Popular Post jorgecarpio91
Platinum #38: Marvel's Spider-Man Don´t play this game because it's an easy platinum (over 50% on psnprofiles), play the game because it is REALLY good. If you can get the base game with the expansions on sale (deluxe edition) it's better, to get the full experience. Popular Post GraniteSnake
First update in a while, you've got to love blank platinum images. #153: God of War III Remastered Revising this game solidified it as one of my all time favourites. I forgot just how epic most of the boss battles were, especially the one against Cronos. I utilised the glitch which grants you invincibility for the Titan play through, and combined it with the method that allows you to skip past most of the game in the area with the three judges. Made obtaining the platinum real easy this time around, which was great as I wasn't in the mood to struggle through Titan mode again. Waiting on a sale for the HD collection on the Vita before finally purchasing the newest God of War.. #154: Foul Play Completed this game on my Vita, and it was a mildly enjoyable experience. It features a relatively short story, played out in acts sort of mimicking a play at a theatre. You face different types of enemies and a couple of bosses, but most can be defeated by spamming the same combo (parry followed by flurry). The trophy guides are incorrect, at least for the Vita version, with regards to obtaining all of the charms as well as achieving a total of 110 stars. These can be spread out between difficulties, reducing the amount of time taken as well as the difficulty, contrary to what is stated in the trophy guides. This way you can avoid some of the more annoying levels, especially the ones which require perfect scenes. Useful to know for anyone here who may be thinking about playing this game. #155: Assault Suit Leynos Fun game consisting of 8 stages, all of which have different requirements in order to pass them and advance to the next. I believe this is a remake of a game from 1990, and it definitely retains some of it's difficulty, even when playing on easy mode. The way the trophies are awarded is a little annoying, as you must reach the end of a stage without dying or using the continue option in order for the trophies to actually pop. You also can't earn any trophies using the stage select option. This meant a lot of exiting and reentering the game in order to manipulate it to grant said trophies. Two trophies, 'Superhuman Pilot' and 'Hard Brawler' can't be earned on stage 5, which would've saved me some wasted time. There's also a chance of trophies not unlocking even if you are sure requirements are met, and your only choice then is to start a new game. Thankfully the game is short so it didn't annoy me too much. People say 'Old Tricks' is the trophy that'll make or break the platinum, but it's actually pretty easy with a proper video guide (the one on PST.org is too complicated). A satisfying platinum to have, considering it's a game that was completely out of my comfort zone. #156: Broken Age A very average point and click game. The story was okay, nothing too interesting. The most annoying thing about the game is it's broken menu's. First time I've ever experienced it in a game and I hope I never have to endure it again. It made saving/loading an absolute chore at times and put a dampener on my overall opinion of the game. Followed the excellent trophy walk through over on PST.org which made it a very straight forward process. Even the speed-run was easy, which I managed to complete in an evening with next to no hassle. Wouldn't have had a hope in hell of completing the game without it! Popular Post FOOTBALLNUT
#113 100% - #128 Imperium Mandragora Island is now your dominion. Platinum on 13 August 2019 (2 years, 1 month, 2 weeks) **********My Personal Gaming Enjoyment Experience********** Mercenary Kings was in my Instant Game Collection library for almost 5 years cause I haven't own a PlayStation 4 yet, when it was one of the monthly free game from PlayStation Plus. Although I did "Purchased" the game but when I finally owned a PS4 I didn't download the game immediately instead I totally forget I had Mercenary Kings in my Plus library. Two years ago, my old PSN buddies ask me whether I have Mercenary Kings as they were looking for a third player to do the speedrun challenge. Oh gosh, I'm glad they asked or else I may forgotten this hidden gem cause the gameplay is so fun and addicting. Well, the storyline is not one of the worst... anyway the beginning of the intro told the whole story and they goes something like this... "Good Major" hired some mercenaries to takedown the "Evil Major" and his military that station on a mystic island but the "Bad Major" have other idea. Just when those hired mercenaries is about to reach the "Evil Major", the bad guy unleash some of his secret armies and defeated the mercenaries in second but don't worry the "Good Major" manage to revive 2 hired mercenaries and inject some super strength into theirs damaged body and make them stronger and the rest of the story will be found out by playing through every missions. This game change my view on Retro style cause I'm not a fan of outdated graphics though I like Zelda on Nintendo but the gameplay is so addicting that I don't mind how they look. In my opinion the gameplay feel like Metal Slug with some Role-playing element and there is a lot of weapons and equipment for customization but it also need a ton of materials to build those fancy weaponry and gadget. Hmmm...that's mean, a lot of farming to do and it will take a bit of extra luck to find some rare material. Honestly, I even enjoying finding those rare materials though it will mean replaying the whole mission level again and again. And it is extreme fun playing co-op with friends but I'm not a fan of time limit in every mission. Like I say as above, this game is very grindy and so are the trophies requirement, other than that nothing really hard except speedrun as some mission is a bit tough if playing solo. But I don't recommend doing all speedrun on co-op especially in advance mission that had boss battle cause it will increase all enemies health including bosses and 3 life's per mission is share by all players. Co-op is good for doing multiple objective in a missions otherwise better to do it alone. I am glad I added Mercenary Kings to PS Plus library earlier when I still haven't own a PlayStation 4 cause it is a challenging in every missions while it may not always fun farming materials but I feel satisfied when I finally build a ultimate weapon that suit me. Actually, I did build all guns and theirs parts. Oh damn, I'm sick! LOL. I would like to thanks BIGBLOCKCHEVGUY & CaribbeanLegend for helping some mission while we have fun along the way and I also want to thanks them for reminding me that I have such a hidden gems in my backlog Those clips are some selected speedrun I had recorded two years ago... Popular Post Zach
#137 Star Wars Battlefront II Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 5/10 Time: 100-115hrs Multiplayer: Thank god for triple EXP! Reaching rank 50 in Multiplayer in this game is RIDICULOUS! Triple EXP feels like it should be the normal EXP. The grind is so bad, that I had all other Multiplayer trophies by the time I was rank 28. Other than that gripe, the game is decent fun. I'd say Heroes Vs. Villains is my favorite game mode. Han Solo is my favorite Hero and Bossk is my favorite Villain. Those two characters helped me rack up points the fastest. All and all, Multiplayer was ok, but got boring after this disgusting grind. Singleplayer: Unpopular opinion.... but I really like the story. The graphics in this game are beautiful, the story was interesting, and the gameplay was pretty damn fun. Honestly, my only complaint was how short it was. It definitely had a lot more potential. Besides that, I'd give the game a try. I feel like if you like shooters and Star Wars, you'll enjoy this game.

Popular Post szaleroPL
#81: Wipeout Omega Collection 2.17% - Ultra Rare I think this is the hardest platinum in my collection. My first wipeout game was HD back in 2013, and at the time i thought that this game was absolutely impossible to 100%. Six years later i finished this compilation, which not only contains some of the hardest trophies from the original, but also requires you to elite pass 2048 campaign. It's nice to see yourself becoming better with time
Popular Post Omelette Paradise
#300 ****Milestone Platinum**** This was a preplanned milestone and since my #200 and #250 milestones were Sony Triple-A's (The Last of Us Remastered & Uncharted: The Lost Legacy), the big three double zero wasn't going to be any different. This is a game I had been following the progress of for a long time pre-release and was very high on my wish list. For me, it didn't disappoint. I absolutely loved the hell out of this game. I won't go into any plot specifics here but I will say that I enjoyed the game's story and characters for the most (Except for Skizzo because fuck that guy). Boozer was a highlight for me and obviously Deacon himself too. I liked Rikki too. One of the things I enjoyed about the game the most was the reality of having to refuel Deacon's bike and occasionally repair it if it gets too damaged. That added to the immersion for me. Hordes were tons of fun to take of and I enjoyed the element of planning my attacks on them. Ambush Camps and Marauder Camps were enjoyable to deal with as well. Whilst progressing through the game, I recommend dealing with Ambush Camps as you discover them since they all contain bunkers with maps and viewing these maps marks the locations of Nero Sites/Checkpoints, Infestations and Historical Landmark collectibles from the surrounding area on your in-game map. The same goes for post-story trophy cleanup if you have any of them left over. I recommend dealing with Nero Sites/Checkpoints as you go too if possible since these reward you with injectors for giving you permanent upgrades to your health, stamina and focus (vital when clearing out Hordes later in the game). Needless to say Hordes should be the last thing you take care of post-game. You'll want most of Deacon's abilities maxed out at that point. The bad stuff - Even as of the the 1.31 patch, the game has quite a few weird bugs and glitches. None of them were game-breaking but they were often distracting. I also didn't like the fact Deacon can't swim. This actually mirrors my own inability to swim (the shame ) but for an open world survival game like this I find it really bizarre. It's a strange design choice. Spoiler The only thing I didn't like about the story was the lack of explanation of what happened to Deacon and Boozer's club mates in the Mongrels MC. It's fairly safe to assume that they're all dead since neither character ever brings it up but it would have been nice to hear them talk about it to give their relationship further background. Having said all that, I highly recommend this game. I had tons of fun with it and if you like open world games then I'm sure this will be your cup of tea Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficulty: 5/10

Popular Post Spinosaurus Rex
#123 - UNCHARTED: THE LOST LEGACY Difficulty: 4/10 | Enjoyment: 6/10 | Plat rarity: 22.30% My first platinum, and probably the only S rank I'll ever get in Uncharted title. I'm not a big fan of the series, but I cannot ignore high quality of Uncharted games - astounding graphics, engaging story and simple, yet addicting gameplay accessible to anyone. Playing the game just for story is a very pleasant experience, but we trophy hunters cannot stop here. I didn't get any plat in titles before mainly because of Crushing difficulty, which for me felt mostly unfun and tedious. You can laugh me off and say "You have problems with crushing? Try brutal difficulty!", but I'll just leave this one for masochist. Here crushing is very cheeseable with big amount of cheats accessible, but I still wouldn't call it trivial. Moreover, Uncharted 4 started to include more complex trophy list with many miscallenous tasks, and The Lost Legacy follow this rule, which I'm not a fan of. I appreciate creativity in trophy list, but when I have to do so many bizarre things post-game, feeling that I'm wasting my time was very strong here. This is the reason why enjoyment from platinuming the game isn't as high as it would be just for beating it.
Popular Post Starrk_01
Plat #153: Gravity Rush 2 In my opinion an easier game than the first one (since you don't have to fight unique Nevi that were a little difficult in the first one), but if you liked the first one you will like the second one. Plays very similarly to its predecessor.
pokwey
#146 - The Long Dark (NA) "Survive the Quiet Apocalypse" Difficulty: 7/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 Gameplay wise, it's an enjoyable Survival Game and I love everything about this game especially the atmosphere however trophy hunting wise, it's a slog because of this 1 gold trophy - "The Will to Live" AKA The Will to Plat This trophy basically put me off from platinum the game as fast as possible because I'd already bored out of my mind on Day 54 and I took a break from this game for a few months. If you're having trouble falling asleep, going after this trophy might be the one that will help you to fall asleep. Once I'd reached Day 500, I was so burned out that I had to take another break from the game for a few days, otherwise all other trophies in the list are enjoyable to get.
Popular Post madbuk
#331 - Burnout Paradise Remastered This takes me back. My first ever trophy was from the original PS3 version, and 5 years after that it was one of my first plats. I'm not a huge fan of it, I much prefer 3/Revenge/Dominator, but I enjoyed it more this time than I did the last. I decided to give it a second chance now that I've adapted to open world racing games (which I still think are inferior overall) and I don't regret doing so. I don't see myself going for the full completion of all 3 lists, I'll settle for 2, but it was fun while it lasted. The main issue I have with this game is the repetition and tedious open world. In prior Burnouts, you would simply have a list of tracks and an event list for each one. It was simple, but it worked and gave you nicely curated tracks to play, each with their own secrets like shortcuts unlocked via takedowns or signature takedowns. But with the open world nature of this game, signature takedowns were removed because they can't really exist, and there's no track, you just drive wherever. The repetition is caused by the fact that every event essentially takes place on the same "track" - the city - and so every single event feels samey. This is especially true because you replay events after each license upgrades so you can end up doing the exact same event 5 or so times (not that you'll notice really since they all seem the same anyway due to the open world nature.) It could also really use a fast travel system. The sense of speed is there though and takedowns were still fun to get, albeit less satisfying than in prior games. I'd say overall it's better than the NFS games I've played, but it comes nowhere close to anything before it. I'm not even sure I'd want to see a sequel, Burnout can stay dead since if it did come back it'd just be NFS rebranded. NFS Most Wanted already felt like a Burnout Paradise 2 and it just kept going from there.
Popular Post juakofoo94
#48 Platinum Trophy Obtain all trophies 3.36%ULTRA RARE As a Star Wars fan I must say this game has entertained me so much, it's much better than BF1 in terms of game modes and variability of characters (I must say I bought the game this year, so I know this wasn't the game when it was released). The WORST thing about it it's the progression system, it takes you forever to reach level 50 (thank god this triple XP event came out, otherwise I'd still be level 35 or so). So I think no more BF2 for me for a while... I am going to put my effort on obtaining RDR2 platinum

Popular Post Appappachai
Time for another 5 platinum dump. I am not proud of 3 of these, but I was manipulating trophies to make a certain plat trophy number 3500. I noticed I was quickly running out of summer, with classes starting up within the next week. So I bought some cheap easy games to plat to pad my way to 3500 before the end of summer. And I added one of the free visual novels given away forever ago. Needless to say I made it. Just barely in time with classes starting 32 hours from now. Platinum #63 Zero Time Dilemma Difficulty 2/10 with a walkthrough Enjoyment 7/10 Platinum rarity 61.89% I enjoyed this visual novel much more than my last, with plenty of plot twists and turns and lots of gore. I dig that stuff every now and again. Still, I was rushing to 3500 and some of the puzzles got annoying. Got through with a guide or two and that's what matters Platinum #'s 64 and 65 Little Adventure on the Prairie Difficulty 1/10 Enjoyment .001/10 Platinum rarity 97.88% This game sucks, especially after chapter 6 where it gets difficult for no reason except that you can jump on enemies heads to glitch hit them until they die. It was quite frustrating until I saw a video explaining that. I just bought this game for a simple plat much like everyone else. Didn't it expect it to suck that bad, but oh well. 48 trophies closer to 3500 Platinum#66 Planet RIX-13 Difficulty 1/10 Enjoyment 8/10 Platinum rarity 95.90% Not my first time playing this game, but for some reason I really like it. The aesthetics, the air of mystery...just something about it. And that it's super easy, that helps. All for the rush to 3500 Platinum # 67 Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi Difficulty 3/10 laggy servers Enjoyment 4/10 Platinum rarity 3.74% I've been trying to plat this game for about 3 years now. No occasion never seemed to be appropriate, all I knew is I wanted it to be a milestone because of my love of Dragon Ball Z. When I actually tried to go for it (was considering 3000) I got stuck at Metal Cooler and got discouraged. After finally beating him, and moving on through the story I noticed that 3500 was rapidly approaching, and I couldn't think of a better trophy. So I closed the gaps using those previously mentioned platinums, some bronzes from assorted games, carefully picked some Detroit Become Human trophies and messed around in Marvel Ultimate Alliance with my girlfriend and was ready to go. I had aimed for reaching 70 platinum trophies before returning to school, but I will have to settle for 3500 trophies. It's been a decent summer trophy hunting. Got mile stones 50, 3000, and 3500 done. Now for a slight break. Edited August 25, 2019 by Appappachai grammar, extra word
Popular Post DesmaBR
Platinum #100 KINGDOM HEARTS III Complete Master Unlock all other trophies. Boy, I can't believe that I finally did it, a hundred platinum trophies. KH III was my most obvious choice for the spot, due to the fact this might just be the game I've been looking forward the most in my life. I've been yearning for this game ever since I finished 2 back when I was a kid and saw that ending that seemed to lead into a sequel... but y'know, this game took a while to come out. In the mean time we got portable games that... were pretty bad compared to KH II. The original KH II that came on PS2 may be a bit lackluster, but Final Mix is a mastaaahpiece, one of the all time greats. The portable games just didn't live up to it. So, I was scared of this game, I was worried that this wouldn't live up to KH II... and yeah, it did not live up to KH II. But it sure doesn't stop it from being a pretty fine game, I can definitely say that this is way better than any of the portable games. Especially because it managed to do the one thing those games did not, make me feel happy. I dunno, there's just something about KH that makes me feel happy. Maybe it's just seeing dumb stuff like seeing Buzz and Woody from Toy Story breathing helium and speaking with a high pitched voice. I hope the DLC will improve on the game the same way Final Mix did to KH II.
