Popular Post Neku-tan
THE IDOLM@STERすべてのトロフィーを獲得しました。 Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Finally, after 40 hours (okay.. about 50 with reloadings) the game is done. I was a kinda surprised at first because I read somewhere the game is 100 hours long. But, In the end I finished it really quickly. Overall, I really enjoyed the game as the previous one. I really liked a changes in gameplay and a whole new mode with all idols at the stage. Also, I must admit that I didn't have any problems even If I was playing without a trophy guide. Definitely recommended!
Popular Post Akeachi
Platinum #4 - Furi Fun : 9/10 Difficulty : 6-7/10 (skill dependant) Time : 3 hours 52 minutes (#1 Fastest Achiever (20+ hours if it's your first time playing it) I did a platinum speedrun of this game and I got the #1 Fastest Achiever ? This is one of my favourite PS4 games. The first time I played this game it was magical, I wasn't expecting something that good but I was really shocked of how much I liked it It was my favourite on the PS4 at some point until I played DMC5 It was really challenging the first time around and that's what I liked about it, plus it has one of the best soundtracks on any game I've played Platinum-wise it's not that hard although it's challenging But it's mostly just trial and error because you can quit the game mid boss fight and come back and you're stats will reset to the point before you entered the boss. There's a tip which I don't see anyone talking about but it really helped me. Which is remapping the Cricle button to R1 (from the button assignments on the PS4 settings) So you can move, shoot and parry at the same time without your fingers leaving one of the buttons All in all really great game, highly recommend it!
Popular Post Squirlruler
#80 Magicka 2: You Are The Special This game can be broken up into two sections: Playing the game and The Grind. Playing through the game is really fun, especially if you are playing with friends. There are tons and tons of snarky references to everything from bad programmers (which I found hilarious and always on point) to shows like Game of Thrones, to parody pop music lines. As you play, you can unlock modifiers so when you just want to mess around with playing, you can set things like 300% health, or auto-haste. The spells were really well done, and most were useful in one way or another. They did a good job with making sure the environment interacted with you well. For instance, you would walk in water and get "wet". You could either cast fire on your self to dry you off or you could wait for it to go away. If you wait, you better not cast lightning since that will kill you because you are wet. These kinds of interactions were a really nice touch. Besides playing through the story on Bananas (hardest difficulty), you also had to beat specific Challenges and Trials. These were actually pretty hard and I couldn't solo them, so I had to boost them. They were not that bad to boost, and once the three of us had a rhythm down, we were able to knock them all out in about 5 hours. Now the Grind. This was getting stuff like 1000 suicides, or 1000 friend kills. These grinds were long and tedious. Luckily, most of them could be boosted. You can just take a second controller and for most of it and just kill/revive/repeat until you have the one you needed. There is one for 20M damage and 10k kills, and they take a while, but at least you can use the modifiers to make enemies have 10% health, boost damage by 300%, and be invincible. So while tedious, not terrible. Also, they did a good job of keeping tracking available so you know where you were in the grind. Popular Post Carol
#180 Assassin's Creed Rogue Platinum Trophy Unlock all other trophies This game had a surprisingly short campaign, considering what is common in the other AC games. It was still pretty fun and enjoyable to play. The snowy settings made the locations very relaxing to explore and we even have the opportunity to briefly visit my beloved city of Lisbon. Trophy-wise, the platinum is easy, but a bit annoying and grindy. You'll be done with the campaign pretty fast, since even the optional objectives are straightforward. Then, you'll spend a lot of time with the side-activities; the worst things for me were completing 65 abstergo challenges to unlock a cheat needed for a trophy, looting 20 ship convoys, since they aren't that common and counter-killing 30 stalkers, because I had some trouble getting the button combination right. Everything else didn't take that long to do. With this game, I now have played and completed all the AC games and I have all the unique AC platinums, which makes me quite happy and proud. This was an objective that I had, because I was always curious about Assassin's Creed, but I arrived pretty late to this series. It goes without saying that, by now, I'm quite a fan of AC. It's probably in my top 5 favourite series. The only game I didn't like was Odyssey, because, in my opinion, the missions are very shallow. I really liked all the other games. I love the historical nature of this series, the original and enjoyable gameplay, the exciting tombs, the elegant assassin outfits and getting lost in that big open-world and always finding something to do. The Assassin's Creed series was a great idea from Ubisoft!

Popular Post Cleggworth
Platinum #275 Thronebreaker : The Witcher Tales Easily the best game I've played this year. It's an RPG done in the isometric style with battles played out in Gwent, the card game from The Witcher 3 and it is immaculately done. The artwork is fantastic both on the world map and the story scenes/conversations but also the animations during card battles. For a card game it's also got crazy good voice acting, I must have played certain cards hundreds of times and never got bored with the stuff they say. The actual Gwent is very different from the Witcher 3 but it is incredibly satisfying once it clicks. It's also oddly satisfying running round the map and picking up all those piles of wood ? Reading up on it it seems that this didn't sell all that well which is a damned shame as not only does that mean not many people played it but it makes it very unlikely they'll make another. Boooo!
Popular Post Rick_Sanchez
Platinum # 239 Fun: 9/10 Difficulty: I hate Cannoneer and Blade Bearer boss fight / 10 Played Dark Souls, Demon Souls, and Bloodborne? Thought they were difficult as all hell? Ever thought, "hey, I like this type of gameplay, can we have this but in Anime without being brutally difficult 24/7?" That's Code Vein in a nutshell. You create your Revenant character and wake up to a post apocalyptic world where Revenants hunt for blood beads to sustain their life. If they fail to do so, they become a mindless loss which just hunts for blood without a conscious. There are strong Lost that are essentially boss fights for the game and are mostly no joke to fight. Studying their attacks and know when to dodge and attack is essential to beating them. If you have a ton of issues, you can send a distress signal to call in a co-op partner to help out which you will need to do so for the platinum. When you beat a boss in co-op, you get a hunter's mark which will increase your hunter's rank all the way to 30 which you need 400 marks. Having a co-op partner and helping each other in the game will go a long way to knocking away at the 400 marks. You will need to beat the game 3 times but follow the guide so you don't have to do a 4th playthrough since the true ending has 2 variants that allows you to obtain one, then do a few more things to obtain the other after loading your character back. The bosses range from, difficult but fair to HOLY F*** CHILL OUT!!!! The spike in difficulty is unbalanced here and there. The 2nd boss had me and my buddy walled for quite some time, then the following bosses were nothing too difficult, then we had a boss that kicked our butt for a while, then nothing too bad, followed by.....Cannoneer and Blade Bearer. A duo boss that has one spamming fire a ton around the arena where you're standing and the other slashing you up with ice sword attacks. Even in co-op, their aggro jump from person to person, so one of you can be attacking the Cannoneer, then suddenly it starts wondering away and attack your co-op partner while you're suddenly getting iced by Blade Bearer out of nowhere. These pair of bosses stopped us for hours and hours. They are the most unbalanced bosses in this game and are just a terrible boss duo to fight. Shout out to @SnowxSakura for being a great co-op partner.

Popular Post saki
Platinum #54 + #55: The Long Reach (PS Vita + PS4) Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficulty: 2/10 The story really messed with my head, but in a good way. I enjoyed the game much more on PS Vita, than on PS4 though. I just don't like playing games like these on a flatscreen TV, it kinda ruins the whole feeling imo. The game definitely has replay value. Once you know the plot twist you pay attention to total different aspects, as opposed to the first playthrough. Also, the game is very doable without a guide. There are some sequences which were tricky, but not hard at all. Platinum #56: Singstar (PS3) Enjoyment: 4/10 Difficulty: 2/10 Always a nice game to play when having friends over for a drink or two. But you really have to be a karaoke fanatic to genuinely sing those required 400 songs (+300 with a friend). In a span of 6 years I only played 100 songs. Props go to the Singstar ABBA game! Digging the dancing queeeen~ I end up putting my headphones over the mics and let the game sing the required songs on its own. Patience is key. Well... I'm by no means a patient person, and I'm pretty sure the song counter bugged on me at one point! ? Singstar can be very frustrating, when going for the platinum and I doubt that I will go for the PS4 platinum any time soon. I need a break!
Popular Post Zach
#157 Watch Dogs (PS4) Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Time: 35-40hrs Watch Dogs is quite the unique game. You play as Aiden Pearce, a vigilante hacker that's looking for revenge of his Niece's death in the city of Chicago. Fantastic story and the hacking abilities are so cool in this game. The gameplay is pretty good as a whole. However, there are some negatives when it comes to gameplay. My biggest complaint, if I had to pick one, is that you can't shoot while driving. This game is also a lot easier than it used to be. It was originally easily a 5/10, but they patched the drinking games to be way easier now. I literally did all the drinking games on the first try. So because of that patch, you can platinum the game much quicker. I also got extremely lucky with the songs. I only had to grind out 3 songs for an hour. Honestly, this game is totally worth the try.
Popular Post RedRodriguez87
#283: Platinum Pet #284: Grand Master Hunter Probably the weakest Cabela games I've played so far. Don't get me wrong, it's still fun like the others, but one thing I always listed as a positive was the nature docudrama feel the stories had. Here, there is none. You're dropped into a level, you complete the objectives, level done. Heck, the credits roll after you unlock all guns, which you don't even need to complete all the levels for. Oh well. #285: Platinum Trophy A better Cabela game, and also a much easier one too. I've always liked kids takes on Adult geared sports. For someone, I kept thinking of Bart Simpson's Escape from Camp Deadly. I wonder if someone could combine the two for a fuller camp game experience. #286: Everything Is Awesome This one was a somewhat nice departure from the usual lego games I played. It's one of the few I played where you had one life to complete a level, and while that means you have to take a bit more care, it's still falls under Lego Easy. Levels are super short, and Red Bricks break the game once again. Unfortunately, the game kept crashing. Constant constant crashing every time I try to enter and leave a level/menu. And for that, I was quite happy to be done with it. At least this platinum looks more like a platinum than the one for consoles #287: Booyakasha! This was an aggravating experience. I won't comment on the plot, because while there is one, it's clearly not where the effort went into. Instead, I'm talking about the shoddy clunky Metroidvania gameplay. Levels are bland and unmemorable, enemies are both dull and annoying, hounding your every move in the numerous close cramped halls; to make matters worse, they fall under the "damage just by touching" category and are literally peppered all over the place, including out of camera view meaning you will often eat a hit my jumping into one you can't see. This is made more of a problem by the characters being awkward and stiff to control, sticking to any sort of walls, which is supposed to assist with wall jumping, but instead leaves you a sitting duck plastered on a wall. There is little to no variety among the four playable characters, with each acting like no more than an extra life. Everything about this game is just really rushed. Hm, maybe it would've been easier to just call it a quick cash in. Ah well, I only did it to complete my TMNT platinum collection. But unless I can recover one of my old accounts, 100% Game Completion will be forever a shell of a dream.........
Popular Post Tianna_Mortis
Platinum #28: Dragonball Z - Kakarot Dragon Ball Master Obtain all trophies. Thoughts: An enjoyable game, but I think they could have done a lot more with it. It was 75% cut scenes that told us the story Dragonball fans already know. If you skip the cutscenes, it's a rather short game and the rest of the trophies are super easy to get. They missed several opportunities to add more content, like when Goku is training with King Kai, for example. They could've made that section playable with mini games to catch Bubbles and Whack-a-Gregory. Personally, I think the Xenoverse series is more interesting since it does add unique aspects to the story. We get to see the story we already know, but there are enough new elements to make it stand out.
Popular Post Dr_Mayus
#285 - Scribblenauts Showdown I borrowed this game from a friend and glad I didn't buy it. It was...fine...but nothing special. Honestly they tried to make a Mario Party/Wario Ware style game but there was not enough variety and it was not that interesting. The worst part of it was it was one of those games where the developers thought "hey people are going to love our game so much they will play it non-stop so we should put tons of collectibles in it so they can spend their points unlocking them" Yeah...not going to happen.

Popular Post Gommes_
Life Is Strange - Before The Storm #107 - Bring On The Storm I loved the original game and I knew that I will pick up Before The Storm eventually. So I did when it was on sale for like 3€. While this game is not as good as the other part it was quite entertaining. "Seeing" Arcadia Bay felt really good, the voice acting was nice as well and the soundtrack was great. Even though not as huge as in Life Is Strange. "Daughter" by Youth is fantastic though ☺️. Some of the dialogues were kinda corny and I didn't really like the talking back option. Overall I wasn't disappointed, since I already expected a smaller story on a smaller scale and not something groundbreaking as in the original.

Popular Post DamagingRob
#434- God of War Father and Son Obtain all other trophies So, I'll start out by saying I really enjoyed this game. But it took a bit for that "wow" factor to hit me, and there was still some stuff I wasn't crazy about. That 94 it's rocking on Metacritic feels a little high.. It's still a very good game, though. Anyways, let's get into it. For the most part, I played on Normal (Give me a Challenge or something like that). The lowest difficulty felt way too easy, and I didn't try the two higher ones. Normal felt right, so I stuck with it. Most of the time... I wasn't ready for the Queen Valkyrie fight. Lol. But I was determined to beat her on Normal, and after over an hour and numerous deaths, I succeeded: Spoiler But I did drop the difficulty down a few other times. Not really due to difficulty, but to get some of the more boring parts of the game over with faster. First was when I was travelling all over the world to collect things and do sidequests. It's the "exploration" segments of Optinooby's walkthrough. I just wanted to get back to the story, as that was getting kind of tedious. Second time was for Niflheim, which was recommended by the guide and also tedious and repetitive. And I guess once was due to difficulty, to make the challenge for not getting hit easier. :/ Another thing was the travel system. Like, it's okay when the characters have things to say. Otherwise, it's just boring and you wonder why they brought it back from Darksiders. And boat rowing is so simple, might as well have an autopilot option. Kind of miss the linear nature of the previous games. Not every game needs to be a 40+ open world experience. But like I said, I still really enjoyed the overall experience. The story was great (even if I wanted to push Atreus off the nearest cliff sometimes..), graphics were gorgeous, and combat was fun. Really looking forward to the next one. And if you're wondering where the switch to "this is awesome!" came, it was the Spoiler fight with the dragon. That was fricking epic.
