Popular Post Tianna_Mortis
Platinum #25: The Outer Worlds Very enjoyable game. It was a lot shorter than I expected though, so if it hadn't been for playing it twice to get all of the trophies, I might have been disappointed in the length of the game. I was able to get most of the trophies on my first play through, which I did on normal mode. My second play through I did on Supernova and got the remaining four trophies (Ludwig Was Right, Hard, Supernova and Platinum.) I'm interested to see if they release any DLC for it in the future. There are several planets on the map that are named, but are unable to be reached. It seems like those would be the ideal places to have DLC if they decide to go that route.
Popular Post elpoko
#71 The Division 2 (100%) Kind of a let down, I liked the first game but there was no real reward here for chasing and creating a good build. Trophy wise it's pretty easy though. I did have a blast dragging my son to gear score 500 so we could do the dark zone trophies together.
Popular Post FinalFan
#95 RWBY Grimm Eclipse (PS4) -5% PSNP (-2% ALL): Ultra Rare. Finally took some time to play this one. Of course as a RWBY fan, I was quite excited since it's the only game based on the popular web series. While the game itself isn't especially good, I had fun playing it. It's enjoyable and I liked the voice fanservice a lot (damn, Ruby spouting random things while taking down the Grimms ?). It also becomes very repetitive because of one where you have to clear some objectives in order to rank up. And after succeeding, it resets the whole game (I mean characters abilities and levels for campaign / story mode) and... the maximum rank is 10. While the game is nearly three years old, the multi is still pretty alive and this is where the fun comes from with this game, playing together as RWBY team and kick some Grimms' asses! ? Not sure if I was lucky because volume (season) 7 started recently and could explain why I managed to find some players regularly. If you're in the ??, it shouldn't be a problem as most of the fanbase (and players I guess) is from there. Also, you need some skills to get the , the trophies related to Horde mode (beating enemies waves) needs you to understand how to play efficiently. It's rewarding when you manage to get them. I highly suggest to pick this game with its JPNR extension not only because of its bonus trophies, but you double the playable cast, also meaning more fun!
Popular Post SirWaWa
World of Final Fantasy (with Maxima) Took me 80 hours. Some mistakes on the guide here and abit of misinformation. There is plenty more than 100 mirages if you understand what to do. I still had quite a few boards leftover. If I properly understood transfiguration earlier and plowed through story faster it's definitely less than 80 hours. Read issues about blurry graphics and glitchy trophies. Played on latest patch and experienced none of those issues. Really enjoyed this one.

Popular Post Deluziion90
Platinum #211 - Death Stranding Platinum: Greatest of Great Deliverers Fun factor: 8/10 Game Difficulty: 4/10 Platinum Difficulty: 2/10 Review about the story (not trophy/platinum related): Seeing a lot of different opinions online about this game makes me wonder how far the people got into this game. I've doubted from the moment I saw the gameplay if I should give this game a chance but being a Kojima fan I just went into it even if it would cost me 200hrs of grinding(Keep reading the grind isn't that bad at all). For anyone wanting to experience this game I would say YES. Just give it a go even though you are just delivering orders from A to B. The first hours are very simple. You place some simple ladders, avoid BT's(the floating invisible things) and get a very clear idea how the controls and everything works. Around 10 hours into the story you should know all the basics and get an idea what happened to the world of Death Stranding (and yes at this point the game is still one big "wtf is going on in this game") 14 chapters. I bet most popular reviewers quit around chapter 3 where everything is still a bit of the same. Starting chapter 4/5 however is the point where the game started to steal my heart and got incredible. The chapters get a lot shorter especially when you get around chapter 8 but the story is just triple AAA amazing and this is where Kojima shines when it comes to story telling. Finishing the game explains everything very clear and it's an incredible experience looking back at this story. Platinum Journey: After finishing the story the main "grind" is getting 36 facilities to max rank(which is 5 stars). Grabbing deliveries and bringing them to one of the facilities gives you "likes" which increases the stars. For anyone reading guides from (for example) Powerpyx would maybe get a bit scared about the 100+ hours grind. I can tell anyone reading this that you shouldn't be scared about this at all. My final in game time(including some afking cooking or eating while the game was running on the background) was 85 hours. It took me a small 2 weeks which included a lot of real life activities. If I look back on my first year of platinum grinding I would probably finish this in 5 days. Read a bit about ziplines, rebuild roads and the game is very easy to 100% in a week. Hideo Kojima (Lovely Quote which is very true) "If you look at the world right now, we are connected to the internet 24 hours a day. And that technology was supposed to be there to make us happy. However, what you see today is people anonymously fighting each other or discriminating against each other. Some people are getting tired of social media or the internet as a whole. But when you play Death Stranding, your connection with other people is entirely positive." "Because there isn't anything negative," he continues. "It's all based on positive intent and positive feedback. You start to care for each other."
Popular Post Undead Wolf
#293 - Death Stranding Greatest of Great Deliverers Obtained all Death Stranding trophies. I had no idea what I was getting into when I started this game, which in itself is something very rare these days. I was quite sceptical of it before launch and had no idea if I'd actually enjoy it or not. Even so, I'm a fan of Kojima's previous games, so I decided to get the game on day one and not let other people's opinions cloud my own judgement. Having now sunk 80 hours into this game to get the platinum, I can say without a doubt that this is one of the best, most unique experiences I've had with a video game in a very long time. It's something that doesn't sound enjoyable on paper, but actually playing it had me captivated from start to finish. I love that you actually have to think about how best to traverse the environment to reach your destination - it's not a mater of just holding the stick in that general direction. Rivers, mountains, etc, feel like real dangers and that's cool. Each time I set out on a new delivery, it felt like I was going on a proper adventure, and all kinds of unscripted events can happen to you along the way which keeps things interesting. One of the first things that really impressed me about the game were the social features. I think it's awesome that you see other people's structures, messages, etc, in your game - they helped me out when I was in a pinch more times than I can remember. It's also a nice feeling when another player gives you "Likes" for something you placed down. The game's story is all about bringing people together and that's true for the online as well. Before launch, I saw things that suggested the platinum would take up to 200 hours, but thankfully it doesn't take anywhere near that long if you know what you're doing. Building a good network of ziplines cuts travel time down by a huge amount, so I made sure to do that as early as possible. This is my final stats screen. Just shy of 80 hours. I've seen a ton of people hating on this game for being a so-called "walking simulator" or saying how "boring" it is, but I don't get that at all. Like yeah, I understand the game isn't for everyone, but I for one am thrilled that Death Stranding is not only a genuinely new type of video game in 2019, but one with a AAA budget. The fact that this game exists at all is something to be celebrated. Kojima and his team deserve all the praise they get for daring to make something out of the ordinary. I look forward to anything they have lined up next.

Popular Post Zach
#150 Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 8/10 Time: 68hrs & 52 minutes Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is truly an incredible game. This game is definitely in my top 5 games of this year. I loved it even though it kicked my ass into oblivion. I may have done most of Dark Souls 3 by myself, but I loved having the coop option as a backup in case I was struggling on a boss. With Sekiro, coop is never an option. So you only had one option: "Git Gud"! It also took me awhile to get used to the fact that dodging was not a good option in Sekiro. Deflecting was basically the only way to win this game! I'd say my favorite boss was the fight with the Headless Ape. My favorite area was the Fountainhead Palace. I'd say the only drawback was only having one weapon. I've seen that complaint around the internet as well, but honestly it's not a big deal. It makes up for having a bunch of ways to "level up" in my opinion. On a side note, I'm really happy that this game has been nominated for Game of the Year. I would not be unhappy if it won this year's GOTY award. It definitely deserves it.
Popular Post Desmuria
In continuation of my previous post, I've been delving deeper into my backlog to clear some games. Once again, this is the result. It's been fun! Another massive shoutout to @IBadDriverI for his video guides. Also, super duper thanks for @themindisacity for the flawless text guides for the Artifex Mundi games. You guys are the best. #215 & #216 - Just Ignore Them Platinum Mark Get all the other trophies Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 2/10 From the creators of My Big Sister (which I reviewed in my previous post) comes Just Ignore Them. Just like My Big Sister, this game is a cute 8-bit horror point-and-click game with some gorey scenes. The game warns you that there is disturbing imagery, so I was well prepared. Unlike My Big Sister, your character doesn't have free roam. Instead, you have to click where you want them to go. A little frustrating at times, to say the least. I prefer being able to use the direction buttons to move around. Besides that, it's a cracking game and I recommend it for horror/gore and point-and-click fans. #217 & #218 - Fifty Words by POWGI Nifty Words Collect all the trophies Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficulty: 2/10 After playing through all the horror releases I missed while I was hospitalised, I definitely needed a break! I love the POWGI games and this was no exception. One Word is still my favourite, though. It's pretty simple to obtain the platinum. You don't have to complete all the puzzles. The only trophy I "struggled with" (I'll use the term loosely) was to complete a puzzle in under three minutes. I had to try several times on my PS4, but the touch screen on the Vita made it so easy. Besides that, it was a fun game and good for relaxing. #219 & #220 - Wordsweeper by POWGI Clean Sweep Collect all the trophies Enjoyment: 4/10 Difficulty: 2/10 Another POWGI game and, this time, you have to complete all 120 puzzles to get the platinum. This one wasn't nearly as fun as its predecessors, so I found it hard to concentrate on it. I put some movies on as I breezed through the video guide and I managed to complete it eventually. Definitely not their best offering by a long shot. Such a pity. I'm waiting for Tic-Tac-Letters to go on sale and I'll play that soon. #221 - Psychotic's MechaNika Genius of Trophies You got all the trophies! Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 1/10 A short and sweet point-and-click adventure game that looks really cute, but it's full of dark, dirty humour! Mega trolling, Ninja Turtles quizzes and... goat humping are among the many things this little game has to offer. I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed this so much, I just wish it could've been longer. Definitely going to keep an eye on this developer and see what else they come up with. Highly recommended if you want a cheap laugh and play a fun point-and-clicker. #222 - Scarlett Mysteries: Cursed Child Platinum Unlock every Trophy. Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 1/10 Wooo! I'm finally back on the Artifex Mundi hypetrain (I love these games so much!) As you can see, I had three glorious games to catch up on and so I thought I'd do them back-to-back. Scarlett Mysteries was pretty good. The story was decent and the voice acting wasn't as bad as some of their offerings. As per usual, the scenes were beautifully drawn and the puzzles were pretty straight forward. I will note that there was more of a variety of puzzles in this game. I particularly liked the Visions that are part of the game's mechanics. You can play the game on Casual to get the platinum, so the HOPs were dead easy and you could just spam your way through them. Not my favourite Artifex Mundi game by a long shot, but it's better than some I've played. #223 - Path of Sin: Greed Platinum Unlock every Trophy. Enjoyment: 5/10 Difficulty: 2/10 Oh man, this Artifex Mundi offering is a slog. I did not click with the story at all and I felt so uninvested. It's very much like the Enigmatis games were you do the detective work, but without the decent storyline! It's such a massive shame to go from Scarlett Mysteries to this one and have it be so disappointing. The voice acting is supposed to be British accents, but it's not convincing at all - I'm British, so I know. The trophies are easy enough to obtain, as long as you save scum your progress. The "I know, I know!" trophy is the only thing you really need to watch out for. There are way better Artifex Mundi games than this. Gah, so disappointed! On to the next one! #224 - Queen's Quest 4: Sacred Truce Platinum Unlock every Trophy. Enjoyment: 3/10 Difficulty: 2/10 I don't know what it is with me and the Queen's Quest games, but I always have a hard time with them. If it's not a minigame that bugs me to the point where I want to ragequit, it's a bug that halts all your progress unless you start over. Yes, that's exactly what happened to me, which is why it took twice as long for me to complete! The game is decent and I enjoyed the storyline. The voice acting isn't too bad, either. I just really messed up my save by consuming runes to create a spell that I'd already created. Instead of the game stopping me from doing that (like it should), it allowed me to royally eff myself up and I had to start again. Luckily, I'd been save scumming to get the timed trophies, so I downloaded a save from my online storage. My enjoyment rating would've been a lot higher if it weren't for my sheer stupidity and the game enabling me to be stupid. #225 - Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King King of Everything Unlock every trophy in Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King. Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficulty: 1/10 For my 225th platinum milestone, I had to buy these games. Instead of buying a digital download of this, I actually bought the disc because I feel like this is a personal investment. I used to play Aladdin and The Lion King on my Sega Mega Drive. In fact, The Lion King was the first game I ever played on it. This re-release was a complete nostalgia trip for me and I loved every freakin' second of it! I just wish they had an even amount of trophies for each game. Out of the two games, The Lion King is my favourite but I'm totally biased because of the memories attached to it. Literally so happy these are on my trophy list and I'm able to play them again on a current gen console. Now, if there could be a remaster of The Curse of Monkey Island - I can die happy. Welp! I made it to yet another milestone and I'm really happy! Probably going to have another look at my backlog and clear out some other games I've been sitting on. Well, the ending get me the second time like it did the first time and I can't wait to start part 2... which is good for me, since I get bored relative easy. Anyway, a solid JRPG with a good story, a surprise ending (no spoilers though) and a gameplay you can enjoy. Not too difficult as well. There are a few Bosses who are a little bit a challange like the last two - three bosses on nightmare, but you can manage it. I put more than 130 Hours into it, enjoyed every single one. Popular Post Carol
#174 Murdered: Soul Suspect Moving On Collected every trophy in the game After spending so much time working on AC3's platinum, I wanted something shorter, for a change of pace. I bought this game pretty cheap some months ago, so it seemed the perfect time to start it. For the price that I paid, "Murdered: Soul Suspect" was actually a surprisingly enjoyable game. You play the role of Ronan, a cop who was murdered and is trying to find his killer, so he can move on and find peace. As a ghost, you have certain abilities, like reading minds, possessing or influencing people or animals and teleporting. These abilities make the gameplay very interesting and fresh. During the game, you not only investigate several scenes regarding your situation and the people involved, but you also get to help some other lost ghosts find the light, by investigating their unfinished problems. Trophy-wise, the platinum is very easy, but there are more than 200 collectibles and you have to find them all, so a guide is necessary. All the other trophies are story-related or connected to helping the other ghosts. "Murdered: Soul Suspect" was a short, but sweet game, that I recommend, especially if you like ghost stories and investigation.

Popular Post SoapMacTavish222
#347 Farming Simulator on the PS Vita. I started this game 4 years ago and just finished it the other day. Been killing the backlog and am almost at less than 1,000 unearned trophies and this was on the list. It's not a terrible game. Most of the trophies can be earned rather quickly but there is one that requires you to have $10,000,000 and it's pretty time consuming which is why I put it on the back burner for so long. It is not difficult by any means. So if you are looking for an easy but time consuming game, might as well add it to your collection.

Popular Post Zircon_Lotus
Platinum #75 Sekiro Shadows Die Twice Since I heard some strategies were patched, I will start stating that I played in the 1.04 version. Well, I think everyone that is into gaming heard about Sekiro a lot this year, specially around its launch. I love samurai games, love action, melee games, so playing this was something natural to me. Until now I havent played a single Souls game, know for being hard. I dont even know if they count, but I played Nioh and Darksiders III. Is this game as hard as they say? Well, I must say that Sekiro is overrated. Yeah, you read it right, overrated. I saw many game journalists, profissional reviewers and the average gamer saying this game is too hard, borderline impossible, that it should have an easy mode, and Youtube is filled with people raging with this game. This game is nowhere near impossible. The game is hard? Yes. You will die a lot? Yeah, dont let the title deceive you, shadows die way more than twice. Sekiro is all about learning patterns and learning how to deal with them. Dont start this game thinking that there is a foolproof, braindead method to every encounter because few of them have this. Almost all boss fights I would die in seconds during the first try, but the more I saw how the enemies fight and learned how to react accordingly, I would go further and further, and what at first looked like it was impossible, was within reach all the time, I only needed patience and experience. In this game dying is the process of learning, so dont feel frustrated and go on. Besides, the combat is so intense, so fun, that even in the hardest fights I never had time to feel frustrated. The feeling the combat system gives you when you're fighting a hard enemy is incredible, one of the best out there. When I was doing my NG playthrough, where enemies get harder, I didnt die to the bosses, because I had already learned how to deal with them. It's all about practice. Now you may be thinking: you talk about bosses all the time, this game has no enemies? Yes, it has, but they shouldnt be a problem. All enemies can be killed instantly with stealth deathblows, and it's a must that you use this to your advantage, specially early on, when you're very weak. If you want to fight many enemies at once, pick something else, Sekiro is about picking off your enemies and being smart. Besides, almost all the places have high grass or grapple points that you can use to go back to stealth or flee from enemies that were alerted, so when they go back, go in and stealth kill some more. But if you choose to fight head on, never, I repeat, NEVER underestime any enemy, as they can kill you within seconds, even if you health bar is high. All trophies are related to combat, or very simple sidequests, so there is nothing much else to note. The only thing that you must know is that farming the skill points when take some hours, so be prepared for the grind. I would like to end this post with some tips for those that want to start and are fearful, or for those that are thinking about giving up. 1 - Kill as much as possible enemies with stealth deathblows, specially early on, when you're very weak and have almost no consumables, nor prostethic tools that add a variety of strategies. Take note that many mini-bosses can receive deathblows that make their fights much easier, especially those in earlier parts. 2 - Pick all prayer beads and gourds seeds that you can. The first upgrades make you much more durable, and things will look much better when you dont almost insta die all the time, or your posture break from guarding few attacks. 3 - Your attacks are weak early on, but as you defeat bosses, you acquire memories that increase your damage. The damage to bosses doesnt change much, but you will be able to kill regular enemies much easier and faster, doesnt even needing to deflect or relying on stealth deathblows all the time. 4 - When you die, you lose half of your exp and money, unless Unseen Aid kicks in and nullify this. If you're having trouble with an area and you already died, run and return to the idol asap to rest. Early on this was the thing that frustrated me the most, and to ease my mind, I always got a skill point when I felt I would die many times during some encounter. Money is easily farmed, but aside from certain itens thar are expensive, you dont need to buy anything. Enemies drops and scattered itens will be enough supply. 5 - Learn Mikiri Counter and its upgrades, as well as the skills that increase how much the gourd heals you asap. The first hours are very hard, but if you endure you're in for a fantastic, fast-paced, intense and satisfying experience, that only get better as time pass on. I prefer to play something hard and very good like this, than a easy, forgettable game like many that the market offer.
Popular Post BlackSnake1435
In my case it was Platinum #31 Dead or alive 6 As you probably know the game was released in early 2019, however, I only had the opportunity to get it a few days ago. I must say that I always loved the DOA series, it is probably my favorite fighting game because of its dynamics, the variety of the characters among other things that make a fighting game a good game. The sexual content is basically the identity of DOA, just as the gore and violence is for Mortal Kombat, and I must admit it, I love the DOA girls, specially Ayane, in this installment and the previous one they are very good looking, however, there are also thing that give minus points to this game. First than all, it is pretty similar to DOA5 in most of the aspects and only have two new characters which I actually don't find as charismatic as Rig and Mila were in DOA5. Secondly, I know that there were a lot of DLC contents in DOA5, but I just didn't buy all of them and thats it, I only bought few costumes that I found interesting and I guess I spent around 18 bugs for that, and again, my choise. But in this case we can only have access to the DLC content by buying the costume packs and seasson pass which are insanely expensive, and that's basically what I dislike the most of this game. Also, I don't know if this is a possitive or negative aspect, but for those who have experience playing these series, the platinum is a piece of cake, nevertheless, I'm still playing it, because the esence of DOA is still there and its funny. Popular Post Justin__Harris
Platinum #61: Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition (PS4) Game Score: 8/10 Platinum Difficulty: 6/10 It's been a long while since I got my last platinum. Pretty much just decided to take it easy from the platinum quest, but now we're getting back to it. I never played any of the Borderlands games when they first came out. It wasn't until I played that Telltale game Tales from the Borderlands that I got immersed into its fun and fantastic world. I was going to play the PS3 version of the game, but held off because I had a feeling it would eventually see an updated release. My patience seemed to have paid off so now I can complete this series on the PS4. This was a very fun game, and I could see how it would have been super amazing to play back in 2009. The problem with the game is that it's from 2009 and plays like a game from that long ago. And even though it looks great, it just has a lot of issues that show its age. Aside from that and some glitches, the game was still a blast to play and I had a lot of fun with it. I did not have fun with the grinding that came from some of the DLC and the Underdome. I also had some issues with Crawmerax the Invincible because even after maxing out my character, I just did not come across any substantial or one-shot-kill weapons. So shoutout to Reapers_K for helping me get my last two trophies. I'm looking forward to playing the next three games eventually, but until then, on to the next one.

I am so happy Cage took most of that stuff out of his future games (yes I am pro-less game play ) OK for the Alpha Plat Rain I have now done all 4 David Cage games for the Ps4 and I can honestly say I understand why some people hate him...but I particularly enjoy his games.Sure the stories can be pretty goofy or over dramatic but there is a particular charm to them (much like some people think Kojima is a good story teller). Indigo was definitely one of his weirder ones where it starts out normal...goes weird...goes weirder...goes bat shit crazy. So if you have played the other David Cage games and enjoyed them then give Indigo Prophecy a playthrough. So just 1 letter left until I can plat the entire alphabet in one day
AK-1138
411: MechaNika Difficulty: 1/10 Playtime: 1 hour, 20 minutes Enjoyment: 7.5/10 Delightfully sociopathic adventure game, chock full of underage drinking, animal sacrifice, BRUTAL FUCKING MURDER, goats... you know, all that good stuff. Tempering this kind of dark, nihilistic writing with just the right amount of humour and relatability is an endeavour in which more developers have failed than not, and this passes with flying colours. With its minimalist, homespun art style, I'm reminded a lot of the works of Magnus Carlsson, actually. As a game, it could hardly be more of a breeze, even when defaulting to a guide only slightly so as to watch out for missables. I almost cheered when I accidentally stumbled upon the running feature; not enough adventure games do that. It really cuts down on the (admittedly minimal) backtracking. The puzzles are pretty easy, but do require you to embody the inherently twisted logic of Nika's crapsack world. Hardly everyone's bag, but an enjoyably charming little journey into the darker aspects of humanity. Certainly worth the time of a trophy hunter just seeking a quick fix, too. You could probably get it done within half an hour if you skip everything. Regardless of your motivation for playing, you'd be supporting a unique and quirky development team with some potential while you're at it! ?
Popular Post RedRozeReaper
Platinum 78 - Star Wars Fallen Order First of all, what a game. I've been waiting for this game since they announced that Respawn were making one back in 2016 and man, am I glad they delivered. I never once doubted that they could make a killer game after Titanfall 2. I have to say its probably in my top 5 games of the year, I absolutely adored the combat after being kinda put off at first hearing rumors of a "Soul-ish" like combat but after playing 40ish hours of it, I'm glad I didn't skip it. I personally compare it to more of an homage to the original trilogy with their combat (at least that's how I feel about it) Characters were great, exploring the planets that you have available to you are great and the Metroidvania feel to the game is great always gettng new powers that can get you into areas you couldn't before and just exploring more of the area is just awesome. I only hope that what Respawn has next in development continues to raise the bar with what they can deliver, so far they are 4/4 for making games I really like and enjoy a ton.
