Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#394 - Devious Dungeon 2 (PS4) Runs better than teh Vita version, and as such feels better to play. Perssonally I think the game is a slight improvement over the first one, due to the option of more variety. It does however still have issues with hitboxes. Enjoyment: 6.5 Difficulty. 3.5 Edited September 11, 2019 by voodoo_eyes
Popular Post snakebit10
#284 Assassin's Creed II (PS4) My second time getting the Platinum in AC II. First time in 2011. Since it had been so long ago, there were parts I didn't remember from the first time playing it. Of the few AC games I have played this and Brotherhood are my favorite. My goal is to complete them all on PS4 since I have them all. It still is an enjoyable game for the most part but the controls still feel clunky and Ezio is still determined he want's to jump were he wants. I think Ocean Horn will be next. I've started it and played a little of it, but I have so many games I've started that I'd like to finish.

Popular Post Undead Wolf
#280 - The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan Total Shocker! Collect all Trophies Before playing this game myself, I had heard it was a bit of a letdown compared to Until Dawn. If anything, I'm glad I went in with lower expectations because I was pleasantly surprised by just how enjoyable this was. It's definitely a shorter experience, but I like the idea of these Dark Pictures games releasing on a semi-regular basis at a smaller price point. It's kind of like an episodic release, just that each "episode" feels more content rich and self-contained than you would typically expect from something like that. Great idea. My favourite feature of this game was the option to bring a friend along for the ride in online co-op. Each person controls a different character, sometimes together and other times separated. It's very clever how it all syncs up and choices one person makes will affect the other. There are some really cool moments where both players are seeing things differently from each other. It was great fun trying to keep the characters alive as a team, all while trying to figure out what the hell was going on. As for the platinum, I'd say that's it's a little bit excessive how many times it wants you to finish the game, but it wasn't too bad. At least the choices you make in this game actually have a noticeable affect on the outcome, so that helped keep things fresh. I'm really looking forward to the next game in this series now. I'll see you there, @Redgrave.
Popular Post dermarx
#112 Borderlands PS4 Enjoyment 8/10 Difficulty 2/10 Finally finished it, so I have a double platinum now. It was fun playing it again, but I messed up with my imported characters going back and forth so the "discover..." Trophies are a little bit messed up. I enjoyed it but grinding to level 50 again was.... meh. Since I had all my characters from the PS3, it was pretty easy to finish it again. Don't know if I finish the DLCs, though. Shoutout to TanglingJoker for helping me getting level 50, don't know if he/she is around. Anyway, waiting for Friday to play BL3 with my buddy. Popular Post Phoenix_argentea
Platinum trophy No. 133! Hyperdimension Neptunia U: Action Unleashed Platinum Action Unleashed! Another platinum after one month (well, actually in the middle I finally obtained the "platinum" of Fire Emblem Echoes wiht all the 32 trophies. If someone is interested I wrote a huge wall text, otherwise, skip it with no worries! ?). My third Neptunia game, and it was the worst ?. I mean, the combat system is fun, but is very repetitive and it becomes boring, especially the Neptral Tower with all the Lily rank grinding. I listened to almost every good soundtrack I know (Atelier, Ys, Kingdom Hearts, FF XV, Radiant Historia, Xenoblade, Trails of Cold Steel, NieR, and probably something else that now I don't remember). By the way, I write now a couple of lines about the maths of the couples related to the Lily Rank. Since you have 10 girls and you have to put them in couple (wher the order doesn't matter), well, the maximum number is a combination of 10 things taken 2: C (10,2) = 10! / (2! x 8!) = 45 Yes, I thought about this during the very long grinding... The plot is also very very weak. I still have no idea about it: someone stole some projects from the different planet and created... What? A super boss with 8-10 swords? The good (and bad) news are related to Compa and IF: they are back! But you can't choose them as playable characters... Well, otherwise the Lily grind would increase to 66... 45 was more than enough! Up to now my preference is the following: Cyberdimension > Re;birth 1 >> Unleashed. I hope the Re;birth 2 is much better... And a platinum screenshot with no platinum trophy. Ask it to my Vita: she decided to pick the screenshot with the huge blocking icon... It looks like she didn't like the game.

Popular Post Jelly Soup
#108 - LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5 - 7 (Vita) So, a lot of Vita versions of LEGO games are mini-game laden facsimiles of their console counterparts.I was surprised to find that this was a decent, if not smaller, version of the PS3/4 release. Although the run time is very padded with the dueling mode thing.

Popular Post Geiita
The Horned Boy Acquired All Trophies Time: 16 hours, 29 minutes Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficulty: 2/10 I've played SotC at least 100 times across PS2/PS3 versions and this is the definitive way to play it, the PS2/PS3 versions were breathtaking for the time but this takes it to a whole other level (apart from Wander's face), Truly an unmissable experience that I would recommend to just about anyone. I now have to find it in my heart to do the PS3 version with its outdated controls, frame rate, and the Cornucopia & Endangered Lizards trophies.
Popular Post Rezzua
250 - Grand Theft Auto V I saved this one for the milestone. Having spent the last few weeks grinding online to reach level 100, I finally got there last night having played a million stunt races. It also continues my trend of trying to clean up my difficult/longer backlog games before starting new games, this one coming in at 4 years and 9 months for the platinum. I have 4 trophies left for 100% (heist-related), but I'm happy to have finally earned Los Santos Legend. =]
Popular Post Atoya
#9 The walking dead: the final season The final season I was wrong about this game being trash, the first 2 episodes was boring as fuxk, but the 3rd and 4th episodes were amazing in my opinion, I really recommend this game it’s better then season 2 and the new frontier, and now I have all of the walking dead games.
Popular Post madbuk
#332 - Goodbye Deponia Goodbye Deponia is a decent conclusion to the Deponia trilogy. I'm not sure how they're going to continue from this in the fourth game - or why they even bothered caving into fan demand because this clearly was supposed to be the end. I hope that once I get around to playing the fourth game, it won't feel forced or pointless. The Day of the Tentacle-style multiple character system in this one was interesting, with the plot threads from one character sometimes altering the plot thread of another. Each character had their own specific goal and the environments they go through are distinct and themed. Rufus continues to be a good protagonist, and the supporting cast are good as well. The puzzles could get a little bit obscure due to the multiple character system but I have given up at trying to jump through strange mental hoops to solve point and click puzzles so I just followed a guide. I'm in it for the story and characters, not the gameplay. Overall I think Broken Sword is still my favourite point and click series, although I may be heavily biased as it was also my first, but the Deponia trilogy is certainly a close second.
Popular Post starcrunch061
PLAT #353: REVERIE (PS4) Tai of New Zealand Collect all other trophies. Pretty disappointing pick up. There are some things to like in Reverie, but there's just not enough of it. Further, there are some annoyances as well (I had some issues with control, e.g.). Easy plat, mostly because of an easy game. With more development (more dungeons, more overworld, more tools to use, etc.), this would have been a good Zelda clone. On the plus side, the trivia about the birds was very interesting. Did you know that every single Black Robin in existence came from a single female?
