on the PlayStation consoles. But this is not a bad game. A few trophies required a second controller and that is why I am giving this a 4 out of 10 because it was rather awkward and a tad difficult to be using two controllers at once. With a bit of practice it's completely doable, nothing overly difficult. This was definitely a game I enjoyed playing, and wouldn't mind going back to at some point.

Popular Post Dauersack
Plague Inc: Evolved #22. Fully Evolved. Been working on this game for a few weeks now, finally got the last gold trophy today in a long session. Plague is a very nice little game that is a ton of fun, has a rather unusual premise and a lot of attention to detail with many hidden jokes and easter eggs. It was mostly a really nice game experience and I recommend it to anyone who wants to play something that feels original, at least compared to most games. Who I do not recommend this game for is anyone who considers himself to be a completionist and wants to go for the platinum, because this game suffers from one of the worst and shittiest trophy lists imaginable. The game barely works as intended for some of the trophies, luck is the biggest factor in many of the trophies so you are doomed to repeat the same thing over and over again until you get lucky. The worst of these trophies had some people in other forums say they had to try for it around 50 times, which is quite a frustrating way to spend your time even if the core gameplay is good, and that was for only one trophy. Thankfully I was luckier than most so the overall experience was not ruined by it too much. 1 hour ago, DEI2EK said: You’re in for a treat imo.
