Popular Post mont266
PLATINUM #65 - FALLOUT 4 Only took me 3 years, but decided to start from a fresh save about 3 weeks ago. Only 4 trophies off the 100%! Really enjoyed this playthrough!

I wasn't too sure about this game when I first started playing it. It's pretty overwhelming at first, trying to figure out just what exactly the game wants out of you. (I wasn't even sure if I would bother finishing chapter 1). Once I started playing more and got the hang of it, however, it was a lot of fun! It felt great when you actually make progress in this game, and even though it's a lot different than the play style of Cyber Sleuth, I really enjoyed it. The fact that your Digimon die can be a bit off-putting at first, but it gives you a chance to raise a lot of different Digimon, and since they inherit some stats it's honestly not that bad. (This was my first Digimon World game so I wasn't used to this mechanic.) Anyways, time to wait for Digimon Survive to come out! How did you find the colliseum battles? Were the rookie ones difficult? I'm close to getting the platinum in this game myself, but this is the one thing that is making me worried. I have really good stats on my mons but I'm going to have to purposely kill one off so that they're the same age just for that. My latest platinum was Flipping Death - The whole story Cute and funny little game that was more fun than I was expecting. Popular Post KaiserVendrix
Platinum #10 - The Evil Within Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 7/10 Well I've finally reached the double digits! I bloody love this game, it means a lot to me. I played it when it originally came out and I struggled so much with the game and the Akumu difficulty. This time around though, I'm older and wiser so it wasn't all that now. If you do tackle this amazing game, don't be hard on yourself if you can't do it right away, I was the very same. As the game went on, you get used to it and then it just clicked with me. My second most favourite game of all this is.

Popular Post LucianaRosethorn
Platinum #11 Nights of Azure Okay, so I might have earned this platinum last month but it still counts right? Right? Well anyway, this game is a little treasure. When i first got it I didn't know what to expect, honestly I thought it was a JRPG. But it's not and I'm glad about it! The plot is decent, lots of boobs and not enough sense but hey, my eyes were intrigued. The main and most important thing which kept my eye was the gameplay, it was very unique and I personally have never played anything like it. You have little monsters, you've got a time limit (which doesn't matter) and the bosses were actually fun. Nights of Azure, Unlock all trophies.
lynx_1985
Rogue Aces Thought I’d pull this game out of the ps+ library it was extremely tedious for me getting the trophies as I found the few of them were extremely situational paired with luck in my opinion! The game itself though wasnt too bad.
AK-1138
Platinum #273 Difficulty: 2/10 Playtime: 1 hour, 57 minutes Enjoyment: 7/10 The reason I chose this will become obvious with the completion of platinum 275. That said, while it isn't much more than Cheap Platinum Trash... I kind of weirdly enjoyed this. Not only did it have a nice retro shooter vibe, but it's filled with all sorts of satire about modern video game conventions that I abhor. Some of it was a little obvious, and yet some were surprisingly clever and even tied into the gameplay from time to time. It just has an irresistible way of not taking itself too seriously... full disclosure: I'm already looking forward to the NA stack ?

Popular Post MidnightDragon
#45 Marvel's Spider-Man I'm not really big on superhero games, but this one is one of the best I've ever played. I loved exploring New York. There was so much to do and see. Thought the story was very well written. They definitely knew how to hit emotionally many times, especially at the end. I liked how they even were able to make you feel sympathy for most of the villains. The main things that annoyed me were the stealth missions with MJ and Miles. I got really sick of hearing MJ scream,"Wait!" whenever I got caught (which happened quite a bit). Some of the side missions were a pain in the ass. Catching fleeing pigeons throughout the city comes to mind. The Taskmaster drone and bomb challenges were the most irritating, but not too bad...though I heard worse awaits in the DLC. Also being randomly shot at all the time in act 3...and fuck enemies with fucking jetpacks! This definitely is one of PS4's better offerings and hope I enjoy the DLC and will look forward to the inevitable sequel to this game...the post-credits scene in particular screams for it! This game has been one hell of a ride.

Popular Post Davidov34
#27: Ace Combat 5 Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 9/10 It's been a few years since I last played this on my PS2, but boy was the experience good? I like the little (graphical) update they did on the planes and HUD, the game doesn't feel dated at all. Regarding the trophies; they were all fairly easy. I completed the four -S-rank- campaign (32 missons) runs in 22 hours 24 minutes and the arcade mode (7 short stages) in 24 minutes. Anyway, this is still the best Ace Combat title out there, I'm dying for them to remaster Zero.

Popular Post jaehyun1009
#135: VA-11 HALL-A Jill of all trades Unlock all trophies Difficulty 3/10 Enjoyment 9/10 One of the comfiest games I have ever played, which I might say I needed following a few tough games I managed to platinum. Mostly a visual novel set in a cyberpunk dystopian world but the game's setting in a (mostly) quiet bar seems a nice reprieve from all the chaos and craziness going on in the outside world. The OST is outstanding complement to the relaxed nature of the game as well. As some would say, "this shit slaps." Didn't really like that mini game you had to beat for one of the trophies, though. Just added random difficulty out of nowhere, not too challenging in the grand scheme of things but just enough to disturb with the comfiness of the rest of the game.
Popular Post Carol
#164 Iron Snout (Vita) Platinum Pig Get all other trophies I was interested in this game the moment I saw it, because of how fun and colourful it looked. I bought it for just 2,5€ and, although I'm aware this is considered a trash platinum, I have to say that I actually had a lot of fun with this game. It lasts for about an hour and you don't actually need to worry about any trophy, since all of them unlock through normal gameplay. Of course I wish the trophies were more challenging, so I could enjoy this game for some more time, but, like I said, it was still a very fun game. #165 Marvel's Spider-Man Be Greater Collect all Trophies I bought this game during the Days of Play sale and it's pretty fantastic. It's, definitely, the best mixture between a game and a movie that I've ever played. You play it, but you feel like you're in a movie. I loved everything in the campaign and I'm actually looking forward to playing it again, for the NG+ trophies. The side activities didn't satisfy me as much, especially the outposts and the crimes, because they were all pretty much the same after a while. Why not some outposts entirely based on stealth, instead of being forced to fight several waves of enemies, all the time? All in all, this was an easy and fun platinum. Marvel's Spider-Man is, probably, one of the best games on PS4. I will, now, start the DLC's, hoping they're as good and interesting as the main story. #166 Devious Dungeon 2 (Vita) Platinum Adventurer Get all trophies. I was trying to wait for a sale to buy this game, but I just couldn't resist and ended up giving the 8€ for it. It's not much anyway and this game is worth it. This sequel is similar to the first DD game, but, now, you can choose one of three heroes. I chose the Mage and I enjoyed playing with him a lot. The dungeons now have traps and, in general, this game seemed much more dynamic than the first one. It's, maybe, a little harder, but also better. I hope DD continues to improve and that we get a DD3 in the future. I love playing DD on my Vita!

Popular Post IceSoul21
Prince of Persia Warrior Within Warrior Within Obtain all other trophies Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 9/10 Rarity: Rare (12.75 in PSNProfiles) Plot: 7 years have passed since the events of The Sands of Time. The Prince has since been chased by a creature known as the Dahaka, the timeline's guardian. The Prince was supposed to die after releasing the Sands, but since he survived, the Dahaka is trying to fix the timeline by killing him. The Prince seeks council from an old wizard who tells him about the Island of Time, the place where the Sands were created. Upon hearing this, the Prince has an idea: if he's able to stop the Empress of Time from creating the Sands, then what happened in The Sands of Time would've never happened, which he thinks'll stop the Dahaka, so he decides to go the Island. The old wizard warns him of the dangers, but the Prince is determined to at least try it. Before leaving on his journey, the wizard reminds him "your journey will not end well. You cannot change your fate. No man can." Well, I played the Prince of Persia Trilogy when I was younger in the PS2, and to this day, it's still one of the greatest game series I've played, even though the gameplay hasn't aged that well. A little backstory: I played Sands of Time when I was little, and enjoyed the game even though I didn't understand much of it. Years go by, and I play the game again in my cousin's PS2. I ended up liking it more cause this time I did understand what was going on, so I decided to play the sequels and see how the story developed I didn't mind the multiple playthroughs cause I got used to playing the game on Hard and getting the True Ending in the PS2, so playing the game in the lower difficulties was a nice change (specially Easy since I never played the game in that diffculty xD), but it was hard getting used to the final fight again in Hard?. Still, after dying a few times, I ended up remembering the pattern I used and ended up defeating the Dahaka. However, I did run into a glitch twice. At the end, when you make the final journey from the past to the present, after the cutscene, everything was black (except for the pattern of the portal) and the Prince fell through the floor and died. That happened during my Easy & Hard Playthroughs, but I was able to fix that by loading a previous save file. Actually, scratch that; I was able to fix it in my Easy playthrough, but I had to load a previous save file and then load up another file in order to fix the glitch on my Hard playthrough. Luckily, I didn't lose that much progress, maybe around 10-20 minutes. Still, it was annoying ?. Still, Warrior Within is part of, as I previously said, a great game series that I'll most likely return to in the future Edited July 1, 2019 by IceSoul21
