Popular Post Pershing24
# 48 Another Day at the office Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered Anyone Day at the Office? More like playing another Call of Duty at the Office..... Ok, i'm done with bad joke, but seriously, this is a pretty good game and a pretty good platinum/trophy list. I was so glad that there were no multiplayer trophies, no Special Ops or challenge rooms, and no real grinding trophies. The only two being Weapon Master and Dogs. I Hate Dogs. Aside from that, the Platinum was pretty straight forward thou I knew the 4 most troublesome/hardest trophies was going to be Eyes and Ears, Best of the Best, Mile High Club, and beating the entire campaign on Veteran difficulty. Fortunately the latter wasn't too bad, its only certain levels that can be frustration, particularly 'Heat','All in' and 'No Fighting in the War Room'. Best of the Best reminded me alot of the Titanfall 2 trophy ...Becomes the Master, but its hard to tell which one was harder. I mean yeah the level short and pretty simple, but beating 15.1 seconds seemed impossible, my best time was 14.95 seconds. Eyes and Ears was harder than expected because because of the video guide I used, it really slows the game's pace. And the last Intel in the level 'One Shot, One Kill' is hard to get to because the door doesn't always open, had to redo that one twice. And finally, the one that's the most intimidating was of course Mile High Club. It took me over 5 hours to get it today, but its always the first room and the start of the second floor that gets me, but I kept going and refused to use the veteran glitch, but I got it as my 4,500 trophy milestone. I don't consider myself a big Call of Duty fan, but the first Modern Warfare game was back when the series had more "dignity" and originality and so I am glad to have this one in my collection. I don't know which game of the series I would do next, but I do recommend this one to any professional FPS gamer out there. “When the pin is pulled, Mr. Grenade is not our friend.” — U.S. Army Training Notice “Whoever does not miss the Soviet Union has no heart. Popular Post RedRodriguez87
VITA #223: Platinum-explosion Eh, it was sitting there, in my Vita list, so why not? Gotta say, the game is ALOT easier with the ability to turn off the ink effects. Though, I don't remember, was it ALWAYS there, or was it patched in? VITA #224: Platinum Hero Now here's a pretty cool beat em up, definitely a step above Squareboy. Actual learned moves, flashy combat, more selectable characters, a pretty slick art-style, and a cute ending. But like Squareboy, it does get pretty samey and repetitive near the end. There are some special moves you can cheese, and the checkpoints are SOMEWHAT fair, so there plat is common for a reason. I am without a PS4 right now, so it's nice that I will get a short break (or longer) before feeling the need to tackle THAT version.

Popular Post Nyariu
#23 英雄伝説 零の軌跡 Evolution 『零』を極めし者 全てのトロフィーを獲得した。 Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 5/10 The beginning of a duality of games, as the paths of the sky progresses slowly but makes up for it by presenting a new and interesting place and great characters, the battle is almost the same as the trilogy of heaven: the voice acting is great as well as the soundtrack in general is a great experience that prepares everything for the second game, a pity that has not been localized and probably will not since it was skipped. As for platinum, the same as the previous entry is not difficult, but with the addition of the system of affection, you must take into account your decisions through the game to be able to make the platinum in the two minimum run and be prepared for the new game plus boss in nightmare. #24 東亰ザナドゥ eX+ 伝説のX.R.C 全てのトロフィーを獲得した。 Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 6/10 Tokyo Xanadu eX plus is a kind of fusion between Ys and kiseki series, the combat is good to me but maybe its because I really like the Ys combat, the characters are good (I liked the Trail of Cold Steel cameos especially Magical Alisa xD) the voice acting is great but the soundtrack its kinda lacking the only good songs to me are the ones from Spika, the story goes slow but ends up great and though some people didn't like the epilogue, I like it and together with the after story episode, make me think of a second entry that I surely look forward to. As for the platinum, since is a falcom game two runs required as always but be prepared since a new game plus run with calamity together with infinity will make some end game bosses take a lot time to beat so be prepared. Popular Post TraumaticChain6
#53: Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 7.5/10 Rarity: 18,21% This game showed me how lucky we are with a starting from checkpoint option. The levels are not that long but most of the trophies are earned at the end of a level and if you fail you need to restart the whole level again. And that can be very annoying. Dying is not really an option because you can only die when you are playing with two controllers (if you play solo you need to wiggle your control to regain health and if you can't do that it will automaticlly give you health back) and you need to die both at the same time which can be tricky if the hit detection is all over the place. There are times when damage won't register on you or the enemies. In between levels you can play 2 minigames. A crane game and Perry ball (throw the ball on the moving target) to gain tickets to buy figurines, characters, weapon mods and costumes. This minigames are fun for like 5 minutes and you need to play them a lot to gain everything. Also the hit detection here is all over the place. The game would have benefited from another minigame. The costumes and the figurines are nice and some of the weapon mods (different coloring for your weapon attacks and different sounds) are great for a few laughs. Like I said the levels aren't that long and every level implements like it's own thing. Only the jetpack levels are a bit to long for my taste. The only glitches I had besides the hit detection, was at the second to last boss. The boss stopped attacking and got stuck. I could'nt progress or die, meaning I needed to restart and do the whole level again. Beside all the critisim, the game is stille fun to play and some of it's dimensions are really fun to go through. It has the charm of the show and that is a one of its strongest points. I would say give the game a go but beware, the platinum is not the most fun one and can become a real annoyance when you need to restart the level a couple of times.
Popular Post Bumperklever
Next up is driveclub! #92 Black Clover: Quartet Knights (PS4) 5-Leaf CloverDate Achieved: 7 April 2019Rarity: Uncommon (25-26%)Enjoyment: 6/10 This game is the definition of a turd. But since I love the anime of black clover, I rather say that it is a hot turd. What this game wants to be is a hero based game like overwatch is. And I do say that they did the essence right, but eh. Online which is the biggest most important mode is (almost) totally empty, so you won't really get enjoyment here. Altough you can still play with bots and earn your trophies easy! The meat for me was the story mode and challenge modes (since I knew before buying that the online was dead) The story mode is short and simple, I like how the 'another story' side fits nicely after completing the main story. Worst thing is probably the only asta/yami until you finished them once and the MP mode missions which were just annoying. The challenge mode is simple yet actually fun, It's not hard however does let you show you every ability of the characters. ...And then there is also the cringy wizzards... Do I recommend? No. However if you like black clover and/or find it for cheap then you can atleast try it!
Popular Post blu3st4rdust305
Snow Moto Racing Freedom - PS4 (#192) "Completionist" Finally got back around to finishing this one up. It was lingering on my profile, unfinished, for 4 months. I remember growing very frustrated by the snowmobile mechanics. One bad hop or bump against a competitor would knock me out of the race. Guess I was just not feeling it at the time. Once I got back into it, the platinum was quick work. This game is in the same vein as the Riptide games. Simple, low cost racing games. This is not to say some fair amount of care went into its development. The levels are nice and crisp and the snow lifts into the air and tracks nicely. The worst of it was the weather effect of fog. Those forced races in the fog were ridiculous games of memorization and luck. The freestyle mechanics of earning points or boost for tricks was decent, but the physics never felt right, so it comes off as an after thought. I think racing games are just not for me. A couple of admittedly, and widely regarded as, easy games took far too much time and effort to finish up. This one and Truck Racer. I did enjoy a few of the kart style racers and found WRC 5 to be dreadfully boring. I am open to suggestions for better racing experiences, but it might take me a while to truly give it another try.
Popular Post madbuk
#307 - Assassin's Creed III Remastered When I first did this game on PS3, I liked it, but it wasnt anything that blew me away really. I thought the plat was tedious and the side content was boring. Now? Now I love it. After playing Origins, Odyssey and Rogue, going back to this was an absolute delight. It's just so much better. The gameplay, the story, the characters, the modern day, the setting. I knew I missed this style of Assassin's Creed, but I don't think I realized just how much I missed it until playing this. Apart from a buggy third episode of the DLC, and one crash during the base game, this ran fine for me other than a few graphical bugs here and there, but who cares about those really. They never hindered my enjoyment and I loved every single minute of this platinum (apart from maybe the RNG grinding for events in DLC.) Even the ship, which I hated in 4/Rogue/Origins/Odyssey, wasnt so bad here, because it wasn't a focus and most of the gameplay was on land. Connor is a better main character than I had initially remembered him as. Some of his VA's delivery is a little dead, but for the most part he does a fine job and I wonder how many people saying Connor is a piece of cardboard actually did any of the Homestead missions. They help flesh out his character and it's so pleasant to build up this small little town and help it grow. The modern day plot just made me sad though. All the set-up done here, thrown away to the wind to be finished up in a comic series other than the main games. Such a waste of potential. ...The thought of this being the last AC game I truly love apart from Liberation (which is the next AC I'll be playing ) is saddening. I hope, even if they continue to butcher the franchise, that they at least give us some more stacks on PS5 so I can relive the good times. Again. Such a shame where this franchise went...

Popular Post Carol
#155 Assassin's Creed III Liberation Platinum Trophy Collect all other 44 Trophies for this Trophy I have to say that this platinum feels special to me. It was done in short bursts over the course of almost six years, so, now, finally accomplishing it, feels like a big moment. I really like this game. It's one of the few AAA games that we have on the Vita and I think it's pretty good (although not as great as Uncharted: Golden Abyss, obviously). I really like Aveline, the protagonist. I think she's a very well-developed character, with strong values. The story and the missions are very interesting and exciting too. I remember that when I played the campaign for the first time, years ago, the missions and the gameplay got me completely hooked. Playing a game like this one on the Vita is very special and involving. The trophies aren't very hard, but the annoying "multiplayer" trophies (I wish this game had a real multiplayer, not the stupid non-sense they decided to call multiplayer), the 100% sync trophy (I wasn't very experienced in AC games, when I first played Liberation, so this trophy seemed hard, but it actually isn't that bad) and all the collectibles, made this game a long-term project for me. Now, it's finally done! It holds the record for my longest platinum!
Popular Post Eramir
Platinum #39: SoulCalibur VI Bought this game on release and absolutely love it. This game has nice mechanics and great story modes. The platinum trophy isn't hard to get, especially after the mode recent update that nerves the CPU.. Made the 30 Astral fissures a breeze, shame though as they were rewarding. I felt genuinely happy when I beat them pre-update. Online trophies aren't hard either. All in all I recommend playing this game! ?
Popular Post Jiano_Vera
Platinum #91 - Astro Bot Rescue Mission Wow. SIE Japan killed it with this game. When I booted up the first level, it made me feel like a kid again when I played Super Mario 64 a long time ago. The level design is genius and looking around the VR adds another layer dimension of platforming. This is one of those games I would introduce to people that haven’t tried VR, it is that good. Honestly, I could use more of its platforming as it’s a relatively short game; you could beat it in a weekend if you really wanted too. Trophy-wise, it’s pretty straightforward, just collectibles and beating the story. Looking around you for every nook and cranny for the bots was part of the game’s charm, so I wouldn’t recommend using a guide. Admittedly, I did struggle on some of the challenges, but a little perseverance will get you a long way. I would highly recommend this to every VR owner! Popular Post jaehyun1009
#128: Bioshock Infinite (PS4) Platinum Columbia Acquire all other trophies Difficulty 5/10 Score 9/10 Won't go too detailed into story but I thought it was fantastic and the gameplay was pretty solid. Shame that you could only use 2 weapons at a time though... 1999 mode wasn't as tough as I thought it would be. Upgrading the shield first and getting the urgent care and winter shield gear helps out a lot until you get Charge, which, with the upgrade and appropriate gear, make the second half of the game, including the sirens, a complete joke regardless of difficulty. Put fully upgraded Return to Sender traps around the generator and abuse the Winter Shield gear bonus and final battle will be over before you know it. Looking forward to playing the two DLCs and finally getting the 100% for this trilogy.

Popular Post starcrunch061
More plats for the pile! Plat #332: Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age Champion of Ivalice Collected all other trophies. As an unabashed FFXII fan, I never understood why so much of the FF community denigrated this game. I get it a bit more now. This "improved" version really points out a lot of the flaws in the game. In the original version, it was pretty simple to set up gambits that did everything you wanted, but in this new version, there is a lot more switching out of characters and re-configuring gambits. I am not a huge fan of the job system, and I positively despise the boss rush (this led to a 12 month delay in getting the plat). But I still love the feeling of adventure and exploration the game offers, and the great music. Plat #333: Spyro 3: Year of the Dragon Party like it's 2024 Win all trophies in Spyro 3 Well, this was definitely my least favorite of the Spyro games, and I'm glad to have it done. Some of the in-level egg challenges were just terrible. One of them had me guiding a wolf back to its owner, but the wolf kept getting stuck right at the end of the challenge. I can see why 100% completion was not required for this plat. An OK game, but it's time to close the book on Spyro. Popular Post Dokusha
For the longest time I had this mentality of finishing a game's story first and then throwing it onto the "I'll come back to this later" pile. The end result of this was an evergrowing pile of stuff "for later", and later never seemed to come. Well, no more. I've gone back at last and am pleased to report on two new platinums, both of which languished on the "later" pile for at least a year if not longer. The first of which is... #92: Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir Vanillaware is one of my absolute favourite developers. Their handdrawn 2D art style is a true marvel for the eyes, and their writing and gameplay alike never fail to satisfy me. Odin Sphere Leifthrasir is without question their most story-heavy game, telling a story straight out of a Wagnerian opera, of a world on the brink of annihilation as valkyries clash with faeries, wizards plot in the shadows, and a mysterious curse transforms humans into rabbit-people. I adored it, although some of the game's moments of high drama fell slightly flat for me because of uneven voice acting. Still, it's a noble attempt at telling such a grandiose tale. Trophywise, Odin Sphere is also the studio's easiest by far. No Fury mode like in Muramasa, no grinding all the way up through multiple difficulties like in Dragon's Crown, Odin Sphere merely asks you to complete the story and find all collectibles. I'm retroactively embarrassed by how close I've been to obtaining the platinum all along; had I not stopped immediately upon finishing the story but persisted for only a few more hours, I'd have had the platinum two years ago. Oh well, better late than never. And that leads me to my second platinum, which is... #93: Danganronpa AnotherEpisode: Ultra Despair Girls The black sheep of the Danganronpa franchise, I have to admit I have a soft spot for this hateful little game. With its story of a city lost to the maws of madness, where prepubescent children follow Ultimate Despair's demented ideals and attempt to turn Towa City into a children's paradise by killing all adults through the use of mass-produced Monokuma robots, this is the franchise's darkest tale. It's relentless, and often bleak, and as a horror aficionado, I can appreciate that. Honestly, as I write this, I can't help but feel sad at how badly the Danganronpa 3 anime botched wrapping up the Hope's Peak arc and utterly wasted the potential the Warriors of Hope had... but that's getting off-topic, I suppose. Like Odin Sphere, in terms of trophies, Ultra Despair Girls is fairly straightforward: complete the story, find all collectibles, do NG+ to collect more MonoCoins and level protagonist Komaru up to 99. I enjoyed going back to Towa City, and I hope there's life left in the Danganronpa franchise. Maybe an Ultra Despair Girls 2, if the current hiatus ever ends? One can hope. One can hope.

zizimonster
#66 Fear Effect Sedna Cons: Control is atrocious, especially when battling bosses. Tactical Pause is superfluous. Voice-acting is unenticing. Pros: Puzzles are varied and require some thinking to get through. Nostalgic (if you've played the original games on PlayStation 1). #65 The Inner World Cons: Control scheme is a bit different than most point-and-click adventure games Pros: Amazing narrative filled with good supporting characters; Laura and Conroy. Short and sweet.
