Guest
I don't have too much of a spiel, but I've always wanted to 100% this game since I was a kid was never bothered with it back then. After getting the plat in GTA V and RDR 2, I had no excuse but to go back to this and get it. Getting 100%/the plat in this one was barely a timesink compared to the two mentioned before. The stunt jumps were a pain since there was no way to keep track of them besides keeping track outside the game. Other than that, no trophy gave me too much trouble outside of the level 12 ambulance trophy; and even that one was mainly because I was either flipping the ambulance (and you can't flip the car back over once it flips in this one) or getting pulled out of the ambulance by gang members. Really fun plat that isn't too grindy, with barely any collectibles thank god. Doesn't hurt that it's also a classic game.
Popular Post Phlegeth
#35 4 Goddesses Online Master Proof you finished playing 4 Goddesses Online. Thank you for playing this far! After Action U, this game was surprisingly fun. I like the story too. Both the in universe story with the Demon King and the actual story about the cheaters and hackers. And has someone whose been playing MMOs since Ultima Online, I loved all the jokes. There was a whole conversation about being new and all the experiences and it hit a little close to home. My real complaints is the post game was repetitive. It was fighting the same bosses over and over again. Fought the Minotaur so many times. And the lock on, centers your camera on the mob so if it's mobile it's easy to lose track of what's going on. And the costume shop never updated. It said it did, but it didn't. Apparently a patch broke it. I got some Elf Ears and put them on Nepgear.
GTA_Darren
#264 - Spintires: MudRunner - PS4 I bought this game twice (Vanilla & American Wilds Edition). This is a slow paced game, and some of challenges might upset you. However, it is rewarding once you conquer it. Overall it provides an unique experience. It is a platinum and 100% I am proud to add into my list.
Popular Post SirWaWa
Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater So I finally played this for myself from beginning to end. I saw bits and pieces of it and I have to say, alot of stuff did not age well. First the controls are pretty much classic MGS which I didn't find aged well like the combat and inventory system. The save feature is unique that it only saves when switching areas and won't take anything you've done in the current area (extremely useful if you're doing the one playthrough plat which I did, more on that). Now the dialogue is my biggest gripe, everything is so explicitly explained that it makes Snake seem more like a noob than some seasoned solider and I get that it's suppose to educate the player instead. Not terribly written, just terribly executed, like a bad movie. But MGS prides itself on being taken seriously and it's an insult to itself if it's not. I remember loving MGS2 for the first time with all it's ridiculous amount of content, fast forward almost 2 decades and I can barely stand MGS3's nonsense characters and twist on history. The things that did age well were the HD character models (atleast the faces) still hold up and text font is crisp. The music and sound is still great and very high quality. The textures are of better quality than MGS2 HD but not by much. The framerate is very solid. I did enjoy the ending, probably the best part that was the most well done. Now my playthrough took 12.5 hours until the very last save (New Game+). I watched all the cutscenes and skipped most of the codec dialogue unless it was story relevant. If you want to do this on one playthough you have to take advantage of saving/loading and knowing when to exactly to save to prevent multiple playthroughs. Multiple saves is not required, I did this on a one save playthrough. The few stressful trophies were no kill and collectibles. The Kerotans is the hardest, most stressful trophy. There is no in-game tracker, is missable and there is sort of conflicting information of what counts for it (now debunked for me with proven results of my own). No difficulty trophies so minimal skill is required except some sniping parts. I'd say patience more than anything. Otherwise this was a pretty easy and fast platinum. This could definitely be finished faster and I could have had a better time but it was my first playthrough so I tried to enjoy the story content at the very least.
Popular Post Masamune
Platinum Trophy Congratulations on getting all the trophies! Difficulty: 5/10 Enjoyment: 10/10 Playtime: 64:52:21 (1 week, 1 day, 20 hours) Screenshot: Spoiler That's gotta be one of the easiest UR plats I've ever done (honestly even a 5/10 is stretching it). This version was much more enjoyable that the PS3 version too... a more complete trophy list, new game features, all the DLC & a new post-game story (along with a metric-ton of extra characters), & best of all... no trophies for finding every damn pirate in IW! That saved a ton of time (finding the Prinny, 10 Gents, & Baal pirates were one of my least favorite things in the PS3 version), the only thing that took me a little while to find was Axel's mystery room in this one. After seeing how much better this one was than the original, I'll definitely be getting Disgaea 4's Vita version eventually too. The hardest trophies in it were probably just for doing Class World CA in under 100 actions (which you can abuse the Magic Knight's Echo ability to finish it fairly easily), & collecting everything during a Reverse Pirate run (requires a but of luck with the stage placement, but not too bad in a rank 1 item). Baal wasn't even a challenge once I got some Lv200 Trapezohedrons with 500 Guardian Innocents, in fact I even accidentally left the enemy strength set to max the first time I went to face him, but still one-shot him (I also two-shot the LoC version just for fun). ?
Popular Post sk_lp_him
#45 - Darksiders 2 Deathinitive Edition BFA Easy but time consuming plat due to the NG+ on deathinitive and leveling up to 30. The story is good, the music and voice acting is great, the puzzles are not too hard but could get a little bit boring the second time around. Now that I have all 3 main Darksiders plats I still consider the first to be the best in the series.
Popular Post Metal
Platinum #9 Sekiro Shadows Die Twice. Oh, From Software you never disappoint me. Whenever your name is put on a game, I know for certain of two things: You're taking my money and I'm going to git gud. This game boasts some of the most beautiful scenery in a video game, such a vibrant and immersive world. The combat is up there with the very best. Gameplay is both fluid and responsive, resulting in every death being down to my own mistakes. Every triumph being a progressive understanding and a firmer grasp on the games mechanics. Truly enjoyed my time with Sekiro. Some of the best boss fights I've overcome in a while. Popular Post Deadly_Ha_Ha
(100%) # 29 - Gravity Rush 2 Difficulty - 5/10 Enjoyment - 6/10 The original Gravity Rush was my 6th plat/100%, and now this one ended up being my 29th. I think in some ways this game was better but I definitely enjoyed the first one more. I play a lot of WoW so this took me a lot longer than it otherwise would have but the game is longer than the first one anyway. None of the base-game trophies are missable which is nice, but there's a bit of randomness to events you need to wait to happen which got annoying. The combat in this game and moving around the world was more tedious than in the first game, I think just because it wasn't so new or improved that it felt unique. In fact, the combat was worse in my opinion here, and there's more of it you have to do. The story was the highlight I'd say. The first game got left off on a cliffhanger, and this game explored a lot of story points. I like the characters alright so I didn't mind how episodic (it is in comic-book fashion after all) it all ended up being. It even wrapped up in a pretty sincere and heartwarming way. The dlc was comprised of almost all missables. But I just followed a guide for the more obnoxious ones and finished it in one sitting. On to the next 100% ~~~

Popular Post Mikel
#203 ~ Metro Exodus Platinum Trophy Get all trophies. I don't really play FPS games all too much compared to other genres (namely fighting games and jRPG's), but I actually had fun playing this game thanks to the story, its characters, and the exploration in the open world stages. I do plan to check out the Redux versions of 2033 and Last Light at some point in the future as well! I will admit, I have experienced some crashes in Chapter 5 during my playthrough of the game (which is for the good ending), but thankfully it didn't corrupt my save file, but I made sure to back it up just in case after the second or third crash.
Popular Post Bumperklever
#114 Nippon Marathon (PS4) Nippon Legend Date Achieved: 20 January 2020Rarity: Uncommon (21-22%)Enjoyment: 8/10 This is one of these games that makes your friends think.. Damn what are ya smoking, where do you find this weird sheiz broh. Nippon Marathon is basically a marathon game (..duh) where you are running through convenient places with the most likeable characters. I mean where else do you play as the greatest lobster J. Darwin, or the best Narwhaifu Nishibori. The story mode (1 for each main character) is great, full of bad jokes, terrible animation and therefore it is so bad it is actually good (even though it's pretty forced). Only negative thing about the story is that it is overlapping. and can be a bit boring in the end, as you have seen most of it's scenes when you play the last character The game itself has 8 marathon courses and 2 external modes. The 8 marathon courses itself are diverse and visits a lot of unexpected places with a lot happening in them. but the main gripe I have with is that the amount of courses is low and therefore not sustainable for a long session with friends. The extra courses consists of ' shopping cart' bowling and a 'ninja warrior' -esque mode, which are OK. The game is really glitchy though, most of them are OK or funny, but some of them are match breaking (letting you restart). At last, if you go for the plat, you need wedy's travel guide pages, when you collect them all I advise to read it. Overall the game is just charming. If you have a dime to spare then I recommend it. Most of the problems I have with the game is more related to the lack of content then anything else. I will just put this here, wanna be japanese goodness: Edited January 20, 2020 by Bumperklever
Popular Post Redgrave
- #172: Adventurer Extraordinaire - Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana I wasn't sure what to expect with this since I had never really heard of the Ys series before. It wasn't until after I beat the game I saw it was a connected series since I thought it was like Final Fantasy where each game is it's own thing. But I enjoyed this a lot and I'm glad I waited until after they fixed the localization for it since from what I understand it was pretty bad when it first came out and it also made looking at a walkthrough kind of difficult because they used the original localization names so I had to second guess what each area was or a character name. Still it was a nice experience and the setting made me think of Monster Hunter a bit because of the different monsters on the island you are on as well as there being big dinosaurs. So I guess if you wanted to play something that was like a Monster Hunter JRPG this is about the closest thing I can think of.
Popular Post eigen-space
Platinum #89 - Cat Quest II Pawlatinum, 61.87% Rarity Difficulty - 2/10 , Time Spent - ~10 Hours , Enjoyment 9/10 Cat Quest II follows a pair of furry friends throughout the kindgoms of both cat and dog. If you played the first Cat Quest and enjoyed it, you'll certainly enjoy this game as not much has changed apart from adding in the option for couch co-op, which you can turn on-and-off at will (and I did get my husband to play with me for a few hours). The game is basically an easy-ish hack-and-slash game that has a focus on dodging attacks. If you're not good at dodge timing, this game might be a bit harder for you; attacks are well-telegraphed and patterns are easily picked up, but dodging is essential. There's also some slight strategy mechanics as some enemies are weak to certain types of magics. Trophies revolve around story completion, dungeon exploration, side quest completion, leveling, equipment gathering, and magic acquisition. Dungeons are pretty easy to explore, and you need to typically fight all enemies in the dungeon (usually 5-10 enemies per dungeon) as well as open any treasure chests within the dungeons; dungeons are relatively easy so long as you are no more than five levels lower than the recommended level (though there are a couple that you can attempt before being strong enough). The game has a lot of side quests where you're basically pointed in certain directions on the map to fetch some type of item, and basically it turns into exploring a dungeon or fighting an enemy mob. You also get A TON of experience from side quests, and by the time you finish all of them you should have accumulated enough experience to also acquire the leveling trophies. Equipment gathering also comes rather naturally as most of the equipment can be found within the dungeons or are given as rewards for side quests; certain equipment can only be found in treasure chests around the map, though nothing that can't be found with a thorough map search. Magic acquisition is also fairly easy as the pillars you learn magic spells from are always in plain sight. Definitely a fun, short-ish game that I'd recommend to anyone... so long as you can stomach a lot of cat and dog puns (they're everywhere!).

Popular Post MisterGibraltar
66th Platinum Graveyard Keeper Collect all Trophies. I thought Sekiro that I'm working on is gonna be my 66th plat, but I miscount. It's Graveyard Keeper! Definitely sent chills down my spine ? Great game made to waste your time. The game moves very slow but the pace of progression is pretty nice. Cutting trees during early phase seems not so long, making carpenter bench to make some planks to make more crafting tables is fun, and then I look at the clock it's 3am. Took me a whole game year to plat (around 90hrs I guess). Not a hard game by any means. Hardest thing is to figure out when fish took your bait during fishing. Oh and get the Zombie DLC if possible. I can't imagine how can I keep my insanity if I have to manually cut every tree/stones by myself (and twice the playtime, the HORROR). Might get Stranger's Sin DLC later when on sale.

Personal opinion : 9/10 Not much to say here. It's Skyrim. Everyone knows Skyrim. Most people love Skyrim (except the Thalmor and Khajit). A very good game with the usual Bethesda"it's not a bug it's a feature"trademark. Loved this game on PC(with mods) and it's just as good on consoles. Would get launched into space by giants anytime. However, the PS3 version is an utter atrocity. Horrible porting, framerate drops, bugs over bugs, the more you advance in the game the more crashes you will get, the damn game can even brick your console if you are playing the disc version. So approach this on PS3 at your own risk. Better get it on PS4, it's way WAY smoother and playable.

Popular Post ZitMeatloaf
#41 - Uncharted: The Lost Legacy "Don't Ruin The Moment" It had been a very long time since I'd played an Uncharted game (last game in the series for me was Uncharted 2 back in 2011). When this was announced as a limited-time PS Now game, I decided to play it since it was a stand-alone offshoot. I had a pretty good time with it, although the controls were frustrating at times ("FFS Chloe, don't take cover along that wall, I meant for you to take cover along the other corner wall. Oh, now you're just going to stand up and not roll across the open space? Fine, get shot if you want to. Ok, now I want you to - oh for crying out loud, duck! No, don't try and climb the wall now, who the hell tries to climb a wall out in the open in this situation?!"). Also, apparently some big dudes can get shot in the face like 12 times and not even flinch while walking forward. That's some determination. Popular Post Slava
#10 - METAL GEAR SOLID: PEACE WALKER (PS3) Vic Boss Time: 125 hours PSNP Rarity: 6,64% The gameplay. I'll start by saying it's a good game. It's not my favourite MGS, not even top 3, but for a Metal Gear game made for PSP it's very good. So in what ways is it different from other installments? First of all, this game is designed for playing in small periods of time portablly. The game is divided into small missions that you can beat in 1-30 minutes. Main missions and boss battles are usually the longer ones. Once you beat one of them you can go back to your Mother Base, where you build your small army. You assign new staff (who you captured via fulton extraction during missions), you start developing new weapons and gear, you listen to some new audiotapes, you prepare for the new mission and take off again. This gameplay loop is really satisfying once you get used to it. Mother Base gets bigger, MSF soldiers get better ranks, you unlock some cooler stuff, you just want to keep progressing to the next thing. Let's get back to some other differences. The maps are smaller than in MGS3. Most of the missions have a couple of these areas, each of them has maximum of 4, in some cases 5 enemies. This is caused, of course, by technical limitations of the PSP. The graphics are slightly worse than in MGS3, but the environments don't look bad in the HD remaster. The cutscenes are done in a cool comicbooky art style. This decision is great because it solves the problem of making them look great on a PSP and taking disc space. They don't look very sharp on PS3 though, but it's not a big deal. Another feature is co-op. You can play through most of the missions with your friends. There are many cool mechanics for this way of playing but I don't have anything to say about those, because I played alone. This is what the environments look like on PS3. Here's a little minigame for you: find a hidden enemy on the screen. The story. It picks up 10 years after MGS3 and once again follows Big Boss. You're building a small army that doesn't follow any country's orders and helps people who need to solve conflicts with force. Big Boss takes a mission after hearing The Boss' voice recorded on a tape even though he knows he killed her himself. That's all you need to know before playing. I'd say the story feels like a mainline MGS story. It is definitely as big and important as in other MGS titles. You'll also find plenty of easter eggs and callbacks to other games in the series. Like MGSV, it's in a weird timeline spot between MGS3 and original Metal Gear. We should see Big Boss' transition into a bad guy. But the game doesn't do the best job telling that part of the story. That was my only problem. The trophies. So as you can see above, it took me 125 hours to platinum this game. You can absolutely do this way faster. But what took me so long? You have to do a couple of things for the plat: Beat the game (obviously) Do some miscellaneous clean-up Complete all the optional stuff S-rank everything Play multiplayer I want to talk about the last three things. I spent most of my time on replaying missions in order to get S ranks. Mostly on vehicle battles (armored vehicles, tanks and choppers). There are a lot of them. I'd say this is another flaw of the game. These missions are too similar, and you easily get tired of all those tanks. When I first played these extra ops, I didn't care about the platinum, I was getting B and C ranks. Then replayed them when I had better gear. The fulton launcher and bandana made things infinitely easier and made me change my mind about not getting the plat. If you're going for the platinum, make sure to get them as fast as you can and check the requirements to get them. Another thing that took some time was the Divine Wind trophy. You have to get a rare RNG drop from 2 of the missions and it can take many tries (I got it after 20 times, I think). You can look for ways too increase the probability, but there is still a lot of luck involved. This is what a typical Peace Walker boss looks like. You will fight too many of these. Now, the online stuff was actually super easy. 2 of 3 multiplayer trophies took like 5-10 minutes each. The third one called Vic Vos can take a few hours, but it's easy as well. You have to play online with people in order to get Camaraderie points. But the trick is that you don't have to actually play. You just have to be in a lobby. Set the game mode and time and number of rounds to the shortest (I think it is done like that) and get those points for each round. The more people, the more points you get. Only thing you need for this is to find people who want this trophy as well. And this site is a good place for this. As for me, I didn't look for people, they found me first ?. I have to thank @Maksibit for inviting me to play online and @DENNIS330bmw for helping me with all the MP trophies. Really cool guys. Kojima's weirdness is in the game as well, of course. There are ghosts in this game. These missions are so funny. So this is my first platinum milestone. Happy to have an MGS game as my 10th plat. Love this series. This is also my first ever MGS platinum, and I hope not the last one. Edited January 21, 2020 by Alderriz Kojima is a genius
Popular Post Dexistential
#21: Batman: The Enemy Within Difficulty: 1/10 Fun: 9/10 Time: 10 hours 32 min My first ever platinum was in season one of the Batman Telltale series (a PS+ free game in my first month of owning a Playstation), and it's a game I thoroughly enjoyed and wanted to play more. Fast forward to a couple days ago when I saw the second season on sale for a measly $7.55 AUD, and it was too cheap not to pick up. Every decision you make during the course of the story feels cutthroat and purposefully questionable, You feel for the characters and don't want them to feel disappointed or let down. It's nice having a shorter experience like this in between massive AAA titles like HZD and God of War/Last of Us/Uncharted/Death Stranding/Sekiro (whatever I actually decide to play) I picked up this game alongside another Telltale game in The Wolf Among Us, which I've heard mixed reviews about but was also for the low price of $7, but I'm looking to get through a bit of my backlog first ?
Popular Post Piggie_Pie
On 12/4/2019 at 7:01 PM, Ariadne said: Atelier Lulua: The Scion of Arland Atelier Lulua Acquired all trophies. For a sequel that never needed to exist, Atelier Lulua is actually a pretty good game. If anything, it deserves to be its own game rather than a shoehorned sequel to the Arland trilogy. I wouldn't be surprised if Atelier Lulua originally was a standalone idea or was scrapped at some point. Then, for whatever reason Gust deemed necessary, it was reworked to be a sequel to Arland. At first, I thought Gust was playing it incredibly safe by going back to something familiar. However, not long after that they released Atelier Ryza, which is a completely different direction for the series. So, what the hell is Gust doing? I have no idea. Given the apparent success of Ryza, I don't think we'll be seeing Arland 5 anytime soon. Maybe it'll come out another decade from now when they've run out of ideas. It is my understanding, from what I read, the Arland series was one of the most loved before the "dusk" and "mysterious" series so they decided to bring it back by popular demand. I personally happen to love Rorona, Totori, and Meruru games more than the later. I tried out the Dusk series but it just didn't have the same charm. the Mysterious series had some promise but I never finished them. I plan to get Lulua just to complete my Arland series but I'm not sure I will get the newest of the series unless they are closer to the Arland recipe. Trophy of Zeus #81 Not sure what possessed me to go for the Vita version of God of War but I started it years ago and was board and decided to just finish it. After playing two or three times I have no desire to play it ever again. The last level of the challenge of the gods was ridiculously hard on the Vita... I don't remember having that much trouble on the PS3, lol. Who knows... I may fire up God of War 2 just to get the double platinum like I did here... So many great games to play... So little time... Popular Post Baker
Lionheart. #233 Final Fantasy VIII Remastered Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 2/10 Total Playtime: 32 Hours A trip down memory lane. FFVIII is my third favorite FF game, just behind VII & X. But contrary to those games which I replayed many times I only played through VIII three or four times. Each of those times I always played the game without a guide so in those playthroughs I always missed a lot of stuff. So I decided to get as much done as possible without spending a ridiculous amount of hours. I used all the boosters in the game for this, although initially I wanted to play without them, it makes everything so much easier and more important faster. Things I got done this time: - All Cards (My main goal) - All Limit Breaks - All GFs - All characters & GFs at Lvl. 100 - 600 of each of the most powerfull magics to junction - 100 of all consumable items - All Key Items - All sidequests. (I never even knew about the Pupu or Obel Lake sidequests) - Beat every Boss in Ultimecia Castle (I could never find them all) - Beat Omega Weapon Seriously I never knew Omega Weapon existed. I always thought the hardest secret Boss in the game was Ultima Weapon! Lol. Now if I really wanted a complete savefile I needed 100 of every item too but that takes an insane amount of hours so I skipped that. My younger self would have done that a long time ago. All in all I really enjoyed playing through this again, as my last time is over 10 years ago. I miss these golden era FF games...
