Popular Post SomervilleHBK
#28 Saints Row: The Third (PS3) Still holds up as one of the most pure fun open-world games of the generation. I started it completely over at around 50% on hardcore mode and yeah, it takes about 40 hours, maybe 35 on an easier difficulty. I will eventually move on to Saints Row IV and everything after, although I'm concerned over the dip in quality I've been told about the next few games.

Popular Post Masamune
It All Comes Together Collect all trophies. Difficulty: 4.5/10 Enjoyment: 7/10 Playtime: 41:52:44 (1 week, 4 days, 6 hours) Screenshot: Spoiler I didn't enjoy this one near as much as I did the previous two... I mean, it's still fun, but both the story & gameplay just seemed like a step backwards. ? The story was a bit boring compared to the other games (it was kinda short too), as are the characters (you don't even learn much about them throughout the game). Gameplay-wise, they've turned the gun into little more than a novelty (bullets you make are now limited items, & the damage isn't too great either), & all the awesome skills you could install on your equipment before? Yeah, they're gone (for you at least, the NPCs can still learn them), all you can install now are some crappy single skills, & only a few of them can actually help some in difficult battles. ? Difficulty is probably about the same as the other games, only that you can completely ignore guns now & focus solely on physical combat. It may've been my imagination, but it seemed enemies were a bit more aggressive in this game than the last, most of them rarely even give you enough time to do a quick Devour (forget about full). But one of the enemies that gave me the most trouble was easily this thing: If I never see another Havakiri, it'll be too soon. Like I said, it is still fun (despite all the negative things I have to say about it), it just can't compare to it's predecessors (especially 2). & since I think I did this for the last two GE games I beat, here's a image of my character's final setup (like my previous 2 times, I stuck with a scythe/shotgun combo the entire game):

Congrats with the plat . Did you install the updates? Havakiri was nerfed in one of those and the delay between pressing a button and your character doing an action was reduced.
Guest
Plat #101 - Paladins: Champions Of The Realm Champion Of Champions 0.3% (2.66% PSNP) Platinum difficulty: 4/10 (personal estimate) Enjoyment rating: 7.8/10 Total play time: 2 days, 23 hours and 35 minutes Matches played: 268 For about two and a half months I've been playing this "Overwatch clone" every day for under an hour. I'd do so whenever there's new daily challenges at 9 AM GMT to speed up the coin/gold grinding for the Master Collector trophy. I ended up with 22 locked champions at mastery Level 2 and 19 champions I own at mastery level 8 (that's 60 talents total). As for the Last One Standing trophy there was no way I could have done it without boosting, obviously. Well worth the 5:45 AM wake-up alarm to meet with players from Europe and North America seeing as finding the right session times is difficult for trophy hunters living in Australia or New Zealand. Popular Post FLCLcrim2
been a while since I have posted in here. But I will keep it short with just the most recent. #131 & #132 For both Ps4 and Ps3 Platinum difficulty: 3/10 (Personal Estimate) Enjoyment rating: 7.5/10 So I played the ps3 version of BL2 years ago. in fact it took me 6 years, 8 months to get the platinum for it. I was only able to pull this off because of the chance DLC allowing for new characters at level 30. Then just cross saved and moved them to the ps3 to get the character specific trophies. The Cross save, saved me so much time as a bunch popped just after hitting certain objectives. and running through story bits again while way over leveled was a cake walk. FUCK Jimmy Jenkins. I enjoy borderlands, so now having ps3 and ps4 platinums for BL1 and BL2. I might just commit to getting the ps4 platinum for the Pre-sequel. We will see. Spoiler Ash Storm Anubis is also a fun addition.

Popular Post Golem25
'Why yes, I am a massive chad, how were you able to tell?' Yakuza 5 Fulfiller of Dreams All trophies collected One of my proudest Platinums for sure, definitely the most time-intensive, most certainly the toughest, and by far the longest time coming; I timed it to pop 3 years and 6 months to the day after I got the first Trophy in the game AND I made sure it would be the Trophy to rank me up from lv. 20 to 21. Low points were the Coliseum (having to complete that with all four characters is ridiculous, doing Unlimited Berserk with Akiyama Hellish) and completing Virtua Fighter, the high points were literally everything else. By far my favourite game series ever, nothing else compares - and I have yet to complete Yakuza 0, and touch Kiwami's 1 and 2 and Yakuza 6. Fun times ahead! Maybe one of these day I will get around to doing Minigame Master in 3...... Edited June 18, 2019 by Golem25
Popular Post sasu_naru
_________________________________________________________ After finishing Dragon Quest Heroes: The World's tree Woe and the Blight below the second part of the spin-off series was my goal. And this one was a monster to complete. It wasn't particularly difficult just very, VERY time consuming since quite some trophies involved heavy grinding and farming. Compared to the first game in the spin-off this one was much more fun, since it reminded me much more of the original DQ games. I especially liked the changing-class system as well as being able to use many different weapons on your main character instead of being forced to use the sword all the time. The dimensional dungeons were pretty cool, I loved hunting Uber Weapons in Multiplayer. Took me almost 145 hours to 100% the game and while I liked hunting the trophies, I'm glad it's finally done. Off to the next project-
Popular Post Matrim_Drasgen
Platinum #38 A Plague Tale is a great looking game. Its story is interesting and exciting, has beautifully paced action to complement the story and still give you breathing room to explore, discover, and craft. Then a horrible idea gets introduced towards the end, ruins the game of any enjoyment and wanting to learn the conclusion of the story. Platinum #39 Thronebreaker is set in the Witcher series (though I do not know where exactly nor if the three Witcher games are connected in a sequel themselves or a naming convention like Final Fantasy) and is a card-based game with an amazing story, beautiful artwork, and loads of decisions that constantly shape the world around you, your followers, and your battles. The card game had a unique twist where most of the time you don't actually attack with your cards to destroy your opponents and that sort took something away from the game for full enjoyment. However, I do know the story connects to at least Witcher 3 so if you played that game and want some more knowledge of that world, the game wasn't bad. Popular Post Appappachai
Been a long time since I've posted. I guess I'll just start with 50 and work my way forward. Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition #50 Enjoyment: 8.5/10 Difficulty:4/10 Rarity: 8.48% A decent game overall. I really like the tales of series. This game definitely delivered on the things to do department (much like symphonia), but I didn't really feel the story, and found some characters kinda grating. Still, the combat more than made up for it, and I liked the asthetic and music. Mortal Kombat 11# 51 Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 5/10 Rarity: 16.8% Really liked the story especially the end. Did not like the Krypt especially at first. Everything was too expensive. All in all I didn't really plan on platting the game, but the trophies were almost too easy to turn down. None of those "win 10 in a row" or Earn 1000 points that takes forever in their other games. I like Mortal Kombat and the universe threw me a bone, I couldn't ignore that. Planet RIX-13 # 52 Enjoyment: 1/10 Difficulty: 2/10 Rarity: 96.90% By this point I was manipulating trophies so that a certain platinum could be trophy 3000. Using this platinum and the trophies from Life is Strange to control when and how they were earned was the easiest and fastest way. Truthfully I was getting anxious about 3000 and just wanted to hurry up and get it out of the way. This brings us to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt #53 Enjoyment:10/10 Difficulty: 7/10 (for those first few death march levels) Rarity: 7.74% I love this game, and will probably plat it again with the Complete Edition eventually. I was worried at first though, which is why I put it off for so long. Death March was such a daunting prospect that I wrote this game off as something I would never truly finish (still have blood and wine to do, but that's later). But, as 3000 was approaching, I was having trouble thinking of what game to give the honor. I didn't want to end up with another 2500 where the game was fun, but didn't mean anything to me. It was a toss up between this game, Vesperia, and Ultimate Tenkaichi (not because I like it, but because I did 1337 as a DBZ game and figured it could be thematic). Tenkaichi was just kinda bad (still working on it but really not enjoying it) and I didn't want to wait for Vesperia so I figured Plat #50 worked. Leaving me with a handful of trophies and a deathmarch between me and 3000. And after dying a lot in the beginning, I finally got a rhythm and got used to running away quite bravely. I still died from randomness here and there, but in the end I Walked the Path and brought home my prize. Life is Strange Platinum# 54 Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 1/10 (used a guide) Rarity: 41.56% Not the first time I've played this game, made a few different choices this time. Was really just using this to pad trophies and figured I might as well finish it off. Might do another one of the Life is Strange games later, they do tell an interesting story. They're also dead useful if I need to get a plat leading up to a milestone. Final Fantasy Type 0 Platinum #55 Enjoyment: 3/10 Difficulty: 7/10 (hated the last area and boss fight was glitchy) Rarity: 16.42% Finishing the Witcher inspired me to look at my back log and see what I can knock out there (also I read that the Sony Rewards will stop giving out points for trophies in November). This led me to Type 0. To be honest it was not the fun. I don't like limited hours between missions, I didn't like grinding SPP, the English Voice actors sucked so much I kinda gave up on the story halfway through. And now I don't care enough to play and see if Japanese is any better. I did like combat for the most part though, with Breaksights and Killsights. The bosses were exceptionally difficult for me, and some of the Special Orders took waaay too many tries. It sucked the fun out of the game. A lot of bosses spiked in difficulty randomly. Half the time it seemed the game wanted you to die in order to summon special creatures, and I'm not really a fan of that. All in all I'm glad this game is off my list. It's been a heck of a June so far. I'm looking at Ultimate Tenkaichi, Diablo 3, and Stories: The Path of Destinies in whatever order.

Popular Post Copanele
No. 54 : JoJo's Bizarre Adventure : Eyes of Heaven Platinum name : JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Completion time : 1 week 1 day 1 hour Rarity : 12.81% (rare) Difficulty rate : 2/10 Fun rate : 6.5/10 , potentially 10/10 if you are a jojo fan Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Eyes of Heaven is an action brawler tag-team game that resembles Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm in gameplay. You play in a team of two , selecting from a roster of 53 characters. While the game ain't super complex or with deep mechanics, it was definetly made for jojo fans. Every single dumb reference is in that game, every character quirk too. The graphics ,animation and sound are surprisingly good. Araki (the creator of the manga) supervised the game so the areas in the game replicate perfectly the settings that are in the manga/anime. The story ,characters and the game itself is nonsensical and I loved it!!! The only meh part is the multiplayer. Surprisingly I have found human opponents in Europe (online is kinda dead normally) but the connectivity is very bad and I have understood it has always been bad. So I just joined for the online trophies and skipped it. With good connectivity though this game would have had some good potential. Also for some reason Speedwagon ( a regular human , best girl) is mega OP it can defeat all the immortal vampires in existence with only a hat.
