Popular Post ZitMeatloaf
#29 - Bastion "You Done Good" A great little game I bought on faith after I enjoyed Pyre so much (I was so impressed with Pyre that I trusted Supergiant's other games would be high quality as well). I liked the weapon variety and the freedom to switch between weapon combos and upgrades. The 10 idol dream sequences weren't too bad, but provided a nice challenge. I finished one on my first attempt and another on my second attempt, but the other two mauled me several times before I finally succeeded (Seriously, eff those birds in Zia's dream. If you grow to hate them with a passion as I did, I recommend the Scrap Musket with the Final Warning skill equipped). Supergiant is two-for-two in my book. I still need to play Transistor, which I bought at the same time as this game, and I'm looking forward to Hades as well.
Popular Post Razzee-P
On 20/02/2019 at 2:05 AM, Neyaru said: The Platinum Prinny All that work for this, dood? Reveal hidden contents I wonder how high would be the platinum rarity if people actually cared about banning profiles that clearly cheated in niche games like this and Cross Edge. Very enjoyable platinum, except for the last ten hours thanks to some dumb developer who put an extra zero to "Space Tourists" requirement. Planning to play the first Neptunia game (Trinity Universe was its prototype) during July vacations. The Master System You've been diagnosed with Neptunia. This time, be aware before opening the spoiler that it contains, um, spoiler. Spoiler I have so many conflicting feelings about this game. I thought of writing a short review. Story: I knew a good portion of the plot from playing Re;Birth1 a year ago, but there are some differences. Firstly, compared to Re;Birth1, the characters seem very self-restrained; Neptune is no longer a mindless pudding addict meme-maker, and I think that's a (really) good thing. In fact, the word pudding is never mentioned. She makes no jokes about Noire's loneliness every frame either. This sums up to the aura of hostility between each goddesses; they are reluctant to help Neptune in doing anything. The only real buddies Neptune made throughout the game are IF and Compa. Talking about them, since they receive more screen time, or I was not paying much attention, Compa is potentially a very funny character with her grandfather's quotes and other absurdities (like a part of one of the legendary weapons being a heirloom from her grandfather, who conveniently found it on his yard). Every optional quest has a little backstory read by 5pb on her radio channel. The problem with the story in this game is how slow-paced it is; Neptune finds the first Key Fragment very early in the game, then there is a lot of filler (go to dungeon, watch cutscene, repeat) with uninteresting stuff, just to resume unfolding on the late stages of the game. Compa says that the most important are the beginning and the ending, but this is obviously not true. In any case, the concept was well established for the sequels (which the developers apparently didn't expect to make, given how this game ended). Still talking about story, what surprises me the most about Japanese games is the amount of effort they invest on side content, which may not be viewed by the player, easily skippable if one does not pay attention. The game does not explain how shares work nor how to recruit the goddesses, yet there are voiced cutscenes after you recruit each one of them. Combat system: Trinity Universe cemented the path, while Hyperdimension Neptunia took the opposite way. It shares a lot of similarities with the previous game, since a lot of content was recycled from TU (most enemies, some maps); both are traditional dungeon crawlers, wherein a battle is triggered very X steps taken, creating an isolated instance etc. TU is a mix of RPG with hack n' slash mechanics; 4-button long combos are inputted to deal more damage, linking attacks from everyone in the party to unleash even greater combos and damage. Basically, Cross: light physical attack (high hit count), Square: heavy physical attack (low hit count), Triangle: magical attack (multi-target) and Circle: custom skill (eject, healing etc). I liked that system a lot (is there any other similar game?). However, the developers decided to scrap the solid system combat from TU to make something anew in HDN. The combo system is still there, but the player must create them with every skill obtained. Needless to say, but I just spammed the same combo for every character during the whole game; I'm not a fighting games player to memorize all that damn combos. They thought that "customization" was a good thing no matter where it was applied, although Cross Edge flopped for its wide amount of complex customization. The real issue is how healing takes place; there is a menu called "Item Skills", where you distribute percentage points to increase the likeliness of being healed or receiving different buffs during battle. Better than try to explain, please read this if you're interested. Dying to a boss because my HP was at 51% and not 50%, thus not triggering the healing effect was utterly frustrating. To worsen things, some Item Skills are given priority above others (if you're at 30% HP, it's the Item Skill whose condition is to heal under 50% that gets triggered, healing in a smaller quantity of HP). Environment/art: dungeons are still large corridors with repeated layouts, but at least there is a greater variation of them here. I think the graphics are pretty good, mainly the 3D models for the characters, that no longer look like they are made of wax. The frame-rate is slightly choppy in some dungeons (factories) while stable in others (snow). I read that lowering the resolution to 720p amenizes the issue, but it didn't bother me that much. Oh, yes, there is a 3D Macaroon in this game (shopkeeper in TU). Of course, the major selling point of the game: living, beautiful sprites drawn by the talented artist Tsunako. I love her style. Talking about thes sprites, they seem thicker in this game, as well as the manga-style expressions. The font chosen by NISA for localization is very stylish. Background images in cutscenes appear to be more varied. OST: I have read amountful comments stating that the sound-track is mediocre, but I liked it. Not every song thrilled me, but I thought that each one of them suited well the themes for every dungeon where they play. During cutscenes the song played is changed to match the situation portrayed, which shows the care they had in making cutscenes. To mention some of my favorite sound-tracks: Lastation's Theme (badass theme for a badass landmass), Leanbox Rising and White Heart Battle. I may have forgotten to comment on something, but I think that's it. The first HDN is a 9 years old title with some archaic/broken mechanics, but it's worth playing if you are a fan of the franchise, to know the original vision the developers had for it. I recommend playing it for the story alone using a walkthrough posted on GameFAQs.

Popular Post Sergen
The Elder Scrolls Online: Platinum #135 100% Difficulty: 8/10, Platinum Difficulty: 5/10 Time Taken: 1000+ hours The dream is now a reality. This is by far my greatest trophy feat and I do not see anything that could top this for my profile. This was my longest journey to 100% on a trophy list that I have ever endured and it had all the elements to make the trophy list a pain. It includes the worst RNG I have had to face in a game, because to make the game doable you need to grind for sets of gear that will improve your build, most of these set pieces drop within the group dungeons or 12 player trials. I would say that over half of my time on this game was spent solely grinding for gear that could be used to make the toughest trophies on the list more doable. All of my significant game progress was made on the Templar class, it's where I completed Veteran Maelstrom Arena, got Emperor and did every group dungeon related trophy. I played mostly as the healer in the group, because the Templar class has the best healing skills available to it, but I will say that I hated playing that role and towards the end I converted my role into a stamina damage dealer, where I could finish on a high and actually enjoy outputting good damage against enemies. I started this game with two of my good friends: @Darkette and Aexzia and they endured most of the grinding with me and I must say that I couldn't have chosen a better duo of people to do this game with, as we put a lot of trust in each other to stick around for the gear grinding and RNG based trophies and neither of them abandoned the grind when they got something done first. They picked the Sorcerer class, which was chosen specifically for the high damage output potential the class had, but in the end they also thought that if they could go back they'd choose another class, as for myself I was also pissed about being a Templar initially, but I have grown to enjoy the class now and am happy to convert myself to either a healer or a damage dealer depending on the situation. Unfortunately this game has severe grinding involved when you want to change your class, as you need to re-acquire skill points, which is done by collecting Skyshards and re-doing zone story quests and you also have to level up skills to the max level to get the most out of them, so all in all you pretty much have to stick to the class you started as unless you want to spend hundreds more hours getting another class to its full potential. I did start this game and go straight for Emperor, Darkette got the trophy before me, but our original plan was to start this game in around June when Elsweyr came out but we couldn't wait that long and just went for it. I have no regrets starting it earlier than intended, I rather feel that I started this game at the right time, because later down the line there will be a patch that nerfs most classes and makes the overall damage people can do a lot less. Before I started working on Emperor I made a stupid decision which was to buy all the horse speed upgrades with crowns for real money. I look back and feel like I should have at least tried out an active alliance war campaign first, because the character I got the speed upgrades for wasn't the character I got Emperor on, I had to change my alliance to get Emperor because the first alliance I picked were terrible and hardly active, but my 2nd alliance had my back and helped me for hours on end until I was able to get Emperor. I did make a status update on this website back when I got that trophy . I wouldn't change a thing about my successful Emperor run, but for my first attempt I wish I used the alliance I got the trophy with, as I would have gotten the trophy on the first day of attempts if I had made that decision. My tip to people wanting to get the trophy is to first observe alliance activity in the alliance war before you make your decision as to which alliance you want to use. I would say that this game most certainly has the longest trophies tied to an open world. The amount of exploration required was around 3x longer than all the GTA games combined, you need to collect 319 Skyshards, complete over 900 quests, over 50 Dark Anchors, over 50 Delves, defeat world bosses, complete public dungeons and each DLC has a stupid collectable set tied to it. But the worst part of the exploration most certainly had to be the fishing and I made a guide specifically for that after I was done. I must say that I am glad I did my bait farming early, because I had enough bait by the time I wanted to do the fishing months after acquiring all the bait... If I farmed bait to then fish immediately that would have probably been incredibly frustrating as the RNG in fishing is some of the worst I have endured in a game. I fished in a group with Darkette and Aexzia and we always stayed at one water type until all of us were done with rare fish, in these cases I was the first to catch all rare fish in the majority of the water types, so I spent a lot of time sticking my bait in the water for nothing, but they were there for me when I was last in a fishing hole as well. I had nothing to worry about with fishing, because my friends were trustworthy and wouldn't abandon me if I took a while to catch various fish, so I look back fondly on the fishing experience due to not having to worry about falling far behind. The thing I wish I knew about before starting the game would be Flawless Sacrament, which is a trophy in the Dark Brotherhood DLC. You need to kill 21 named targets from a list, complete 15 Sacraments, complete 1 Sacrament without being seen at all and complete 5 Perfect Sacraments. The Perfect Sacrament requirement would be the only part of that trophy that took any "skill", initially I saw people play stealthily in this game and they used the Nightblade class, which has a cloak ability to turn them invisible for a few seconds and they kept spamming that, as a Templar that wasn't an option, but I later discovered and crafted myself invisibility potions which could turn me invisible for 16 seconds and in that time I could normally cross a room undetected, the only issue with invisibility potions is the wardens who hold lamps that can expose your invisibility. The problem with Flawless Sacrament is that the quests that are tied to the trophy are daily, so the trophy takes a minimum of 15 real days to get, as you can only complete 1 sacrament per day, but the longer part of it is killing the 21 named targets, they are completely RNG based and only spawn in various sacrament missions, however for the most part the targets were new and I hardly ever got duplicate targets. The trophy took me a total of 19 days where I would return daily, some people can take a longer or shorter time than that to get their trophy, but I wasn't too concerned about it while working on it, I just could have done it a lot sooner. The only difficult trophies on the game are tied to dungeons on Veteran difficulty, the most worrying of the trophies being the "Cooling Your Heels" trophy in the Horns of the Reach DLC pack... It is a 0.28% trophy tied to a fairly difficult dungeon, the requirement forces you to never touch lava in the lava forge part of the dungeon, the majority of the dungeon is within that location and it requires you to jump between platforms that sometimes have a strict window of opportunity for you to make your jumps. The toughest part of the trophy is during the Galchobhar boss fight, because that boss has an AoE attack that instantly kills you unless you jump onto a platform that is off the small part of the map that you need to fight it, in the heat of the moment it is very easy to fail a jump if you don't anticipate the distance to the platform. My nerves got the better of me when I first tried the trophy, because I was thinking "this is the rarest trophy on ESO, I can't mess up now", however I got over my nerves after a session of failures and got the trophy the first attempt when I could overcome those nerves. It was a very exciting trophy to earn, as there is a lot of pressure when it is a 40+ minute dungeon that has some strict platforming. Aside from Cooling Your Heels, Fungi Free is another frustrating trophy which requires your group to never be hit by some large fungi AoE's within a boss fight, the fungi spawns are random and if you get stunned by various enemies then that can be the end of your run, but luckily it doesn't require the whole dungeon to be cleared when you have fulfilled that requirement and if a person is hit by fungi then you can reset the entire boss fight by allowing your whole team to die to retry it. The two aforementioned trophies may be the most difficult misc trophies, however the most difficult thing about this game so far was the Frostvault veteran dungeon, that we had to complete in order to get the Wrathstone Delver trophy, the most frustrating thing about it was most certainly the fight with the boss within a laser room, the lasers 1 hit kill you and the room is tiny with too many enemies in one spot, it requires your team's damage to be exceptionally high to overcome all the frustrating mechanics of that fight. I did say more about this game in previous status updates I made prior to achieving the 100% for it, they can be found here & here. I may still keep playing this game, of course not as much as I did while working on 100%, but I took my time getting 100% and could have been done sooner. A lot of what I was doing didn't directly benefit trophies, nor did it have any impact on trophies at all, such as when I fished in Artaeum and caught the Artaeum Takeaway Broth recipe, not necessary for trophies but improves my stamina build significantly. I can't thank my friends Darkette & Aexzia enough for pursuing this game with me. The trophy journey for this game probably isn't over, as it still has room to add more DLC trophies, however they will surely take less time to get than the amount of time I have spent playing currently. Popular Post GraniteSnake
#152: Master Reboot One of the PS Plus freebies I picked up last year. Quite a strange walking simulator to say the least. The story was pretty difficult to follow and I had to read up a plot summary after I had completed it in order to fully understand what the whole game was about. The cut scenes also felt very out of place when considering the overall tone of the game. Master Reboot mostly consisted of solving relatively straightforward puzzles, as well as some awkward platforming sections that felt annoying due to your character's clunky movement. I followed a text walk through for the collectables which allowed me to complete everything in one play-through. I opted against playing through the entire game in Welsh (which is a trophy requirement) and instead simply loaded up the final segment and played through that in Welsh after my original run. Nothing too memorable about this game, but it has a pretty simple trophy list if you're looking for a relatively easy platinum. Popular Post Leon Castle
#154 God Eater Resurrection 2nd Aug 2019 The 2nd remake of the 1st God Eater game. at first I made my character based on my number 1 Waifu Noire(Neptunia) but 3 years later(yeah I was late in coming back to it) I found that Noire was unfit to be a God Eater(only time I have seen Noire use a gun is in the original Neptunia on PS3) so I made a new one based on one of my new waifus which used a gun that used to be a sword. In the end I ended up a Arthur instead of a God Eater Spoiler Miss a cape and some "skin" but it's close Now to the game itself. for a Monster Hunting RPG, it was a lot of fun, there was times I died a lot but by the time I had Excalibur in hand it was easy... then I'm not facing a lot of Cui-Yous with/without any aragami of the Tiger family(due to the members of this type of aragami have different appearances, I give them nicknames like Grandpa Tiger, Grandma Tiger and Hag Tiger etc.) Favorite ost: "No Way Back ~Out of My Way~". Popular Post Undead Wolf
#271 - Dragon Age: Origins The Ultimate Reward Completed all Bronze, Silver and Gold Trophies I played this game so much back in my Xbox 360 days. I did another playthrough on PS3, but I didn't bother with most of the DLC or the platinum at the time. Well, almost 5 years later, I decided to finally go back and finish this one off. The most nerve-wracking trophy for me was Traveler, requiring you to set foot in every area of the game. I was super paranoid about accidentally missing one area and needing to start over again on a new playthrough, but thankfully that wasn't necessary. Reading up on the Harvester boss fight in The Golems of Amgarrak DLC, I was expecting it to be extremely difficult, but it was no problem at all with a haphazardly thrown together Arcane Warrior build. As far as I'm concerned, this is still the best Dragon Age game, and one of the finest examples of what Bioware used to be capable of. I don't love it as much as I used to because I'm much more aware of its flaws and have played better RPG's since, but despite this, DOA is still a great game.
Popular Post GoldenShaka
Platinum # 100 A Plague tale: Innocence After so many years, two console generations, one ps3 ylod and one new UHDTV I'm on 3 digits. It's basically a dream having reached this platinum #100. Especially at a rate of 10 platinums per year lol A couple of years ago I reserved the spot for RFG, but sadly my dualshocks 3 have retired already, at least I already has the mp trophies, maybe one day, RFG, maybe one day. So, next candidate, maybe an RPG, maybe a platformer, my backlog has enough ingredients to has me thinking and thinking. But, out of nowhere a title without too much noise appeared , it had me intrigued, to the point that I even preordered it. Just the taste of the first chapter was enough, with games like like Brothers: A tale of two sons, Shadows of Collosus and Ico, strong experiences in my gaming history, always vivid in my mind, I knew this one was also going to be special. A medium tier triple A, like Hellblade, even with less combat, but for me, more enjoyable. I saw Amicia and I thought about my nonexistent big sister, or my still absent daughter. Courage, bravery, family values, perseverance, it was just a great journey. I liked all characters, the landscapes, the story, the soundtrack. Those little details, like pinches of spices in a stew, or the extras on an ice cream. Thanks Asobo for such a great game, another great memory, and a memorable milestone.

There is also issues with the design, as collectibles are hard to see because the whole game is a blurry mess. Popular Post Juzota
#120 - Horizon Chase Turbo Super Super Trophy Unlock all trophies One of the most boring grinds I've gone for a Platinum trophy. The World Tour alone was pretty lame, but then you have to play the tournament mode and endurance mode which adds absolutely nothing to this game. Just same races and same stupid rubberband AI in every case. This could've been a fun game, but the AI made this just so dumb. You win every race without any problem when you realise how the AI works. The trophy guide in this site explains it very well so I don't have to do it, check it out if you're interested. This FD was way better than the previous one, ~Future Blessings~, the Ifs scenarios were really pleasing to play, as usual I'm in love with Lupin, I don't think that'll ever change, haha. I was quite surprised with how good Van's story was though. After being disappointed with his original scenario in the base game and its sequel, I didn't expect anything but it went really well! I didn't feel this feeling of him being out of character like in the previous games, so I'm all good. Fran is as cute as ever, not that I expected him to be different though. Anyway, I don't regret having bought this game, the only thing I'm worried about now is that it might be the end and I certainly don't want it to end, I miss the characters already
Popular Post NullSpace84
#37: Ar no Surge Plus: Ode to an Unborn Star 2019 has incessantly delighted me with video gaming from fresh to classic, and in between, in the crop from recent years, the inimitable PS Vita has served up three succulent scoops: the rich investigative otome Collar x Malice, the unparalleled Akihabaran time- epic Steins;Gate, and now, the song-infused JRPG from the mind of Akira Tsuchiya and his universe of Exa Pico, Ar no Surge. I picked up Surge's LE back when it released, yet only now did I Dive into its Genometrics - and wow, thank Noire I did. If it isn't quite Gust's #1 strongest in gameplay mechanics, it lays a fierce claim to the pinnacle of narrative in their library, a full triumph of B+/A- gaming. Unusual, rigorously built, mindful, and oh so vocally melodic - let's cast a glance at a modestly flawed sapphire. Right from the start, yes: familiarity with the Ar Tonelico trilogy, particularly I, and this title's Jpn-exclusive predecessor, Ciel no Surge, will prove valuable - valuable, yes - but not, IMO, mandatory. The amount of time skipped and events dealt with ensure that newcomers or lapsed Tonelico veterans (read: myself) can nestle into Tsuchiya's meticulous macrocosm and breathe as it spins. Stick to the in-game encyclopedia and most will become clear. The cast ranges from Sarly the neko-headbanded wave scientist and Nayaflask the underdressed protector to Tattoria the recondite wannabe pharmacist and Nelico the, erm...ummm...yeah, just...meet Nelico yourself. Nearly every single primary cast member heavily grew on me across the game's dozens of hours, and the ever-magnifying scope of Surge's tale ensured that all of them necessarily underwent personal character growth in order to confront alarming perils. It is unquestionably a slow burn, and in my assessment, the overall piece could've benefited from ~30% trimmed neat-yet-partly-recyclable side chatter & ~30% extra scenes devoted instead to the main plot arc. It was, however, very nice to see the crew stick the landing. The game unfurls an unusual turn-based delivery which can be picked at and learned over time to harness its facets, such as enemy Waves (a Soulsborne-esque PvE setup, were Soulsborne magnitudes easier to breeze through), a tightly-focused small playable character set, several downloads of Song Magic for our heroine duo of Casty and Ion to unleash upon the fray, Harmonics to enhance, Burst to fortify - not quite Resonance of Fate, here, yet plenty to grasp nonetheless! Speaking of music, as expected, the Ar team wove a litany of strong Hymmnos songs, a few of which immediately became personal darlings for me. Several of the field and battle tracks also glisten, although unlike, say, Tonelico II's OST, Surge's more eccentric numbers lean too overly experimental and sharp to savor outside their context - or even, on occasion, within. Nevertheless, Exa Pico became known for its music for solid reason, and I'd recommend at least half its output to curious passersby. In terms of trophy acquisitions, nothing really leaped out as maddening or fatiguing. It helped that the game expands and optimizes its audio - music and voiceover alike - as it completes its tapestry of grace. At a crisp tally of 26 shinies, the only quirk came in that I obtained 16 of 'em across my final dozen or so hours. Backloaded here! To conclude, I have to salute Tsuchiya here for his sumptuous personal universe realized, across the triptych of Tonelicos and double dosage of Surges. As a non-premier product, Ar no Surge cannot by level and limitation of design compete with the Personas or the Final Fantasies or the Metal Gears or so on. For what it is, in that B+/A- ecology? It blossomed into one of my favorite Vita titles, one of my favorite video games by Gust, and a testament to the majestic possibility of a comprehensive IP. Well sung, Ar no Surge! *salute* Oh, and the bad ending is stupid. A stupid souffle succeeded by stupid sherbet.

Popular Post StraightVege
Borderland Defender Round Two #196 - Borderlands 2 Whew! This game has a LOT of content, but I finally got around to earning 100% in the PS4 version. Having a leveled Gunzerker on cross-save certainly speeds things up, and thanks to the new DLC, you can start with level 30 boosted characters, which makes the character-specific trophies far more convenient than in the past. Unfortunately, the locations trophy in Hammerlock's Hunt was glitched for my cross-save Salvador, so it had to be explored with a new character (I tried out the Psycho; pretty fun). It was nice to finally play the little Headhunter DLCs, as well, since I had never bought them on PS3. Most of them are mediocre, but I did like "The Son of Crawmerax," and "Wedding Day Massacre." In any case, my love/hate relationship with this series continues: I often find myself thinking "Why am I still playing this? It's so repetitive; the missions all feel the same, and this gear I found will be useless after a few levels anyway." Yet, I remain inexplicably addicted. I suppose it's the RPG elements themselves that I'm a sucker for—I really enjoy planning a character build, and seeing them gradually get stronger. I'll probably pick up the inevitable complete edition of BL3 at some point, too. Shame on me.

Popular Post Elvick_
Platinum #180 Heavy Fire: Afghanistan Platinum Trophy For collecting all trophies This was... eh. It's clearly designed for PS Move, whether those control work well or not I can't know since I played through PS Now which doesn't support such things. And I'm definitely not going to buy it just to try that. lol, the DS3 controls are a bit strange. The main problem is the crappy motion controls which don't register 50% of the time. Luckily it doesn't matter and you don't die or take damage for failing, otherwise it would be a huge problem. You can massively fling your controller and nothing. Nudge and it works. Nudge again and it doesn't work. Fling it and it does. It's inconsistent and terrible. Luckily it's just for some QTEs and you can just relax through them since you don't need the points for doing it anyway. It's a on rails shooter, and I kind of like what it was trying to do. The way the camera moves around is really neat at times... but it moves around so much sometimes that it's just tedious with the DS3. Especially since sometimes the only way to get ammo/grenades/health is to get it while the camera moves around and you can't quickly do anything. A lot of eaten up inputs trying to shoot. I don't know whether that's PS Now or not, because I saw people complain about this problem from way back so it seems to be the game itself. The final level and 'boss' is really tedious and annoying. The final screen defeats the purpose of what you learned earlier. Which is to listen for the sounds of a turret, the sound of the helicopter is so fucking loud. And you can't hear when the turret is going and you can't attack the boss until you destroy all the peons including the turret guy... and I could never get to that part without more than 3 health. And there are 2 screens prior to it you have to re-do every time you die. Even on the easier difficulty it was annoying. Not too difficult overall even with those issues, but still it made it more annoying than necessary. There are certain sections of the game that the enemies don't even actually have to be shot at their deaths are scripted. I feel like the "!" indicator of when they'll shoot you is a bit bullshit as you constantly have to peak out and into cover and usually on the harder difficulty there'd be 3+ of them ready to shoot you at any given peak. It just made things a lot less fun. You'd think they'd have to take a bit of time from when you reveal yourself to aim and then do damage, that would be more fun and have a risk/reward rather than a random chance aspect going on. The lighting at times was more difficult to deal with than the game itself. The voice acting is really bad and flat,, but it was funny how bad it was. The story is just military mumbo jumbo, but I did listen to it. May as well. Music was repetitive. I might try the other game on there (Shattered Spear). I'm still undecided.
Popular Post Eramir
Platinum #51: Far Cry: New Dawn I liked this game, like the changes as well. Still I felt there was missing something, but that's probably because this game felt more like Far Cry 5.5, or a extended dlc, than a full game. Payed about 18 euros for it, so not that much. I recommend this game to FC fans. Played the entire game with a friend, it's a shame that progression isn't shared.. Platinum #52: Assassin's Creed: Odyssey What. A. Game. I really loved it and couldn't stop playing it. I think it's better than Origins and I love the direction of the new franchise. Only thing though, is that this is Assassin's Creed, it's about the mercenaries, not Assassin's. I was postponing during playing, because I didn't want it to end. Eventually I did complete it and loved the ending. I still have the DLC ready, but I'll wait. Don't want an overkill, so that comes later. Started playing Mass Effect: Andromeda, it's off with a good start. I want to plat this game, but that will take a while. Next platinum will either be Rayman: Legends, Escapist 2 or Last of Us, if I start the online play.
Popular Post snakebit10
#282 Detroit: Become Human Detroit Master In Detroit you follow the stories of 3 androids named Connor, Markus and Kara. All 3 are different in what they do. Without spoiling anything I won't go into details of the story. Quantic Dream are good at these type of games and the gameplay is much smoother than in previous titles. It looks great graphic wise and I am curious as to what they do next. Overall I was pretty satisfied with it. At least there isn't a all ending trophy this time. It does still take a lot of replaying of chapters to get certain trophies. It also requires a almost full 2nd paly through for a particular trophy. Like all QD games I did a blind play through with out using a guide, than did clean up using a guide. I still prefer Heavy Rain as my favorite QD game but this will be a close second and then Beyond Two Souls.
Popular Post DEsIx_KaerO
!!!#200 - Resident Evil Code: Veronica X !!! White can't be seen, unless you mark it, but oh well Ok here's the thing, i did play the PAL version of this at first and did everything until Battle Game stuff, which i tried, and with no success, i did try with Chris first and the best i could manage was 6.31.70 min, with some minor mistakes/slowdowns and the rest of the tries were in between 6:50 and 7:10 and then i found out that NTSC version runs much faster, because they couldn't port it correctly for PAL . I just thought to myself that i don't want to bother with PAL version anymore, it's still doable but you gotta be swift like a wind, i'd say that Chris and Claire are the hardest to do in PAL version, the rest of them should be easier, maybe Claire A would be tough, dunno. Yesterday was the day that i bought NTSC version off of a sale, luckily. Completed the game today again, didn't even try to speed run it, and i completed it way faster than PAL version even when i just took break and left the game open for 10 minutes. Plus some backtracking and slow movements involved in the run. PAL time was 3:17:08 I don't think that PS3 version had this problem tho, as far as i remember i did not have any problems when i did it twice back then ( one for me, one for Bro acc ) Spoiler Video : Spoiler Edited August 4, 2019 by DEsIx_KaerO
