Popular Post Atoya
#31. WOLFENSTEIN: THE OLD BLOOD The Old Blood Master this game was so much fun for me, at first I was skipping cutscenes and said I hated it but as the story progressed I started to take interest in the story. the challenges at the end were fun, I really enjoyed them because you can’t go crazy on the, like the story mode, they’ll knock u done easily, and u need to get many headshots and kills in a row to get more points, there were times I got unlucky in a long mission and only needed 200 Lol. at the end I really liked it that’s what made me start the new order after this, it’s a fun game for the weekend because takes around 15 to 20 hours, I highly recommend it. Fun: 7.5/10 Difficulty: 3.5/10 ( because the of the challenges) time: around 20 hours
Popular Post EIdain
Platinum #42 - Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Remastered Platinum #43 - Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception Remastered Finished off the collection. I think 2 is the best of the three, but Drake's Deception has some awesome moments, the set pieces in particular haven't since been surpassed in Uncharted 4 or Lost Legacy. I was surprised at how easy these platinums were. Just a shame the trophy lists for all three games is so boring. Still was good fun though. Hope February's PS+ games can deliver something as good as January and December have.

Popular Post Dokusha
#109: Tokyo Dark: -Remembrance- (screenshot cropped on account of spoilerz, but I rather fancy the way it turned out - might do this more often!) Boasting a pleasing art style and a story promising psychological horror set in contemporary Japan, Tokyo Dark greatly appealed to me when I first learned about it. You play as Detective Ayami Ito, a stressed-out Tokyo Metropolitan officer haunted by a case involving her partner and an unhinged red-headed murder suspect. Her investigation into her partner's disappearance stretches her sanity to the limit as everywhere she goes, she keeps hearing about a mysterious place called The Dark... but is The Dark real, or is it a figment of her increasingly unstable mind? It's important to keep in mind this is an indie game. It has nice ideas, nice writing, nice music, nice art, it's nice... but it isn't outstanding. I'm not saying indie games cannot be outstanding, but in my experience, quite a few of them are hampered by having more ambition than funds to realise them. Tokyo Dark is one of these productions, with an unsatisfyingly short run time, small locations to explore that don't have a lot of interactive things in them, and as far as I can tell, this PS4 "Remembrance" version does have some extra content when compared to the original PC release. About fifteen minutes' worth of extra content, that is. Nothing spectacular. So am I saying this is a bad game? Not at all. I had fun with it, the psychological horror aspects to the story were very well done, and I liked its approach to New Game+. I simply felt it wasn't as fleshed-out as it could've been, had the development team had the time and funds to include all of their ideas; as it stands, the final product ended up being more shallow than I personally like to see. A more fully realised Tokyo Dark 2 would really hit the spot! Trophy-wise, this is an easy experience to be sure. Since the game is essentially a visual novel with some limited walking around small locations, it follows that its trophy list too is mostly like a visual novel's: obtain all endings, and you're more or less set.
Popular Post Phoenix_argentea
Platinum No. 149! First one of 2020, and another JRPG, after a long run (Mary Skelter: Nightmares, Atelier Ryza, double platinum with Tokyo Xanadu, Super Neptunia RPG) and the LEGO Movie (last platinum of 2019). Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart (yeah, the same title ) The game was really fun, a turn-based strategical game. Except the long bloody grinding, both the lily rank and the lv 99 trophies... Since there are 22 characters, you need to max out the affinity for 231 couples, and you can do it only when the two characters are close and you activate an attack skill or buff/debuff skill, which increase the affinity only with one point, and you need to reach 100... And no accessory which can increase the affinity (like the other Neptunia games). And after that, repeat over and over the "Phoenix mission", killing more than one hundred of Phoenixes. It looks like the Adventures of Mana elephant grinding. Platinum screenshot in the Noire room, after I bought everything on Amazon! And the picture with all the characters (except the three Goddesses)! Now I can go back into Berseria!

Popular Post TENCHU_REPPA
# 100 NINJA GAIDEN Σ PLUS True Ultimate NinjaCollect all trophies. 1.23%ULTRA RARE Well, this is my 100th platinum and what other game than this gem. Initially, I wanted to do Sonic Unleashed as number 100, but this game is a greater milestone in my opinion. I'm glad I chose this game as this marvelous milestone. In the beginning, I thought it was too clunky because I was so used to NGS2. After some adjustment with that, I had no issues and felt like it was running smoother than NGS2. (well it felt like that at times personally speaking) I can't recommend this game enough. One of my all-time favorite hack and slash games. I'm not going to sit here and type an in-depth review because that isn't really my style. I will say that Ninja Gaiden Sigma is truly a gem and a masterpiece of a game. I haven't had this much fun in a game in some time. Though the vita controls were pretty bad the game was still a great experience. The two trials that most people say are the most difficult took me about 3-4 hours to do all 4 of the difficulties for each trial. Unearthed Challenge Phase 4 and Giants of the Underworld 5 were not so fun, but with some luck and persistence, it was possible. I personally didn't have such a rough time with them as some people experience. P.S. I want to go back and play Ninja Gaiden Black, but I first would need an Xbox One. ? 10/10 recommend! Time to complete: 102 1/2 hours (could've shortened that time if I persisted not mess around, but I enjoyed it all and continued pacing myself) Edited January 19, 2020 by TENCHU_REPPA

Having just recently played and getting the Platinum trophy for Far Cry 5, I went into its sequel knowing it won't be as large as its predecessor. After playing through it, I just wish that there was more to do in the game than the usual Far Cry game has to offer. Sure, when you get Eden's Gift aka superpowers, it makes the game very fun, but also very easy. The Expeditions were really fun to play through, and I wish there were more of them to do. Overall, it's a bittersweet conclusion to the Far Cry 5 saga and here's to the next Far Cry game!

Now I can use my systems for something more... usefull... Like the ReMind DLC that is coming out in 4 days :3 ..And that terrific Battleborn game.. initial thoughts -- Mainly did a lot of cheesy strats to achieve it. THe ammount I actually played is low. Then again singstar is and was always a nice 'party' game to play with a specific group. Though a lot of the PS2 ones were better when you have the mic's (bigger catalog) in my opinion The most fun mandatory thing about the to do in this plat is the 'channel' with video's. Mostly due to the cringe, but there are some really good singers on there as well. --
Popular Post madbuk
#353 - Zero Escape: The Nonary Games I wasn't quite sure what to expect from the story going into this, besides the fact that people compare it to Danganronpa and the gameplay revolves around being trapped in rooms and escaping. I think this was for the best as I saw very few of the twists coming (especially in 999.) That said, the story went in... some pretty ridiculous directions. It works, but I do think overall it's a bit overrated. Definitely not my favourite VNs but I suppose they're up there. The gameplay was decent, although I felt 999 was way too easy so I appreciated the step up in difficulty VLR provided. I even had to get a notebook out for it (the game has an in-game memo system as it was designed on devices with touchscreens, but it's very hard to use with an analogue stick instead.) I also liked the idea VLR had of having two solutions to each room, the second giving you some background details for the story. None of it was particularly interesting however and essentially were just records of what the story was already telling me. I hope ZTD improves on that. I won't be jumping into ZTD immediately, but I do have it thanks to PS+ and I'm interested to see where it goes from here. I have heard ZTD is very disappointing from multiple different people, but oh well. Maybe I'll like it.

Popular Post Fleks_Mhteam
#259: RAD TOTAL RADNESS Enjoyment: 6,5/10 Rad is a fun game as long as you do not aim for the platinum due to the heavy involvement of luck with the rng for some of the side missions and collectibles. Playing it casually is enjoyable though and I can still recommend it to rogue lite fans. Difficulty: 4/10 (Subjective) The game itself is not particularly difficult but needs a lot of patience and a high tolerance for frustration. The rng is a nightmare and if you are unlucky you will restart the game over and over for tens of hours just to get one certain sub mission or item. I was mostly blessed with luck but the last task still took me over 30 hours of constant replaying to finally appear. Time to Platinum: 75 Hours ( If you have bad Rng this could be WAY over 100 hrs)

Popular Post FarSideOfSaturn
Dark Souls III #40 - The Dark Soul - Acquire all trophies Yes indeed. It is called...another unnecessarily long platinum review, for that is my curse. Now that I've opened with a statement that no one who hasn't played the game will understand, Dark Souls III was fucking awesome. We start off as another unfortunate soul, ashen and unkindled, afflicted and cursed, denied their eternal rest with the sole purpose of yeeting themselves from one seemingly insurmountable barrier after another with the intention of linking the flame and preventing the world from entering an age of dark...or not. So, the world of Lothric where the game takes place, it looks like once upon a time, it might've actually been a decent place to live. Settlements, old castles, shrines, cathedrals, now it's overrun with hostile undead, mutated creatures tainted by the abyss, the occasional dragon. Those who aren't some fucked up abomination are either dead, or gone hollow with no purpose left to drive them on. From ruins, forests, dungeons, catacombs, frost tinted cities, cities lost to the depths of the world and mountain tops, expect to encounter a diverse, oppressive and occasionally beautiful landscape as you risk your life with each step you dare to take. The inhabitants of Lothric are generous and kind I platinumed Dark Souls Remastered late last year, I found it to be slow paced and clunky (but still amazing), Dark Souls III on the other hand is faster paced and fluid. Running through the game is a viable strategy but you'd be missing out one of the purest combat systems you'll find. Uncompromising in it's approach, Dark Souls III asks you learn and adapt to the various evils that can kill you in a single strike. Taking enemies down requires focus and control every step of the way, never letting your guard down and always observing enemies movements and the environment for your moment to strike, or using something to even the odds. You'll die, yeah, probably a lot, but death is part of the game. The most important thing is to look at what you did wrong. Were you being too greedy with your attack and died trying to get one more strike in, were you too defensive and missed an opening that could've saved your life, weren't paying attention to your surroundings and rolled off a cliff? There wasn't a single death where I thought "this is bullshit", each time I returned with no loss of heart, determined not to repeat my mistakes... The real game begins with the tutorial boss, Gundyr. Tutorial in Dark Souls means "bend over". The star attraction of Dark Souls is the boss fights and they didn't disappoint for the series final outing. Some battles across the series could well be considered some of the greatest in history. Sure, a couple are a let down (looking at you Wolnir and Deacons), genuinely other than those two, I thought the rest of the boss battles were fucking outstanding. In particular, Champion Gundyr, Nameless King, The Twin Princes were outstanding with an extra special mention going to Farron's Undead Legion, The Abyss Watchers. The lore alone behind those guys, paired with the OST and actual fight itself launches it into one of my favourite fights in any game. An Abyss Watcher. Love you Extra, extra special mention to the final boss of the game, Soul of Cinder. On my first try, I could see it was going to be close but I wasn't prepared for how close. We beat each other to the point where we were both one hit from death, he swung...I barely rolled underneath his swing and struck for the final blow. I actually dropped the controller and held my head in my hands, I recall my reaction being..."deep exhale...oooooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhmygod" followed by unintelligible noises and laugher tinged heavily with relief. That's exactly the kind of rush Dark Souls can give you, at least on the first playthrough. There's absolutely no amount of frustration and hardship that isn't worth that feeling in the end. If you truly don't give up, you'll be rewarded. Regarding trophies. Once you're through your first playthrough and have a handle on the game, pull up a guide and follow the requirements for the collectables and endings, everything else will come naturally. By the end I'd clocked up 148 hours, though that included a weeks break in between playthroughs which I spent a significant amount of time in the fight club in PvP and helping other players with boss fights. That's all from me. No idea what I'm playing next but I'll be back soon, so it is, that ash seeketh embers. Don't go hollow trophy hunters! + Incredible world design + Memorable boss fights and lore + OST is outstanding + Fluid controls and gameplay + Git gud - Irithyll Dungeon can go fuck itself - Farming for vertebrae shackles can also go fuck itself Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficulty: 8/10
Popular Post Undead Wolf
#303 - AI: The Somnium Files AI: THE SOMNIUM FILES Obtained all other trophies. This is a game by the director of the Zero Escape series, so I knew I was in for a wild ride right off the bat. I loved those games and this one is pretty amazing too. You play as a detective of sorts investigating a serial killer. You do this by finding clues at crime scenes, interrogating suspects, and even diving into people's minds to find out their secrets. Like the Zero Escape games, there is a flowchart with branching paths. I really liked how going down these paths revealed something new about the mystery, allowing you to gradually piece together the bigger picture. There were plenty of cool twists along the way, some genuinely funny humour, and an abundance of likable characters. I got really attached to them and that made the ending all the more sweeter. Best girl has to be Iris. A-Set, you bet! I loved every minute I spent with this game. Can't recommend it enough!

Popular Post DesmaBR
Platinum #113 Kingdom Hearts II KINGDOM HEARTS II Master Obtain all trophies. Picked this on release, as I wanted to get the KH II plat on both platforms before playing KH III, but I kinda got tired of it, so I ended up dropping it. Decided to go back to it, as I wanted to get this done before the remind dlc came out. ... Gotta be honest with y'all, after playing KH III and all the HD collections and all that, I can safely say that KH II is the best one by a mile. The other one are fine (Some real stinkers, but when they're good they're good), but KH II is a masterpiece, it's still one of the best games of all time. It's combat is unmatched, even to this day. ... But it's definitely showing it's age. It almost shocked me how slow Sora walks in this, especially after playing III. Thankfully, unlocking Dodge Roll is not that hard, so that's what kept me sane after 10 ~ 15 hours... but earlier than that, I don't think I'll ever want to do that again. It kinda feels like you have to unlock all skills to really make the game feel right. And with that, this will probably be the last time I'll ever play this game, and considering that, it's nice that this is the best version of the game by far, unlike the bad PS3 version. Load Times are no issue, the 60fps is really nice (Even if some cutscenes glitch out because of it) and I didn't get that stupid bug at the final battle. btw, could've gotten this plat weeks ago, but noticed that I've platted the PS3 version this same day 5 years ago, so I though I'd hold out and get it on the same day Kinda proud of myself for that.
