Popular Post Ghost
Difficulty rating - 7/10 Fun Factor - 8/10 Hardest trophy: Clear AJ Styles' Tower Took about 20 attempts if I remember correctly when I beat the AJ Styles Tower. Two of those attempts I lost to him (Gold AJ Styles) by submission. It was frustrating to get past 14 wrestlers just to have it end so fast (no health regeneration too). All the other trophies are easy to obtain. Popular Post GraniteSnake
#181: Amnesia Collection + 100% Game rating: 7 Difficulty: 3 (with a video guide) #182: Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag + 100% I probably would've enjoyed this game more if I hadn't already played Rogue beforehand since that game was basically a carbon copy of this entry. The story was interesting and I thought Edward was an entertaining protagonist - full of humour and charm. The soundtrack was excellent as well, a real standout in the series for me. My biggest gripe with the game was the terrible input lag in the single player mode. Every press of the button had a half second delay and this turned combat into a needless button-mashing fest. The present day missions sucked as well; I honestly don't even remember what they were about or what the point of them was. The multiplayer grind wasn't nearly as bad as I expected it to be, had everything completed in under 11 hours. Not sure when I'll play Unity, the series doesn't really excite me like it used to back in the Ezio era. MrGarland
#75 (PS4) and #76 (PS Vita) Difficulty: 3/10 Platinum time: 1 hour (PS4), 31 min (PS Vita Enjoyment: 7/10 I planned to finish Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection before this, but because of reasons, that changed a bit. I'll do that within a few days. Anyway, i mentioned earlier that the first game was pretty good. What about this? It's slighty harder than the first one, but still easy enough. Not much else to say. The cactus enemies in the game can go to hell. Now, to finish that trilogy.

Popular Post Golem25
Platinum #58 - Persona 4: Dancing All Night Dancing all Night - Obtain all trophies Enjoyment; 8/10 (9/10 if it weren't for my worry about HARD) Difficulty; 3/10 (Perfectionist and Born Entertainer Trophies) Trophy tiles; 7/10 (I love how stylish they are even though they reuse assets) Increase in interest in the Persona series; 5/10 A rhythm game steeped in fanservice for fans of Persona 4, how could I resist? Well, uh, I've never played a single Persona game, so you could argue this wasn't meant for me. But then I enjoy rhythm games (despite being absolutely shite at them) and cheap physical Vita games, so I scooped this one up when I found it last week. Great gameplay, great music, ????? story because I mashed through it (again, it's not meant for me). I really enjoyed my journey to the Platinum up until I tried to clear some tracks on HARD for the The Junes Special and Senpai, You're so Cool! Trophies. My dear sweet lord, HARD difficulty is a ball buster - I practiced and practiced but could get nowhere close to a Clear grade. I was about to give up on the Platinum until, after extended web searches, I found a reliable way to cheese my way to a clear (turn on all bonuses and challenge multipliers and mash buttons at random through an entire song). A big relief and, in hindsight, what managed to resolve my beef with this Trophy list. Overall, with the cheese, this one is easier than Senran Kagura Bon Appetit, but neither are worth a 4/10 difficulty rating. Mind, if the exploit didn't exist P4DAN would be a legit 8/10 for me. Up next is √Letter , which I found on the cheap together with P4DAN, but my real question is this; as a RPG noob, is Persona 4 Golden easy enough for me to step into and Platinum? Because it is one of the last high profile Vita titles I have yet to play. Edited March 7, 2020 by Golem25

There's one trophy that gives people grief, but if you're prepared for it, it's not that bad. At least it wasn't for me. It's a highly enjoyable game, and I would definitely go for it.

Popular Post black__bunny
#41 Castlevania: Lords of Shadow (+100%) Time: 2 years 3 months Shamefully, this is my first Castlevania game having missed it during its original days. That being said, from what i've read this isn't liked a part of the franchise but being unable to compare it to its origins, I have to say I enjoyed this. There was a decent story, characters and a mix of combat, puzzles and platforming. My biggest issue however. is the camera is just painful, making fights and platforming much more frustrating than it should be ending in plenty of avoidable deaths. The game wasn't difficult as long as you changed your fight style to the enemy you are facing - button mashing is not the way to play through this game. Platinum is more time consuming than difficult with 3 play-throughs minimum - one for a first play-though, one for levels trials and another for paladin difficulty. There are also a few collectables which could add more time if you don't use a guide. These make up most of the trophies with the rest earned as you progress through. No mp in this game which I enjoyed for a change. There are 2 DLC available, both of which are quite short and have trophies. Reverie - quite easy to finish except for one of the trials which saw me leaving this for almost 2 years until I tired again and passed it on my second try (wtf?!). Resurrection - a whole different ball game. This is tough in terms of difficulty, increasing quite significantly from the base game. I barely managed to get through this on the easiest before and convinced myself this would stop me from ever getting 100%. I left it for over a year and came back to try again and actually found I enjoyed this boss the most. You can't use a crystal to make it easier, you REALLY can't button mash AT ALL or you will get DESTROYED. I learnt his moves, the best way to attack and kept my patience, slowly getting down his health until it was over. It was the most satisfying moment in the game for me and a real challenge. Yes, this game has isn't as polished as GoW and isn't the best in terms of mechanics, but It still has a lot to enjoy about it. And one day, I will try the original series. Popular Post Amonares
#131 Overwatch Overwatch Platinum Trophy Enjoyment: 7.5/10 Difficulty: 8.5/10 This plat was a tough one. Some trophies are really pushing you to the limit because getting 4 kills with some of the ultimates is not realistic and it's just not happening without boosting. Enjoyment-wise, some things are maybe too childish for my taste but it's a pretty fun game overall, especially if you're playing it with friends. Popular Post Carol
#183 Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist Decorated Agent Collect every Trophy I've been feeling a tremendous PS3 nostalgia lately, so I've been playing more PS3 games than usual. I was interested in TC's Splinter Cell Blacklist for a while and now that the platinum is obtainable again, it seemed a perfect time to try it. I really enjoyed this game. It is a great stealth game, with very well designed levels and interesting, varied and fun co-op missions. Fortunately, it is still possible to find people online playing co-op, so it wasn't hard finding partners. Trophy-wise, the platinum isn't very hard. My perfectionist playthrough was quite easy, because I played the game on normal first and I already had everything upgraded. The co-op trophies were easy too, because, like I said, I found partners easily and people, in this game, actually try their best to be stealthy, which surprised me, because, usually, when I play these types of games with other people, they have no idea of what stealth is. Only the competitive trophies can be a bit troublesome, because most game modes are dead. Like usual, I made some friends while playing the game and one of them helped me with the "Support Ops" trophy. Completing the weekly challenge was the last trophy I needed, so I spent my entire day literally spamming flash grenades in TDM, hoping that my partners would kill some opponents affected by my grenades. I achieved this 50 times and I finally got my trophy and my platinum!
Popular Post Elvick_
Plotinum #205 Senran Kagura Burst Re:Newal Path of the Shinobi Obtained all trophies. Cool plat image, love the way the frame looks. This was kind of disappointing, it's not bad but it feels like it drags on more than the other games. Which is saying a lot given that EV has three schools [forget how much PBS had in terms of story but I remember it being pretty extensive]. I know it's a remake of a 3DS game, so that's probably why. But on top of that a lot of the information was already told in SV, not necessarily this game's fault either. Just something that made it feel a bit more sloggy. And Chapter 3 was almost word for word the same between the two schools for most of it which was annoying. I still kind of wish they had one cohesive story where you actually see the other side of it via the different playthrough, rather than it basically being it's own thing most of the time. I mean when you lose story wise as Hanzo, why is that even in the Hanzo story? Put that in the other one... Whatever. One other thing that irked me was how little you saw the characters together, there are so few times where there's more than a one on one conversation [thus two character models]. Coming off games built to work on Vita which had 4+ almost all the time it's a bit annoying when you hit a story part that is just a picture with text when it could've worked as a scene with the characters together. The ranged attacks are super glitchy and don't work half the time. They just come out and stay where they spawn then explode/disappear, which makes playing those characters who focus on it really lame and makes dealing with the AI versions equally stupid. But other than that, it was fun just a bit of a disappointment compared to the VS games. Especially as this was meant to be making Burst more like the VS games in the first place. idk maybe my expectations were a bit off. Can't say I missed what was cenosred/removed due to Sony's stupid puritan policies, but it was something that was annoying me just knowing exists. It'll only get more annoying in a few years when I'm 36 and my adulthood will itself be an adult and I will have to deal with companies baby sitting me when my own adulthood could go and vote if it somehow were able to split off from me. lol, I know that's random but that's what goes through my mind whenever censorship comes up. Kind of wish they had a few animated sequences like EV did, there are some really cool moments that would've been cool to have animated. Even if it was just the ending section of the game it would've been awesome as hell. The end bosses of both schools were actually really cool, that's probably my favorite part. I keep hoping that the series can have a future and it can move away from just fighting endless opposing shinobi students and the same characters over and over and get to where the plot itself is taking things. It's got great lore, I really like the world and characters. I can understand why some may find the gameplay structure a bit lacking and it is in a way, but it's still a fun time for me. Just could be improved a lot and it's a shame that it can't be allowed to grow without nonsense causing problems. I miss and at the same time do not miss the character missions. The "Free missions" aren't quite as fun, they're pretty fast to complete and mostly are just kill waves or kill characters with no context. The character missions could get annoying after awhile given how many characters were in other games, but the story was fun. Though I never liked needing to run in a circle to read the ingame dialog before being able to beat the crap out of them and continue. Made things more annoying, think if they had just fixed that aspect it would've been less annoying. But that's talking about other games. Haruka's hair was pretty glitchy in this. Think that's about all I have to say about the game. I wonder why they never ask more of the platinums though. I mean you don't even have to win a match on hard or normal, just start it. They let you get the plat on easy, and this one let you skip through leveling with those items that help you level [which is great given how many characters there are]. But they could definitely do more with the platinum lists, not that I'm complaining honestly. I don't mind a simple platinum, but I also wouldn't mind at least needing to complete some missions on hard or get a set of A ranks or something, which I did anyway.
